General Hospital

Josslyn shows up at Jason’s place, and he asks how she got there. She says Tony drove her. She told him if he didn’t, she’d get a Ride Share. Jason says it’s not fair putting the guards in that position, but Josslyn says, it’s important. Nelle is suing GH, Monica, and Bobbie for malpractice. He needs to stop her.

Nina asks if Nelle wasn’t over the line just now with Willow. Nelle asks if Nina is going to fire her for being direct, but Nina tells her, she didn’t say that. She knows firsthand what it’s like to know a child as your own, and lose that child. Nelle says what Sasha did to Nina was terrible. Now Willow is teaming up with the Corinthoses and Quartermaines to take Wiley from her. Why should she try to be civil? Nina gets it. Willow told her about the procedure Wiley is going to need in a few months. She understands Nelle’s concerns; Wiley is small for such a big procedure, but it’s truly about the best interest of the child. Prove the naysayers wrong. Nelle asks, how? and Nina says, show everyone that she’s a good mother, and allow Wiley to have the procedure. We flash back to Nelle and Carly on the hospital roof, and Carly saying Nelle is on the verge of overplaying her hand. What if things go wrong, and she’s left empty-handed? It’s her chance to win people over to her side; her turnaround moment. Take it. Nelle doesn’t sign, and Carly locks her on the roof.

Willow joins Sasha and Michael in Sonny’s kitchen. She says they’ll never guess where she bumped into Nelle. At Crimson; she’s working there. Michael says his mom told him, and Willow asks if it doesn’t bother him that Nelle is going to look like a presentable, responsible parent with job. Nelle’s plan is to force him to share custody, and that’s what she’s doing. We flash back to Sasha saying Michael should marry Willow, and that Willow has always acted as Wiley’s mother. Why stop now?

Nina says if Nelle complies with her consent to allow Wiley to undergo the procedure, it’s sure to open up Michael to sharing custody. Everyone wins. Nelle says, it’s not enough. She wants what’s best for Wiley, but Carly isn’t going to get him. Nina says it’s her chance to prove to everyone she’s a good mother, including Wiley. Carly walks in, and says, sorry to interrupt, but she’d like a word with Nelle. Nina says, it’s not a good time, and Nelle says Carly can’t barge into her workplace like that. Carly says, it’s important. It directly affects her grandson’s health. Nina tells Carly to suit herself, and leaves. Nelle says, how dare Carly disrupt things at her workplace? She’s going to tell the court about it. Carly says she thinks Nelle will be interested in what she has to say. She’s about to give Nelle everything she’s wanted.

Chase goes to Sonny’s, and asks if it’s a strategy session on Wiley’s custody. Michael says, it’s more like a meeting of interested parties, and Sasha says they’re not making much progress. Chase says he has more bad news. Nelle is suing the hospital for malpractice, and Willow says they know. He asks if they know he’s also being deposed as a witness.

Jax sees Nina in Crimson’s reception area, and asks if she’s filling in for Nelle during her break. She guesses he could say that. Carly appropriated her office to harass Nelle. He says, Nelle deserves what she gets, but Nina says, it’s not helping. Jax says, them having to deal with Nelle is entirely his fault. We flash back to Jax admitting he’s the one who bought Josslyn’s kidney.

Carly says, Nelle wins. Nelle beat her. Carly is so used to being on top, she forget what it’s like to be outside looking in, but Nelle never lost her edge or let her down guard. She underestimated Nelle, and for that she’s truly sorry. Nelle says, that’s it? She’s sorry? After all the ways Carly hurt her, a stupid apology is going to fix it? Carly says, tell her how to fix it. How does she make amends? Tell her, and she’ll do it. Nelle tells Carly to start admitting she’s just like her.

In a memory, Eden McCoy (Josslyn) is young Carly, and Cynthia Watros (Nina with brown hair) is her mother, Virginia. Carly walks into thier apartment in Jacksonville, Florida. Virginia asks how the interview was. Carly says she was offered the job, and Virginia says she’s happy for her. It’s a nice place, and when she gets experience, she can transfer to the PT department at Jacksonville Memorial. Carly says she turned them down. She said thanks, but no thanks. She’s not staying in Jacksonville. It’s not the life she wants.

