Standard

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Tracy is on the phone, wondering why she wasn’t informed about the sale of GH. She says she wasn’t aware of being banned either. Dillon comes in and she can’t decide whether the board is duplicitous or deranged. He suggests she worry about his brother instead.

Dillon stops by The Floating Rib to say hi to Kiki. He feels like they’re getting a fresh start and she agrees. Kiki gets a message on her phone about a concert she and Morgan were supposed to go to. She says she has to end things with him before starting something new, but doesn’t understand why he’s not calling her back.

Michael comes to the station and asks Dante what’s going on. Dante tells him that their brother Morgan is gone. He tells Michael that Morgan is dead. Michael asks how it happened and Dante explains about the explosion.

Carly dreams of a better time. Bobbie wakes her up. Carly asks what she’s doing there, and Bobbie says that Sonny called and she came right over. Carly is fuzzy as to what happened.

Sonny looks at family photos. Jason comes in and tells him he’s trying to trace the broker. He says brokers who do double-blind jobs will vanish, especially if there’s a problem. Sonny asks if Jason thinks it’s his fault that Morgan is dead. Sonny tells him that he canceled the job and the broker said he understood. Something is going on, and he’s going to find out who’s responsible. Jason says he’ll get answers. Sonny heads to the station.

Lulu and Laura get together for lunch. Lulu asks about Spencer’s new school. Laura hates that he’s so far away, but she’s happy with the security. She gets a call from Doc, but ignores it. Lulu says Doc told her everything about what happened with the book he was writing. Laura says he already apologized and they’re good friends. Lulu asks if there’s a chance for anything more. Laura says whenever she decides to trust someone, they prove her wrong.

Monica asks what the shouting was about. Tracy says she’s been barred from the board meeting, because they want to sell GH to an investor who wants to turn it into luxury condos. Tracy tells her she’s going to the meeting anyway and Monica says she’s going with her.

Ned visits Dillon at Crimson. Dillon says Paul is in jail, everyone is safe, and he’s moving on. Ned says he’d like to credit his pep talk for changing Dillon’s attitude, but thinks the credit belongs to someone else.

Ava tells Kiki she needs to talk to her. And it’s not good.

Bobbie tells Carly she came to help, and Carly wonders why. She thinks it has something to do with Morgan being expelled, and says they came down too hard on him. She says when Morgan gets home, shes going to tell him it’s never to late to fix something and she loves him. Bobbie tells her Morgan is gone.

Dante tells Michael how Morgan was drinking, had his keys taken away, and took Julian’s car. Michael says no one wanted Julian dead more than Sonny. Sonny and Jason walk in.

Dillon tells Ned that Kiki is the reason he’s smiling. Ned says he guesses Dillon won’t be putting anymore fishhooks in doors. Dillon is puzzled and Ned says maybe Olivia is right, and tells him what happened. Dillon is more curious about Ned and Olivia being in the boathouse together than the fishhook.

Carly says Bobbie is talking about a dream she had, but it’s not true. Bobbie tells her it happened. She says they gave Carly a pill to calm her down, and Carly says that’s why she had the nightmare; they drugged her. Bobbie says they’ll make tea and talk. Carly won’t have it, and still insists Morgan is alive. She wonders why Sonny’s coat is covered with mud, and Bobbie tells her Sonny tried to look for him. Suddenly, Carly remembers Sonny coming home the night before and how scared she was. She says her little boy can’t be dead.

Ava tells Kiki there was an accident involving Morgan. Kiki asks if he’s at the hospital, but Ava says she’s sorry, Morgan is gone. Kiki thinks it’s a sick plan to break them up, but Ava says it’s true. Kiki tries calling Morgan, but of course there’s no answer.

Michael asks Sonny how a bomb got in Julian’s car. Jason suggests they go somewhere more private. An officer gives Morgan’s phone to Dante, saying someone just tried to call. Michael interrogates Sonny, oddly enough in the interrogation room. He asks if Sonny went after Julian and asks if Sonny is the reason Morgan is dead.

Dante goes to Sonny’s place. Carly asks him to tell her what happened – Sonny isn’t there and last night is a blur. Dante asks Bobbie to give them privacy. Carly asks him if Morgan hit something or if he was speeding. Dante says he was getting out of the car and it exploded. She wonders who would do this to Morgan, and Dante tells her it was Julian’s car.

Kiki asks why Morgan would be driving Julian’s car. Ava says she doesn’t know, but he was drinking. Ava says he was set off by seeing Kiki and Dillon getting it on. Kiki says that didn’t happen; they’ve never been together. Ava says mental illness can be hard to understand.

Michael asks Sonny if he tried to kill Julian, but Sonny is silent. Sonny says he doesn’t know how it happened and Michael says he set it in motion by giving the order. He says Sonny had just given him a big speech on how vengeance isn’t worth it, and was vengeance on Julian worth Morgan’s life? Jason leads Michael out of the room.

Dante explains to Carly that Morgan had been drinking and the bartender took his keys. Carly asks if Morgan was having a manic episode. Dante isn’t sure, but says that when TJ tried to give him a ride home, Morgan punched him and took a car that had keys in it. He says he doesn’t think Morgan knew it was Julian’s car. He tells Carly that Jason went after him and saw everything. Carly wants to know why the car exploded, and Dante tells her the bomb wasn’t meant for Morgan – it was meant for Julian.

Jason takes Michael home. He tells Tracy and Monica about Morgan. He says a car bomb killed him.

Carly asks if Sonny had anything to do with it. Dante tries to avoid the question. Carly hyperventilates and starts to cry. She says she warned him. Dante says he knows she’s grieving, but he’s still a cop, so don’t say anything that will implicate Sonny. He says he probably already crossed a line just telling her that. He gives her Morgan’s phone. (Wouldn’t this be evidence? So much for crossing the line.). He says he’s sorry and leaves. Geez.

Olivia joins Laura and Lulu. Lulu gets a call from Dante, who wants her to come to the station. Laura tells her to go have quality time with her husband, and she bounces off. Laura asks Olivia if she remembers being so in love, and Olivia says she still feels young at heart. She asks Laura about Doc. Laura says things got complicated, and Olivia wonders how Doc screwed up. Laura says he broke her trust, although maybe it would be different if her experience hadn’t been so bad. Olivia tells her not to give up on someone who makes her happy, and Laura asks if she’s speaking from experience.

Ned tells Dillon he has to solve the mystery of who put the fishhook in the boathouse door because they saw him and Olivia getting busy. He leaves and Kiki comes in. She falls into Dillon’s arms crying.

Ned tells Olivia that Dillon didn’t put the hook in the door, but he’s not convinced Julian did either. He seemed honestly surprised when they confronted him. Ned says either way, Julian knows they’re a couple, and they don’t have to keep it a secret anymore.

Carly looks at Morgan’s phone. She rifles through some drawers and cupboards to find a charger, and plugs it in.

Dillon tells Kiki he can’t believe Morgan is gone. She says she was trying to find him. Dillon tells her that he’s sorry, and whatever she needs, he’s there for her. She says they can’t do this. She’s the reason Morgan snapped, because he saw them together. Dillon says they didn’t do anything wrong and Morgan had mental health issues. She says they’re the reason he’s dead and runs out.

Monica tells Michael she sorry, and Tracy says this is what happens what the city turns a blind eye to the violence happening around them. She says the bomb was meant for Julian and Sonny is behind it. Jason tries to interject, but Tracy says he lost his right to an opinion when he turned his back on the family. Monica says that’s enough.

Lulu comes to the station where Dante is banging things around. He tells her Morgan is dead, and he might have to arrest his father for it.

Carly listens to her own message on Morgan’s phone, telling him school is only a set back and he can rise above it, learning from his mistakes and moving on. Sonny comes in while she’s listening. Great. We have sad Sonny again. She tells him it’s Morgan’s phone and he never got the voicemail she left, because he was in a car and a bomb blew him up.

Laura calls Doc. She tells him she’d like to go to dinner.

Olivia tells Ned that maybe Julian was just an excuse. Maybe she wanted to keep the relationship quiet because once they tell people, it becomes real, and if it becomes real, she can screw it up. Ned says that’s a two-way street, and he’s been known to screw things up too. He says all he knows is that he missed them together. She tells him Doctor Strange is coming out soon. Ned says he doesn’t want to see it without her. She kisses him.

Kiki looks at her phone in the elevator and listens to a song by Morgan’s favorite band. Dillon looks at pictures and there’s a song part.

Ava tells Bobbie she’s sorry for her loss. Bobbie asks if Ava ever loved Morgan, and that he was just a kid who didn’t know any better. Ava says she loved him very much. There was a time when he was the only one who saw good in her and now everyone who did is gone.

Lulu tells Dante maybe it was a mistake and Sonny didn’t do it. Dante says it wouldn’t be the first time a kid of Sonny’s was caught in a crossfire. He says Morgan was the first Corrinthos he met when he came to town, and talks about how friendly he was. Lulu hugs him

Monica says it was a senseless tragedy, and Michael needs his family, including Jason. Michael says it’s okay, Tracy was just being a Quartermaine. Michael tells Jason that he wanted to believe Morgan was doing better. Jason says it isn’t on him. Michael says he contributed, since he didn’t pay attention, but whoever planted the bomb killed Morgan. Jason says Julian had a lot of enemies, and Sonny might not have anything to do with it. Michael asks if he really believes that. Probably about as much as I do.

Carly shows Sonny a picture of Morgan as a child. She says that Sonny just couldn’t help himself. He had to be the one to finish Julian, and now their beautiful little boy is dead, and Sonny killed him. She throws the picture at him. Sonny starts to cry and so do I. Dammit. I didn’t even like Morgan, but that’s how good this scene was.

Tomorrow, Kiki talks to Franco, TJ forgives Jordan, and Morgan’s death continues to resonate throughout Port Charles.

Little Women: LA

Baby number two is here! Terra says thank God he’s healthy and thank God for the drugs. It was a lot more difficult this time around. They still have to do genetic testing to find out if he has dwarfism, but Terra is happy that the baby is in her arms and not in an incubator. Joe is having doubts about the name though.

Briana is applying for a permit to carry a concealed weapon and wants to check out some guns. She’s shot a gun before, but wants more training and experience. Elena goes along to the range with her. She tells Elena that she’s had threats of violence to her family. She thinks it came from Christy spreading stories and passing her personal information around. She says you never know how crazy people are any more, and wants as much protection as possible. Elena says there are too many things that can go wrong having a gun in the house with small children.

Briana has some pretty decent aim, but Elena’s is even better. She says maybe she missed her calling as a secret spy. (Isn’t “secret spy” redundant?) Briana wants to get everyone together for a sip and see party. She doesn’t want to invite Christy though, and we flash back to Christy’s idiocy on the yacht. Briana has no idea why Elena still wants her as a friend. She tells Elena if that’s what she wants, she’ll go along with it, but not happily.

Tonya visits Terra in the hospital. Tonya thinks the baby is smiling, but Terra says he’s probably pooping. Terra has two godmothers and godfathers for Penny, and wants the same for Not-Named-Yet. She asks Tonya to be one of the godmothers. They wanted to name the baby D’Artagnan, but Terra says the family hates it and now Joe is iffy. She cries, saying she doesn’t want to make a mistake. I think it’s a fabulous name. They could always call him Art for short. No pun intended.

Tonya goes shopping for her dog, Angel, who is like another child to her. Angelique and Kerwin go with her and Angelique tries different outfits on Angel. The woman at the store claims to be an animal psychic. Kerwin asks if the dog knows if anyone has a new boyfriend, but the woman says Angel is pleading the fifth for her sister. They think Angelique is dating her old boyfriend, Reggie. Tonya tells Angelique to be honest.

Terra is feeling more like her old self. Joe’s family is in town and everyone gets together at the hospital. Penny is introduced to her new brother. Terra hopes Penny has a bond with No Name like she does with her brother. Terra suggests Augustus for the baby, but Joe says Willy Wonka ruined that name for everyone. Terra is still stuck on D’Artagnan, but Joe says the baby isn’t a Musketeer. He swears before they leave the hospital, they’ll have a name.

Briana and Jasmine do some flower arranging. Briana tells Jasmine about the threats o her family and how she wants to buy a gun. Jasmine says she should look into an alarm system. Briana says they’re doing that too, but she wants something more. Jasmine doesn’t know if the risk is worth it. She asks who’s being invited to the sip and see. Briana says Elena doesn’t mind inviting Christy, but she doesn’t want Christy around her kids, since it’s the last thing Christy hasn’t picked on her about. We flash back to Christy asking Jasmine for help in fixing her relationships with the girls. In her interview, Jasmine doesn’t think Briana will give Christy another shot unless the other girls are on board. Jasmine tells Briana that she believes people deserve another chance and wants to believe Christy until she shows her otherwise. Briana says that she’ll choose not to believe her until proven otherwise.

Commercial break. Little Women: Dallas will be joining the franchise on November 2. Let’s hope they don’t have a little Leeanne Locken in the group.

Nameless baby is going home. For now Terra is calling him Baby Boy. Joe is still negative on D’Artagnan. He thinks they had a momentary lapse when they came up with the name, but Terra loves it. Terra hopes they can agree on one of her unique back-up names. She suggests Pearce, which I also like, but Joe is like, no. She asks about Grayson and Joe agrees. Grayson Vincent. She wants to still get D’Artagnan in there, and Joe says she can use it as a nickname. Sometimes.

Tonya and Elena are setting up early for the sip and see. Briana has insisted on not inviting Christy. Preston will be bringing the twins by later. Elena talks to Tonya about Briana getting a gun, and Tonya is with her about it being a bad idea with kids in the house. She says a dysfunctional family doesn’t need a gun.

Jasmine arrives with Briana and family right behind her. Briana has a good feeling since Christy won’t be there. In her interview, Jasmine says having a baby with dwarfism can be scary because of all the health problems that can arise, but she’s feeling positive seeing how healthy the other kids are. Briana thanks everyone for coming. The girls are all wearing cute hats and they sit down to tea with the ladies having their own table.

Tonya suggests a taser or pepper spray to Briana. In her interview, Tonya says something doesn’t sit right with her, and she thinks it’s too much for them to get a gun. Briana says Matt has received death threats and she doesn’t feel safe.

Jasmine asks when they started getting threats. Briana says when she was in the hospital the first time, Christy was texting her like crazy and then passed around insane stories, like saying Briana had been kidnapped. Then she started getting threats. Tonya says they don’t want anything to happen to her. In her interview, Tonya says she didn’t know how bad it was.

Elena says it’s a shame Terra couldn’t be there. She adds that she’s a little upset that she couldn’t invite Christy, who is still her friend. Briana says it’s not her mess to clean up. Jasmine feels that Christy deserves a second chance, and says Christy wants to apologize to everyone. Elena thinks Christy is doing stupid things because she’s trying to make it work, like bringing Plastic to the photo shoot. She’s worried about Briana and goes about it he wrong way. Jasmine says sometimes you have to forgive someone for your sake, not theirs, and doesn’t want Briana stuck in a bitter place. Tonya says she’s open to it. Briana says it will take more than a hug and promise. She says Christy needs to really understand what she did, and then they can take baby steps. Elena says she’ll meet with Christy and make sure she understands she needs to change or lose her friends.

Christy and Elena have lunch. She has to make sure Christy understands where everyone is coming from. She tells Christy about the sip and see, and says she didn’t invite Christy because she didn’t want a repeat performance of what happened at her birthday party. She says it’s past the point of apology, they want her to retract some of the things she’s said, like about Terra giving her a concussion. Christy says she’s not bowing down to them, but she’ll show her medical records. Elena says she needs to see things from the others’ perspectives. She asks why Christy brought Plastic to the photo shoot, and Christy says Tonya wanted her to prove what she had said about Matt. Elena says, but not at the photo shoot. In her interview, Elena talks about how Christy needs to take responsibility for her actions .Christy says she’s a peacemaker, and Elena says she’s a troublemaker and has to fix what she started. She tells Christy that she had no business contacting Briana’s family. Christy says she’ll apologize. Elena says she sees what others do wrong, but not herself. Christy whines about how much she has to deal with. Elena says she’s tired of the fighting and she wants it fixed. She thinks there’s too many empty words that are meaningless. In her interview, Christy says the name calling hurts and if it happened to Elena, she’d have a meltdown. Christy says she has enough dealing with the world without this group belittling her

Elena says Christy takes things to another level. She says Terra isn’t the one who went to the police. Christy says she’ll apologize to Terra and Briana perfectly. Elena says it’s not going to fix anything unless it’s sincere and for real. She thinks Christy is being a little sarcastic. In her interview, Christy is confused that Elena says she’s her friend, but is attacking her. She’s trying to help you, you moron. Christy says her apology will make everyone cry and Elena tells her not to make another mistake.

Penny is still with Grandma Olevia, but Terra says the chaos of two children will begin soon. She’s stressed because the contractors aren’t done on the new house until next week and she’ll be starting rehearsal for Dancing with the Stars around the same time. Joe is worried about her taking on too much, and Terra is still worried about her breast health issue. She says she and Joe are a great team and they can beat this if they stick together. They did the genetics test on Baby Boy Grayson, but it will take a couple of weeks to get the results. She still wants D’Artagnan in his name somewhere. She says everyone can call him Grayson, but Joe took this away from her. She says he fought her about Penny’s name and he might be hearing her, but he’s not listening. She says he picked the name, but won’t back it up because he cares what everyone else thinks. She feels like he cares more about everyone else’s feelings than hers.

Next time, the twins get genetically tested, Dawn from Little Women: NY makes an appearance, Christy releases her medical records, and the women go to a casino.

October 5, 2016 – Paul Departs Port Charles & Baby Number Two Arrives in Little LA

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Dante is looking for Sonny. Carly tells him that Sonny got a call and had to leave. Dante tries to pry into what kind of call it was.

Andre sees Morgan at the bar. This causes Morgan to order a water. Andre sees a load of empties next to him, and asks if there’s a good reason Morgan is risking his life. At one of the tables, Tracy orders a martini.

Dillon is tossing things around at the cabin and Ned comes to the door. He asks if Dillon needs help with anything, and suggests they take a ride in the Maserati, but Dillon says he’s already stared death in the face once this week.

Jordan tells Paul he’s being transferred soon. Paul tells Jordan that he has something to say that will impact a lot of people. Jordan tells him not to waste his breath and wonders what he could possibly have to bargain with.

Michael comes to the station looking for Dante. While the desk sergeant is looking at the roster, Michael reaches for his gun, but Sonny grabs his arm. Seriously, Michael, do you really think that’s a good idea? Is Morgan rubbing off on you?

Kiki tells Tracy she’s sorry about Paul. She says it might help to talk about it and tells Tracy about how it helped her to talk after she was shot. She says she tried to reach out to Dillon, but he’s not returning her calls. Tracy says if anyone is going to help him, it’s not going to be the girl who threw him aside, and the only help she wants is for Kiki to get her martini.

Dillon is looking for his fishing rod. It was a present from Paul and he wants to burn it.

Paul says the information he has will impact Jordan and many other people. Ava encourages him to wait for a lawyer before he says another word. Paul tells Jordan that he plans on pleading guilty, and Jordan says she’ll let the DA’s office know. When she’s gone, Ava says Paul could turn her in for leniency. He says he could, but he didn’t, and she’s welcome. Her way of saying thank you is asking him what he’s really up to.

Morgan asks Andre what about confidentiality? Andre says when he sees his patient acting in an unhealthy way, he’s going to say something no matter where they are. Morgan says the beer bottles on the bar are from someone else. He’s waiting for his food and just drinking water. Andre asks if he went for the blood test. Morgan tells him yes and that he’ll be there tomorrow for his session. Andre tells Morgan that his parents are worried, and Morgan says they’ll talk about that too, when it’s not in public. Andre leaves and Morgan orders another beer.

Sonny tells Michael that Nell called and she’s worried about him. He asks if Michael thinks he’s just going to go in and shoot Paul. Michael says he doesn’t have a gun, but he’s not fooling Sonny. Sonny says Paul will be taken care of, and Michael says yeah, like Julian was.

Dante tells Carly he’s not there as a cop, but he knows Sonny is going after Julian, which concerns him. She wonders why he thinks that, and he says call it instinct, but Sonny has definitely been keeping his distance. Dante says Julian has it coming, but the violence will escalate like it always does. The next time they get together, it won’t be for a family dinner, but to bury Sonny or someone else in the family.

Darby sees Morgan and orders a scotch. She says she’s on a study break. He says he’s on a permanent break and it’s her fault, since she recommended the site he got his paper from. She asks if he ran it through the plagiarism filter. He says she never mentioned that, but Darby says she didn’t think she had to. I’m almost never on Morgan’s side, but if he didn’t know about the site, how was he supposed to know about that? Morgan says he doesn’t care about school anyway; all he cares about is losing Kiki.

Kiki asks Olivia if she can leave early. She wants to find Dillon.

Dillon tells Ned he doesn’t want to be ambushed by a bunch of old memories. Ned tells him this reminds him of his 8th birthday. He cared less about the presents than seeing his father, and Larry paraded him around the house on his shoulders. He was king for a day, and Larry gave him diamond cufflinks. He says it was all fun and games until his father was caught fondling someone other than his mother behind the pool house. His mother had the cufflinks appraised and they were worthless. Ned says while the cufflinks are long gone, the memory isn’t. He says Larry will always be a part of him and Paul will always be a part of Dillon. It’s how they handle it that matters.

Ava asks for the flash drive, saying Paul has no need for it now. He says circumstances might change in the future. She says if the time comes and he needs her, she’ll be there; they’re kindred spirits. He says that’s exactly why he’s keeping it. He tells her that she claims her daughters are the most important thing to her, so be there for them. After the damage is done, it’s too late. Ava tells him to take care of himself and leaves.

Dante asks Carly how many close calls is it going to take before the law of averages catches up with her? He says it isn’t God protecting them, it’s blind luck. Carly says she begged Sonny to let the law do its job with Julian. He agreed and the system failed. Now Julian is free and it sends the wrong message to Sonny’s enemies. She says she’s done everything she can to avoid what’s coming, but maybe Dante can do something, and God help them if he doesn’t succeed.

Sonny says he wanted his kids to be better than him, and they are. He says Michael knows the difference between right and wrong, and acts accordingly. If he kills Julian, people won’t see him as he is, but as a criminal who’s the son of a criminal. Sonny tells Michael that if he can’t appeal to his goodness, he’ll appeal to his intelligence. He says vengeance is expensive. It will cost Michael the rest of his life, and don’t throw it away on Paul.

Morgan says he’s screwing up the best thing he ever had – again. Darby says Kiki has the patience of a saint – anyone else would have run screaming for the exit – and he needs to get it together.

Kiki shows up at the cabin. She says she wanted to check on Dillon, but feel free to tell her to leave. He does, but she doesn’t. He says he wants to go through all of the junk there and find the fishing rod Paul gave him. Kiki finds it immediately. That’s usually how it works at my house too.. My husband will look for something for an hour, and then I go, it’s right here.

Olivia sees Ned at the bar. They make small talk, and Ned sits down with Tracy. Ned asks if she wants to talk about Paul. He suggests Tracy look up her former in-laws. She asks what he’s talking about and he says Paul’s death. They have to kill him.

Sonny gets home and asks what’s going on. Dante says he wants to talk about Sonny and his plans for Julian. Sonny says it’s none of his business, but he should worry about his brothers. Michael and Morgan need all the help they can get.

Andre sees Jordan at the station. She says she needs a vacation. He’s brought her food. She says the killer was in plain sight, right under her nose. Andre says he was under all their noses. Jordan responds that she’s the commissioner and it’s over; she’s resigning.

Tracy says Ned isn’t a killer. He says he’s a son whose mother was at the hands of a killer. She tells him to let the law take care of Paul; she’s dealing with trying to get the hospital back open. He says until she faces Paul and what he did, she’ll never have peace.

Michael sees Paul. Paul wondered when he was going to get there. Michael says he’d like to kill Paul, but he’s not worth him throwing his life away. He wants answers though. He asks why Paul killed Sabrrrina. Paul says it’s difficult to explain; everything spiraled. Michael says Joe brought Teddy back to Puerto Rico, but one day he’ll want answers, and Paul owes Teddy that much. Paul says when that day comes, to tell Teddy that his mother died a hero.

Dillon says growing up, Tracy said he was better off without Paul, but he didn’t believe her. When Paul showed up wanting to know Dillon, he fell for it. Dillon was standoffish at first, but little by little Paul got to him, to the point where he cared about what Paul thought. He says it’s pathetic, but not any more. He cuts himself on the rod and says another gift from his dad.

Sonny tells Dante about Morgan getting expelled and says Morgan needs Dante’s support. Dante says if Sonny starts a war over Julian, he won’t be around for his children. He tells him to let it go.

Ava approaches Olivia wanting to know where Kiki is. Olivia says she left early to help a friend – Dillon. Ava asks if she went to the Quatermaine estate. Olivia says she doesn’t know and walks away. Morgan walks in.

Andre says Jordan can’t resign. She has a responsibility as a role model, the first black female police commissioner, and their trust in her wasn’t misplaced.

Paul tells Michael that he was worried Sabrrrina would put it together when she found Monica. We flash back to Sabrrrina telling him about the injection mark and how she’d thought he was going to get help. He says things changed, and he knew that she knew. Michael says she must have fought him, and he had to choke her with his bare hands. Michael asks how long it took and how long she was afraid. Tracy comes in and says this is done.

