General Hospital (in a nutshell)

After Olivia declared she wasn’t doing Thanksgiving since it was always a disaster, Lois told her that they were doing Thanksgiving, and it was going to be full of surprises. The first surprise was Lois’s mom Gloria coming to whip up a Thanksgiving feast.

Cody and Sasha joined the Quartermaines, along with Ferdinand who was staying at the stables.

Robert forced Anna to put a halt to her pity party and even though she said she wanted no more surprises in her life, she was happy when Emma appeared. She explained Noah was sick, so her parents couldn’t join them. Valentin confronted Charlotte about stalking Anna, but Charlotte insisted she didn’t burn Anna’s house down.

Kristina invited Blaze to Thanksgiving dinner at Alexis’s house, where she joined TJ, Molly, Sam and Jordan. Sam and Alexis noticed sparks flying between Kristina and Blaze.

Uncle Pete called Gloria and she ignored the call, but she seemed pretty upset by it. Lois promised everyone that nothing was going to go wrong.

While visiting with Ferdinand, Ned told Leo that he’d always been Ned inside even when he was Eddie. Then Sasha took a breather with Ferdinand, who’s apparently a good listener as well as very cute. Cody tracked her down, and she told him that thinking about last year’s Thanksgiving with Brando and Liam was like staring at a fading photograph.

Valentin and Laura couldn’t convince Charlotte that Victor was a bad dude. She was adamant that Victor was just trying to protect the family. Evidently, she has short-term memory loss about what happened in Greenland. Laura privately told Valentin that she thought Charlotte was rebelling against him for being away from her so much by putting her anger toward Anna.

Sasha told Cody that everyone said Brando would want her to live her life, but she didn’t know how. He said she’d figure out the next step when the time was right.

Lois told everyone that they haven’t lived until they’ve tasted Gloria’s stuffing, and Ned said there hadn’t been a Thanksgiving like this since the 90s. Wouldn’t it be something if everything went right? Olivia said, miracles still happen, and Lois wished they could see Edward Quartermaine’s face looking down at them when he realized the Quartermaine curse was over. Brook shushed her and told her, saying that was bad luck, and Ned said, according to his wife and daughter, Lois just jinxed them. That was when the smoke alarm went off.