Josslyn tells Jason, Nelle tried to kill Michael, and should be in prison. She gave Wiley to Brad, and hid him from Michael, and now she wants to be his mom. Jason says, the legal system… and Josslyn says, that’s why she’s here. Jason doesn’t care about the law. He has to be the one to fix this. He asks what she wants him to do. We flash back to Nelle and Josslyn on the pier. Nelle says her baby is dead, and Josslyn believes Carly’s lies. Apparently, she’s one of Carly’s minions. Josslyn says she’s calling the police, and Nelle says, Josslyn would do that to her after what they’ve been to each other? They’re sisters. Josslyn says, Avery is her sister, and Kristina is her sister, but Nelle is a lying piece of trash who tried to sabotage her family. Nelle says she tried to open Josslyn’s eyes to Carly, but Josslyn is just like her. Josslyn says, damn right. You messed with the wrong family, bitch. Nelle says Josslyn might not be alive if it wasn’t for her. Josslyn owes her. Josslyn says, all she owes Nelle is a call to the cops. Nelle throws Josslyn’s phone, and they tussle. Nelle says, after all she’s done, Josslyn is going to regret this. Josslyn clocks Nelle. In the present, Jason tells Josslyn, he promises Nelle won’t get Wiley. He gives her his word.

Chase says he was present when Nelle learned Wiley had the procedure, and found out the consent form was missing. That makes him a material witness. Michael is sorry Chase got dragged into it, and Willow can’t believe Nelle’s vindictiveness. Michael says it’s not about Wiley or Nelle, but about his mother and Nelle trying to hurt her. We flash back to Carly saying she trusted Nelle, and every time she sang Nelle’s praises, Nelle was tightening the screws on Sonny. Drugging him, planting her bra in his bed. She can’t believe how completely wrong she got Nelle. She fell for Nelle’s angel act. She’s either one hell of a blackmailer or crazy. Back at Sonny’s, Chase tells Michael, the problem is, once again the law is on Nelle’s side.

Nelle tells Carly, let’s hear it. If she’s trash and a gold-digging psycho, so is Carly. Carly came to Port Charles to take down her mother, and got knocked up, using Michael as a bargaining chip. Michael gave Carly leverage, and was Carly’s golden ticket. Wiley is hers. Carly says, if it’s money Nelle wants, she’ll pay it, but Nelle says Carly isn’t hearing her. She wants the magic makeover Carly got. She wants everything she’s done flipped on it’s head. Carly seduced Bobbie’s husband, and it became Tony’s fault. She doesn’t want to face any consequences. She wants to be the heroine. We flash back to the first time Nelle showed up at Sonny’s house. Michael answers the door, and she says she’s there to see Carly. He says his mom is busy with a family party, and introduces himself. Michael tells Carly that Nelle is there to interview for the nanny position, but Nelle says she’s not. She saw the article in Crimson about Josslyn’s kidney transplant, and thinks she’s the donor. Carly thanks her, and says she appreciates what Nelle has been through, but before they proceed, she needs to find out if Nelle is really the donor. Is she willing to prove it? They can run some tests, and Carly will cover the expenses. Nelle says Carly thinks she’s lying. We move on to Carly saying she has the perfect job for Nelle, as her personal assistant. She’ll be working at the hotel, and learn a lot about the business, and she’ll also run personal errands for Carly. Nelle says she appreciates Carly trying to help, and Carly says, it’s not a made up job; she knows that’s what Nelle is thinking. Nelle says she has no experience, but Carly says, the job requires no formal training or education. She’ll be learning everything on the job. Then we see Nelle thanking Carly for the advance, and saying she’ll be ready to start soon. She knows she keeps saying it, but thank you. Carly says, Nelle knows she keeps saying it, but right back at her. They hug. At the Crimson office, Carly says, if that’s what Nelle wants, she’s going about it all wrong.

Virginia says, Carly is leaving Jacksonville? Where is she going? Carly says she doesn’t know yet, and Virginia says, it’s just a fantasy. Carly says, it’s very much real. She’s been thinking about this for a long time, and halfway through the interview, she knew. Virginia asks if he did something inappropriate, but Carly says, she said everyone there was family, and had been there ten to fifteen years. She can’t be someone who never moves, has the same job forever, and marries a good provider. Or worse, a loser who leaves. Virginia says, Carly doesn’t want to be her. Carly says, they’re different people who want different things. She wants to live in a big house, and wear designer clothes, and have more money than she can spend. She wants to travel. There are amazing people out there, doing amazing things, and she wants to be one of them. Virginia says she’s living a pipe dream.