Kiki tends to Dillon’s wound. She says he might have a scar. He says he’ll use it as a reminder not to end up like his dad. She asks if she’s like her mother. She tells him not to let his father define him. He’s nice, kind, and funny, and has a lot of people he can lean on. His mom, his brother, and her.

Ava sees Morgan and he asks if she’s seen Kiki. She says she wants to stay out of it; his relationship with Kiki is none of her business. He’s insistent and she tells him Olivia told her that Kiki was upset about Dillon. She says Kiki is probably just comforting him and nothing romantic is going on.

Sonny says he trusted the system, Julian the psycho walked, and now Dante wants him to let it go. Dante says if he goes after Julian, people will be killed. Sonny says people are killed around Dante all the time. Dante says Sonny knows how it works and innocents get caught in the crossfire. He says it’s not happening to his son, and if the choice is between saving his son and taking Sonny down, he won’t hesitate.

Tracy tells Michael to go home. He says he wanted closure, but all he sees is waste. There’s no satisfaction. She tells him Paul will never have what they do, and take comfort in that. He leaves. Paul asks how Dillon is, and Tracy says Dillon is lost to Paul now and Paul is all alone.

Michael asks Jordan how long before Paul is tried. She says he’s pleading guilty and if he ever gets out, he’ll be too old to be a danger to anyone.

Paul tells Tracy that when he looks at what he did, it’s like looking at a stranger. He says he would never hurt his son. She says no he won’t. She tells him she talked Ned out of killing him, but if he contacts Dillon, he’ll wake up in hell.

Carly tells Dante that Sonny doesn’t want anyone in danger, but Julian is making threats. She tells Sonny violence isn’t the answer and he’s smart enough to fight Julian in other ways, like robbing him blind. Dante says to pick a form of justice where he’s not going to have to pick up the pieces. Sonny says he’s not pulling the trigger on Julian and Dante says he knows a hedge when he hears one. Sonny says he’ll always keep danger away from his family. Dante says so will he. Carly and Sonny make soap opera faces at each other.

Paul is being led away. Jordan asks him how the case again Julian fell apart and asks why he threw it. He tells her to ask Ava.

Andre makes a call asking for Morgan’s blood work to be sent over. He tells them to check again. He realizes that Morgan was never there. Ava overhears.

Morgan goes to the cabin, and sees Kiki and Dillon’s silhouettes kissing behind the window curtain. Or does he just think that he does?

Tomorrow, Morgan tells Nell about seeing Dillon with Kiki, Alexis kicks Julian out of her house yet again, and Sonny explains to God that he has to take action.

Little Women: LA

We beat the dead horse that is Tonya having said that it would be easier on Briana to have a little baby. Terra believes it made her seem like she thought that about all of them, even though Tonya has insisted she was being specific. Tonya says if everyone is having a problem with her thoughts, she’ll leave and they can get their zen back.

Briana says you don’t think like that about your friends. Terra follows Tonya outside. Tonya says she gets Briana, but not everyone else, and doesn’t understand why Terra had to tell everyone. Her comment has become a telephone game and sounds different each time it’s repeated by someone else. Tonya says Briana doesn’t have the best environment or support, but the way Terra delivered it was wrong. She never questioned that a little person couldn’t raise an average sized child. Terra thinks Tonya should talk to Briana. She says she will, but not now.

Autumn is giving her grandmother a make-over. Christy pitches in. Sharyn isn’t thrilled with the results, but tells Autumn she loves her. They talk about Autumn’s medical issues. The doctor thinks she might have a thyroid and hormone issue. Autumn goes upstairs for a nap.

Sharyn asks Christy if the girls know what she’s going through. She says some of them know, but she did blow up at them. We flash back to the debacle on the yacht where Christy insulted everyone. In her interview, Christy thinks some of the girls need to apologize to her. I think she should get therapy and/or find a new set of friends.

Joe and Terra are in the process of packing. In five days, they’re going to find out what kind of baby they’re going to have. They won’t know if the baby will be average or have dwarfism until it’s born and Terra has Dancing with the Stars coming up three weeks after her c-section. Since the seller moved out late, everything is in a time crunch.

Terra says she overheard Joe talking about a show in Tijuana. She asks him when he’s leaving and when he’s coming back. He says he’ll be leaving three days before the baby is born and back two days before. Terra feels like she did before their wedding. He says he’s talking to the person who agreed to doing DWTS five minutes after she has the baby. She says she knows the timing isn’t the best, but being the first little person to do the show, she felt she couldn’t turn it down. She says babies don’t always happen on the scheduled date and it’s not the same thing.

Joe and his band are leaving for Mexico, so Terra is making contingency plans. She’s rehired Grandma Olevia to watch Penny when she goes to go to the hospital. Olevia understands Joe taking the gig, since he’s going to have more Pampers to buy. She asks about how Penny’s development is going and Terra says she’s a bit behind in the walking department. I’m not much of a baby person, but Penny is the one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen.

Olevia leaves and Penny is down for a nap, so Terra and Joe talk. She isn’t thrilled with Joe leaving and he tells her to trust that everything will be fine. She says if he’s not there, she gets to pick whatever name she wants, but he says she is anyway. He tells her he’ll have his phone with him at all times and leaves for the airport. Or car. Or however he’s going.

Elena’s relatives have to go back to Russia. Elena talks to her mother about how difficult it is to have twins, but how much fun it is too. The babies are growing at different rates and since they haven’t done any genetic testing yet, they’re not sure if either has dwarfism. She hates to see her mother go.

Terra tells us that she and Tonya weren’t in a good place after belly-dancing, but since Joe has to leave, Tonya has stepped up as her BFF and is going to her pre-op appointment. Tonya says she’ll apologize to Briana, but she shouldn’t have to apologize to anyone else. She needs for Briana to understand where she’s coming from, and not Terra’s version, but she’s not going to be fake. Tonya is wearing some wild blue lipstick that matches her top. Normally, I’m not keen on that color, but I like what she’s got going on.

The doctor measures Terra’s belly and thinks the kid is going to be huge. Terra wants ot keep her placenta. She discusses the options for ingesting it. They decide raw is best, and Tonya looks like she wants to die. In her interview, Tonya says you can tell she’s an old bitch because this totally grosses her out. Terra also tells the doctor that one of her breasts is leaking blood. He asks how much, and she tells him it leaked through a band-aid. She says it happened when she was breastfeeding, but this is prior to the baby being born, and breast cancer runs in her family.

The doctor checks it out. He thinks it’s a benign condition. Not normal or common, but probably nothing to worry about. He suggests it be dealt with later.

Tonya invites Jasmine and Briana over to make a casserole for Terra. Jasmine asks how Terra is doing without Joe. Tonya tells them about the doctor’s appointment. Jasmine says Terra is pretty strong, so if she’s worried about something, you know it’s something to be worried about. Tonya tells Briana she wasn’t trying to attack her character as a mom. She felt that at the time, the way Matt was treating her, it wasn’t the best environment. She says Briana is an excellent mother and says she’s sorry. In her interview, Jasmine says Briana wasn’t the only one who was offended. Jasmine tells Tonya it’s good of her to apologize, but wonders if Tonya understands why she and Terra were upset. Tonya says she wasn’t talking about a little person, but the dynamic of Briana’s household. I don’t get why Jasmine and Terra don’t understand that.

Jasmine, who feels like she’s getting bigger by the second, meets Christy for lunch. Christy wants help in making peace with the girls. Christy tells Jasmine about Autumn’s thyroid being out of whack. Jasmine says she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when she was younger and it’s hard for a doctor to determine a medication dosage for a little person. She asks how Christy’s dad is, and Christy tells her the cancer hasn’t spread. She asks how Christy is coping, and says she doesn’t seem like herself. Christy says she lost her sh*t at Elena’s party because she’s tired of the girls bullying her. Jasmine says it was bad to see how evil Christy is getting and she can’t deal with the name calling. Christy asks for help in fixing it, and says she needs a friend. Jasmine says she can only help so much.

Joe returns. Terra thought he wouldn’t make it back from Tijuana. She says she couldn’t imagine having the baby without him. She packs for the hospital and he asks how the pre-op appointment went. She says they’ll talk later, but wants to discuss the delivery plan. She’s having a one-touch spinal, which she feels is the safest option for little people. She wants Joe to be in full when-is-Terra-gonna-hold-the-baby mode, since it was a while before she held Penny. She wants everything she didn’t have the first time around. Joe says sometimes things don’t go to plan, even though he likes the positivity. There’s that word that doesn’t exist again.

Next stop, baby. Terra is looking forward to being a family of four. She’s curious as to what Penny will think and Joe says, look, another baby. Ha-ha! Terra says they’ve agreed on names, but Joe says it’s just penciled in, not set in stone.

Terra makes a video for the baby to watch one day. She asks what Joe thinks it’s going to be. He says he’s used to girls and he’ll freak if he sees a penis. Joe is a little worried, but says Terra will be fine. The doctor has warned them that she might need a blood transfusion during the c-section. Joe says he doesn’t remember being this nervous last time. They exchange I love yous. He talks about feeling better since he lost weight. He says he wants to be a better guy for her and the babies. They kiss.

Terra starts being affected by the anethesia and says she’s having a hard time breathing. The doctor says once the baby is out she’ll feel better. Joe says it seems like she’s in more pain and the delivery seems more dangerous than the first time. Here it comes! Terra says she’s in pain and asks for Joe’s hand.

The baby is out and it’s a boy! Everyone applauds. Joe is worried about Terra because she’s in so much more pain than she was with Penny. The nurse instructs her how to breathe. Terra says she feels weak, but the nurse tells her it’s just the medicine. She says her stomach hurts and the doctor says it’s probably because the uterus is out. Joe says this isn’t for the faint of heart. I agree and I’m just watching it on TV. He cuts the umbilical cord.

Joe says it’s unreal. He says baby boy has an average sized head, so they don’t know whether he’s a dwarf or average, but either way he’s putting shoulder pads on and playing football. The baby is 7 pounds, 10 ounces. Terra says it’s like they have a fresh start. She says it’s a blessing that the baby isn’t starting off life in an incubator. Terra is thrilled it’s a boy. A boy with a big set of lungs. Wow, that kid can holler.

Next time, Briana goes to a shooting range because she doesn’t feel safe, Terra cries about the baby’s name, and Elena doesn’t want to invite Christy somewhere because she’s afraid of another conflict.

September 28, 2016 – GH’s Anna is Back Home, Little LA’s Terra Finally Gets in Her Home & AHS/RHPS Tidbits

Standard

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Anna is home! She wants to find out what the hell has been going on.

The scene with Paul, Susan, and the birthday cake is repeated. He tells her that except for Monica Quartermaine, he’s killed them all. He blows out the candles and Susan reacts. He asks her what is it, but it’s probably that she saw Tracy peeking around the door.

Curtis works out at the gym hitting a punching bag. Nothing important, but his hot body is duly noted

Nathan apologizes to Maxie for the crazy situation. She tells him the only crazy is Claudette and he has nothing to apologize for. She mentions how Claudette talked to his mother without a heads up, and Claudette comes out of nowhere and says she thought it was the right thing to do.

Griff welcomes Anna back. They sit down to eat at Kelly’s and talk about Julian. Anna says he’ll never be brought to justice now. Griff says he knew she’d be disappointed, but she says more like angry and confused. She tells him she’s sorry they couldn’t get justice for Duke. Griff says he’s sorry for the loss of Sabrrrina. Anna says the hardest thing was explaining it to Emma. She tells Griff that she’s spent the better part of her life upholding the law and now it’s failed her all over the place.

Paul asks Susan what’s going on. Tracy runs to the elevator and gets in. The door closes. Then it opens back up and Paul is standing there. I make a noise out loud. Tracy smiles.

Nathan tells Maxie to go do her conference call and he’ll talk to Claudette. Claudette tells Nathan that she hasn’t handled things in the best way. She realizes that she wants him to be a real father to their daughter and hopes that he does too.

Anna tells Griff she spoke to Dante about Sabrrrina’s murder. The consensus is that Sabrrrina figured out who attacked Monica and was killed for it. Griff tells her that Monica is going to be okay. He asks about the cufflink, but Anna says nothing yet, and all they have is a picture. She says when she left, they had an airtight case against Julian, so how did everything evaporate, including his confession? Jordan walks in and Anna asks what the hell happened with Julian.

Tracy tells Paul she came to see Susan. She explains how she found out where Susan was. She’s pretty good at this because I would never guess that she’s probably dying inside. She says she’s sad that Paul didn’t feel he could tell her or Dillon about Susan being at the hospital. She says she didn’t mean to invade his privacy. He says he knows how much family means to her and thanks her for caring. He says it’s not a good time to see Susan though. She doesn’t speak but uses sounds and gestures that he can understand, and she signaled she wants to be alone. He says she’s resting, but he’s staying in the area so he can come back later. Tracy apologizes again, saying she realizes it’s a private matter for him. He says now that she’s here, he’d like to talk to her about Susan.

Andre shows up at the gym for some boxing. Curtis says they must have double-booked, but if he wants to use the bag, he can. Andre suggests they spar.

Nathan says he gets the results of the paternity test in a few hours. Claudette has a mini freak-out, wondering how they could get an accurate result so quickly. Suddenly, she has to go. Maxie comes back in. She says Claudette must be desperate to do damage control and she’s been lying to them the entire time. This is a real shock since Claudette has been so truthful up until now.

Griff leaves so Anna can talk to Jordan. His phone rings. It’s Claudette. She says she spoke to Nathan and Maxie, and now she needs to speak to him immediately. She asks him to come to her room at the MetroCourt.

Jordan tells Anna that she didn’t screw up the warrant; she knows she gave the right address. She says she can’t find any sign that someone else got into the system, but that has to be what happened. Anna says Scotty’s ethics are flexible (ha-ha!), but he’s not going to do something that will land him in jail. Anna says whoever did this set Julian free. Well, yeah.

Paul says he needs someone to talk to and asks Tracy to have a quick bite with him at this great steakhouse he knows. He says he’s been feeling overwhelmed, like things are starting to get away from him. He says he didn’t see Sabrrrina’s death coming. He knows he and Tracy aren’t family anymore, but they’re friends. She says absolutely, but she doesn’t want to take away from his Susan time. He reminds her that Susan wants to be alone right now, and asks if there’s some reason she doesn’t want to dine with him. He uses the word “dine.” Who uses that word? Besides Paul.

Griff comes to Claudette’s room. He asks what her frantic call was about. She says there’s a slight possibility that what she told Nathan and Maxie could involve him.

Maxie says Claudette is obviously panicked. Nathan says it’s possible he might not he the father, but is Maxie prepared if he is?

Jordan and Anna go over what happened at the trial. Jordan says Alexis told her that she’d only had one glass of wine, and either she’s lying or everything got to her. She says the testimony was ridiculous and Alexis ended up collapsing into Julian’s arms. Anna says she’s not going to get angry after the fact, but what the blip was Alexis thinking? Jordan says Alexis is only human, and maybe she couldn’t cope with seeing Julian there. Anna says she needs better answers and wants to talk to Paul.

Tracy says she’ll be happy to dine with Paul. They get into the elevator.

Curtis asks Andre if there’s any progress with his killer profile. Andre says he can’t discuss it because Curtis isn’t technically a part of the team. Curtis says he’s been helpful and Jordan is comfortable talking to him. Andre says he’s not, so drop it.

Tracy goes back to Paul’s room. He looks for his wallet, but she says she’s willing to spring for the meal. He says he’s buying, end of story. He goes through his stuff. His phone rings, but he doesn’t answer, saying it’s nothing important. Tracy is clearly nervous.

Anna tells Jordan that Paul isn’t answering. She says maybe he’s laying low because he hates to lose. Jordan asks if she’s going to respect his privacy and Anna says no. Two minutes in the door and she’s on fire already.

Griff tells Claudette the past is the past, let it go. She sputters some nonsense and he tells her to spit it out. She says the night Nathan shot him, she discovered something – she was pregnant.

Maxie says Nathan has never had a problem with Georgie, so why would she have a problem with him having a child? He says if he’s Charlotte’s father, he needs her to be honest about where she stands. She says years ago, she was more like Claudette than she’d like to admit, and would have wanted him to stay away, but now that she’s a mom, she’d never sabotage any relationship with his child. She says if Charlotte is his daughter, she knows he’ll be a committed father and she’ll completely support him.

Claudette tells Griff about Charlotte. She says she’s almost positive Nathan is the father. She says they never used protection, but she and Griff were always careful. Except for the times they weren’t.

Maxie says all of her reservations are about Claudette being a lying liar, not about him being a dad. Nathan says he’s never loved her more. He says Claudette having a child explains a lot, and whether or not Charlotte is his daughter, he wants to make sure she’s safe. Maxie says his first instinct is to protect and it’s one of the reasons she loves him.

Claudette tells Griff that she feels Charlotte is Nathan’s. Griff says calling him is a preemptive strike just in case her daughter isn’t Nathan’s. He asks why she didn’t tell Nathan to begin with. She says she’d just seen him shoot Griff in a drunken rage and didn’t know how he’d react. Griff says that’s no excuse. He asks if there’s something else she’s not telling him. She says Nathan wanted a paternity test and the results are coming in today. Her phone rings. It’s Nathan and the results are in now. He’ll pick up the papers, and he and Maxie will meet her.

Curtis tells Andre that they have more important things to talk about than sparring. He says it’s Andre’s call about discussing the case, but this has nothing to do with the case; he doesn’t want Curtis involved with Jordan. Andre says Curtis has disrupted her life. Curtis says all that’s in the past and obviously Andre is out of the loop. They verbally spar and Curtis tell Andre to go ahead and take a punch.

Anna goes to Paul’s hotel room and sees Olivia, who’s spot checking the rooms. She tells Anna that Paul did the best he could, and Alexis messed things up. She says Julian will never see his son again though. Anna asks if she can leave a note for Paul. Olivia gets a call and has to go, leaving Anna alone in Paul’s room.

Anna opens a drawer – I assume looking for stationery – and takes out a folder. The papers fall out and they’re all articles about the hospital killer.

Paul continues to look for his wallet, and explains how Susan communicates with him. He tells her that Susan can let him know when he should come or go, or if a nurse is at the door. This makes Tracy a little nervous. He finds his wallet in the couch, but says why don’t they order in?

Nathan knocks on Claudette’s door. He and Maxie come in with the results. Nathan says he’s not surprised to see Griff. He opens the envelope.

Jordan asks Curtis why he’s telling Andre to hit him. Curtis replies that it’s a boxing gym. Curtis leaves and Andre calls Curtis Jordan’s boy. He says Curtis was prying into the case, and admits to just not liking him.

Anna thinks the folder is Paul’s research. And then she finds the biggest cufflink I’ve ever seen. Seriously. It’s stupid big. Who is Paul on his off-time? The Jolly Green Giant?

Tracy asks why she’d want room service when Paul has been bragging about the steakhouse. Paul locks the door and says he can’t let her leave.

Next time, Doc and Laura share the same flight, Paul tells Tracy he needs to tie up loose ends, and Anna investigates the giant cufflink further.

Little Women: LA

After having the babies, Elena is concerned about stretch marks and she’s having them burned off. At least that’s what it sounds like. Terra goes with her, and says she seems like she’s in a better mood since her birthday party. Elena is upset that the girls aren’t getting along. We flash back to the Plastic incident at Tonya’s photo shoot and then the fight Tonya had with Christy on the yacht. Elena wants to get to the bottom of why Christy’s personality has changed so much. We see some of the procedure and while they don’t use a torch, it’s some kind of zapper that looks painful. I guess vitamin E wasn’t an option.

Terra wants a drama free night of belly dancing. She’s invited all the girls with the exception of Christy. Can’t say as I blame her. In her interview, Terra says that she wants to be in the best shape possible, so that she’s raring to go for Dancing with the Stars after she has the baby.

Christy is still getting over Elena’s birthday, so she goes to a soap-making class with her mom. She says she’s had it with the girls, and talks about the fight with Tonya. She tells her mom that she exploded at everyone. In her interview, Christy plays the victim. She does regret some of the things she said though, like calling Tonya a Black whore. She says she misses her friendships. Well, quit acting like a d-bag then. Her mom tells her she can’t change the past, but only move forward. Zzzzz….

Matt’s son is visiting from Seattle. Briana loves the family vibe, and Eric is enjoying his baby brother, Maverick. The kids go to play upstairs and Matt says he loves having the kids, but he’s pretty tired. He talks to Briana about the party and “Crusty.” In her interview, Briana says she thinks Christy is pissed off because she and Matt worked things out. She tells Matt that Christy is spreading the story about him and Plastic like it’s new, even though it was six months ago. IMO, that’s still kind of new, but if they’ve decided to let it be in the past, that’s their business. Frankly, I was pretty appalled at Christy’s antics. Briana says Christy has no soul and no respect, and Matt says she’s crazy.

Two masseuses show up at Tonya’s house with flowers. Tonya thinks some wine, chocolate and a foot massage will help her bond with Angelique. She wants their relationship to get back to where it was before Kerwin moved in. Angelique tells Tonya she’s dating. When Tonya asks if she’s committed, Angelique wants a definition of that. Tonya asks how many massages it will cost her to get some real information.

Christy talks to her daughter about getting her driver’s license. She wants Autumn to be extra prepared, since being a dwarf makes it even tougher. She suggests they practice at home. I think she means taking a spin around the block, but Christy sets up a makeshift “car” in the kitchen using a paper plate for a steering wheel. Autumn wonders why they’re doing this. She’s unenthusiastic and tired. Christy thinks in addition to her cyst, Autumn has a thyroid problem and wants to make a doctor’s appointment. Autumn agrees.

Tonya says ever since she had a baby, she’s suffered from thinning hair. She’s approached Jasmine about her issue, since Jasmine is a hair stylist. Jasmine can totally relate because she has the same problem. She likes to make her clients empowered rather than embarrassed and help them take control of their hair.

Tonya tells Jasmine about the evening of belly dancing Terra is planning. Jasmine says she doesn’t have a pet and Terra told her that she usually doesn’t like people who don’t have animals. She says she’d love one, but doesn’t have the time. Tonya says she doesn’t think Terra meant anything bad and to just discuss it with her.

Kerwin and Tonya have been looking for fun things to do on date nights, so they go to a flight simulator place. This is really cool. They put on flight suits and goggles, and sit in a cockpit type thing with huge screens in front of them. It looks like they achieved their goal of having fun.

They talk about Angelique. Tonya tells Kerwin that Angelique is worried that she’ll pass along everything they talk about. She definitely wants him to back off about Angelique’s love life.

Terra and Joe are going back to the house they bought. The one the former owner won’t leave. We flash back to last week when they couldn’t get in. They’re meeting with the seller’s brother-in-law to hopefully get the keys. The guy meets them and says everything is cleared out. He warns them that there’s powder all over the place though, since she was afraid of people breaking in and wanted to get fingerprints. He gives them the keys. Joe says they can deal with a couple of kilos of powder and Terra says she hopes it’s not that kind of powder.

Tonya meets them and they tell her about the powder. In her interview, Tonya calls the seller a crazy heifer and I laugh. Terra is afraid to go in. Joe suggests they paint the walkway yellow and the seller will think their small footprints are from Munchkins.

Terra is nervous, but puts the key in the lock. The door opens and she gasps. Man, I so relate to this, since we had the same problem. Not quite as bad, but when we got here with the moving truck a day after closing, the previous owner was sitting here in a folding chair along with a bunch of her stuff. This was after we’d acquiesced to several things just to get her out on time. And she’s still here twenty years later. Just kidding.

Everything is fine. And it looks pretty clean. Terra is excited because it’s where they’re going to raise their family and she knows she can make it a home. Okay, the tub is covered in powder. Tonya has a lot of connections and is going to hook them up with someone who can make the house little people friendly. Terra is ecstatic. Joe wants to christen the room and Tonya says she’s outta there. Contractor and landscaper to follow.

Elena and Briana go to the park, so the kids can have some fun in the sprinklers. Elena knows what sex her baby is going to be, but she’s not ready to tell us yet. She asks Briana how Matt is dealing with Maverick’s littleness. Briana says things are going well, but she’s still miffed about Tonya’s comment that a little baby would be easier for her. Jasmine says she’s surprised, since Tonya is a mother to an average sized daughter. Briana says her step-son doesn’t look down on her because she’s little, and I think, well, technically, he does. Jasmine talks about Terra saying she normally doesn’t like people who don’t have animals and wonders if she’s being sensitive. Ya think? Briana says she is pregnant. In her interview, Briana thinks Jasmine must be having a girl and has extra estrogen. Since we didn’t actually see the conversation, I’m assuming what Terra meant was that she doesn’t normally like people who don’t have pets, because those people don’t like animals, and it translated wrong.

It’s belly dancing time! In her interview, Terra says the belly dancing will help her crush it on DWTS. Elena says dancing isn’t her thing, even though she does it after a couple of cocktails. Terra asks the instructor if anyone has ever gone into labor during a lesson and she says not yet. This looks like it’s probably good exercise. In her interview, Briana says the dancing makes her feel confident and relaxed, but it might be because Christy isn’t there.

Afterward. Terra thanks everyone for coming and says she’s glad they’re able to enjoy this moment as friends. She asks Jasmine what the stank face is for, and Jasmine says she wonders if they are friends. She tells Terra about how she said she normally doesn’t like people who don’t have animals. Terra says she meant it as a compliment. In her interview, Terra admits she says offensive sh*t all the time, but that wasn’t one of those times. I’m thinking that Tonya didn’t mean for Jasmine to talk to Terra in front of everyone. Elena says this is the most stupid thing she’s ever heard. Jasmine says she felt judged after she thought they were on a good path. It’s the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard too.

Tonya gets involved and brings up Briana being upset about her saying she hoped Briana’s baby was little. This is how things get out of control. Too much input. Tonya explains her comment, but it’s not going over too well. Instead of clarifying things, it’s only adding fuel to the fire. It’s certainly not mending things with Briana. Briana says both of her children are taller than she is and there’s no problem. Somehow this all leads into Tonya saying that Matt is disrespectful. Elena jumps in and in her interview, Terra wonders how this got to the topic of Briana’s parenting skills. Jasmine says that it was taken the wrong way and Tonya says that’s why she’s explaining it and it’s just her opinion anyway. I can’t help but be distracted by Jasmine’s awesome earrings. She always wears crazy dangling things with feathers and sparkles.

Terra starts to talk and Tonya says she wan’t talking about her. In her interview, Tonya says this is Terra’s fault in the first place. Jasmine and Elena think Terra should apologize, but I’ve forgotten for what at this point.

Next time, Christy’s mom gets a make-over, Christy asks for help in making peace, Joe can’t make Terra’s pre-op appointment, and baby number two arrives.

👻 Re: American Horror Story: Roanoke (?). I guess the theme is a reenactment of The Children of the Blair Witch? I am enjoying it, and happen to like reenactment shows, but none of them is as professional as this looks.

💋 I’m looking forward to FOX’s interpretation of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on October 20. Check out my archives for my post on how I started the RHPS cult. Don’t believe me? Take a look at Sal Piro‘s book Creatures of the Night. I’m on page 5 (I think). A friend of mine and I were the first ones to throw confetti. The one thing all the retrospective RHPS tales leave out is how high everyone was. The idea was that if we threw confetti from the balcony at the same time they did in the movie, the people below us would think they were in the movie. Does that sound like straight thinking to you? While times have changed and there’s no going home to the spontaneity again, I look back on that time fondly. I do have to admit I thought it was a phase that wouldn’t last, but it’s a pleasant surprise to see that there are new Frankie fans even in 2016.

August 17, 2016 – GH’s Test Results, Little LA’s Friendships Tested & NYC Wives Test Miami’s Waters

Standard

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Lulu presents various nursery lamps for Dylan’s approval – in the interrogation room. He suggests maybe she’s getting a little ahead of things.

Laura and Tracy wait for the DNA test result on the bracelet. Tracy says Monica put a rush on it, but obviously not as much of one as Nell’s kidney test.

Franco startles Elizabeth, popping up from the back seat of her car.

Kristina leaves a message for Parker, telling her she’s rude for ignoring her calls, wondering if her mother dictated Parker’s letter, and babbling in general. Actually, she seems drunk. Molly hears her, grabs her phone, and throws it over the railing.

It’s time for Alexis to face the bar. And I don’t mean in a good way. Diane thinks she has a shot at redemption.

Tracy tells Laura that she’s sorry about Nicholas. She says they worked together on a project once, and he was very good. Laura is worried about the DNA results. Tracy says Luke has almost met his end a million times and he wouldn’t allow it to happen on Cassadine Island.

Lulu tells Dante she doesn’t want to believe her father is dead. She hasn’t heard back from Lucky either. She says Dante and Rocco are getting her through, as well as the plans for the new baby.

Okay, Kristina is drunk dialing. She claims she was going to call an Uber and tries to go after her phone, but Molly stops her. Kristina tells Molly about Alexis driving Parker away. She says their mom has interfered in her life for the last time and she hopes they throw the book at her.

The moderator reviews what happened with Carrrlos and Alexis refusing to consider the DA’s offer. He asks if she disputes any of it. Diane says no, and the judge says all that’s left is the closing statement. Geez, everything moves so fast in Port Charles, you’d think it was some huge cosmopolitan city. Olivia bursts in asking if she’s too late.

Elizabeth jumps out of the car. Franco says he needs to talk to her and it seemed like the only place he could do it. He tells her he’s sorry.

Olivia says she’d like to make a statement. The moderator says they have it on paper, but she wants to make it in person. She says meaning no disrespect, they’re all being played for fools. The moderator says by who, and Olivia brings up Mayor Lomax, saying the mayor wants revenge and they can’t let her get away with it. The moderator says even though unorthodox, they thank her for her statement. Alexis asks to speak on her own behalf.

Kristina says she wants Alexis to lose something she cares about and to have consequences for her actions. Molly says she’s mad at Julian, but doesn’t want Alexis to lose her license. Molly says they need to have the kind of love where you let someone hate you so they don’t hurt themselves. I have no idea what she means.

Tracy says it would be just like Luke to be relaxing half a world away while they worry about him being dead. Laura apologizes for being against Luke and Tracy getting married. Tracy says it was all for the best in the long run, but Laura asks if she’s still in love with Luke.

Alexis starts from when she was born, and tells the bar how her mother’s murderer was never prosecuted. She says she became a lawyer because she grew up with no justice. She tells them that Carrrlos killed Duke under Julian’s orders, but chose not to give Julian up, and her desire to protect Julian had nothing to do with it. She says honoring the client’s wishes sometimes is at odds with what’s best for them, and legal counsel can only improve by learning from mistakes. She says she will do better, but can’t if they won’t let her try.

Molly says it never occurred to Kristina that Parker might be using her. Kristina accuses her of getting off on it because it makes Molly look better. She says she can’t wait for the day that Molly realizes that she’s never really lived. Molly calls her a mean drunk. She says every time Kristina has a choice, she picks the wrong one, always leaning toward chaos.

Franco says he didn’t know that Elizabeth was the one who got him off the hook and he’s sorry. He adds that she let him go on a tirade and could have clued him in. He says he thought she doubted his innocence and doubted getting involved with him. He asks if that’s no longer the case.

Lulu talks about furnishing the nursery with flea market finds and Dante says he knows nothing about refinishing furniture. She says she does because she looked it up on the internet. Lulu gets a call from Dr. Lee telling her that her malaria test is negative. She can start hormone treatments now.

Tracy says she’s tried not to be in love with Luke, but hasn’t been able to shake him. Laura talks about falling in love with Luke when she was just a girl and going on an adventure with him. She says they got married and had kids, but she never grew up because he was always there to save her. She says Scotty always treated her like a child too, and when people treat you like a child, you continue to be one. She says she finally started to grow up when there were no more kids to raise and no husband to please or define her. She’s finally started to define herself.

The DNA samples don’t match the bracelet.

Elizabeth tells Franco she was uncomfortable on their date. She could have fooled me. She says for a while she could see him as an eccentric artist, but his past is violent and unstable. She says sometimes he triggers memories of who he used to be. She gives him the it’s me, not you speech, and says she doesn’t think she can make peace with his past and doesn’t think they should see one another any more.

Out in the hall, Alexis thanks Olivia. She says Olivia was right to worry about Julian and protect Leo, and apologizes for getting Leo’s DNA behind her back. Olivia says she was fooled too, and actually believed Julian could be a good father. She leaves and Alexis and Diane are called back in.

Kristina tells Molly to get lost, and that she doesn’t need her judgments. She screams in Molly’s face and Molly leaves. Kristina sits down and cries. Molly comes back and hugs her.

The moderator gives Alexis all kinds of props, but says she acted negligently in Carrrlos’s case. He says for that reason, they can’t allow her to continue practicing law in New York state. Diane says she’s going to appeal, but he says they didn’t rule to disbar, just suspend. Indefinitely. They’ll reconvene in a year and review Alexis’s conduct. If it sucks, she’ll be disbarred.

Lulu finds out about Luke and hugs Dante. Olivia comes in and wonders why Lulu is crying, but seems happy. Lulu tells her that her dad is still alive and also that she’s getting an embryo implant. Olivia is thrilled.

Tracy says they still don’t know where Luke is. Laura says that’s not unusual and that he frequently falls off the grid. Tracy thinks Laura is gearing up to track Luke down and says she can help, but Laura says she’s not going to do it this time.

Olivia’s intuition tells her that Lulu is going to have a girl. Dylan says he doesn’t doubt Olivia’s psychic powers, but he’s skeptical. Olivia says fine, but they’re having a girl. She leaves and Lulu and Dante say they don’t really care which it is.

Franco says he thinks there’s something special between him and Elizabeth. She thinks they should end it before it ends badly and they hurt each other. Franco says he lied a little about the painting of her. He says it’s true that he sees her as beautiful in an ugly world, but she’s an angel who gives him hope. He thought she might be his salvation, someone who looks past the evil in his life that he’s tried to distance himself from, and sees there’s still good in him. She says he has to find salvation in himself.

Diane orders martinis for her and Alexis at the MetroCourt. She tells Alexis to take some classes or something and the year will fly by. Alexis says it won’t and she’s made spectacular errors in judgment, but she was good at her job. She says she doesn’t know what she’ll tell her kids. Diane says the kids will be fine and she’ll find a reason to get up in the morning besides work.

Laura tells Tracy it’s not her place to go after Luke anymore and she has people who need her. Tracy asks if Doc is one of them. Laura says she was thinking about Lulu and Spencer, but she does want to see Doc. She tells Tracy if she loves Luke, she should go find him. Tracy leaves another message for Luke, saying it’s time for him to call. She doesn’t want to know where he is, but only that he’s okay.

Franco says Elizabeth is right and it’s not her job to save him, He says he’ll find salvation on his own. Elizabeth tells him he has a gift and should use it, and to keep painting salvation in art. He kisses her on the cheek and says he’ll see her around.

I count five martini glasses, but don’t know who drank what. Diane says she has to get up early and has to go. She tells Alexis she’s sorry this is happening. Alexis says it’s not that she wasn’t warned and next time stop her before she self destructs. Diane tells her she’ll get through this and she’ll call her tomorrow. Alexis orders another martini and says keep the tab open.

Kristina asks Molly why she’s still there. Molly says she’s still her sister and she doesn’t judge her, she looks up to her. Kristina says she doesn’t deserve Molly’s niceness. Molly says she does, and if Parker didn’t make her feel that way, it’s time to move on. She suggests getting a pizza and watching a movie. They leave for home.

Kristina’s forgotten phone rings. It’s parker

Tomorrow, Laura argues with Hayden, Finn is close to an answer, andClaudette isn’t going anywhere.

Little Woman: LA

Kerwin is highly pissed because Tonya still has to get some of her stuff from Jaa’s place. Kerwin says she’s wasting his time. Tonya says it’s not her fault and she thinks Kerwin is being unreasonable. Tonya is hurt that Kerwin doesn’t believe or trust her. In her interview, Tonya says she wants to make this work and will do whatever it takes. Kerwin says he’s out of there. Tonya says she’ll take care of it, but he says seeing is believing.

Elena’s twins have been released from the hospital after only two weeks. Both Kairo and Xavier are just over four pounds each and so precious, like little baby dolls. They still have to do a genetic test to see if either one is a little person, but for now, Elena just wants to enjoy them.

Briana and Terra have an appointment with a photographer to do pregnancy photos. In her interview, Terra says she’s glad to let the Matt issues go and is ready to have fun with Briana again. Briana’s photos are beautiful, but Terra’s are more “out there.” She wants her baby to think she was cray.

Terra discusses Tonya’s comment about it being good that Briana is having a little baby rather than average sized, because she just can’t understand the comment had nothing to do with her and wants to continue to take it personally. Briana says whatever stature her children are, she’s still large and in charge. She wonders who Tonya is to judge her. Terra says she hasn’t spoken to Tonya since she critiqued Tonya’s active-wear, except they all went to that henna thing together – did that not count or did she forget? In her interview, Terra says she wants to make amends with Tonya because they’ve been friends for 15 years, but she doesn’t want Tonya looking like a fool with her clothing line. She’s also afraid that at some point, Tonya is going to explode.

Jasmine has been doing some extra hours at the salon. She’s not ready to tell her boss she’s pregnant and wonders if there’s anything else she could do to get some extra income. Welcome to my world. She asks her boss about picking up even more work, and her boss suggests sending her to classes so she can expand her hairdressing horizons. Jasmine is excited to be furthering her career.

Matt and Briana go shopping. She tells him about the photo shoot and how well it went with Terra. Matt says he needs to learn how to accept people for who they are and move forward. Briana repeats Tonya’s comment that Terra repeated to her. It’s become a game of telephone and Briana says Tonya claimed she couldn’t handle an average sized child. Matt suggests they just focus on the coming baby.

Tonya is dealing with a thinning spot on her scalp and goes to the hair salon. She discusses it with Jasmine, who also has a thinning hair problem. Jasmine tells Tonya that her salon deals with that a lot. Jasmine says it’s a huge step for Tonya to confide in her, and lets Tonya know she’s pregnant in return. Tonya says Christy is going to be pissed.

Jasmine asks if she missed anything after she left henna day. Tonya tells her about Terra criticizing her clothing line, but says she didn’t receive it as constructive and didn’t think Terra was coming from a good place. Jasmine suggests she tell Terra that this is her dream and either support her or not.

Commercial break. It’s a preview of Little Women: Atlanta. I just can’t anymore. Monie, Money, Minnie, twins whose names I can never remember, whatever. I can’t deal with those girls who are basically going nowhere. At least nowhere there isn’t twerking.

Tonya meets Christy, who has a terrific new haircut and color, at the gym. They work on the Pilates machines. Christy talks about how difficult exercise classes can be for little people. Tonya says she could only invite Christy, since she’s the only one who isn’t pregnant. I’m sure Jasmine will really appreciate her scooping that news.

Once again, Tonya relays what Terra said about her active-wear. She tells Christy about the Habitat for Humanity – Power Women/Power Tool volunteer day she’s invited everyone to. Christy says she’s missed everyone and Tonya says they’ve missed her too. I think Tonya might be exaggerating just a little.

Terra comes to see Elena’s twins. I’m not much of a baby person, but even I want to squish them. She asks how it is caring for both of them. Elena says it’s a lot of work, but better than having them in the hospital. Terra shares a Penny poop story. She asks Elena if she knows if the babies are little or not. Elena says she doesn’t really care as long as they’re healthy. In her interview, Terra says she’s going to get the test right away, so she can be prepared, but she thinks Elena doesn’t want to know because she’s scared. Now who has opinions about someone else’s baby? They talk about Habitat LA, but Terra says she was invited before her fallout with Tonya, so she isn’t sure how that is going to go.

Christy was supposed to go to a jewelry making class with Autumn, but Autumn still isn’t well, so her mom comes instead. Her mom immediately tells the clerk she hates crafts and he’s like, alrighty then. They discuss Autumn and Habitat LA. Christy says she’s been so involved with her own family, she hasn’t had time to think about hanging out with the girls. She says she won’t be happy to see Terra, but she’s glad Tonya reached out to her with the invite. Christy makes a face at her mom’s bracelet making skills, but I think it looks cool.

Jaa brings the rest of Tonya’s stuff to her house. Jaa tries to make peace with Kerwin and Tonya says she just wants to disappear. He says he wishes Kerwin would reconsider his and Tonya’s working relationship. Tonya says she just wants Kerwin to be happy. Kerwin says it’s nothing personal, but he’s not comfortable with Jaa being Tonya’s ex. Jaa accepts that and it’s peace out.

Tonya and Jasmine meet for lunch. Because no one can leave it alone, Jasmine brings up what Tonya said about Briana having a little baby. Tonya says Terra didn’t understand her point. She says Briana doesn’t have a strong personality and even her daughter runs over her. Jasmine says it’s upsetting to other little people moms and Tonya says she’s not talking about them, she’s talking about Briana specifically. In her interview, Tonya is seriously annoyed. She tells Jasmine that Matt is also who he is, and with Briana’s situation, that’s how she feels. Jasmine says she’ll drop it then and Tonya steals some of her cake.

It’s Habitat LA day. While the director is getting Tonya set up with a ladder, Christy arrives. She plans on steering clear of Terra and hopes they keep Terra away from the chainsaws. She tells Tonya that when Terra is pregnant, she turns into an alien. And by that she means from another planet, not another country.

Terra shows up. In her interview, Tonya says she hopes “that heifer” stays focused and keeps her mouth shut. Terra isn’t thrilled to see Christy, but is glad Christy is wearing a hard hat, so she doesn’t get any more “contusions.” Christy tries to be nice, but Terra isn’t having any. Terra tells Tonya she’s been ignoring her calls and says that her inviting Christy would be like if she invited Jaa, which makes no sense. Tonya suggests she just concentrate on volunteerism.

Christy, Tonya and Terra do some spackling. Terra want to talk it out with Tonya, who doesn’t want to discuss it there, but Terra presses the issue. Tonya tells Terra that she hurt her feelings. She says the workout line is her vision and when she’s ready to talk about it, she will. Terra wants to know why they can’t have an adult conversation and Tonya says they will, but not here. Christy tries to interject that it’s not the place because this is for charity and Terra tells her to STFU. Tonya says maybe Terra shouldn’t be there then, and she stomps out.

Next time, vegetable picking, Kerwin is having a party and doesn’t want to invite Terra, Terra comes anyway and starts a fight.

The Real Housewives of NYC

Oh, that’s right. Bethenny is going to tell The Countess what a jerk Tom is. This should be good. Especially since I’m sure The Countess will try to justify it.

Bethenny tells Carole and Ramona that Tom has been unfaithful to The Countess. Ramona tells her not to say that and Carole thinks maybe it’s not him, but Bethenny has a photo. Ramona totally freaks out because everything is all about her. Apparently Tom was drunkenly making out with an ex-Playboy centerfold at a bar for quite a while – after his engagement to The Countess. Ramona wants to see the picture so they can “take a vote” if it’s really him. Yeah, right. Bethenny says it’s him.

Ramona is getting a manicure and can barely keep her sh*t together when The Countess comes in to talk to her. Ramona just gives her bug eyes and a smile while she prattles on. Bethenny shows Carole the picture and she confirms. In her interview, Bethenny says it’s not a question of if, but of when and how. She thinks that The Countess is really in love with the whole atmosphere of getting married though, rather than her upcoming groom.

Bethenny, Sonja and Ramona are waiting for Dorinda and the rest to arrive for dinner. Ramona has told Sonja about Tom, and Bethenny gets pissed. Ramona acts like she didn’t know any better. Sonja talks about having slept with Tom and almost meeting his mother not too long before he became engaged to The Countess. Bethenny wonders if The Countess knows the timeline. Wow. This restaurant is right on the water and I want to be there. At another table. The girls order appetizers.

Dorinda finally arrives with the rest of the women. Sonja and Ramona tun to the table, taking seats to block Bethenny from The Countess. Bethenny bitches at them for being late. Carole is the perpetrator and says she told them to leave without her. A gigantic bowl of iced shrimp comes out and it makes everything better.

The Countess talks about not knowing where Tom is tonight, but not being the jealous type. Dorinda has planned some kind of sandbar trip and Ramona is worried about not getting food if she goes. Dorinda explains that there’s food there. Geez, if you’re that worried, pack a snack. Ramona doesn’t want to come and Dorinda thinks she’s rude.

The ladies change venues, sans Bethenny and Sonja. It’s a really cool Spanish bar where Jules gets up on stage and tries to play the trombone. Now she’s wearing what looks like a vase on her head. That Jules, what a card! Ramona touches up her makeup, telling them she’s going out. Aren’t they out already?

Bethenny tells Sonja that once she gets moody, it’s hard to shake. She says there’s a part of her that feels bad for The Countess, but another that feels like The Countess should have known better. Sonja thinks she should talk to Tom. No. Bethenny asks for his phone number. No. Bethenny dials and says she feels like throwing up. There’s no answer and she says he’s out banging somebody else. She gets voicemail and hangs up. She tells Sonja she’s going to sleep on it.

The next day, Bethenny doesn’t think she can be around The Countess and doesn’t want to ruin her weekend. Carole says that Tom is now saying that Sonja was only a one night stand. He sounds like a real d-bag.

The rest of the girls join them. Ramona tells everyone she’s tired and she’s not going to the sandbar. I don’t know if it’s a place named Sandbar or a sandbar. Ramona isn’t fooling anyone as they know she’s really going shopping. When she changes, Dorinda says she doesn’t look like someone who’s going back to sleep.

Bethenny decides to go shopping with Ramona. She tells Dorinda that Sonja seems to be processing the Tom stuff. Dorinda didn’t realize that Sonja was that involved, but Bethenny says Sonja was going to meet his mom around Thanksgiving. Carole joins them and they discuss whether or not there will be a wedding. Dorinda seems surprised they would even wonder about that, and Bethenny says Dorinda has no understanding about The Countess. In her interview, Dorinda thinks there’s too much focus on the negative.

Dorinda resigns herself to the fact that the girls are going to do what they want. Minus Bethenny, Sonja and Ramona, they get in a small, but very comfortable boat. Drinks and appetizers are served. It looks like the sandbar is really a sandbar. Some guy in a passing boat yells C’est le vie to The Countess and she goes out of her mind with joy because they’ve recognized her and know her “music.”

The other three go to a restaurant. Bethenny has decided to talk to The Countess before they leave Miami. In her interview, Ramona wonders if Tom thinks he’s invisible.

Carole gets into a canoe to go on a food run. She comes back with ice cream and everyone wonders why she didn’t bring hot dogs. She says she ate one on the way, but didn’t think they’d want any. Carole. The Countess talks about Bethenny questioning her and asking if she and Tom are monogamous. Carole tries to defend Bethenny, saying that Bethenny is just concerned because of her own experiences.

Bethenny tells Ramona about trying to call Tom. She says the right thing to do is to tell her friend.

The Countess wants to correct Bethenny’s misconceptions. She says she had an open marriage with The Count, but it wasn’t what she wanted; she just put up with it.

Dorinda tells Jules that Ramona is a dog that bites and the girls who wouldn’t come along to the sandbar were rude. Bethenny has heard that The Countess isn’t happy with her, so she’s invited her friend, Romero, a famous artist, to dinner. The better to deflect things. The Countess doesn’t know who he is and thinks it’s bizarre that she would bring him.

The Countess asks why Ramona and friends didn’t want to go to the sandbar. Dorinda says Ramona was ill-mannered by pretending she wanted to relax, but Ramona says she relaxed at Bagatelle. She and Ramona hug it out. Honestly, it’s not like Dorinda had to go by herself.

The Countess says blah-blah-blah about Tom and Sonja claims to have been a one night stand for ten years. I have to add that Sonja is wearing a tiara.

It’s the end of the trip. They’re getting ready to leave and The Countess goes to Bethenny’s room. She says something has been bothering her. She says she was hurt by the way Bethenny talked about her and The Count cheating on one another, and felt she cheapened the beauty of their marriage. She asks why Bethenny would ask if she was monogamous with Tom.

Bethenny says she apologizes for what she said about The Countess’s marriage. The Countess again asks why Bethenny asked about she and Tom being monogamous. Bethenny says she has something that was dumped in her lap, and she doesn’t want it to be happening, but she has to show and tell The Countess something. The Countess says please don’t let it be about Tom, and Bethenny says it’s about Tom. She says it’s something true, and she has pictures, and she doesn’t want to be doing this.

The countess says she can’t and leaves. Then she can’t get into her room and tells the cameraman to stop filming. She talks to herself about Tom, saying please don’t let him be stupid.

Next time, The Countess calls Tom, Jules wears a watermelon on her head, Dorinda argues with Bethenny, and Ramona makes it about her.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Carly thanks Nell and tells her she appreciates all she’s been through, and asks if she’s will to prove she’s Jocelyn’s donor by taking some tests. Nell asks if Carly thinks she’s lying.

Finn visits Hayden. He tells her he’s sorry about Nicholas. Finn says he knows she cared about him. She says things between them were never simple and he set her up when he faked his death. Finn brings up Jason and she says bad timing on his part, but she was the one who was supposed to be framed. She says someone actually killed him this time, so good. Finn doesn’t believe she feels nothing but joy. Hayden tells him that a part of her does, but a part of her wants him here. She says the thought of never seeing him again and being able to try and make things right is something she doesn’t know what to do with and it’s a sad waste. She starts to cry and Finn hugs her.

Morgan visits Kiki. She answers the door thinking it’s Ava. He asks why Ava’s panties were in a twist and what happened after he left. Kiki says it doesn’t matter, but Morgan thinks it does. She says she’s just mad at herself for giving Ava more ammunition to use against them.

Ava arrives home to a mess. Scotty comes out in a towel, followed by a giggling Lucy. He says he can explain. I’ll bet. Ava asks what Scotty did to her place and what is he doing there with Lucy. He says they were having cocktails. When Ava says it looks like a tornado hit it, Lucy explains what would really happen if a tornado did hit. Scotty says things got a little wild. Lucy says who is Ava to judge when they’ve been having a hard time while Ava was off on vacation. She wants Ava to apologize to Scotty and Ava laughs.

Nell asks why Carly would assume she’s lying. Sonny explains that someone else tried to shake Carly down. Sonny says Nell has to understand where they’re coming from. Nell says she doesn’t know for sure, but the timeline adds up. She says none of it has been convenient for her. She thought she was going to help Jocelyn and get answers for herself, but the longer she’s there, the less she wants to be. She leaves. Carly and Sonny want to stop her, but Jax says maybe it’s better if she never comes back.