Josslyn tells Jason that she doesn’t care if it makes her a bad person. She can live with it, as long as Nelle doesn’t have a chance to get Wiley. Jason promises her that Nelle won’t, but it’s too soon. She says if he waits until after the custody hearing, it will look suspicious. He asks if she thinks Nelle’s attorney is better than Diane, but she says, no. He asks if she thinks Michael isn’t as good as Nelle, and she says she doesn’t, but face it, Nelle gets away with everything. We flash back to Carly introducing Nelle to Josslyn at the hospital, and telling Josslyn that Nelle is her kidney donor. Josslyn says Nelle gave her the best gift, and they hug. We move to Nelle seeing Josslyn outside Kelly’s, and Josslyn telling her about Oscar. Josslyn says he asked her to go out, and Nelle asks what Josslyn told him, but Josslyn says she didn’t get a chance. When Nelle showed up, Oscar left. Nelle asks what Josslyn’s answer is, but Josslyn doesn’t know. Nelle asks if she doesn’t know the answer, or does, and doesn’t want to hurt him.

Chase says if Nelle’s signature was forged like she says, and Monica and Bobbie covered it up, Nelle has a cause of action. Willow says, there’s been no real harm done to Wiley; she’s just targeting Michael’s grandmothers, hoping Michael will back off, and hand Wiley over, so she’ll leave them alone. Michael says, Nelle is trying to maximize the damage, and pay back his grandmothers for rejecting her. We flash back to Bobbie catching Nelle stealing at the MetroCourt; Monica saying Nelle and Michael should get along in the best interest of the child; and Monica telling Nelle that no one has to prove a damn thing. They’ve proven it by being there, and she has colleagues who will back up her diagnosis of Wiley. Michael says, Bobbie couldn’t stand Nelle. At first, Monica was like him, and believed Nelle, but when she turned, she turned hard. Willow says, who cares why Nelle does what she does? They have to figure out how to keep Wiley safe from her.

Jax tells Nina, all Carly knew about Frank was that he’d walked out on her and her adoptive mother early on. Then one day, she got a letter; a long tale about Frank needing money. Carly threw it away, but another one came. Carly marked return to sender on it, but the letters kept coming. One came while they were waiting for Josslyn to get a kidney, and he opened it. It was a letter from a man desperate to do anything for money. He reached out to Frank, and offered him a million dollars. A few days later, Josslyn had a kidney. We flash back to Carly saying she knows Jax isn’t capable of paying a man to harvest his child’s organs, and Jax explaining what he did. He was desperate, but didn’t know Frank would take a kidney from his own daughter. Carly says, now it makes sense why Jax wanted her to drop the search. He knew where the kidney came from, and put it together when Nelle showed up. She’d assumed he talked to the parents, but she didn’t know Frank was Nelle’s father. Why didn’t he tell her that he paid Frank? He says he didn’t know Frank would use his own daughter, and Sonny says, Jax thought Frank was going to use a nameless, faceless person? Jax says he doesn’t regret what he did, and Carly says, Sonny would do the same thing for his child. Sonny says, he doesn’t have a problem with that. What he has a problem with, is what came after. We move to Jax explaining to Josslyn that did something illegal. He reached out to Nelle’s father, and offered him money to find a donor. It’s his fault Nelle came to town and wants revenge. If he’d been honest, it wouldn’t have happened. Josslyn says, it’s because of him she’s alive, and hugs him. Next, we see Michael asking how Jax pulled it off, and Jax saying, Nelle refused to say anything that would indict him.

Carly says if Nelle wants people to care, she has to give them a reason. Show who she really is, even if she’s afraid she’ll never be good enough. Nelle asks if Carly is a motivational speaker, and Carly says she’s the voice of experience. She wanted her mother to love her, and told herself that when Bobbie saw her, she would recognize her. But that didn’t happen. Bobbie treated her like the stranger she was. Bobbie didn’t mean to reject her, but that’s how she felt. She decided to take everything from Bobbie, and live Bobbie’s life better than Bobbie. Sound familiar? It’s what Nelle is trying to do to her. We flash back to Carly telling Sonny, no good deed goes unpunished. Sonny says, Nelle was working all of them. He asks Nelle, what was her goal? Michael says he’d like to know himself, and Nelle says they could start by asking her real last name. It’s Benson. It’s Carly’s last name too, but they have more in common than a last name. Carly is Frank’s daughter. In the present, Carly says, it was almost the same reason Bobbie was supposed to recognize her. Nelle asks, why didn’t she?

Virginia says, Frank left before Carly was four years old, but he was always making shortcuts and deals, waiting for a big payoff. She never minded because she had a good job, and Carly, but then Frank couldn’t deal with failure, and ran away. Carly asks if Virginia is saying she’ll fail, but Virginia tells her, she’s saying Carly is making the wrong choices. Going to Paris and Reno won’t make her happy. Carly says she’ll let Virginia know when she sees them. Virginia says, before she goes off to make her life better, she needs to figure out what is better. Carly says, maybe Frank is rich now. Virginia doubts it, and Carly says, even if he’s just ordinary, he owes her a lifetime of back child support. Virginia says, assuming he has it, which is highly unlikely, she’ll have to find him first. Carly says she knows Frank’s friend, Mr. Richardson, but Virginia says he won’t be able to tell her anything. Carly says, it can’t hurt to ask.

Willow says she’s sorry; that was uncalled for. Sasha says Willow is just saying what they’re all thinking. Michael says if he had a magic wand, or there was on specific action he knew would work, he’d take it in a heartbeat, but that’s not how it works. Willow can’t believe how little Nelle cares for her own son. We flash back to Jason telling Michael that they have to make a plan, and Michael saying he can do what Nelle can’t; play by the rules. He can afford the best lawyers, and Nelle was just arrested for assault and violated her parole. But in the meantime, she can request supervised visits. Jason says they can’t plan on things going right, and have to figure out what to do if they go wrong. All they know, is Nelle gave Wiley to Brad, and if she gets a sympathetic jury and walks, what does he think will happen? In Sonny’s kitchen, Willow says she’s not doing any good there, and she has to get back to the hospital. She jets, and Chase says he’ll go with her, but Sasha says, let her. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to a girl. Chase asks Michael if he’s worried about Willow. He sure as hell is.

Jason tells Josslyn, Nelle’s power lies in her getting people to believe what she wants them to. She got Michael to believe she loved him, and Josslyn to believe she was a friend. She got Brad to believe he could steal Wiley to make Lucas happy. Nelle didn’t make Brad take the baby; it was his choice. He had the power to step up and do the right thing. Nelle wasn’t in charge of him, and she’s not in charge of the custody hearing. She’ll try to get the judge to believe her story, but odds are, they won’t. The facts are on Michael’s side. We flash back to Josslyn telling Michael, Wiley is lucky to have him as a dad, but it’s unfair how much time Wiley was separated from him. Michael tells her they can’t be angry or sad about what happened, and Josslyn asks if he thinks they survived the shooting to lead them to this. Michael says he doesn’t know, but he realized you have to take life in both hands, and not let go.

Jax tells Nina, he had no idea Frank was going to use his own daughter. He didn’t want to know anything. He just wanted his daughter to live, and committed a morally reprehensible act that he should have paid for. Instead, Carly and Michael did, and Nelle didn’t. It seems like Wiley will pay now. We flash back to Carly seeing Jax after Sonny had him detained. Jax says he cut a deal, and has to leave the country never to return. At Crimson, he tells Nina that he’s questioned himself a million times, mostly in the middle of the night when he can’t sleep, or when he’s watching Josslyn live her life; his beautiful, healthy daughter. All he knows is, he hates what he did, but he can’t regret the outcome. Nina says, he compromised himself to save his daughter. No doubt she’d do the same thing if she had a daughter to save.

Nelle says, Carly should have known her, and welcomed her sister. Carly says, they’re not… related. Nelle says Carly can’t even say the word. Sisters. No matter how much Carly wishes it wasn’t true, they have the same father – Frank. Carly says, Frank isn’t her father. He married her adoptive mother, and ghosted them before she even knew him. She only met him once. She tracked him down in Miami, trying to get a fraction of the child support he owed her. Nelle says Frank wasn’t Carly’s father until she needed money. Carly says she didn’t get a dime, and didn’t know Nelle was Josslyn’s kidney donor. She didn’t even remember Frank had a daughter. Nelle says, that’s a lie. Carly knew. She was there.

Tomorrow, Willow says, it’s not enough, and she has to do something; Jason says, without Nelle, there’s no Wiley; and Nelle says Frank had asked Carly to stay with them.

General Hospital

I missed the first minute or so. Because I had extra time. Why that always happens, I have no clue.