Scotty tells Ava not to work herself up and lose her vacation glow. She asks if they’ve seen the news. She tells them while they were boozing it up and laying waste to her home, she was in mortal danger, along with Laura and Doc. She tells them Doc was shot and is recovering in the hospital. Lucy runs out and Scotty says he should check on Laura. Ava tells Scotty she’s disappointed in him and he’s going to be sorry he crossed her.

Morgan asks Kiki what ammunition she gave Ava. Kiki tells him about Ava finding the medication. She says she told Ava that Morgan didn’t cheat on her and kicked her out. Morgan says he’s sorry he did this to her. She’s pleased at how calm he is. He says he’s doing his best not to freak out and blame everyone else. He knows he overstepped with the apartment, but he was taking his meds. He says Kiki matters more to him than anyone else ever has.

Carly says Nell could hold the key to their daughter’s health. Jax says how is Jocelyn going to feel when she hears about it? Sonny says he agrees and Carly can’t control what happens.

Michael follows Nell to the coffee shop. He tells her his family is suspicious by nature and it’s nothing personal. She says her ATM card isn’t working yet, but if he wants to make up for things, loan her twenty bucks and give her his address so she can pay him back. He gets an emergency call. He asks her to stick around and if it doesn’t work out, he’ll give her $20 and a ride to the bus station. He leaves.

Jocelyn approaches Nell. She asks why she was talking to Michael and why did she see Nell in her living room?

Hayden says she keeps going back and forth between missing Nicholas and being glad he’s dead. Finn says he understands that kind of regret. He says when he could see the end coming with his wife, she asked him for a picture of her parents on their 35th anniversary. He says he didn’t want to leave her and decided to stay at the hospital. He’d convinced himself he was going to save her, but he didn’t. He never got the picture and she died without it. He says sometimes a picture can seem like a little thing, but it wasn’t to her, and he understands regrets that stay with you until you die. Sad.

Kiki and Morgan start to get busy and Kiki wisely remembers condoms.

Scotty tells Ava they never had anything exclusive and she says they never had anything period. She asks if he thought she was jealous. He says for the record, he and Lucy didn’t use her bed out of respect. Ava says she’d been looking forward to seeing him as a friend to give support, but she was wrong since he’s so self-absorbed. He asks if she’s ever cared about anyone. She says when she was away, she unexpectedly found herself caring about someone else, but now he’s dead.

Sonny says if they go any further, they have to be very careful for Jocelyn’s sake. Carly hopes Michael can bring her back. Carly says if they find out Nell is Jocelyn’s donor, it will help them both. Sonny tells her what happens next with Nell is up to Nell.

Jocelyn tells Nell that Michael is cute and super sweet and a great businessman. Nell says all that’s great, but she’s leaving town. Jocelyn wants to give her a gif from her phone, but is having a problem with the program. Nell helps her. Michael returns. Jocelyn tells him that Nell was helping her with a gif app. Michael sarcastically thanks her. Jocelyn leaves.

Michael tells Nell he believes her and if it turns out she’s Jocelyn’s donor, now she knows who the trouble was for. He says in turn, his family will help her. She’s not down with that, but he says it’s only right.

Scotty asks if Ava killed him, and she says she was there when it happened. She tells him it was Nicholas, confusing him, since Nicholas was already thought to be dead. She says he can read all about it in his new home. He says before he leaves, he wants to know if she’s okay. She says obviously not. He wonders if Nicholas was playing her and she says they were both playing each other, but they also saw different sides of each other. He tells her he’s sorry for her loss. She tells him to go.

Morgan says he’ll call for some food and go pick it up. He says he thinks they finally got his meds right, and he and Kiki are right now too. She says things are good. He tells her they’re always going to be, a sure sign there will be a problem soon.

Jax tells Carly he doesn’t want Jocelyn freaked out and Carly tells him not to freak her out then. Jocelyn comes in and asks why they’re talking about her.

Finn says he has to get back to feed Roxie. Hayden asks if he’s making any headway. He tells her, perhaps. He says he’s secured medication for three months and she asks what happens after that.

There’s a knock at Ava’s door. It’s Morgan. He says she’s in town for five minutes and he’s already sick of her. She says now that he’s given Kiki an STI, she can’t wait to hear what’s next. He says he’s going to marry Kiki.

Jax makes up some story about needing to leave. He tells Jocelyn they weren’t really talking about anything. Carly says they just holler at each other from force of habit. She tells Jocelyn she loves her and always wants what’s best for her. Jocelyn leaves with Jax.

Sonny tells Carly that he believes she can handle the Jocelyn situation, but they have to be careful. He says they don’t know if Nell is the donor or if she’s even going to stick around.

Nell tells Michael she didn’t ask for his money and doesn’t want it. Except for that twenty bucks. He asks her to sit down for a minute. He says she could be the donor or she could be mistaken, but the only way to know for sure is if she’s tested. She says what if it’s all for nothing and he says they’ll cross that bridge when they come to it.

Finn says when the meds run out, he’ll cancel the cable and say sayonara. Hayden is like, ha-ha, and he says he should have made some strides by then to keep the disease at bay. She says she wants him to find a cure. She tells him he’s a self-medicating quack and she’s a fallen princess. He tells her good-night.

Ava asks Morgan if they have a wedding date. He says not yet, but it’s going to happen. He tells her to keep interfering and the more she does, the more Kiki will want to elope. He says he and Kiki will always be together, so deal with it. He leaves and she says over her dead body.

Jocelyn tells Jax that she found a girl she thinks is perfect for Michael, and tells him about Nell. She says it’s too bad Nell is leaving Port Charles tonight.

Carly says what if Nell leaves and asks Sonny if he’d use his resources to bring her back. Nell returns with Michael. She says she spoke with Jocelyn. She didn’t say anything, but she gets it now and they can run the tests. Carly is all happy

Tomorrow, Sam has to go back to the hospital, Lucy visits Doc, and Alexis tells Julian she still wants to be his wife. What?

Little Women: LA

Terra, Jasmine and their kids have a play date. Penny is just precious. While her motor skills are behind, Terra is thrilled that she’s crawling and sitting up. They discuss their now happening pregnancies. They give Chris some babysitting practice while they talk alone. Terra wants the girls to go for a day of henna. I didn’t even know this was a thing.

Terra is still harping on Tonya’s comment that a little baby would be more of a blessing than an average sized baby to Briana. For whatever reason, she took it personally, even though Tonya told her 50 times that she meant that specifically for Briana and why.

Briana is now 32 weeks pregnant. She didn’t think she’d make it that far and is excited about decorating the nursery. Matt asks how Briana felt about the baby shower, since he kind of hung back to let her have her day. She says it was great and she’s glad Christy didn’t show up, as reality cast members are likely to show up to parties where they’re not invited. She’s also glad she smoothed things over with Terra. She says it’s not like all if forgiven, but feels like they’re friends again.

Tonya takes Kerwin for a style update. While he’s trying on clothing, they discuss her business. She says she’s meeting with a new manufacturer. She still has to get some stock from her ex’s place and it’s a bone of contention in their relationship. She tells Kerwin that her ex hasn’t been available and he thinks things are dragging out too long.

Tonya finally gets her first sample for Lil Boss Active Wear. In her interview, Terra says it’s not the best quality control and Tonya’s workout video was a janky mess. She doesn’t want the line coming out looking cheap. She’s also trying not to let her unreasonable feelings about Tonya’s baby comment interfere with her opinions. Terra focuses on Tonya’s logo of a lotus flower, which she thinks is a bad idea. She tells Terra she just wants to make sure she’s investing in the right product.

Preston and Elena have decided to come back home, since they don’t know how long the babies will have to stay in the hospital. Elena is bummed, but Preston says the babies are progressing every day. She understands it’s better safe than sorry, but says it’s not supposed to be like this.

Christy and Todd go out to lunch. They discuss the various family medical problems they’re dealing with. Christy misses talking things over with Briana. They talk about the baby shower. Christy says she doesn’t regret telling Briana’s family that she was in the hospital. Autumn calls. She’s throwing up and doesn’t know what to do, so Christy and Todd decide to go home.

Terra tells Joe about Tonya’s workout wear, still concentrating on the lotus flower. She says Tonya has an entire garage filled with the line that didn’t work. OMG – she goes back to Tonya’s comment regarding Briana again. This is like Groundhog Day.

Christy tries to get Autumn to eat. The doctors told Christy that Autumn has a large cyst on her ovary. She gives Autumn some mashed potatoes, but Autumn says they’re making her nauseous and she’s still in pain. Christy fills Todd in on the cyst business. Christy says all they can do is monitor things and hope it doesn’t get worse. If the cyst erupts, Autumn will have a 50% less chance of having children.

The girls go for the henna day. Jasmine tells Terra that she’s suffering from serious heartburn, so she brought her own food. Terra tells her about Tonya’s workout line. She won’t stop talking about the lotus flower and Jasmine tells her to be honest with Tonya.

Briana and Tonya arrive. Briana says she had an ultrasound earlier and everything is going well. Tonya gets a bejeweled foot while the others get henna’d bellies. They discuss Christy, who no one has seen in a while. Terra talks about Christy showing up at Drag Con with Briana’s publicist. Briana says she had to let the publicist go and Jasmine says it’s like dating a girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, and that she doesn’t trust Christy. Briana thinks that Christy just hired the publicist to get dirt on her.

Unfortunately, Briana gets a henna lotus flower which causes Tonya to talk about her logo, which causes Terra to focus on it again. Jasmine starts to feel crappy, so she leaves. Briana, Tonya and Terra stay to talk. Tonya tells them about Kerwin stressing over the stuff left at her ex’s. Terra interjects that Kerwin did leave everything to move in with her. In her interview, Tonya says she wishes everyone would shut up. Terra asks why she even needs to get the old stuff.

There she goes. Terra tells Tonya that the logo is too much. She says brands across the clothing went out in the late 90s. Tonya says she didn’t criticize Terra’s video even though she had her own thoughts. Terra asks what’s going to make Tonya’s line stand out? She says she’s not trying to tear it down, but before she invests more money, she needs to make it her own. Tonya says she’s had enough and leaves. I notice and covet her amazing crocheted top with a mermaid hem as she walks out.

Terra visits Elena who she hasn’t seen since before she was in the hospital. She asks if Elena has gotten the routine down. She’s had some good news that the babies will be able to come home soon. She says she’s a 15 on a 1 to 10 scale of excited. Terra tells her about the henna day and moves quickly on to the lotus flower. I don’t know how much more of this discussion I can take. Terra says she doesn’t want Tonya to fail, and that Tonya hasn’t been responding to her calls. Elena talks about Tonya putting in her two cents on Elena’s makeup line. Terra says Tonya can serve the shade, but can’t take it.

Tonya wrestles with the boxes of stuff from her ex, and she still has some more to retrieve. She tells Kerwin there are a few things missing. Kerwin thinks she’s playing with him at first, and then gets angry when he realizes she’s not. He says he could have done it in one shot himself and he doesn’t want to hear about it anymore. Tonya is hurt that he doesn’t trust her. Kerwin says she’s wasting his time.

Next time, Elena and Preston bring the babies home, Briana brings up Terra’s comments, Kerwin wants out, and a Habitat for Humanity gig happens.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & recaps from today’s real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Hayden meets Curtis at The Floating Rib. She snaps her fingers for the waitstaff and Curtis suggests she not be rude, lest their be retaliation like spitting in her food.

Epiphany has to do inventory and is not too pleased. She tells Finn there’s a problem with the pill count in the dispensory. She’s being audited because someone else didn’t do their job.

Tracy is ready to leave the hospital in the morning. She tells Finn she’s not done with him yet. He asks if that’s a backgammon invitation, but she says it’s more serious than that.

Dillon and Kiki are in the garage. He asks how Kiki is holding up and she says so far, so good.

Kristina goes to visit Morgan and bumps into a young guy.

Julian tells someone (probably Hammer, since he’s the only guy who works for the organization) on the phone to find out who the eyewitness is and make sure he doesn’t talk.

Once again, Jason and Sam get caught in the rain. They run into a stable. Someone is watching them from outside.

Hayden tells Curtis things haven’t been going well. He asks what about her end game? She tells him Nicholas tricked her by selling the ELQ shares to Jason. She says it’s over, both her marriage and taking over ELQ. She says she thought about making restitution to her father’s clients, but she can’t do that with only $5 million. She checked the prenup and there’s no way out of Nicholas giving it to her. Curtis says clearly they’re from different circles, since where he comes from losers don’t get a consolation prize like that. He advises her to take the money and run.

Tracy tells Finn that there’s going to be an emergency hospital board meeting. She says Obrecht isn’t acting in the best interest of the hospital. She’s staging a coup, and when the dust settles, Finn will be on staff.

Jason gives Sam his coat and they kiss.

Alexis brings Leo downstairs. He wasn’t sleeping and caught her looking at him. Julian says he’s having a problem at the office. Alexis asks who it is he wants to make sure doesn’t talk?

Dillon doesn’t want to wait for the auto service, so he decides to change the tire himself. Kiki asks if he wants to make movies, why did he leave LA? Dillon says his brother was worried about his mom, his dad moved back to town, and life happened. He says he was glad to be there when his mom got sick though. He talks about Maxie’s sister, Georgie, and how she was murdered and he gets why Kiki wants to hid from the world. He says things were better once he decided to go back out into the world.

New guy says he hasn’t met Morgan yet. Kristina tells him to look at the place like a clinic, not a loony bin, but he says he’s there to visit someone. While he’s talking to her, Morgan comes out and new guy leaves.

Kristina gives Morgan a playlist of upbeat music. Morgan tells her new guy was totally hitting on her.

Curtis gives Hayden sports analogies to tell her to focus on what she has, not what she lost. She says if she got the ELQ money, she could have paid some people back. Curtis says that was her father’s problem, and she shouldn’t feel obligated to clean up the mess. She says she has to meet someone who will prbably have more bad news.

Julian tells Alexis he was calling in a favor because his family’s safety is his first priority. He says he hired a legit security firm, but Alexis says she doesn’t want or need it. He says it’s a high profile case with a lot at stake for a lot of people. Alexis asks if he’s done anything to compromise himself or the case, but Julian says no. He takes Leo back to bed.

It’s still pouring. Jason saw a car pull up, but although he tried to get their attention, they left. Sam is stressing about Franco, but Jason tells her not to worry. Sam says she’s afraid for Jason and doesn’t want anything to take him away from her or Danny. Jason suggests they find a way to keep warm.

Kristina asks Morgan if he heard about her and Parker. Morgan asks who is he? Kristina explains what happened and how she got suspended, and by the way, Parker is a woman. Morgan is like, really? you got suspended? Kristina says it’s funny he’s more focused on that than her trying to have sex with a woman. Morgan says that’s how it goes in college and at least he’s not the only screw up now.

Hayden comes to Tracy’s hospital room. Tracy introduces her to Finn. Finn tells Tracy good luck and Tracy says she’ll see him soon. Hayden asks if Tracy called her in to gloat. Tracy tells her she’s fired.

Epiphany says she has to ask Finn something and she’s dreading it.

Alexis looks at the preliminary report from the eyewitness. Julian says he guesses he’s not allowed to look at it and she tells him he guessed right and puts it in her bag. She says it’s not great for the marriage to keep secrets, but it’s necessary. Julian says as long as his old life seeps into their new one, it has to be done. She says her head gets it, but her heart doesn’t like it. Julian says the eyewitness feels like a plant, like something Sonny would do. Alexis says the witness doesn’t seem that credible.

Kiki talks about depression and like it’s losing all hope even when it’s given back to you. Dillon asks if that’s how she feels and she says she shouldn’t because she survived and everything is fine now. Dillon says just because the body is healed doesn’t mean the spirit is healed on the same timetable. Kiki says Morgan seems to be getting better an she wishes she would to.

Kristina says Sonny doesn’t know about Parker being a woman. Morgan thinks he’d be accepting, but Kristina says she doesn’t want to test that right now. Morgan thanks her for acting normal and not making him feel like the biggest screw up in the world. She says it takes one to know one.

Finn asks if there have been more complaints about Roxie. Epiphany says no, but asks him if he can sing. He asks if she’s asking him out to karaoke and she says she has a boyfriend. She tells him about the Nurses Ball and says she’ll be expecting him to participate. he says he has no talents and she says he’ll fit right in.

Hayden tells Tracy she knows she lost everything, mostly because of her own bad decisions. Tracy says Hayden was successful before her father ruined things. Tracy says she hates wasted potential. Hayden says don’t worry, she won’t ask for a reference. Tracy says she sometimes almost feels sorry for Hayden, then she remembers what a self-serving bitch she is. Hayden says she doesn’t need Tracy’s sympathy and walks out the door, nearly running into Finn. He asks if she really feels badly about the lives that were ruined by her and her father.

Jason and Sam cuddle, and Jason talks about how happy she’s made him. He says he’s concerned though about getting into it with Nicholas and Franco, and doesn’t want any payback. Sam says she feels safest when she’s with him.

Hayden asks if Finn invested money with her father and she’s sorry. He says someone he cared about had been affected. She says she had no idea what her father was doing until it was too late and if she could make restitution, she would. Finn says yeah, right.

Alexis says she said too much already, so just forget it. Julian says he shouldn’t have pressed, but it seems fishy that someone should step forward right now. Alexis hears Leo on the monitor. She tells Julian she loves their life together and goes to check on the baby. No surprise, Julian heads straight for her bag and looks at the paper.

Dillon gets the tire changed and complements Kiki on being out in the world without a meltdown. He asks if she wants to go for ice cream and she says yes.

Kristina runs into new guy again on her way out. He asks if he can call her some time. Introducing himself would be a great start.

Julian calls Hammer. He tells him he has the witness’s name and address, and to shut him up no matter what it takes.

Tracy tells Finn she couldn’t help but overhear his conversation with Hayden. She asks who the person was who was hurt by Hayden’s father.

Hayden tells Curtis that Tracy wanted to see her to fire her in person, and then one of the doctors jumped her about her father. Curtis says she could leave town, but he’d miss her. She says hasn’t he heard she’s a con woman with a heart of stone? He says he knows her better than that. She says every time she turns around something worse happens. He says that’s the good news; it can’t get any worse since she’s hit rock bottom.

Curtis goes to get drinks and two FBI guys approach the table and say Hayden has to come with them.

Sam is concerned Franco will push Jason until he reacts. Jason says she should be more worried about him doing something dangerous. Someone is peeping through the window.

Tomorrow, Sonny tells Carly he doesn’t want her anywhere near the situation, Tracy is released from the hospital, and Franco comes home to Nina.

Little Women: LA — The Reunion, Part One

Kevin Frazier is hosting. Was Vivica A. Fox busy? Or did she get some real work?

First, the flash backs. Weddings, tea throwing, whining, social media, more whining.

Kevin asks what it’s like to relive the moments. How does he think? It brings up all the past crap again. He asks about Briana’s wedding and if she’s glad Christy came without being invited. She says it was bittersweet. They’re both going through a lot, but communication is open.

Moving on to the babies. Kevin thinks they should have a mid-wife on set with all the pregnancies. (BTW, all of the ladies look fabulous. They’ve really come into their own styles.) Elena is miffed that she can’t wear heels, but says it’s all worth it. Briana says she’s feeling big and a lot is going on in her personal life. Kevin says Matt left two children in Seattle and wonders if Briana’s concerned he’ll leave her, but she says it’s more likely she’ll leave him. Terra is now pregnant with baby number two. Christy says she’s happy for Terra and Terra says she’s just as fake as always. Terra says even being pregnant, she’s thinner than Christy on her best day. Whoa.

Kevin asks Christy if she has adoption news and she starts crying. I assume the news isn’t good. Poor Todd gets brought into the fray. We flash back to all the Christy and Todd baby stuff and Christy harping on him to lose weight. Todd says that they’re baby got scooped out from under them by another family.

Kevin asks Terra for her input, but she says it’s none of her business, especially since they’ve affected her home life, which is none of their business. Kevin asks Todd about the weight issue and if gastric bypass is still on the table. He says he’s lost 30 pounds on his own, so the jury is still out. Exit Todd. That was fast.

On to the “challenges” of friendship, and a few volatile scenes between Terra and Tonya. Kevin asks Tonya if she was surprised at all the screaming and yelling on Terra’s part. Tonya says she dropped the ball as far as Penny’s surgery went, but she did call and text.

Commercial break with important information. Little Women: NYC is back on Wednesday, May 4.

Elena says Terra sometimes thinks she’s a super woman who can do everything. She says sometimes Terra says she doesn’t want help when she really does. Terra gets emotional and expects everyone to be a mind reader. Kevin asks if things are good or still strained between the three of them and Terra says a bunch of stuff that doesn’t really answer that question.

Kevin says one relationship that’s been consistently cold, but has started thawing, is Jasmine and Elena. We flash back to Elena being pretty stubborn about Jasmine’s inclusion into the group. Kevin asks Jasmine if she thinks jealousy was involved and she says only on Elena’s part. Elena balks at that and Kevin asks how it’s going now. They both say things are cool. I have to add that Jasmine’s magenta hair extensions or highlights look fantastic.

Kevin asks Briana if she has any friends left in the group and we flash back to all that mess, ending with the Matt sexting business. Briana says she and Terra will never be best friends, but things are copacetic now. Terra asks if she can understand how they felt shafted by Christy, who told them she wasn’t supportive of the marriage, but told Briana a different story.

Kevin asks why the ladies decided to confront Briana about the sexting. Jasmine is pretty pissed because she’d been supportive of Matt and then he proved to be a jerk. They’re all annoyed about Matt acting like a sex-crazed idiot when Briana is pregnant and Tonya says clearly he doesn’t love Briana. I’m with Jasmine on this, since I was also supportive of Matt throughout the season and he turned out to be such a huge disappointment.

Tonya says they saw the evidence from day one, but Briana refused to listen. Kevin asks Briana if Matt can do no wrong in her eyes. Briana says he’s been gone from the house for a week now and Terra says he’s just visiting his kids. Kevin asks for clarification and Briana says they’re on a break. No one is really letting her talk though. Kevin says hold on, she’s in a tough position. He doesn’t condone the behavior, but says Briana is pregnant, so cut her some slack. He asks if she still loves Matt and she says she has to figure it out. Elena says there’s a lot on Briana’s shoulders and the world isn’t black and white. She says that some people can forgive more than others and this is something Briana has to figure out for herself. Kevin says it’s a hard decision, what Matt’s done is very wrong, but not everything is cut and dried. He asks if she ever regrets getting pregnant, but Briana says she can’t say that.

Enter Matt. Better hide all throwable objects. And the chairs. Jasmine refuses to sit near him and moves to the other side. She asks him if he even knows how much pain he’s causing Briana and on top of it, he made her look like an idiot for defending him. She asks him why, and he says there’s no excuse, so he’s not even going to try. He says he’s sorry and he knows that seems meaningless coming from him, but it’s the best he can say. We flash back to all the awful Matt moments this season. And also the wedding.

Kevin asks Matt why. Matt starts to talk about his past and the women start laughing and putting in their two cents. Matt says he’s desperate for attention, especially sexual, and he’s trying to figure things out. Kevin asks how many women he’s been involved with and he says he’s not sure and barely remembers most of the conversations with them. Tonya talks about him not having a job and idle hands being the devil’s workshop.

Christy says she’s an addict and it’s something you have to work on daily. Tonya says he’ll always disrespect Briana and he doesn’t love her. Kevin asks why Matt stayed with Briana and got her pregnant when he was involved with these other women? Kevin takes Matt to task and tells him he should give everyone answers, since he had no problem giving out d*ck pics. Now, I’m not defending Matt in any way, but it would be nice if they’d let him answer. He’s barely been able to get a word in with the ladies barraging him.

Kevin says this should be the happiest time in Briana’s life and she has to deal with some hard stuff. Matt says he was sexually abused as a child. He says he never told anyone, so he can’t blame his family for not helping him. He says he goes for immediate gratification. Terra says he’s just trying to validate his actions. Tonya says she was molested and she didn’t react like that because there couldn’t possibly be a different reaction than hers. Kevin asks what Elena thinks. She says Matt needs to grow up and stop his behavior if he’s serious about Briana.

Kevin asks if Briana thinks Matt has stopped his behavior, but no one let’s her talk. She says she’s not sure because he’s said it was over before. His past aggressiveness is brought up. Kevin reads a tabloid article about Matt’s domestic violence and asks if the statement is true. Matt says no. Kevin says some of the ladies asked to be separated from him and he says he’s never touched a woman. He brings up Terra throwing the glass. Touche.

Everyone starts talking at once. There is some animosity between Terra and Christy. Kevin asks if when Matt heard his own texts, if he was embarrassed. Briana says she told him to leave for a week and he did. Haven’t we been here before? Along with the word “break?” Kevin says they’re going to read some of the texts when they come back from break. During the break, Briana and Matt say they’re not staying. Kevin says he can understand Briana not wanting to be there, but Matt should take his medicine.

This reunion is tough to watch because no one has any control and you can’t hear what anyone is saying.

Next week, The Reunion, part two — Briana is hurt, the men join the group, and the ice tea incident is discussed.

Terra’s Little Family

Tonya discourages Terra from having another baby. Elena agrees. Terra tells them both to shut up because she’s pregnant. She leaves the table.