Michael tells Nelle, he had the same condition as Wiley when he was a baby, and the same surgery. Nelle says the last time she checked, he wasn’t Wiley. Doesn’t elective mean he doesn’t need it? Monica says, it doesn’t mean it’s frivolous, and Michael says, Wiley will have a better quality of life. How can Nelle possibly object?

Laura visits Sonny, who asks if she wants coffee, while we’re totally distracted by the moss centerpiece. She says she wishes it was only a social visit, and he asks if he’s talking to the mayor, or is his friend in there? She thinks she can be both. As mayor, she’s there to ask for help; as a friend, she hopes he says yes. He asks what he can do for her, and she says, a new wave of drugs has hit the streets. He says she knows that’s not his business. He has nothing to do with that. She says, but he knows how it happened, doesn’t he?

At Rice Plaza, Chase tells Willow that he forgot his skates in the car. She says, it’s lucky Sasha, Michael, and Wiley aren’t there yet, and he leaves to get them. Willow leaves a message for Sasha, saying she hopes they’re still coming, and to call her back. Jason approaches her, and says he’s glad he ran into her. She says she is too. She wasn’t sure if she should call him. She had breakfast with her mom, and Harmony seemed nervous. And the way she was talking, Willow is worried. Jason says, she should be. Harmony is mixed up in something serious.

Sam asks Delores what she’s doing with Spinelli’s phone. Is he all right? Delores says, he’s in custody, and Sam asks, why? Delores says, before she sends him to lockup, she wants Sam to meet her in Queen’s Point, at a bar on the corner of Third and Main.

After running into Neil at the hospital, Alexis says their situation has been on her mind. Maybe she should find another meeting. Neil says she told him that she felt at home there, but she says, there are meetings all over town, and Neil’s office is there. He says his primary focus is on addiction recovery, which is why she was referred to him. She says, and look at where they are. He says they can handle it, and she says, like they handled meeting at the opera? He says they have to come up with a different strategy. As much as he knew about her, he never pegged her for a opera lover. She says she’s more of an enthusiast. She won’t buy a ticket, but she’ll go if she’s invited. He’s not sure if he believes that, and she says, keep calling her a liar, so it will dampen her regard for him. He says, it makes sense she would like opera, since she has operatic emotions. She asks if he’s calling her a drama queen, and her phone rings. He says, saved by the bell. It’s Sam, who says she needs Alexis’s help. Spinelli has been arrested. Alexis tells Sam to text her the address; she’s on her way. She tells Neil, it looks like she’s going to have to miss her meeting. She leaves, and Doc comes by. He asks Neil if everything is okay.

Sonny says Laura wanted him to clean up the waterfront; he thought they were on the same page. She says, a lot has happened since the shootout, and he says he’s done everything he can to make sure the situation didn’t escalate. She recalls a warehouse explosion, and he says, it housed an operation run by Cyrus. She says she can’t prove that, and Sonny says he’s just as concerned as she is about the drug problem. She says she knows he’s got guys out there, and that he’s reluctant to tell her what he knows. She knows about the code, and understands, but she needs him to understand that it’s not a battle if it becomes a war. If he can’t bring an end to this, she’ll have to step in, and come down hard on crime, and it might include him.

Jason tells Willow, Harmony is involved with some dangerous people. Willow asks, how? but he tells her, just be careful; keep her distance until this is over. She says, until what’s over? and he wonders if her mom has asked her for anything. Willow says it was all she could do to talk Harmony into meeting her for breakfast. Jason says, that’s good; it means Harmony is trying to protect her. She asks, from what? Is she involved in organized crime? He says he’s told her what he can. She says, sorry, but since he obviously knows what’s going on, can he look out for her mom? He says he’ll try.

Nelle says she researched Wiley’s condition on the internet. Sasha wonders if that makes Nelle an expert after five minutes, and Nelle says, Monica is a cardiologist, and can tell her if it’s right or wrong. It’s an elective surgery, which means it’s not necessary, right? Monica says, it means, at this moment, it isn’t an emergency. Michael says it’s a preventative measure to prevent Wiley from suffering more heart damage that could threaten his life. Nelle asks if that’s a fact or theory. It’s a risk she doesn’t think she wants to take.

Monica understands Nelle is scared. No parent welcomes their child having surgery. She says, Michael seems to. He’s ready to let them work on Wiley like a frog in a biology class. Sasha says, it could give Wiley a better quality of life, for the rest of his life. What’s wrong with her? How can she say no? Nelle says, why willingly expose Wiley to the danger of surgery, when he doesn’t need it? Michael says, what if he continues to have trouble breathing? What’s Nelle’s plan then?

Chase comes back, and tells Willow, it got hairy. There was a mother in a van with squabbling kids, who was parked dangerously close to him. He realizes she’s not listening, and asks, what’s going on? She says, Jason was just there. He told her that her mom is into something dangerous, and she should do everything possible to keep her distance. That shouldn’t be too hard, since Harmony has been pushing her away. Jason thinks Harmony is trying to protect her. Chase asks, from what? and she says, Jason knows, but won’t say. It’s freaking her out even more because he’s a mobster, or whatever the legal term is. Chase says, racketeering, and she says Jason has been kind to her, and he’s the one who got through to her mom. Now it sounds like her mom is into something more dangerous than Dawn of Day. He says he knows Willow is trying to see the best in her mom, since she turned her back on Shiloh, but he can see how she fell for Shiloh in the first place. Harmony seems fierce and strong… Willow says, but it’s not the first time she’s been taken in by something dangerous. She doesn’t think it’s about Harmony this time though. She thinks this time, it’s about her.

Sonny tells Laura, the situation is shifting, and Laura asks if he’s set something in motion. He tells her, all he can say is, steps have been taken to end this. His phone rings, and he steps away for a moment, but says, sorry. He thought it was Turning Woods. She asks how Mike is doing, and he says his dad doesn’t remember him half the time, but what he doesn’t let go of is bullets whizzing by his head, and hiding under the table in a pub in Bensonhurst, screaming that he wants it to stop. It’s haunting him. She says she’s sorry, and he says, that’s why this thing with Cyrus is going to end. Jason comes in, and asks if it’s official business. He can come back. Laura says Sonny was just reassuring her about the problem. She asks if Jason has anything to add, and he says he’s sure what Sonny told her is all she needs to know. She says, good answer. She’s surprised Sonny told her as much as he did. She tells Jason, don’t worry; Sonny wasn’t specific.

Neil shows Doc his new office, and Doc says, not bad at all. It’s good to have Neil there. Neil says he’s glad to be on staff, especially after that business with the board. Doc says he heard something was going on, yet here Neil is. It clearly worked out. Neil says, yeah, and Doc says, or not. Neil says Doc doesn’t know why he was under review? Doc says, Neil caught him. He understands Neil was accused of inappropriate behavior with a former patient. Neil says he’s sure Doc knows who it is; the rumor mill travels. Doc has a sneaking suspicion it’s Alexis.

Sam introduces Alexis and Delores, and Delores says, Sam brought her mother? Alexis says she’s not there in a parental capacity, but as Sam and Spinelli’s attorney. She’d like to confer with her client. Delores says, before she does, she wants to make sure Alexis is aware of their attempt to neutralize her. Alexis asks, how? and Delores says Sam sent her friend – Alexis’s client – to spy on her; to dig up dirt to leverage against her.  Alexis says, since they have Spinelli in custody, she can only guess it didn’t go well. Delores says, clearly his forte isn’t physical surveillance. Sam asks Spinelli if he’s okay, and he says only his pride is wounded. Alexis asks if Delores is suggesting Sam violated her parole, and Spinelli says he must speak. Sam had nothing to do with it. It was his idea, and she’s an innocent woman. Delores says, right. Whether Sam returns to Pentenville to finish her sentence is entirely up to her

Monica tells Nelle, it’s a simple procedure, but Nelle says, all she sees is Wiley under anesthesia with a tube in his mouth, and that in itself can have complications. Monica says, they have the best pediatric anesthetist in the state, and Nelle says, people can and have died under anesthesia. Monica says, mostly the elderly and the most vulnerable, and Nelle says, Wiley is a baby; he’s vulnerable. Michael says, with the exception of Wiley’s heart condition, he’s strong as an ox. Nelle says, what about contagion? and Monica says, they’ll do their best to keep Wiley safe. Nelle tells her, she’s read about doctors on the internet, who feel they have to prove something to get kickbacks. Monica says, the good news is, no one there has to prove a damn thing. It’s been proven just by them being there. If Nelle wants a second opinion, she has colleagues worldwide who will be glad to take a look, but Nelle says, they’ll just agree with her. Michael says, there’s a reason for that, and Monica says she’ll get Nelle the information anyway, and leaves. Sasha asks if Michael wants her to go, and Nelle says, that would be great, since Wiley is her and Michale’s son, not Sasha’s. Sasha says, she was asking Michael, and walks away. Michael ask Nelle, what the hell is wrong with her? She’s risking Wiley’s health; why? My suggestion: get Nelle off the internet.