Terra tells us she was late, but it wasn’t unusual. Then she took two pregnancy tests and it was confirmed.

Tonya feels awful about what she said. Terra comes back all sniffly. She says she didn’t want to say anything because she hasn’t told Joe yet. She says she’s crying because this is the second time she told friends before Joe. She says she’s scared because she knows it’s a lot to take on, but in her heart, she knows she can do it. She really is happy though. Tonya and Elena say they’re there for her.

It’s time for Terra to tell Joe she’s pregnant. She says it took a lot of convincing to just get him to try again, so she isn’t sure how he’s going to take the news of it happening so fast. She has a “Big Sis” onsie for Penny and that’s how she’s going to make the announcement.

Joe is having coffee and Terra brings Penny in. She says she has something she needs to tell him. Then she asks if he made his doctor’s appointment yet. He’s like, huh? She says she put Penny in a special outfit. She turns Penny around and says she’s pregnant.

Joe starts laughing and says it wasn’t supposed to happen yet. He says he couldn’t be happier and he loves her. Terra says how could he not want another one of these, showing him Penny. She is very adorable. Joe says she’s not even a year old and she’s a big sis. Joe figures it must have happened on the camping trip and hopes they don’t have a wookiee.

Terra tells him that she told Elena and Tonya. She tears up, but Joe doesn’t think it’s a big deal. He says all he cares about it them and the baby being healthy. She says she knows he still has to deal with his health issues and encourages him to make an appointment for his shot. She wants him to get in shape with her and he says round is a shape. Ha-ha!

Terra wants to do a family photo shoot before she gets huge. She’s gotten matching onsie pajamas for them to wear. Joe isn’t thrilled and says he’ll look like a big, fuzzy tomato. He says he booked his cortisone shot. Terra is happy about that and he asks if that will give him a reprieve from the onsie idea, but that’s a no.

Joe and Terra go to Joe’s consultation. Joe is scared to death of needles, but he’s in so much pain, he has to lean on something when he stands. The doctor says it’s a safe procedure, but there are risks, and it doesn’t help everybody. He says it’s the size of an acupuncture needle, which surprises me.

It’s picture time! Joe says the onsie theme is weird and embarrassing and he can’t believe Terra is making him do it. She says it will be cute. We all agree one size does not fit all and Terra adjusts Joe’s outfit. They do look cute, but this seems like a picture you’d use for a Christmas card.

Joe says he doesn’t remember what it’s like for his back not to hurt and is hoping that the shot works for him. He wants to be able to interact with Penny and the new baby without pain. Terra tells him regardless, he’s a great father.

Terra goes with Joe to get his shot. He’s pretty nervous and remembers the surgeries he had when he was a kid. They have a problem with the IV and have to do it again. Ugh. I know how stressful that is, since it’s happened to me. They give Joe oxygen to help him relax. He thinks he’s going to pass out. He’s petrified of needles, but wants to be the best he can be for his family.

Joe tells the doctor he felt something and asks if it’s normal. The doctor thinks it’s okay. Everything seems to go well and Joe is in recovery. Terra tells him she’s proud of him. Joe says he’ll drive, but Terra is like, no.

A few days later, there’s no change, but the doctor says to give it some time. I hope it works for him. I feel invested in this. Joe and Terra go to the pre-natal appointment. Because Terra has irregular periods, the doctor thought it would take a while, so he’s surprised too. The doctor determines that she’s five weeks and five days. They do a sonogram. The doctor says at this point, all they’ll see is a gestational sack. Yep, there it is. The doctor says he doesn’t see the heartbeat yet and has them make another appointment. Terra asks if it’s possible there’s nothing there and the doctor says there’s always that possibility, but they have to wait and see.

Terra is worried about a miscarriage, and meets with Tonya for lunch since she doesn’t want to burden Joe. She tells Tonya what happened with the sonogram. She says it would be devastating if it was a false alarm. Tonya tells her not to cry and gives her a hug. She says everything will be okay and tells Terra to focus on Penny. They’re about to get the MRI results which will determine if Penny needs a shunt.

Terra thinks the decompression surgery really helped and hopes this is the last doctor visit they have for a while. Dr. Danielpour specializes in little people neurosurgery. They look at the results and it looks good. The doctor does point out the damage to the spinal cord which might never go away. Penny’s head size is checked. The doctor says they’re not out of the woods yet in terms of whether or not she needs a shunt. He says you don’t want to do it if you don’t have to, and they should know by the time she’s a year old.

Terra is kind of bummed, but Joe says that there was no diagnosis yet. She says she thought they were free and clear, and he says they’re not, but they can handle it.

It’s time for the next ultrasound. Terra is afraid if they lose the baby, Joe will change his mind about having a second one.

It’s there! Along with the heartbeat. Penny is a big sister. Happiness abounds!

The doctor asks if there’s been spotting and Terra says no. He says they don’t need to make restrictions then. Joe says they needed the good news. Terra says having Penny changed their lives, and Joe says they weren’t prepared for the half of it. Penny is developing at her own pace. Although the physical development is a beat behind, she’s on target mentally. They don’t know whether the baby will be a little person or average sized yet.

They say they still have a long way to go, but they’ll get through it together.

The Real Housewives of NYC

Duly noted that in her tagline, Ramona says that like wine, she gets better with time, not age.

Bethenny is loving the Hamptons. I would too if I had this house. She’s having an anything goes, no airs party.

John and Dorinda are staying at Jules’s place. Dorinda says John is going to be a gentleman and apologize. John acts clueless, but we see a conversation where Dorinda tells him what an a-hole he was. She coaches him on what to say. Jules tells him not to add fuel to the fire. Dorinda asks if they have to review everything again. Jules says deep down John is a teddy bear, but that’s not what I’d call him.

Carole arrives at Bethenny’s with her dog. A playmate for Cookie! This time it’s a real barbecue, not a Kyle Richards barbecue. Bethenny tells Carole about what happened with John at the bra after party. She says she needs to back off because Dorinda and John obviously have something odd going on. She’s surprised he’s coming to the party. Bethenny warns Carole that the Countess will be there. Carole says her plan is to keep a friendly distance.

Ramona is next with some guy whose name I missed, but I don’t think he’s a date. It’s autumn and just gorgeous outside. A crowd gathers quickly. Okay, Ramona’s guest is talking about smokey eyes. He’s definitely not a date.

Carole tells her Jules is having a brunch, but Ramona will be busy recovering from her date. Here come Dorinda, John, Jules and Michael. John wants to just hang out by the cocktail bar, but Dorinda says that’s not happening. Jules says she would never want to be in John’s position.

John flounders, standing by himself. Bethenny points everyone toward the food. Dorinda says Bethenny is ignoring John and prompts him to talk to her. He claims to not be nervous and he probably isn’t because he’s too stupid to be. Bethenny thinks neither one of them probably remembers the incident. She thinks she should have been honest and told Dorinda not to bring him.

John wanders around with a drink in his hand like an alcoholic dinosaur. He finally parks himself near Dorinda who is sitting with Ramona and Jules.

The Countess arrives. Carole says she always seems to make an entrance. The Countess immediately picks up a hula hoop and fails at it miserably. Dorinda introduces her to Jules and Michael. Bethenny tells Carole the Countess is clearly uncomfortable. Since she can’t find a place to sit, the Countess sits with Dorinda and company.

Carole says she feels badly for John. Bethenny says it’s time to hit the bar. She has a whole separate bar on her property and it’s the coolest thing. She talks about John lurking in the shadows. She talks to the Countess, asking if she’s uncomforable with Carole. The Countess says she thinks Carole is the one who’s uncomfortable. Bethenny says the Countess doesn’t get it and doesn’t remember anything past five minutes ago. Bethenny says she has her own bs and feels like she’s hiding at her own party. The Countess asks why she just didn’t un-invite John and Bethenny says something about Dorinda being fragile.

Ramona jets, saying the party is weird. Bethenny tries to get the Countess to talk to Carole and she says she needs a drink.

Finally it happens. John asks for Bethenny’s attention. He sits next to her, and she and Carole leave to get a drink. Bethenny says don’t follow the tiger in the cage. Dorinda is a little annoyed, saying at least be nice to guests you invited.

The Countess tells Carole that she can’t avoid her forever, but Carole says yes she can. Bethenny comes back out with s’mores stuff. Carole says that John is like a little boy, pulling the ponytail of a girl he likes. Everyone has s’mores. The Countess tells Carole they need to talk at some point, but she’s glad to see her since she hasn’t in so long. Carole says of course not. The last time they talked, they ended up screaming at each other.

The Countess wants to go aside, but Carole says say whatever right here. The Countess says they’ve both said hurtful things, but Carole says no, the Countess said hurtful things. She says the Countess said a lot of crazy stuff on social media, like that Carole broke up her niece and Adam. She was even talking about Carole’s writing. The Countess, who can’t come up with one thing Carole has said about her, says they can agree to not be friends, but be nice to each other when they see each other. In her interview, Carole points out there was no apology. The Countess tells Bethenny that Carole didn’t give her a chance to apologize. Jules says the brunch is going to be a sh*tshow because she didn’t realize the Countess and Carole didn’t get along.

John corners Bethenny in the bar. She tells him to step outside if he wants to talk. Bethenny says she doesn’t know what he remembers and he just thinks he was rude. She says she doesn’t care about his personality, but he came in thinking he had a smoking gun and said some uneducated things. He says she does that too, but he’s not going into it because it’s her birthday party. What it really is, is like the Countess, he can’t come up with any actual examples. He says Bethenny said things to upset Dorinda, but doesn’t know exactly what Bethenny said. He says she called him an opportunist and that’s what Bethenny is. She says yes, but not on the backs of other people. He says he apologizes for going out of bounds for someone he loved. Bethenny says he doesn’t even know what he’s apologizing for and the details are at the bottom of a tequila bottle somewhere.

Jules thinks Bethenny is selfish because she’s not ignoring John’s alcoholic idiocy. Dorinda is embarrassed by the whole thing and the Countess follows her outside. Dorinda says she’s trying to establish a relationship with Bethenny and keep her relationship with John going. Bethenny says she’ll have to put aside being repulsed by John because she really does like Dorinda and it’s not cool for party guests to be crying.

The Countess and Dorinda are leaving. Bethenny tells Dorinda that she and John can be cordial for her sake. She finds John and tells him that Dorinda is the most upset of the three of them, like a kid in a divorce, and that everything is fine between them. They leave happy. Bethenny says this is the best birthday she’s ever had since she’s not crying in a bathroom or divorced, and she hasn’t verbally assaulted anyone.

It’s time for brunch at Jules’s house. John brings out one of the biggest bottles of wine I’ve ever seen. He gets nosy about the Countess and Carole. Bethenny thought there was going to be a crowd, but Carole tells her there’s only going to be seven of them. Bethenny has brought cinnamon babka. I just had my first babka — a chocolate one — and it was amazing.

John answers the door, not exactly putting Bethenny at ease. Construction is going on and Jules tells them it’s a seven year project. We flash back to Alex and Simon’s three year project a million years ago. They start to eat and Bethenny talks construction with Michael. No surprise, Bethenny has a lot of unwelcome opinions.

Michael asks how Bethenny enjoyed her birthday. A bee comes in the house and John says he’s allergic. In her interview, Bethenny wonders if it’s bad to want to cover him in honey. Bethenny points out to Carole that Jules isn’t eating. She says it’s textbook to have a lot of food out and push it on other people.

The Countess makes her entrance, toting a guy named Paul. Jules is going to have a tour of the house and Carole wants to leave. Michael ropes Bethenny and Michael into a mini tour. They come across the great leveler — dog poop. No matter how rich you are, your dog will still poop on the floor. Bethenny and Carole slip out.

Jules gripes to Dorinda about Bethenny. Dorinda feels badly because Bethenny burst Jules’s bubble with her negativity.

Next week, Jules is having a hard time with Bethenny’s opinions, Ramona visits her daughter, Jules talks about eating disorders, and the Countess and Bethenny get into it.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & recaps from today’s real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Carrrlos has been shot.

Michael asks Carly what they should say to Morgan about Sonny. Carly wants to see how he’s doing first.

Kiki video chats with Morgan and shows him her wound. She says she’ll never wear a bikini again and will have to make up a story about being in a knife fight, because the truth, which most likely made the front page, isn’t interesting enough. She’s getting out of the hospital today.

Julian and Alexis are relaxing at the bar. Alexis is happy about coming to an understanding with Kristina. She says as progressive as she thinks she is, she was caught off guard and didn’t react well. She says meeting with Parker was over-the-top, but beneficial. Alexis worries about how Sonny will handle it.

Jordan finds what Paul’s telling her about Anna difficult to believe. Paul says Carrrlos was unarmed when Anna shot him. Jordan remembers Anna saying something about the truth coming out and asks Paul how he knows all this. Paul says Anna’s the one who told him.

Sonny is about to shoot Carrrlos again, when Anna asks what he’s doing. He says getting justice for Duke. No, no, no, Sonny. That was not the agreement.

Morgan asks how Kiki is doing. She says despite her overreaction when the orderly dropped the tray, she’s doing well. Ava comes in and so does Carly on Morgan’s end, so they hang up. Ava tells Kiki that she’s getting discharged. Kiki says she’s looking forward to a new view. She says she wants to go home and live with Ava and Avery.

Julian talks about Lucas coming out to him and gives Sonny the benefit of the doubt. Alexis says something about Julian getting out of the mob and he practically chokes on his drink. She goes to see if their table is ready, and Julian’s phone rings. It’s Hammer. Isn’t there a Hammer in 13 Ghosts?

Jordan wonders why Anna would have told Paul anything. He says he thought it was the confession of a guilty mind. He says he has no intention of pressing charges, but just wants to get Anna back home. He leaves and Jordan leaves Anna a voicemail to call her immediately. As she’s about to leave, Andre is on the porch and asks if Anna is in trouble. Jordan says she thinks so, but he probably already knew that.

Sonny prattles on about everything bad Carrrlos has ever done. He says if he doesn’t kill him, his position is weakened. Anna says Sonny doesn’t give a damn about justice. He says it’s personal and good business. Anna says what about Julian. Sonny says he’ll get his too. Anna says Duke was the man she loved and they’re doing it her way.

Carly says Morgan seems more upbeat. He says he doesn’t have a choice since it’s mental health 24/7 there. Carly asks how the meds adjustment is going and Morgan says he thinks they’re getting closer and he feels less stoned. Carly says Sonny went through that and BTW, Sonny won’t be making it today. She tells Morgan about Sonny going after Carrrlos in South America.

Sonny says he doesn’t take orders from Anna. Anna says her business is justice and she’s tried her whole life to uphold the law, but abandoned it when she shot Carrrlos. She says she’s done sacrificing her principles and Carrrlos has to face charges. Sonny says what if he doesn’t agree and Anna says then he’ll have to kill her too. She says he might think it’s futile, but bringing Duke’s killer to justice is the last thing she can do for the man she loves. She asks Sonny to be a gentleman and let her do that. Sonny steps away and Anna handcuffs Carrrlos.

Andre says he was there earlier and Anna was acting strange, so he came back to check on her. Jordan tells him about the arrest warrant.

Paul comes to the hospital. Dillon sees him and says Tracy is asleep. Paul says he’s not there for a visit. Dillon asks what’s up with his wrist and Paul says he’s there to get it looked at. Dillon asks what happened.

Kiki tells Ava she felt they were making progress before she got shot and the nurses have told her how Ava has been looking after her. Ava says how wonderful it feels to hear her say that. Kiki say she wants to be a family with her mother and sister, but Ava says she can’t.

Julian tells Hammer they need to set up a meeting. Alexis comes back and asks what’s up with the phone call. Julian says it’s work related. She says she overheard the word “trouble,” and got angina, and asks what’s going on with the business. Julian says there’s something she doesn’t know and it’s time for him to confess.

Morgan says he wishes he could help, but he knows that’s not what Sonny wants and it’s best he stays away from the business altogether. He says there’s no point in worrying about what he can’t fix and he just wants to get back to his life and Kiki.

Ava tells Kiki she wouldn’t be safe. Kiki asks if Avery is in danger and Ava says she’s been staying with Sonny. Kiki asks how much trouble Ava is in. Ava says some people are unhappy with her because of her involvement with law enforcement.

Alexis asks if the truth is going to jeopardize their life together. Julian says he hopes not and tells her about what happened with Crimson and how Nina ended up with complete control. Alexis says what Julian did is probably unethical, but not against the law; still, he did the right thing. Alexis says she has to admit when she heard the word trouble, she thought he was back with the mob.

The padre wakes up and Sonny explains what’s going on. Anna sterilizes Carrrlos’s wound. She says she wants him to be totally healthy when he stands trial. Carrrlos says she shot him in cold blood and asks if she thinks this will make up for it. Anna says the sooner they can get out of there the better.

Sonny tells Carrrlos he owes Anna his life. Carrrlos says she’s going to be disappointed because he’s going to walk. Sonny says he’s going to die one way or the other. He disrespected Sonny and now he’s going to pay with his life. Sonny, a man of cliches.

Jordan tells Andre what Anna did to Paul. Andre has a hard time believing it. He says as vengeful as she seems against Carrrlos, he doesn’t think she could kill him. Jordan tells him about Anna shooting Carrrlos. She adds that clearly, it isn’t news to him.

Morgan says at first, he thought the pills would fix everything, but once he understood he also had to pull his own weight, he felt better. Carly says everyone is proud of him and loves him. She says she talked to his doctor though, and there’s still more work to do, and he needs to focus on more than just getting out. Morgan says he’s supposed to set goals and that’s what he’s doing. He says everyone needs to stop telling him how to feel. In her quest to keep it real, Carly has become a wet blanket.

Kiki says she thought something was going on between Paul and Ava. Ava says it was only business, but not business she wanted to be involved in. She says she hopes Julian can help set things right and that Kiki should focus on her recovery. She suggests Kiki move back in with Franco.

Dillon asks how Paul got hurt. Paul says it was a refresher course in defense. Paul tells Dillon it’s time to start focusing on his own life and find a girl. Dillon says he’s finally got a great job and Tracy is doing better, so he has everything he needs right now. He’s also glad that Paul is acting like a dad and Paul says he’s thrilled to be one.

Andre says as a professional, he’s learned not to react, and he’s just trying to process things, but Jordan says she thinks he’s hiding something. She says she needs to know if Anna shared anything with him as a patient.

Back on the plane, Sonny tells Carrrlos to shut up or he’ll knock his teeth out. Anna says she has chloroform if he needs it. Ha-ha! They’re ready to leave, but the guard comes in and says they’re not going anywhere — except maybe to jail for assault.

Andre says he’s a doctor and he takes his oath seriously. He says his allegiance is to his patient and that includes confidentiality.

Anna apologizes, but says they had an urgent matter and that Carrrlos is wanted in the US. Sonny concurs and the guard says Robert already called him, so he knows they’re telling the truth. However, no matter what the US government has to say, he doesn’t like being assaulted. Carrrlos tries to act like they should stick together, but the guard tells him the only place he’s going is jail. Sonny brings up some bigwig’s name, saying he does a lot of business with him, and all is forgiven. When the guard leaves, Anna asks Sonny if they know what kind of business he does with the bigwig and he says probably not. Neither do I. Since we’re never told exactly what it is that Sonny does.

Morgan says Kiki needs him. Carly says the doctors are helping her recover and that’s what Morgan needs to do. Morgan says Kiki is gong home today and that’s what he needs to do — go home.

Kiki is ready to leave and sees Dillon. She says he’s that guy from Halloween and mentions the infamous sizzle reel. He says that’s a bad first impression and introduces himself. He says he’d like to apologize. She says for what, a bad video? He says no, that his dad is Paul. She says it’s not necessary, she has the same deal with her mother, and he’s not responsible for what his dad does. She says she won’t ask him about his dad if he doesn’t ask her about her mother. There’s a somewhat loud sound and Kiki freaks a little and crouches down.

Carly says if Kiki is going home it’s because her doctors decided that, not her, and Morgan has to wait for his doctors to give the okay. Michael says he won’t do Kiki any good if he leaves too soon and has another episode.

Like Kiki is having right now. She tells Dillon now he knows her secret, she’s a big chicken. Ava comes back and tells Kiki to get back in the hospital rule wheelchair and wheels her out.

Andre says he’s told Jordan everything he can. She says the conversation is over then, and she has to get back. She tells him if he hears from Anna, to let her know that Jordan needs to talk to her asap.

After he leaves, Andre calls Anna’s voicemail. He tells her to call him right away when she gets the message.

Paul tells Julian about Carrrlos being brought back to Port Charles. He says he understands that Carrrlos is a new father and might not want to spend too much time in jail. He says Carrrlos might turn on his former boss. Julian acts clueless. Paul says he might want to get his ducks in a row in case he wants to take care of anything.

Carrrlos tells Anna it’s not too late to let him vanish along with what he knows. He says she could get arrested too. She says she’s okay with whatever happens next, as long as he pays. Sonny says he will. Anna has his word on it.

Tomorrow, Sonny and Anna come home, Jason is going to make a big step, and Dante wants to know what the hell is going on.

Little Women: LA

Jasmine and Terra are out for a walk and discussing working out. Jasmine asks Terra how she’s doing after the line-dancing incident. Terra says the Christy thing has blown up into epic proportions. They discuss how Briana can’t give a straight answer on whether she wants to still be friends with Terra or not. Jasmine says Briana is a proud person and it’s hard for her to admit when she’s wrong.

Terra asks how being the maid of honor is going for Jasmine. Jasmine says with Briana everything seems to be last minute. Terra tells Jasmine she should encourage Briana to invite her family, but Jasmine thinks enough is going on already.

Briana is meeting with Sue Wong for her dress fitting. I love the dress, but Elena thinks it doesn’t fit that great. She tells Briana it’s a lot, especially if she’s going to wear jewelry. She says she wants Briana to look sophisticated, not like a girl playing dress up.

They talk about the guest list. Briana knows she doesn’t want Terra or Tonya there, but she’s feeling badly about Christy, especially since she was in Christy’s wedding party. The last time they got together, it didn’t go well though, and she doesn’t want drama at her wedding.

Christy tells her mother she has no idea if she’s invited to the wedding. She hasn’t gotten an invite yet and really wants to go since she and Briana were once best friends. Christy thinks since she poured her heart out to Briana, this should make them square. Her mom suggests she just ask, but Christy doesn’t want to ask a question where “no” might be the answer.

Todd says Matt called him. He says they’ve moved past their differences and he understands where Christy is coming from. Matt wants to invite them and surprise Briana. Christy is nervous that Briana won’t know and I think it’s a really bad idea. Christy says what if she doesn’t want them there.

Tonya is seeing a specialist about a weak muscle in her eye that causes her to see double. She wants to get it corrected so she can get Lasik surgery. The specialist thinks it should be the other way around and she wants to get a third opinion. Two out of three.

Terra asks about Kerwin. Tonya says she knows he loves her, but she’s tired of hearing he’s scared to commit. She wants to tell him to either take the leap or move on. Terra wonders if Tonya could move on, but Tonya says the circus is about to close down.

Elena and Terra go shopping. Elena has been working on her Little Palette makeup line, so they’re checking out the store. Terra asks Elena if she’s having a C-section. Elena wants to deliver naturally and Terra asks if she’s insane. She thinks any OB whose had experience with little people is going to tell her to have a C-section.

It’s wedding day! Briana and Jasmine are getting their makeup done. Briana is waiting for her friend, Lisa, who’s going to walk her down the aisle. Jasmine asks if Briana invited her family, and Briana says no. Jasmine hopes she doesn’t regret it later.

Jasmine shows Briana her dress. It’s black and Briana gets a little weird. Jasmine says she thought she was picking up a red dress and thats’ what she was given, so she thought Briana had changed the color. Briana says she wanted black and red, so I wonder if the other girl ended up with a red dress. In her individual interview, Jasmine says Briana only has herself to blame for the mix-up, since everything is so last minute. I’ll assume she’s right, since I’m confused as to what Briana is even talking about.

Tonya video chats with Kerwin. She says their yo-yo relationship is insane and he has to make a decision. She asks if he’s planning on moving out there and having a future with her. He asks if she’s in love with him. She says yes, and asks if he broke up with the woman he was living with. He says that’s over and he’s ready to have a committed relationship with her. Tonya says it’s taken 20+ years for them to figure things out. Check.

Jasmine says hopefully that’s the worst thing that will happen. In excellent timing, Christy is at the door. Briana is wondering what’s next. Christy tells her that Matt called Todd and that’s why she’s there. Briana says it’s an interesting morning and obviously Matt is coming from a good place. Christy says it’s her day and Briana helped her on her wedding day when she was a hot mess, so she wants to give some of that back. Christy says she’ll see her when she walks down the aisle and goes to join the guests.

Jasmine asks if Briana’s okay with this. Briana says maybe Christy will see things her way and want her to be happy. Jasmine is concerned about all the social media surrounding Christy. She says Christy is a people pleaser and she’s not sure about Christy’s motives. She doesn’t want Christy going back and forth with Briana anymore.

Elena is shocked that Christy is there with her mom and Todd. She asks if Briana knows she’s there and Christy says Matt invited them. Elena wonders if Matt invited anyone else Briana didn’t want there and tells Christy she hopes that’s the end of the surprises for today.

Actually the black dress seems to have worked out well with the other two attendants. Christy says without her and Todd, the place would be a ghost town and she’s hoping not inviting Briana’s family doesn’t put a bigger wedge between them.

Everyone is gorgeous walking down the aisle. We flash back to different scenes with Matt and Briana, and also some of the conflicts with the girls regarding Matt. Briana says they’ve been through a lot, but they’re even stronger now — and pregnant. She says with their kids there, it feels complete. I’m loving Briana’s fascinator headpiece and Matt looks dapper in his fedora.

They come to that part about if anyone objects to this union and looks are shot all over the place. Frankly, I don’t think they even say that anymore. It wasn’t included in my wedding and that was 30 years ago. The only time I’ve ever even heard it is on TV. They do the traditional vows and then recite the ones they’ve written for themselves. It’s very sweet. The rings are exchanged, they become husband and wife, and kiss.

Elena says if Matt makes Briana happy, she should go for it despite what anyone else says, and it’s the happiest she’s seen her in a long time.

Tonya and Terra are having a spa day and all mention of the wedding is off limits. Tonya tells Terra about her conversation with Kerwin. Terra says until she sees him rolling up in a U-Haul, she’s not going to believe it. She wonders if they shouldn’t do a trial run first. Tonya says she doesn’t have time in her life for goofing around and she’s ready to settle down.

The newlyweds are introduced at the reception, and they have their first dance. Christy says while she’s had her doubts, they’re very cute together and she hopes it will work out. Applause, applause.

Christy asks Elena to go for a walk. She says she’s grateful that Matt called them. Elena asks about Christy’s injury and if she’s pressing charges. Christy doesn’t want to talk about it and then says how hard it was and that she thought she was going to die. I dunno about all this. They showed the scene again at the beginning of the show, and while it looked like maybe the glass grazed the top of Christy’s cowboy hat, no way did it hit her in the head.

Christy tells Elena she had a concussion and that her vision is just coming back now. She gets all upset and starts wailing about the press. Elena asks how they found out. Christy says she doesn’t know. In her individual interview, Elena says it sounds a little suspicious that the press just suddenly discovered Christy in the hospital. Elena tells her not to worry and take care of her health.

The cake is awesome! It has two blackbirds on top of it, and red flowers on black branches throughout the icing. Matt and Briana make a little speech thanking the guests. Cake is eaten.

When Christy leaves, the paparazzi is waiting. Christy is all no comment. She doesn’t want it to ruin the wedding and she talks to the producers about getting them out of there. She asks for no cameras

Next week, Matt & Briana honeymoon, we see a sonogram of the twins, a baby shower happens for Elena, Christy and Terra finally cross paths, and Jasmine wants to rip Matt’s face off. It doesn’t look promising for the marriage.

Terra’s Little Family

Penny is going to her 8 month check-up. She also needs to be approved for her MRI. The MRI will tell them if she needs shunt surgery. The doctor says she’s a little anemic, but otherwise in good health and okay for the MRI.

Terra brings pizza home for dinner. Joe has been looking at RVs. He says they need a vacation. He says the last few months have been stressful on their relationship and it’s time for them to get away. To San Bernadino Mountain. Without Penny.

Terra says it can be Penny’s first camping trip, but Joe wants it to be like when they first got together. Terra asks if she’s going to get some on the trip. Joe makes jokes and Terra play smacks him.

Terra meets Elena for dinner. She wants some advice. She wants to know how to make things more romantic. She says Joe thinks she has an ulterior motive and is cutting off the resources. Elena suggests a trip and Terra tells her about the camping weekend. Elena doesn’t think that’s romantically productive. She tells Terra to just handcuff him to the bed, have her way with him and be done with it.

Elena makes up some funny role playing scenes. Terra says she has tons of costumes. They toast to being creative.

Joe and Terra look for an RV. These things are huge. Joe tells Terra no way she’s driving since he wants to get there alive. Terra wants the more luxurious model, but Joe wants to go for the more manageable one. They test the pedal extenders on the RV Terra likes, but Joe thinks it doesn’t look safe. Terra ends up giving in and they take the smaller one.

Terra isn’t looking forward to leaving Penny. Grandma Olivia is going to take care of her. Terra says she’s going to call repeatedly and Olivia says she’s going to ignore it. Joe is with Olivia in that they don’t need to check in every five minutes. Terra has a hard time saying good-by, but they finally get out the door.

Since she has to leave Penny, Terra insists on driving. Joe says a prayer.

Terra asks if she’s going to get some tonight. Joe says he needs to be wooed and asks if she brought any lingerie. Terra wants to call Olivia already, but Joe isn’t sure if they have reception. Joe says he also doesn’t want to piss off Olivia since she scares him. Terra makes the call. Olivia tells them to enjoy themselves and not call again.

They get to the campsite and put out some chairs. Joe makes the guy next to them out to be a mass murderer who knows they can’t run fast. Terra wants to call home again, but Joe says it’s for her own good that he’s siding with Olivia. He says they hired her to have an important role in their lives for a reason. Terra says Joe has spent nights away from Pennny and she hasn’t. Joe tells her to relax. Terra says she’ll try.

Joe suggests they go fishing. The lake is beautiful and so is the weather. Joe says some of his best memories are fishing trips with his dad. The fish aren’t biting, so they decide to go kayaking. Terra is in front and Joe isn’t rowing even though he claims to be.

It’s quite a project for them to make the bed in the RV. Terra says she’s never been a fan of bed making. I tend to agree, since it’s a reach for me too. They make chili and hot dogs for dinner. Terra says it’s like date night. Terra calls Olivia again. Olivia tells her she needs to learn to relax and not to call again. She says she’s going to change the phone number. Joe tells Terra she worries so much. Terra says being away from Penny makes her realize how much she wants a big family.

Joe says because Penny is so cool, he wants more kids too. He’s ready to start trying. He wants Penny to have a brother or sister. Penny says Joe makes her happy and they exchange I love yous.

Terra says she has a surprise for Joe. Terra goes into the RV and comes out in a sexy bear outfit with a hunter outfit for Joe. Joe says he can work with it. He tells her let’s go make a cub and they retire to the RV.

Joe makes breakfast. Terra brings out a stool. She wants to get on top of Tucker (the name of their RV) and try to get better reception on her phone. She calls Olivia, but there’s no answer. She warned them. Joe tells her breakfast is ready. He says Olivia said she wasn’t going to answer the phone. Terra tries calling again and decides she wants to go. She’s been calling all morning long and there’s been no answer.

Terra says her nerves are shot and Joe agrees to leave. He says even one day is a victory. Baby steps.

Olivia asks why they’re back and Terra asks why she didn’t answer the phone. Terra says she was flipping out. Olivia says they trusted her and there was no reason for her to be stressed out. Terra says it has nothing to do with trust, but communication. Terra says they’d discussed the communication and doesn’t think a few phone calls a day is asking too much. Olivia says she’s hurting her feelings and being disrespectful. Olivia storms off and Joe says Terra should have approached it differently. He says Olivia is offended that they would think Penny wasn’t safe with her.

Terra feels like Joe isn’t taking her side. She says they’re supposed to be co-parenting and Joe says he wasn’t going to be the third person acting like a fool.

Next week, Joe is challenged by the physical aspect of parenting, another surgery might be on the horizon, and having a second child is rethought.

The Real Housewives of New York City

Jules is making breakfast. She has an old-fashioned peculator. I assume her husband usually makes the coffee since she says she doesn’t know how and it can’t possibly be the first cup they’ve ever had. Next, Jules gets the kids ready and Michael takes one to school. Jules walks the other to pre-school or daycare or wherever.

Bethenny has a big birthday coming up and is getting a piece of jewelry designed. Dorinda meets her at the designer’s studio. Bethenny says she’s having  tailgate chic party in the Hamptons. She has fire pits she wants to use and has built the party around them. I understand. I’ve built outfits around a pair of earrings.

They talk about John and in her individual interview, Bethenny says not everybody has to like everybody’s boyfriend. She wonders why Dorinda has to push John’s greatness on them and what they don’t know about him.

Carole shows up. She tells them about her lunch with Ramona. Dorinda thinks she’s a good person, but Bethenny says every time she let’s Ramona in, she gets burned. We find out that Dorinda uses Nair on John’s back. In graphic detail. Blerg.

Sonja and the Countess are hanging out at Sonja’s place. The Countess is ready to settle down and would like to get married again. Sonja says she and the Countess are in a different place, whereas Ramona is just starting to date. The Countess says she’s been seeing quite a bit of Bethenny and says Carole is up Bethenny’s “anus.” Oh, that’s right, Carole is dating the niece’s ex-boyfriend and the Countess doesn’t like that.

They move on to Dorinda for a second and then Sonja talks about saging her kitchen. I mean burning the spice, not cooking with it. Does that help you to cook better? Out, Guy Fieri demons! Out!

Dorinda visits Ramona. Ramona got the apartment in her settlement and she’s redecorated. She says you’d never know Mario was ever there. Snap. Dorinda talks about it being time for her daughter to move out and how she’d like some time to herself before having John move in.

They sit down to lunch. Dorinda is having a lingerie party. They talk about most women not knowing their correct bra size, which is true.

Carole meets Bethenny for dinner. Bethenny asks how it’s going with Adam. Carole says it’s been a year. Bethenny asks if they’re in love, but Carole says she doesn’t say that. She says Adam wants things like children. She says she has five good summers left while he has twenty. Not meaning she’s going to be dead, but she might be at another place in her life. Bethenny asks about Carole’s friendship with the Countess and if it’s irreparable. Carole says the Countess has been trashing her on social media and she should worry more about who she’s sleeping with and less about who Carole is sleeping with. Bethenny says she doesn’t know if the Countess is as in control as she thinks she is. She says she was out of control over the summer, meaning more than just partying. She says things always seem calculated and there are strings attached to everything. Carole says she’s never seen someone so completely clueless about who they are and she’s not interested in a friendship.

Dorinda goes to John’s cleaning establishment. She is wearing amazkingly humongous earrings that look like a piece of chain-mail. She’s getting some dry cleaning things done and says she’ll meet John after the lingerie party.

Bethenny and Ramona talk about the lingerie party. Ramona wonders if she should tell Dorinda about what John said behind her back. He was talking inappropriately about their sex life to some friends of Ramona’s. She isn’t sure how Dorinda would feel about it, but wants her to be aware of it. Bethenny talks again about how Dorinda pushes John on them.

Lots of nighttime NYC shots tonight. Dorinda goes to the space where they’re having the party. It’s a cute set up, with hors d’oevres and displays of the merchandise. It turns out Bethenny rented the same place for one of her birthday parties.

Jules touches some shrimp by accident and puts her hands in the ice bucket for purification because she’s kosher. Unfortunately, she doesn’t tell anyone, and they continue to use the same ice bucket for the drinks. Jules gets introduced to Carole. In her individual interview, Carole says Jules seems problematically thin, which is what Bethenny had said when they met.

Dorinda gives a bra speech. She says the bra experts can measure women just by looking at them and has the girls write down what they think their size is. It actually looks like fun. Dorinda says that the Countess said she’ll see her at Bethenny’s birthday party. Bethenny says the Countess is RSVPing and she hasn’t even been invited yet. Somehow Ramona makes it all about her with Carole and whines about how Carole didn’t call her over the summer when she was going through the divorce. Carole says she saw Ramona a bunch of times and even took her out to lunch when she had her book published.

Dorinda says something about not pretending and Bethenny takes this as a cue to tell Dorinda that she feels the need to sell John to them. She tells Dorinda about John pitching her business ideas and asking for her number when Dorinda wasn’t around. Dorinda says if he crossed a line, she’ll definitely put a stop to that. Dorinda says if Bethenny wants to believe she sells John, fine, but she chooses to have him in her life and too bad if anyone doesn’t like him.

Ramona chooses now to pipe up, since they’re “letting it all out.” (In her individual interview, Bethenny is saying, “Abort! Abort!” Ha-ha!) Ramona tells Dorinda about John telling her friends about sex with her, but Dorinda isn’t believing it. She says even if it’s true, she should talk to her on the side about it. Dorinda says she married someone, she buried someone, she pays her bills and she can do what she wants. She tells everyone to stop the bs, but Bethenny calls her on her bs. She says that Dorinda talks about not drinking over the summer when she practically had to be carried out of somewhere.

Dorinda gets a glass of wine and when she comes back, says she’s not staying with Ramona this weekend. Ramona says if nothing is wrong, why is Dorinda reacting this way. Dorinda says she wouldn’t bring up Ramona’s Mario problems in front of everyone.

Dorinda says she considered Ramona one of her best friends. Bethenny says Dorinda should be more mad at her. Dorinda says with Bethenny, it’s just her perception, but with Ramona, it’s a personal thing, since they’ve been friends a long time.

The bra experts suggest they get down to business and Dorinda steps outside.

Next week, the argument continues, John shows up to escalate things, the Countess looks at apartments, and Jules’s husband gets a load of what it’s like to be on reality TV.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & recaps from today’s real time TV watching)

I had lunch with a friend today and missed General Hospital, so I was pleased to see they have it On Demand the same day now. While you can scare it up online pretty quickly, the videos aren’t always the best and the commercials are plentiful and inserted at weird times. This is good news indeed. It won’t forward through commercials, but it’s a small price to pay.

General Hospital

Scotty is snoring away on the couch. Ava wakes him by dumping water on him. She says she’s been trying to wake him for 10 minutes and that she doesn’t think their arrangement is going to work.

Franco brings Kiki athletic shoes and says since she’s up and around, she can go jogging; he’ll be a spectator. Kiki asks if Morgan has been there. She hasn’t heard from him. Franco says you can’t just make calls form the institution.

Michael tells Morgan that Carly is coming to visit with Josslyn and Avery. Morgan says he knows he should be happy, but wonders if he’ll ever feel anything again.

Julian shows Alexis the tabloid headline about Carrrlos.

Carly shows Sonny the same thing and asks if that’s why Anna came by. She asks how long he’s known and what he’s going to do about it.

Ava tells Scotty it was like a sawmill all night and that he would have slept through a visit from a SWAT team. He says he took a sleeping pill and Ava says he’s supposed to be guarding her. He says maybe he’d sleep better in a bed.

Franco tells Kiki that Morgan has been admitted to the Freeman Clinic — indefinitely. She wants to call him, but Franco says it would be a bad idea. Kiki says it’s his voice that woke her up and she wants to help. Franco says she can’t and that Morgan was admitted because he tried to kill himself.

Michael tells Morgan things will get better. Morgan says he wishes he could believe that.

Alexis freaks. Julian says it would be stupid for Carrrlos to come back to Port Charles. Alexis says if Carrrlos talks to Sonny, Julian is dead. Julian says he’ll look into it. They embrace. Kristina comes downstairs and tells them to get a room. Julian gets a call and has to leave. Kristina asks Alexis what’s up.

Sonny tells Carly he’s working with Anna and plans on bringing Carrrlos in alive. Carly asks what he’s going to do after he brings Carrrlos back.

Kristina asks if Julian is okay and Alexis says he’s fine. She has something to discuss with Kristina though. Her diary.

Franco tells Kiki that her getting shot isn’t exactly her first time at the rodeo with Morgan, and he has a list of infidelities as well. He says Kiki matters to him and Morgan isn’t worth the risk.

Morgan want to talk about Sonny’s business, but Michael nixes it. He asks Morgan why he thinks he’s there and Morgan says he’s broken and can’t be fixed.

Julian goes to Ava’s place. She asks Scotty to leave. She tells Julian it’s not what it looks like and explains about the threat she got, saying she wanted some protection. She asks if he came up with a solution to her problem. Julian says he has a meeting with Hammer and the meeting is going to be at Ava’s. Ava is like, thanks a lot, but Julian says by the end of the day everything will be fine. She says she’s getting out of there then. She notices something seems wrong and Julian says it’s nothing and he’ll talk to her later.

Sonny says Carrrlos isn’t the target, Julian is the one who had Duke killed. He tells Carly not to tell Morgan. Michael is worried about Sabrrrina and the baby, and they’re taking every precaution to make sure they’re safe. Carly asks what’s going to happen with Carrrlos once he testifies? Sonny says they should get going because of visiting hours. Josslyn asks what it’s like there and Sonny says quiet. She asks what she can to do help Morgan, and Sonny says love him.

Kristina goes ballistic about her journal, saying Alexis has no right to read it. Alexis says she didn’t; she found it on the living room floor. She says whenever clients leave evidence behind, they usually want to get caught. She asks is there’s something Kristina wants her to know. Kristina says she doesn’t want her to know, but it’s time she did. Alexis says fire away. Kristina tells her the professor she tried to seduce was a woman.

Hammer tells Julian that Ava was working undercover. Julian says Ava didn’t give anyone any information. Hammer says the organization still doesn’t like it, but Julian says they have his word she had nothing to do with the bust. Hammer says that’s good enough for the organization, but they want Julian to come back and head things up. This guy sounds like a character straight out of The Godfather.

Kiki calls the Freeman Clinic. She tells them she’s Morgan’s wife, but still doesn’t get anywhere. She starts getting out of bed and Ava walks in. Kiki says they need to have a serious talk and Ava says okay. Kiki asks where Morgan was calling from. Ava says she knows the answer. Kiki says she’s lifting the ban on talking about Morgan and wants to know everything.

Michael tells Morgan not to worry. Morgan says that’s the upside, all emotions are at a standstill. Carly comes in and Josslyn engages Morgan in a conversation about films and says she has a list of movies she wants to see with him. Michael tells Carly this might not be a good idea, but she thinks Morgan might want to see Avery. Michael says Carly seems upset, so what’s up. I have to interject that for a character who hasn’t been on this show pretty much since she was born, they sure are shoving Josslyn at us.

Sonny is on the phone with someone, saying he’s got a phone tap in place, and when whoever is ready, to call him.

Kristina says Alexis already knows the rest, the only difference is that Parker is a woman, not a man. Alexis asks if it went anywhere. Kristina says no, but Parker did stop by yesterday. Kristina says she made a pass at her, but Parker stopped it. Alexis asks if Parker is the only woman she’s gotten physical with. Kristina says at first she thought maybe it was just Parker specifically, but Parker thinks she should explore the possibility that she likes women. Alexis says it’s inappropriate for Parker to be advising her, and she’s had abusive men in her past. Kristina says would it be that bad if she was gay?

Franco asks if Scotty is moving into Ava’s building and then asks if he’s living with Ava. Scotty says you caught me and Franco says please don’t tell me you’re sleeping with her. Scotty says no way.

Ava says she thinks Morgan might be bad for Kiki and he needs more help than Kiki can give him. She’s concerned about Kiki’s progress being impeded. Kiki says since Ava loves her, she knows she’ll help her do something she can’t do on her own.

Morgan asks Carly how Kiki is and she passes Avery to him. He talks to Avery and asks Michael to take them home. He says he doesn’t want them in this place. Carly gives Michael her keys, saying take her car because she’s saying. She’s wearing an awesome blue ombre sweater jacket and I wonder where she bought it. Morgan says she doesn’t need to be there and what if he doesn’t get better. She says he has to give it time. He says he’s become okay with not getting the better parts of his life back and Carly should be too.

Kristina says she thought Alexis would be the easy parent to talk to. Alexis says give her a minute and she’s fine with it if Kristina’s gay. She says college is a confusing time for students though, and Kristina says let’s drop it and don’t tell dad. Alexis says she won’t. Kristina says it’s sad that Alexis is disappointed about who she is instead of what she’s done.

Julian tells Hammer to keep their decision under wraps. He says to tell the organization that he didn’t appreciate the black rose they sent to Ava. Hammer says they never sent anything like that.

Sonny is on the phone again when Michael brings Josslyn and Avery back. Josslyn explains Morgan didn’t want them there and asks when he’s coming home. Sonny says they don’t know yet and she goes upstairs. Sonny asks Michael what’s up and Michael says it’s the meds and Morgan feels a disconnect. He asks what’s happening with Carrrlos. Sonny says he has a meeting to go to and to do for Carly what he can’t, to be there for her.

Carly tells Morgan things will change. She went through it with Sonny and she promises he’ll feel things again. Morgan says he wants to be happy when he sees them or even be pissed off at something, but he feels empty. Carly says he’s not empty and she promises things will change. She says look who’s here. He says tell them go away and Carly says he’ll have to do that himself.

It’s Ava and Kiki with a walker. Kiki says Ava snuck her out of the hospital and she told the desk she was his half-sister’s half sister. He asks for time with Kiki alone and the others leave.

Morgan asks how she is. Kiki says glad she knows where he is because no one would tell her. She asks how Morgan is. He says he needs for her to hear him before she says anything else.

Alexis says apparently she’s saying all the wrong things. Kristina says it took a lot to tell her what she did and she’s not the only one who’s disappointed.

Scotty asks Franco how it’s going with Nina. Franco says happy and good and they both love their jobs. Scotty asks what’s really going on and Franco says Nina wants a kid and he doesn’t Scotty says they’re a lot of trouble. Franco asks if it’s a deal breaker and Scotty says yes.

Morgan says he wants KIKI to go and never come back.

Ava tells Carly she expects Kiki home soon. Carly says Ava is probably going to want Avery back.

Sonny says his business and family are starting to blur. Michael says Carly doesn’t blame him. Sonny says she’s trying not to and he needs Michael to hold things together. He says if Carly asks, tell her he had to go on something business related. He opens the door and there’s Julian.

Tomorrow, Emma asks Griff if he’s a friend of her grandmother’s , Kiki tells Morgan she needs him, Ava tells Carly she’s not a monster and Julian tells Sonny to knock it off.

Little Women: LA

Briana and Matt go out to lunch and Briana tells him about the Mexico trip. She says it was supposed to be her time to fix issues with everyone, but it just made things worse. She only wants to invite Jasmine and Elena to the wedding. Terra and Tonya are out, and Christy is in guest list limbo. Matt suggests she invites her parents because he doesn’t want her to look back and wish she had. Briana isn’t sure how she feels about that.

Tonya and Terra look at photos from the trip. Tonya says the pictures make it look like they had a good time. Terra feels badly about how it ended and wants to put the pictures together as a peace offering to Briana. Terra says that Christy is playing both sides and wonders how Briana can be friends with her, although that’s not exactly the case. Terra says she almost became friends with Christy again until Ali put in her two cents.

Briana brings Jasmine some flowers. Jasmine says the bachelorette party was a disaster and feels badly about it. She asks if Terra has reached out to Briana. Briana says she got a text asking for them to get together, but she hasn’t responded. She asks Jasmine to go with her to the dress designer and asks her to be the matron of honor. Why does Jasmine have a kiddie pool in her living room?

Christy is making dinner. Todd comes into the kitchen. He’s shaved his beard and left his mustache. Christy tells him he looks like an Italian porn star. She tells Todd about Elena being pregnant with twins. She says she’s happy for Elena, but I think she’s also sad for herself. She says everyone is getting pregnant except her. Well, that’s not exactly true. She says Todd must be upset too, deep down, but he says he’s not. Christy gets annoyed because she thinks Todd is holding back. Obviously, she knows him better than I do, but I’m not getting that feeling.

Elena takes Terra to check out her new makeup line. They look at the designs for the packaging. Elena is concerned about being ginormous if they need her for an event. Terra invites her to line dancing. She says she invited Briana, but hasn’t heard back and thinks Briana is blowing her off. She wants to get together with her before they get together as a group, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.

Matt and Briana do some pottery painting. Briana is doing a frame and tells Matt she has the picture she wants to put in it. It’s a photo of her positive pregnancy test. Hmm…maybe everyone is getting pregnant except for Christy.

Jasmine and Terra go Western hat shopping. Jasmine appreciates Terra’s effort to get everyone together. Terra tells her about reaching out to Briana and just getting crickets in response. She says she’s starting to feel like a stalker. Terra says Christy feels like she does about Matt, and doesn’t understand why Briana is okay with Christy. She asks Jasmine if Christy has been talking smack about her. Jasmine says Christy claimed she practically had to force Terra to come to Mexico. Jasmine says she’s getting conflicting information with what Christy is telling her and what she’s telling the rest of the girls.

Commercial break. What has happened to Vivica A. Fox that she keeps hosting these second-rate reunion shows, like Bring It! and Mob Wives (sorry, Big Ang)? She was in Kill Bill for God’s sake!

Briana and Matt take their kids to miniature golf, no pun intended. Briana is feeling nauseous, but she says they don’t get many family days, so she’s ignoring it. She says Terra keeps texting her and she keeps not texting back. Briana says one of her sisters has been badgering her about the pending baby and she’s concerned that someone will tell her daughter before she does, so she and Matt tell the kids.

Jasmine gets to the formal showroom before Briana, but she’s over an hour late which is unusual for her. She calls Briana and it turns out she’s in the ER. She’s hyperventilating and she doesn’t know what’s going on. Jasmine says don’t worry and she’ll talk to her later.

Christy and Todd, who has shaved his porn stache, go to couples counseling. Christy talks about Elena having twins. She says she’s happy and sad at the same time. Wait until she hears about Briana. Christy feels like Todd brushed her off. The counselor says they don’t have to feel the same way about things, but be present for each other.

Todd talks about the CPR class and how Christy went off on him about his weight. Christy says he’s killing himself with food the way she once did with alcohol. The counselor says sometimes when you don’t want to deal with an uncomfortable feeling it turns to anger, but she can see how much they love each other.

It’s line dancing time! Terra and Tonya get to the bar first. Tonya hopes the dancing is easier than getting up on the stools. I identify, being a shortie. Tonya asks if Terra has heard from Briana, but she hasn’t. Terra tells Tonya about her conversation with Jasmine and they discuss Christy being two-faced about Matt.

Jasmine and Elena arrive next. Elena is like, we don’t line dance in Russia, I have two left feet and neither one of them dance. Jasmine tells the girls about Briana being in the hospital. For whatever reason, Tonya thinks Briana is lying. She seems to think if it was the truth, Briana would have texted her friends, but she isn’t feeling friendly toward her or Terra, so… Oddly enough, Briana and Christy walk in at that moment.

Terra says Briana looks fine and of course thinks she must have lied about the hospital. Briana says she was driving and all of a sudden couldn’t breathe, but the hospital couldn’t find anything wrong. It’s probably stress. She decides to keep the pregnancy to herself for now. The dancing commences.

Christy says she loves line dancing, but this is like line dancing on crack. Terra asks Briana why she’s been ignoring her texts. She wonders why there was no response to her reaching out. Briana says she was keeping to herself for a while, and Tonya criticizes her for not saying anything. Terra says she feels like Briana isn’t even trying. Elena says Briana is having a wedding soon and she heard Briana isn’t inviting everyone. Briana says she’s not sure if there’s enough time to mend the friendships. In her individual interview, Terra says she doesn’t think Briana understands that she can support her, but not Matt. Christy says she’s not going to beg about going to the wedding. Briana says if they want to be her friend, just be her friend. She says she’s not going to argue any more because she found out she’s pregnant. Well she didn’t keep it to herself for long.

In her individual interview, Tonya says she thought Briana would get a divorce before she got pregnant. Everyone congratulates her. Terra asks if she’ll be allowed to see the baby since Matt controls Briana’s life. Briana asks if she just wants to fight with her and the texts are brought up again. WTF? Isn’t Briana allowed to talk to who she wants? It seems like Terra is trying to control her more than Matt is. Terra says she’s making an excuse for everything. Briana says if she can’t be happy for her, she doesn’t need her as a friend.

Terra tells Christy she doesn’t appreciate her lying about Terra and Tonya being forced to go to Mexico. She says she had to convince them, but she never said she forced anything. Jasmine says Christy seemed like she didn’t want to go, even though she’s not crazy about Matt. Terra calls Christy on throwing them under the bus.

Christy says she never said anything about forcing them, just convincing them. Terra says she doesn’t let anyone tell her what to do. Christy says it’s not the same thing. Terra says once a liar always a liar and Christy is a liar. Christy says Terra lied about Christy’s drinking and the next thing I know, Terra throws a drink in Christy’s face. It immediately escalates and all kinds of drinks are being thrown back and forth. I’m not so sure this scene isn’t contrived.

Next week, Christy gets hurt in the fray, the tabloids pick up on the story, and Joe tells Terra to keep her distance from the trash. Ooh, snap!

Little Women: Terra’s Little Family

Joe and Terra wait for Penny to get out of surgery. Finally, the doctor comes in and says everything went well. He says Penny is going to intensive care and they’ll be able to see her there.

Penny looks peaceful, sleeping and sucking on her binkie. She has to stay for a while, so she can be monitored. Terra is going to stay overnight. They count their blessings.

Joe goes back to the house to get some things for Penny. He tells Terra’s brother. Erik, these are the hardest days of his life. He remembers his own surgeries and hates that Penny has to go through this. He’s also worried about Terra being exhausted. Erik suggests a spa day. They go through some other things that he might do. Stripper maids gets a veto. They decide to clean the house.

Terra video chats with Joe. Penny is awake and she says Penny is recovering very well. She says there’s a good chance Penny can come home tomorrow. If she has a poop. Yep. Hospital rule. They never let you go without one.

Terra calls her mom to tell her that Penny is being released and doing better than expected. Terra says she’s on Tylenol around the clock, either in her milk or in a suppository. She claims Penny’s eyes got big when she said that.

Erik and Joe get the house ready for Terra. Joe says they have about 15 minutes to get it done. Nothing like waiting until the last minute. They also make an attempt at some festive decorating. Joe got Penny and Terra some presents as well.

Terra asks what took Joe so long to pick her up. He says he was cleaning and Erik stopped by. She’s like ah-ha! you were goofing around. Terra says they have to be on top of giving Penny her pain meds and changing her bandage. Joe calls bandage, but Terra puts the kibosh on that because of her long nails. She complains about how long he took to pick them up again.

She’s pretty surprised to walk in to a clean, decorated place, and feels badly about her complaints. He says he’s glad she likes it and glad she feels bad, but adds she’s an awesome supermom.

It’s time for the first suppository and Joe suggests they call someone more qualified.

Success! Terra congratulates Joe. Terra opens the first gift and it’s a high chair with a swing. Joe also got Penny a dollhouse that’s taller than he is. Terra is impressed and Joe asks if he can get some sex. He says he feels happy, lucky and in love with his daughter. Aww!

In the back of Terra’s mind, she’s wondering if Penny is going to be all right. She talks about another potential surgery for a build up of water on the brain. In a few months she’ll need another MRI. Terra says she doesn’t want to feel like it’s their fault, since they knew prior to having Penny what the complications might be. She wants to have another baby, but wonders if that’s the right decision. Joe says Penny is having all this done as a baby so she can live a normal life. He says she’s an amazing kid and Terra is an amazing mom. He suggests they be happy for five minutes and take everything else as it comes.

Terra says all they can do is be hopeful that Penny won’t need another surgery. “Grandma” Olivia is coming, but Terra says she’s a little animated to be around a baby who just had surgery. Terra says she’s nervous about anyone handling Penny right now. Olivia wants to talk about baby number two, which she’s encouraging.

Tonya comes over. She had the same surgery as Penny did and Terra feels like she’s trying to downplay the surgery to assuage her guilt. Terra tells her it hurt her feelings that Tonya never came to the hospital. Tonya says she feels badly and doesn’t have a good excuse, but says it won’t happen again and apologizes. Terra says she’ll get over it, but Tonya better make it up to Penny in the future.

Terra talks about having baby number two. Tonya thinks it might be difficult right now while they’re dealing with Penny and suggests she wait until Penny has gotten past some milestones first. She asks how Terra is going to get Joe to agree and Terra says there are ways.

Penny needs her bandage changed for the first time. Joe says the surgery was heartbreaking, but it’s great to see Penny acting so normal already. Penny starts to cry when the bandage is being changed, and Terra takes over. Afterwards, Terra gives Penny a bottle and she calms down pretty quickly.

Terra asks Joe about his take on baby number two. He thinks they should wait until Penny is a toddler. Terra says she wants a big family and Joe says they have four dogs. Terra says the older she gets, the harder it is on her body. Joe says him too, as he has spinal issues and might need another surgery himself. Terra suggests they get physicals and get in good condition first.

Terra and Joe go to see Terra’s OB/GYN about having another baby. Terra asks the doctor if he thinks it’s a good idea. He asks if she’s having her period again and if she’s regular. She says she only menstruates every other month, so the doctor says that means she ovulates fewer times a year, so they should start soon. They talk about the possibility of having another baby with health issues. The doctor says another option is doing it in vitro, where the embryos can be individually tested, but Terra feels a little weird about that.

Terra and Joe have a snack and discuss the consultation. Terra doesn’t really want to go the IVF route. Joe says it’s a way of preventing their child from going through long, painful surgeries. He says he had to go through that. Terra says if they’d done in vitro the first time, they wouldn’t have Penny. Joe says the thing that he loves about her and that also scares him is that Terra goes after what she wants, oblivious of every obstacle. Joe wants to have his back checked out before they move ahead.

Tracy is having and ultrasound and Terra comes along. It’s a boy and Tracy is huge. Terra says Tracy and her husband considered IVF, but decided against it and are having an average sized child.

The doctor comes in and says it’s possible Tracy will be scheduled for delivery today. Both Terra and Tracy are like, what?

No preview for this show.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & recaps from today’s real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Kristina writes in her journal. She writes about Molly — telling her if she’s reading it to stop — saying that she’s glad to have someone to tell about Parker. Sonny drops by with an apology.

Obrecht says she’s been proven correct because Finn disappeared. Tracy suggests they get Obrecht fired before the next set of rounds, and asks Monica to find Finn — stat.

Carly hears a scream and a maid comes running out of one of the rooms, saying she’s not going in there again. It’s Finn’s room. I’m guessing she saw the iguana.

Nicholas is at Kelly’s. Laura comes by. They talk about the will reading. Laura says she’s looking for answers and thinks Nicholas should too.

Hayden calls Diane. She wants to know if the ELQ papers are ready. She says Nicholas wants to sign them and to text her when they’re ready. She types Naomi Dreyfus in the search engine of her phone. Elizabeth suddenly appears asking who Naomi is.

Hayden says she doesn’t know what kind of barn she was raised in, but she needs to learn manners, considering she’s a freeloader.

Laura says there was nothing random about Helena and he knows she must have had a plan. Nicholas says she left him the painting because she wants to torture his thoughts for life. Laura asks why he thinks she didn’t leave any of her money to him. He says he’s not going to give Helena a victory lap by concentrating on it and he wins by ignoring it. Laura says she wants to know what the key is.

Obrecht says at best Finn can be considered unorthodox. Tracy says he’s the one who was able to diagnose her and it’s in Obrecht and the hospital’s best interest to get him back immediately. Obrecht apparently knows more about lizards than I do, because she mentions that Roxie is a bearded dragon.

Carly says she wanted to welcome Finn to the hotel herself. He’s obviously looking for Roxie. He tells Carly the maid must have seen her. Carly says he checked in alone. He tells her Roxie is a service animal. Carly says they welcome service dogs. He says she’s a service lizard and orders a plain salad to lure her out. Carly notices how much he looks like Silas. He says he can assure her he’s not him.

Sonny tells Kristina he was too hard on her and it’s been bothering him. He doesn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it broke his heart to see her cry and no matter what happened, he couldn’t love her more. Kristina hugs him and thanks him. She says he shouldn’t feel guilty; it was her own bad decision. He says he knows it must have been difficult to tell them, and he made it worse by being angry. He says he wasn’t really disappointed in her, but in himself for his reaction.

Sonny says she made a bad decision, but it takes two to tango and wonders what the professor did to let her think sex would be an option. Kristina says she just wants it to be over. Sonny says it’s too late, since he kind of did something already by sending Max to find out who the professor is.

An orderly comes in and has medication for Tracy. According to the chart, Monica ordered it.

Finn asks if the owner always greets the guests personally. Carly says she was just trying to make up for things with the health department closing them down. Finn asks if he should be concerned and Carly tells him what happened with Olivia. Finn says, hmm, a woman can be arrested for breastfeeding in Port Charles, but a service lizard is considered strange. Carly asks what Roxie does for him. He says it’s illegal to ask that question (learned something new today), but since she brought champagne and has had her own legal troubles lately, he won’t press charges.

Nicholas says Helena would be happy to see them running around like fools, trying to figure things out. He says her machinations only work if you believe in them. Laura brings up the curse and says who’s to say that it didn’t work. She tells him she took the key to an antiques expert and it’s from 19th century Russia, probably to a steamer trunk or valise. Nicholas says there’s probably a dozen trunks in the attic at Windemere and who knows where else, and it’s possible she’s left Laura a key to nothing.

Hayden says Elizabeth is nothing to Nicholas. She calls him her friend, but he’s really a fall-back plan. She doesn’t want him to find someone else in case she needs him. Elizabeth says it’s only a matter of time before they figure out what Hayden is trying to hide.

Finn finds Roxie behind Carly. Carly asks if she bites. Finn says only if she’s frightened or threatened or maybe if you’re a woman, since she’s a guy’s lizard. He tells Carly not to move. Silas catches Roxie and puts her back in her tank. I like seeing Michael Easton in this role.

Kristina says she doesn’t need Sonny making things worse. He says he thinks there’s something she’s not telling him, but she says she’s just humiliated. She says just because she’s a girl, she doesn’t need him to rescue her. She says she’s an adult and it’s her problem to fix. Sonny says he’s always going to want to be her hero, but if she wants to fix things herself, go ahead. He says she’s going to call Max though. Whose number she knows by heart. She calls Max and tells him to back off. She says she appreciates it, but she and Sonny came to an agreement.

Laura says she’s going to check the steamer trunks at Windemere, but she’s not going all over the globe. He says Helena wants her to believe it’s going to change her life. Laura says Helena wasn’t petty or frivolous, and she’s going to find out what the key means. She thinks he shouldn’t discount the painting either.

Hayden tells Elizabeth to focus on her brats and leave her and Nicholas alone. Elizabeth says she knows the truth is going to hurt Nicholas. Hayden tells her if she doesn’t back off, she’s going to have her kicked out. Elizabeth says if she makes Nicholas choose between them, she won’t like the answer. I dunno about that.

Carly says she can cross being introduced to a lizard off her bucket list. Finn says she likes Carly and Carly admits Roxie is cute. Carly leaves and Finn opens the champagne. He asks Roxie if she thinks they’re going to like their life in Port Charles.

Tracy reminds Obrecht she’s a board member and the Quartermaines have donated more money than anyone else. Obrecht agrees to give Finn temporary privileges. Tracy says it’s obvious she’s threatened by Finn and Monica. Obrecht says the conversation is counterproductive and leaves.Tracy thanks Monica for bringing Finn in.

Hayden says there’s no chance Nicholas would choose Elizabeth over his wife. Elizabeth brings up Nicholas hiring Sam and Hayden says he called the investigation off because he loves her. Elizabeth brings up the pre-nup. Hayden says Elizabeth tricked Jason into marrying her when he was married to someone else. Elizabeth says she could always find another place to live, but who would Hayden call if she got the boot? Naomi? I’m sure Hayden isn’t totally on the up and up, but I still like her a million times better than Elizabeth.

Kristina writes some more in her journal, mostly about her sexual confusion. She says she misses school, but doesn’t miss crushing on Parker, and that she must have seemed ridiculous. Parker, who has ESP, rings the bell.

Sonny tells Carly about his apology. She says Kristina must have been thrilled and he says, yeah, until he told her about Max. She asks how soon he called Max back and told him to keep digging. He says he thought about it, but didn’t do it. He says Kristina is like him, feisty, but vulnerable underneath. He says they had an honest conversation, she told him what she needed and he listened, and he feels like a good dad.

Carly fills him in on the whole hotel thing and tells him about Finn and Roxie. Sonny laughs about having a lizard as a service pet.

Monica calls Finn. She says they were surprised he left quickly, and he says he had to get Roxie settled. She asks if he’s available for another counsel. He says he’s planning on staying indefinitely. Monica says there will probably be bureaucratic red tape, but she and Tracy are high up. He says call back when she needs him.

Laura says she never listened to her mother’s opinions about her partners, so she doesn’t expect her kids to listen to hers. She says one day Spencer won’t listen to Nicholas either. He says he values her opinion even if he doesn’t agree, but wants to know what she’s afraid of where Hayden is concerned. Laura says she’s glad he has a good prenup. When she leaves, Nicholas makes a call and says he’s on his way.

Hayden’s phone rings and Elizabeth says if it’s Naomi, give her my best. It’s Diane and Hayden says she has to go. She says she doesn’t care how Elizabeth spins what happened, she’s telling Nicholas to get her and her boys out of the house. When she leaves, Elizabeth goes straight to the laptop to see what Hayden was searching for. The name Naomi Dreyfus-Berlin comes up and Elizabeth says omg.

Tomorrow, Hayden meets with Diane, Parker meets with Kristina, and Griff asks Anna what she won’t forgive.

Little Women: Atlanta — The Reunion

We are all glad to see the reunion is here at last. Because that means the first season of this show is finally over.

Terra is the hostess. She always looks fabulous and I have to say the Atlanta crowd is looking the best I’ve seen them. Maybe that’s because no one has their weave pulled out or a drink spilled on them. We start off with some flashbacks. There probably isn’t enough to talk about that would fill a whole hour.

Terra asks how it was watching the season. The only appropriate answer here would be embarrassing.

Minnie reaching out to her father for the DNA test is discussed. It’s tough on Minnie. Terra asks if she’s spoken to him and Minnie says yes, but he’s still at a distance and pushing her away. She says she’s forgiven him though, and if he wants a relationship, she’s game. I had a great dad, and something like this always bums me out.

Moving on to the rivalry between the Cheeks and the Tiny Twins. Emily talks about how she encouraged the twins to get out on the dance floor and how it backfired. Emily says it’s tough when the twins follow her and Bri to whatever club they’re working at.

Terra asks who started the rivalry. Emily says they had their own brand to begin with, and they aren’t trying to follow anyone else. We flash back to the altercations between the four girls. This reunion isn’t even a fresh hell; it’s the same one we’ve been in for weeks. More talk about who did what first. Terra asks why they felt the need to get physical. One of the twins says if she gets touched, she’ll touch back. Bri says that’s a good way to get killed. Alrighty then.

They talk about Minnie’s pseudo-boyfriend, Pastor Troy, and I get ready for them to belabor the point that Minnie lied. Minnie says she felt like a third wheel since everyone else was in a relationship. She was hoping Troy would go along with it. Terra asks if they were ever more than friends. Terra says social media has said she might be pregnant with his baby.

Minnie says, yes, she’s pregnant. Monie says it’s the first time she’s hearing about it in person. Terra says it’s hard to trust someone who’s lied to you. Emily says she got no response when she tried to contact Minnie. Terra asks Minnie why she didn’t talk to anyone. Terra asks if it’s Troy’s baby and Minnie says TMZ never lies. What planet does she live on? After Terra asks several more times, Minnie says it’s Troy’s baby. Terra asks if she’s still single and Minnie says no comment. Terra says she didn’t come here for no comment and Minnie says there’s no ring on it, so she’s still single.

Miss Juicy joins the group. She’s wearing a tiara because she’s the queen of Atlanta. According to her. Miss Juicy wonders how you can get pregnant from a…never mind. Minnie tells Juicy she should stop thinking so much about her and stay in her own lane. I actually like that one. Juicy pulls out a pregnancy test. These women are whackjobs. She even unwrapped it. Gross.

Juicy and Minnie argue about who is the more original. Juicy talks about the lies Minnie has told and thinks she should pee on the stick. Much discussion happens and if someone says “pee on the stick” one more time, I’m going to scream. Monie looks tired.

We see Juicy’s “juiciest moments,” which is a matter of opinion. We revisit her crashing Minnie’s birthday party. Monie gets upset about having gone after Juicy and it sounds like she has an ongoing problem with going after the wrong person. Juicy actually blows it off saying she was only upset about her hair and probably would have done the same thing.

Juicy asks what’s going to happen in nine months when there’s no baby. Minnie says Juicy can hold her legs when she delivers. Monie asks again if she’s pregnant by Pastor Troy and Minnie says yes.

Pastor Troy is introduced.

Commercial break. Little Women: New York begins in May. They can’t even get through a commercial without bleeping some words.

Terra asks if Troy ever dated Minnie. He says they never formally dated and Terra asks if he was annoyed that she lied. He says a lot of his fans lie. Terra asks if he’s seen Minnie’s “goodies,” which he calls going to the mini market. When it comes to whether it’s his baby or not, he says he’s not the only rapper Minnie deals with, and they’ll have to wait and see, adding that he doesn’t kiss and tell. Monie thinks he should be tending to Minnie and asking if she wants some water. What is she? A camel? Emily asks flat out if he had sex with her without protection, but he just keeps dancing around the question.

Terra thanks Troy and Juicy. Bye!

We flash back over the various relationships the girls have with their useless boyfriends. I kind of like Morlin. He’s the only one who isn’t living off his girlfriend and actually seems to care.

Emily says it’s not really fair because only one side is being shown. Terra asks about Emily’s baby and she says the name is going to be Lontel Jenard Something Junior. Bri says she and Wooda (shooda cooda) are talking and working it out. Ugh!

Terra moves on toe Andrea. Last we saw, she and Chris had moved into their own place. Things don’t sound like they’re going well.

Maybe it’s the heat in the south, but it just seems like the LA and NYC little women can do things like form a sentence and have real jobs, whereas this group can barely spell their own names. That’s if they know their names. I have the sneaking suspicion they probably confuse each other the same way I confuse them.

Okay, I guess things are going better than it sounded because Andrea is pregnant and she says Chris is excited. She says if anyone wants her to pee on a test [sic], she will. Andrea says he’s being more involved with the pregnancy than he was the first time around. Sigh.

They show some “unseen footage.” The scenes are actually fun, with the girls getting along and laughing. Terra asks if they believe little women should stick together and Emily says that they’re all little and pregnant now.

Terra announces that the show is back for another season. I already know what’s going to happen. I’ll forget why I hated it and start watching it again.

Little Women: LA: Terra’s Little Family

I love Terra and Joe, and I like that this is a mostly happy show. I need something to balance these table flipping wackadoos.

Penny is seven moths old now, so Terra and Joe are having her checked out and getting her vaccinations. They want to make sure she’s cleared for spinal decompression surgery. The pediatrician thinks Penny is looking good. Joe is holding out hope that Penny won’t need to be operated on.

Terra has a hard time dealing with Penny’s pain while she’s getting her shots and wonders how bad it’s going to be when she has surgery. The surgery is scheduled in three days and Terra’s brother has come to help. Beforehand, they’re doing family stuff. They go to a pumpkin patch and through a corn maze. Joe says he feels like he’s in The Shining.

They go to a petting zoo where they barter with goats in the universal language of all animals — food. It’s fun to watch Penny experience new things. Joe’s back is killing him and Terra encourages him to think about getting surgery himself. He says nagging really helps and I laugh. Joe has a great delivery.

Terra and her brother get their faces painted and it startles Penny, making her cry. Terra insists she’s just hungry, but Joe says yeah, hungry and frightened.

Terra and Joe meet with the doctor, who is an expert in dwarfism. He has an excellent bedside manner as well. He doesn’t mince words either and answers all of their questions honestly. The surgery Penny will be having is rare. The doctor says there is a risk of complication, but the surgery is a preventative measure. It’s very hard on Terra and Joe.

Terra visits Tracy, who is pregnant with an average sized child. Terra asks if Tracy has any concerns. Tracy says he’s going to be heavy. Terra talks about Penny’s surgery and gets choked up. Terra wants to have another baby and wonders if that’s the right decision. Joe is worried about another child having health issues.Tracy says she and Tonya have both had this type of surgery, and tells her that her surgeon is the best.

Terra says she’s trying to hide her true emotions from Penny, and wants her to only feel comforted and loved. They have to be at the hospital at 5 am. Terra says she’s not ready and she’s scared for Penny. She asks Joe if this is why he doesn’t want to have another child. He suggests they try in six months, but she’s afraid he’ll keep putting it off. He says he just wants Penny to be a little older.Joe asks why she’s in such a hurry. Terra says she enjoyed growing up with a brother.

She says she really just wants to take her mind off of what’s happening, and talks about the all the papers they had to sign and Joe says you have to sign them for a root canal, which is basically true.

Even though the show is a half hour, they always have two back-to-back episodes.

It’s surgery day. Terra says nothing can prepare you for your child having surgery. Joe says it’s been overwhelming and during Penny’s short life, she’s already had quite a bit of medical procedures. He jokes about one of her visits to the hospital being two shots, a prick and oral like their first date. Terra says although sometimes she wishes Joe took things more seriously, his sense of humor comes in handy.

Joe says it’s reminding him of his own surgeries as a kid, but it’s more difficult when it’s your own child. Terra says she’s cried in front of Penny and Penny picked up on it and cried herself, so she’s doing her best to stay positive. The doctor asks if there are any last minute questions. Terra asks if they’ll be able to hold her afterwards and the doctor says yes, she’ll be on medication and the nurse will show her what to do.

Terra says leaving her is the hardest part, and then the not knowing. While they’re in the waiting area, I just know they feel like time is at a standstill. Joe says Penny is in a dangerous place right now and he just wants her to be okay. They talk about deciding to be parents regardless of the knowledge that their children might have health problems. They pray.

Terra says the minutes feel like hours. She calls her mom. Terra’s mom is really cool. She’s like an old hippie and has a cat rescue. Terra explains that if this surgery isn’t helpful, Penny will need a shunt put in later. Her mom suggests they get some rest. Terra says talking to her mom is always a comfort. Joe says they have a lot of family support.

Terra says as much as it’s the best hospital and they have the best doctors doesn’t mean something can’t go wrong. She and Joe go to the cafe across the street to get a change of scenery. Joe says it’s the worst, you feel totally helpless, but can’t fall apart.

The hospital calls. Terra makes a shocked face, but isn’t saying anything. Joe mildly freaks. He says seeing her reaction without knowing what’s going on is making him think the worst. It turns out Penny is just going into surgery. They were having a hard time finding a vein for the anesthetic. I understand this because they have a hard time with me too. Joe says it sucks.Yes, it does. All that waiting and the surgery hasn’t even started. They go back to the hospital.

Joe says he isn’t going to be happy until he gets the all clear. It’s 10:30 am and Penny is still in surgery. The doctor comes in smiling. Everything went well. Even I’m smiling. He says Penny is doing just fine and the decompression has taken affect. He tells them she’s going to the ICU and they’ll be able to see her there.

Happiness and gratitude all around.

This season, Terra explains suppositories to Joe; Penny has another MRI and another potential surgery; baby number two is discussed; Joe might also be facing back surgery.

Little Women: LA

We’re still in Mexico. Jasmine is enthusiastic to show everyone the country, but she says not everyone is in a festive mood. That’s an understatement.

They go to some kind of ruins. It’s also raining. Briana says Ali is a breath of fresh air after the relationship beat down from Tonya. Briana says the only reason she’s still there is Jasmine.

Jasmine’s cousin, Victor, meets them at the ruins. They’re the only two little people in their family and come from an area in Mexico that has a large population with their type of dwarfism. Victor has gotten some pedi-cabs for them to ride in. Christy feels like, with Matt not around, she’s seeing her old friend, Briana, again.

They do some exploring. Tonya says Lil Boss do not walk in da mud, Jasmine talks to Ali and Briana. She asks how Briana liked the party last night. She says she wasn’t crazy about the stripper, but she had fun. She tells Jasmine about what Tonya told her, that there are some fake friends there who don’t support her marriage.

Ali says she talked to Tonya and Terra, who told her about Matt. Jasmine wonders why they’d tell Ali about Briana’s business. Ali said she wondered the same thing, since she didn’t bring it up.Briana says if it’s Christy, she has a good poker face. She says she’s going to confront the girls and if that’s how they feel, she wants them to go home.

The ladies go to a pyramid, the tallest ancient Myan structure in the Yukitan. There are about a skabillion stairs with a climb at your own risk sign. 122 steps and 144 feet up. There isn’t a chance in hell I’d climb it and I can’t believe these girls are going to try. My hat’s off to them, along with every other accessory. This isn’t an easy climb for a fitness guru and I’m already wondering how they’re getting down. And yes, there have been accidents there. Terra makes it to the top.

Christy decides to make an announcement that she and Todd are going to adopt. Briana says Christy announces this every five minutes and needs to be the center of attention. Elena figures who cares at this point, so she tells everyone she’s having twins. Christy is pissed that Elena stole her moment. She doesn’t get why no one cares, but it’s probably because they’ve heard this before.

Elena is glad she can now eat and wear what she wants. She asks Briana if she’s okay and Briana says she has mixed emotions. She says some of the girls are being dishonest. Right away, Terra and Tonya say they haven’t been dishonest. Terra says they’re always trying to figure out if Briana is telling the truth. She says she’s there for Briana, but not Matt. She doesn’t like him and says he disrespects women, Briana in particular.

Terra talks about Jasmine wanting them all to reconnect with Briana and how she was on board with that, but building a friendship takes two people, and it seems like Briana isn’t trying. She asks if Briana would have invited her if Jasmine hadn’t and Briana says no. Tonya points her finger at Christy and says she didn’t want to be there either. Great place to be acting like five-year-olds, in front of a Myan ruin.

Terra says Christy feels the same way they do. Christy is like, thanks a lot. Briana says she and Matt are a package deal now. Jasmine asks who told her about it and Briana says Ali spoke to her. Terra is all offended, but she and Tonya could have kept their mouths shut and not told Ali anything. Terra tells Ali that she’s screwed up and should leave.

Jasmine tells everyone to shut up and have a good time so Briana can enjoy herself. Tonya says she’s out and leaves along with Terra. Briana says they turned her party into a shitshow and made her question Christy. She and Christy are left there and Christy says she came there for Briana. She says it took a lot for her to come there and she wants to rebuild the friendship. Christy says she did say she didn’t like Matt, but she also said she hoped to be at the wedding and hoped Briana’s parents would be there too.

Briana says at this point, she’s ready to go home. Christy asks if Briana wants her at the wedding. Briana says she did, but now she wants to think about it.

Terra and Tonya are trying to jet ahead so they don’t have to talk to the others. Terra says Ali was spreading lies and Christy is flip-flopping. Tonya says Christy is being all kumbaya when she’d agreed she couldn’t stand Matt. Terra says Christy is just saying what everyone wants to hear.

Tonya, Terra and Elena take the last day to go swimming with the dolphins. Elena isn’t going all the way out, but does get in the water a little and gives a dolphin a kiss. Terra is exhausted, so the only one who goes the full dolphin is Tonya. She rides on the back of one of the dolphins. Kind of impressive for someone usually so lazy.

They discuss the whole Briana thing again since no one can give it a rest. Elena says she thinks Briana is happy and Matt knows how to make her happy. I do not want to know any theories on that. Elena says when she and Preston got married, it wasn’t all unicorns and rainbows either. Terra says they need to make amends or go their separate ways. I can’t remember disliking any of my friends’ husbands or boyfriends this much, but I would hope if I’m ever in that position, I handle it better than this group.

Jasmine and Briana go into town and do some shopping. They try on hats at a souvenir store and I’m wondering why Jasmine isn’t taking her to somewhere more native. They discuss the fight at the ruins. Jasmine wants to go out for drinks on their last night. Briana says that Terra and Tonya can’t focus on being her friend and getting to know her. She says they don’t deserve her friendship. Jasmine says it’s not going to stop until Briana puts her foot down and tells them how she feels.

Ali visits Christy’s room. They’ve been friends for a number of years and Christy feels badly about what happened. Ali asks how she thinks Briana feels. Christy says she loves Briana, but she doesn’t have to love her husband. She says she had to tell Briana how she feels because of Tonya twisting her words. Ali wonders if Terra and Tonya even want to be friends with Briana and asks if Christy would call them out on that. Christy says she would.

They go to a gorgeous outdoor space for their last night. Everyone shows up, even the sourpusses. They talk about what they did after the ruins trip. Jasmine says she and Briana went dancing at the hotel. Elena says it’s been a nice weekend, except for that one part. Elena says Briana did start the conversation though. Terra says don’t ask a question that you don’t want the answer to. Ali, as a casual observer, says they all seem to throw each other under the bus on a regular basis. Suddenly, Terra and Christy are arguing and it starts to get loud. WTF just happened? That was fast.

Everyone is pointing at everyone else, confirming what Ali just said. Briana finally tells them to knock it off. Terra says she came there to rebuild their friendship, says Briana is talking to her like a two-year-old and calls her a bitch. She’s angry that Briana is friendly with Christy, who’s lying to her, and not accepting Terra’s friendship. She asks why Briana is okay with Christy hating Matt, but not her? Briana says she wasn’t aware Christy hated him. Briana says she’d like to turn things around and move forward instead of back. Briana says Terra didn’t seem to care until she started being friends with Christy again.

Terra says it’s like Briana is afraid of Matt. Briana says enough already, get out. Terra and Tonya leave. Briana says she’s done with them.

They both get teary. Briana says she’s happy, but this is causing a rift because she brings it home with her and Matt can’t fix it. Jasmine says she needs to tell them how she feels.

What I Watched Today
(rambling, random thoughts & recaps from today’s real time TV watching)

General Hospital

Dillon is breaking out the champagne, but Maxie thinks it’s too early to celebrate. Dillon says what else could go wrong, but Maxie says that’s what they said about the green issue. Maxie adds that it’s March 15 and the Bible tells them to beware the Ides of March. (Um…no, it doesn’t.)

Epiphany is excited about being in the magazine. Elizabeth just dropped off Jake back at school and tells her about Franco coming to Philly to visit at the hospital. Epiphany asks what’s up with her and Franco.

In the hospital locker room, Franco is looking over the book Helena willed to Elizabeth. Nina comes in. She says she’s been giving him the silent treatment for two days and he hasn’t even noticed.

Sonny tells Max he wants an inquiry into a fugitive — Carrrlos Rivera. He says Carrrlos is alive and on the run. As much as Sonny wants him dead, he says Carrrlos has to be brought in alive so they can nail Julian.

Julian makes breakfast for Alexis. The case is on the front page of the Port Charles Press, and Alexis tells him he’s the best husband in the world. He suggests breakfast in bed.

Jason is in his new place, working on his bike, and Sam shows up with his plaque.

Sonny tells Max his priority is Julian. Kristina comes in and Max says he’ll go deal with it. Sonny asks how Kristina is doing. She says thanks to him, she wasn’t held hostage for long and everyone was pretty surprised when he got out of the wheelchair. She says it meant a lot to have Sonny at the wedding, even before he saved her life. Sonny wants to have a real conversation about school and Parker.

Molly comes over to Alexis’s. She’s brought flowers that are a symbol of good luck. She says a lot of her classmates have been talking about the case, and how it’s all over social media. She’s impressed with her mother’s coolness.

Dillon tells her that the Ides thing is from Julius Caesar. He says he didn’t realize she was so superstitious. She says she isn’t, but she wants Crimson to succeed and knows Julian isn’t keen on it. Dillon says they’re waiting for Tracy’s biopsy results and Tracy isn’t the most patient patient. He’s not crazy about Dr. Mays either. Maxie tells him it will be okay.

Sam is like, nice decorating choice with the bike, and Jason says he’s still waiting on his furniture. She tells him about the will reading and how Helena left her and her sisters a penny. Jason asks how they’re going to divvy it up.

Elizabeth says there’s nothing going on between her and Franco. Epiphany says she’s seen the pictures from the Gala and seen them with their heads together around the hospital. Elizabeth says they were conferring about Jake and she isn’t close to being over Jason.

Franco says Nina is always silent since she’s always at work. He says he’s been working a lot and visiting Kiki, who’s made an improvement. He asks what he did. Nina says he went to Philly to visit Elizabeth and Jake, and didn’t even tell her.

Kristina says an independent study might be weird, but it’s pretty straightforward. She deflects the topic, asking about Morgan. She says it must be hard for Sonny to watch Morgan go through changes. Sonny says he got past it and wants to show Morgan that he can too. He brings the topic back to the independent study and says he’s not swallowing the story.

Alexis says that she’s glad so many women can see it’s important to enforce the allowance of breastfeeding law. Julian is like, hey, it’s not just women that are supportive.

Dillon tells Maxie to relax and that the magazine will be fine. They talk about her being a model. She says she’s worried because the printer asked her if they wanted the issue printed in green again. Dillon says he’s probably just double checking. He says the green issue put them on the map and this one will take them to the next level. The new issue arrives. This ought to be good.

Nina asks if Franco makes house calls to another state. She says Franco told her he would make a terrible father, yet he went to visit Jake without even telling her. She says when two people are living together and in a relationship, they let each other know if they’re going out of town. He says Jake is having a hard time dealing with the Jason thing and she asks if it’s job to fix it. He tells her that he likes Elizabeth, but Nina has nothing to be jealous about. They’re just friends.

Epiphany continues to prod Elizabeth about Franco. Elizabeth says she’s told Franco that they’re not even friends. Epiphany says Franco never got the memo, and neither did Nina. She tells Elizabeth not to get caught between those two wackos.

Maxie opens the box of magazines and all that’s in it are covers. The next box is filled with one other page, and so on.

Julian says he’ll meet Alexis at the courthouse. Alexis says the more press, the better. He goes to work. Molly tells Alexis she seems ridiculously happy. She says she’s happy with TJ too. Alexis says Sam is also happy and that just leaves Kristina. She asks Molly what’s up with her sister anyway.

Kristina says there’s nothing weird about it and she has to get to the courthouse. Sonny says his offer stands that if it gets crowded at Julian’s she’s welcome there. He says maybe if she visits more often and gets more comfortable, she’ll tell him her secret. Yep. Parents always know, even when you think they don’t.

Sam tells Jason she’s better at fixing engines than he is and she can teach him a thing or two. They start to kiss. I guess they have a different definition of fixing an engine than I do.

Each box of the magazine is filled with separate pages and there isn’t one copy of the full issue put together. Get out the binding glue.

Nina says every time she talks about having kids, Franco says he’d be a bad father, but obviously he’s bonded with Jake. Franco says he loves kids and wants to see Nina happy, but he’s trying to be realistic. He thinks no adoption agency will give them a child. Nina tells him about getting a second opinion about having their own child. He says cool, go for it. She asks if she needs to worry about Elizabeth. Franco says no and that he loves her. She says she loves him too, and leaves for work.

Sam and Jason are getting busy, and his phone rings. His delivery is coming in ten minutes.

Elizabeth comes in the locker room and says she heard Nina talking about her. She says they’re not even friends and brings up when Franco kidnaped her child. She says she still doesn’t trust him and not to talk to her unless he has to. She says he’s not going to work with Jake anymore either.

Nina comes into the office. Maxie and Dillon show her the pages. Nina is like, huh? Dillon says the issue wasn’t bound and there are just individual pages in the boxes. It also went to the newsstand that way. Maxie says the printer claims she ordered it that way. Nina says the printer is an idiot. Maxie says if they want to fix it, they have to pay for a new run. Nina says Julian is going to have to shell out the money. Julian is standing behind her and says no he’s not. What a jerk this guy is. Just pay the freaking taxes and stop torturing these girls. I’m also wondering why no one is making noises about wanting to see the printer’s work order and a possible lawsuit if he doesn’t fix things.

Alexis says Kristina admitted she had something to tell her after the wedding and now Kristina is avoiding her. Alexis’s phone rings. It’s Olivia. She tells Molly they’re not done. Kristina arrives and Molly tells her that Alexis knows something is up and she needs to talk to her.

Sonny tells Max about the tuition check for Kristina and the story she told about it not being cashed. He asks Max to find out what’s going on. Because Max has nothing better to do. Yeah, just drop that Carrrlos thing and go hang out at Kristina’s school all day.

Kristina says everyone has their hands full with other things and they don’t need to be worrying about her. Molly says the least she can do is tell her parents about getting kicked out of school. Kristina says then she’ll have to explain everything else. Molly says Alexis loves her and Sonny does too, plus he’s not in a position to be judging other people. Kristina says she wants to figure things out for herself before telling anyone else. Alexis has come back downstairs and says, figure out what?

Julian makes up a bunch of nonsense about why he can’t put any money into the magazine. He says that if anyone can solve it though, it’s Nina, and he has faith that she can. Maxie reminds her about the green issue and how she said they have to embrace the suck. I’m considering putting that on a bumper sticker..

Franco shows Elizabeth the book that she apparently left on top of the lockers. He says it’s disturbing. She says it’s just Helena’s way of bugging her. He asks if she doesn’t want to know what’s meant by never forget and never tell. If she doesn’t, I do.

Jason’s stuff comes and he wants Sam to help decorate. She opens two packages containing framed photos and asks where he got them.

Franco tells Elizabeth she can’t run away from the book. She says doesn’t Franco think she wants to know what Jake’s secret is? Franco asks her to let him still work with Jake and it won’t have anything to do with them, just him and Jake. Elizabeth asks for his help.

Nina hasn’t come up with anything. She asks Maxie if she has any thoughts. Maxie says she thinks someone is sabotaging Crimson.

Kristina says it’s not the time and place to talk, but she’ll talk later. Alexis says she’s going to hold her to that. She says she wanted to take the case so that her daughters will have an easier time of it than her generation did, and not be judged for doing what’s natural.

Sonny shows up. He tells Kristina that whatever she’s keeping from them, she needs to spill it now.

Jason says he got the photos in an antique store. Sam says they were originally his and he had them on the mantel for years. Well, I guess his taste hasn’t changed any.

Tomorrow, Maxie confronts Julian about her sabotage theory, Kristina claims to know nothing about anything, and Sam says she wants a divorce.

Little Women: Atlanta

Finally. The season finale. I don’t know which has been more painful. This, or The Real Housewives of Potomac.

Amanda is trying to focus on her relationship with her boyfriend, Jordan, who actually got a job. They want to move out because it’s gotten to be close quarters with Andrea and her boyfriend, Chris. Even little people can get cramped.

The twins discuss the tension between Minnie and Monie (who sound like a 60’s folk rock duo).

Bri needs to make a decision about her boyfriend, Wooda (cooda shooda). She’s been living with Emily, but it’s a temporary situation. Bri says she has to decide or she and Wooda will just keep going back and forth forever.

Monie is making chicken tacos, surprising Morlin, her boyfriend. She’s not exactly a domestic engineer. Monie talks about her altercation with Minnie. She feels Minnie owes her a big apology. She asks Morlin if she can be a housewife if her voice-over career doesn’t take off.

Morlin says with housewife comes responsibility and he’s been thinking about an addition to their family. Monie asks what kind of dog they’re getting. BA DUM BUM! She says he’d better put a ring on it first.

Minnie wants her friend back because she has good news. She’s written to her father and he responded. He’d denied being her father while she was growing up and she’s always felt not good enough. Although she’s asked him before, he’s now willing to take a DNA test. Her mother is shocked, but says she feels relieved.

Emily is finding out what sex the baby is, and possibly if it’s average or little. She’s gained a pound. The doctor discusses diet with her and she says she’s doing her best to eat healthfully. She’s having a boy, which is what she’d wanted. The doctor does a sonogram. The doctor says she can’t be certain, but she thinks the baby is average sized. Everything is also on schedule.

Amanda is using a lint roller on herself. Do they have pets? They’ve invited Minnie and Monie over for a friendship intervention. Minnie gets there first, but neither one knows the other is coming. Minnie says they both say the other has changed. She says she can’t stand the distance and is ready to put things behind her. Monie arrives.

Commercial break. Terra’s Little Family begins again next Wednesday at 10 pm.

The twins tell Minnie and Monie that they’ve brought them together to be friends again. Minnie says she apologizes and says let’s let the past be the past. Monie says they haven’t exactly set a good example for the twins and wants to move forward.

Minnie tells them she’s having a party called Minnie Turns Over a New Leaf. I didn’t know parties had names. She tells them about reaching out to her father and how she’s ready to stop looking back.

Bri goes back home. She’s decided to end things for good. She tells Wooda he has to find a new place to live. He’s like, aight. Geez, what a catch. Bri says the non-relationship relationship isn’t working for her. They discuss sharing time with Malik. He’s going to sleep on the couch in the meantime and she tells him no sneaking into her room. She gives him a week.

Minnie talks to her mom. She wants her mom to know why a relationship with her father is important. She says that she’d want her future children to have two grandparents. Her mother says her own father was special to her and she’d always wanted Minnie to have a relationship with her father. Minnie wonders if the DNA test says he’s her father, will he step up to the plate? Her mom says if he doesn’t, then it’s his loss.

The twins and their boyfriends go to an indoor trampoline park. I can’t say I’ve ever heard of that before. Amanda tells Andrea that it’s time for her and Jordan to move out. Andrea says she’d better call her every day.

Emily’s daughter, Ava, is coming to visit and they go to Emily’s house. Emily gives her daughter the baby news by giving her a big sister T-shirt, but they still have to explain it since she’s pretty young.

Monie goes with Minnie to fill out the paperwork for the DNA test. The technician takes a DNA sample from Minnie. Monie asks what if he’s not her father. Minnie says she’d have to shake down her mom for answers then.

It’s moving day. Monie and Morlin are there to help, although it doesn’t look like it’s that much stuff. When Amanda leaves, Andrea starts to cry.

It’s time for Minnie’s party. All the girls are finally getting along. Minnie gets the test results and she’s afraid to open them. She’s going to do it at the party, and I wonder if that’s the best idea. The pastor from the bootcamp is also there, along with Juicy.

Monie hasn’t seen Juicy since she threw a drink at her, but Juicy apologizes for what she had said that caused it. Minnie opens the envelope. She starts to cry. The results are 99.999999% in favor of him being her father. It remains to be seen if he’ll be the father she wants.

She calls and tells him the results. He wants to see the hard copy and asks how soon he can get it. She says tomorrow and he says good night. Nice guy. I don’t blame him for wanting to see it, but he sounds like a cold fish. Minnie starts sobbing hysterically.

She recovers though and they make jokes about eyelash glue. She says at least she knows the truth. She says the girls aren’t just her friends, but they’re her family. The dancing commences.

Next week, The Reunion, with Terra as hostess and an appearance by the mysterious Troy.

Little Women: LA

Jasmine is throwing Briana a bachelorette party in Mexico. Christy is buying new luggage. She can fit into most of the bags. Her mom is with her and Christy tells her that Terra and Tonya don’t want to go because they don’t support the marriage. Christy says she doesn’t either, but she wants her friendship with Briana back.

Jasmine and Briana meet Ali at a bar. Briana feels a bond because Ali also eloped in Vegas. Ali says the housewarming party was cool, but she didn’t get good vibes from Terra and Tonya. Jasmine says it’s time to strengthen their bond of friendship or cut the cord. She invites Ali on the trip. Briana says it’s her party and they can cry if they want to.

Terra invites Elena over to update her and Tonya’s makeup look. The first thing Elena tells them is to throw out their 20-year-old makeup. They discuss the bachelorette party. Tonya says she was okay with the marriage until Matt said he wanted to keep the kids from their grandparents.

Terra and Tonya don’t want to go. Jasmine says she thinks Briana would care, but they say she won’t. Elena is still pissed about Briana’s marriage announcement at her wedding vow renewal. She says she isn’t going to tell anyone about her pregnancy until after the party, but she wants everyone to act like grown-ups.

Destination Cancun. Wish I could fit in a suitcase. Terra and Tonya have decided to come along. Jasmine says no one could get mad sitting on a beach in Mexico. She asks that if anyone has a beef, to bring it to her and not Briana. Christy doesn’t think that’s a good way to start off, but I think it is for this group. Tonya is afraid of what will happen after her first Margarita. Here’s a thought, don’t drink.

The hotel is pretty fabulous. The first night they’re keeping it low key, but the next two are for partying. Briana says she doesn’t want strippers, but other than that, she’s open to anything.

Terra visits Elena’s room. She doesn’t think Briana cares if she’s there or not, but she wants to show her support. Elena says she won’t be drinking because she’s pregnant. Elena thought it was fair to tell her first, since Terra told her first with Penny. Terra is excited that they can be pregnant together. She says it’s going to be hard to keep quiet about it, but she wants to give Elena the time she needs.

Tonya and Terra are having drinks when Ali comes by. Ali says she’s glad to see them, but startled, since she heard they weren’t supportive of Briana. Tonya explains that Briana had lied to them about being married. Ali wonders if they had been supportive in the first place, if Briana would have lied. Ali seems confused how they can be supportive of Briana, but not her relationship with Matt. Well you can, but you need to keep your mouth shut.

They have dinner. Briana is wearing a sash and mini bridal veil. Jasmine is fluent in Spanish, which is a plus, especially at a restaurant. Jasmine makes a toast and then Briana makes one. She starts thanking Jasmine and Tonya pretends to choke. She asks Briana if she’s happy they all came. Briana says yes, and Terra says she hopes this can be a new beginning.

Tonya asks again if Briana is happy about them being there. Briana says she is, but she’s hesitant because of the past. Terra says technically, Jasmine invited them, so they wondered. Tonya says she’s not happy with the situation, but she’s there to be supportive of Briana. Is this really necessary? And is being supportive rubbing her nose in it? Tonya says they’ll talk later. Can’t anyone ever just have a weekend?

It’s raining, so Christy, Elena and Ali play ping pong. Christy says Briana is acting more like herself because Matt isn’t around. Elena isn’t sure if Christy is supportive or not because she rides both sides of the fence. Christy says if Briana loves this man and she’s happy, she surrenders. I become super aware of how many times I’m typing “supportive” and “relationship.”

It’s still raining, and Jasmine procures Christy’s help to set up some games. Jasmine brought a bunch of wigs for them to wear. Andy Cohen would like this. Jasmine wants everyone to chill and asks Christy if she thinks Tonya and Terra are here for the right reasons. She says the first person who gives a dirty look is out.

The party begins. Christy says she’s planned a surprise for later. Jasmine says since it’s raining, she thought the wigs would protect their hair. Tonya says she’s allergic to synthetic hair, but she really just doesn’t want to wear it and gets all kinds of insulting in her individual interview. She is one mean lil boss. Jasmine gives the girls popsicles and wants to see what they do with them. Don’t ask. Then they play a question game.

The question Tonya gets to read is what does Briana like about Matt’s character. Crickets chirp. Finally a few struggling answers come out.

Tonya tells Terra afterward that this was the most boring party ever. Christy tells her to just make an attempt at having fun. Tonya says Briana didn’t seem happy. Christy says they weren’t going to bring up Matt. Yeah, for Matt not being here, he sure is present.

Christy says it’s about to get unboring. She says Briana said no strippers, but not no little people strippers.

They have champagne and tequila back in one of the rooms. Jasmine thinks Elena is bringing things down because she won’t drink. Elena makes up something about not feeling well. They turn up the music and start to dance. Ali tells Briana she’s supposed to get black out drunk at her bachelorette party. There’s a knock at the door. It’s the stripper. Briana isn’t happy, she says she’s a married woman, and goes into another room, saying she’s done.

The rest of the girls are into it, but Briana says she’s not coming in. Jasmine says he promises not to touch her. Briana doesn’t want to make the guy feel badly, so she comes back, but says she’s not going to participate. She doesn’t. Kind of. Christy says this is the way to throw a bachelorette party and they all dance.

Tonya wants one on one time with Briana. They have a drink by the pool. Tonya says she’s concerned for Briana’s happiness. She says no one’s marriage is perfect and she wants to make sure Matt is treating her right. She thinks he has control issues. Briana says she’s happy and has nothing to hide. Tonya says she feels in her heart that Briana’s hiding something. She says Briana doesn’t seem like a happy newlywed and she’s different, but not in a good way.

Briana says she’s moving forward in her life and doesn’t have to prove it to anyone. Tonya says it’s hard for the girls to believe because of the lies in the past.

And we’re out.