Willow tells Chase, her mother said it herself; everything she does is for Willow, and how happy she was that Willow is with someone who can keep her safe. Chase says, he remembers, and she says, the only thing that makes sense is, someone is using her for leverage to make Harmony do things she doesn’t want to. Sasha calls, and Willow says she’s going to tell Sasha that they’re not in the mood for skating anymore. Sasha says she’s sorry; they forgot about the skating. Willow asks if something is wrong, and Sasha is afraid so. Wiley is in the hospital.

Doc says he saw Neil and Alexis earlier, and it looked intense. Neil says, it was; it always is. Doc says Neil had told him that he was having conflicting feelings for a patient. Neil says, and Doc told him not to cross the line, and he didn’t. Alexis stopped being his patient, but they’d run into each other, like at drag Bingo. Doc laughs, and Neil says, there was an impulsive kiss. They didn’t mean for it to go further, but the board got wind of it. Doc says, the two-year rule is for a reason. Neil says, it’s over, but Doc says, it didn’t look over.

Alexis asks what Spinelli was arrested for, and Delores says, unlawful surveillance in the second degree. She cites the code, adding that the victim’s image is taken when in a private moment. Alexis says, the peeping Tom law? and Delores says, it’s six-months in jail, and a fine of $1000. Alexis says, someone can only be arrested for that, if the video or photo catches the victim in the act of disrobing or having sex. So Delores can imagine what her next question is going to be.

Laura says Sonny isn’t going to give her any details, is he? and he says, no. He just wants her to know he’s concerned. She says, it’s not just a public safety concern for him, and he says, all she needs to know is that he’s keeping it under control. She says, okay. She has no choice but to take his word. He walks her to the door, and she leaves. Sonny senses Jason’s disapproval, and says Jason doesn’t think he should have said anything. Jason says he doesn’t understand why Sonny would give even a hint about what’s going on with Cyrus and Jordan.

Delores tells the cops holding Spinelli to go. Alexis says she’s sorry to have to ask, but when Spinelli photographed her, was she in the act of disrobing or sexual activity? Spinelli says it was an extracurricular activity, and they were in the back seat. Alexis says, one more word, and she’ll let him rot. Don’t speak; don’t breathe. She asks Delores, where were they? and Delores says she and the councilman were there to discuss a sensitive legal matter, and didn’t want reporters following them. Spinelli tells Sam that Delores was half-naked. Sam asks if he got a photo, but he says the car was rocking so much, any image was blurred. That’s when Delores and her lover apprehended him. Delores tells Alexis, her client as much as admitted his guilt. She can have him held until his sentencing, and he’ll be separated from his partner and daughter. Sam asks if Delores and Donald aren’t married to other people. If it goes to trial, that will come out, and be pretty embarrassing. Delores tells Alexis, as she sees it, Sam is clearly trying to blackmail her. She thinks if she threatens Delores, Delores will ease up on her parole, and allow her to see Jason. The terms of parole clearly state she can’t associate with a known felon. Alexis asks if there’s any way Delores will consider dropping the charges.

Delores says she might be willing to make this ugly incident disappear, and Alexis asks, in exchange for what? Delores says, Sam and Spinelli keeping silent about her relationship with Councilman Raskin. Sam says, and if she refuses? and Alexis tells her to quit while she’s ahead. Delores says, the councilman will face scandal, but Sam will be in Pentenville, along with Spinelli. Alexis asks Sam if she can do that. Then Delores will forget she was complicit in blackmail and extortion as well. San says, this is extortion, and Alexis tells her not to make it worse. Shut up and take the deal.

Michael says, Nelle just wants to make him suffer; that’s why she’s refusing to sign. She’s hurting his son to hurt him. She says, not everything she does is about him, and he says she tried to talk Chase into having him killed. She left him do die, and put someone else’s dead baby in his arms, claiming it was his son. Should he keep going? She says, this has nothing to do with him. She’s protecting her son. He’s not going to die any time soon. Give her time. He says she’s not a doctor, and she won’t have a say when she’s excluded in the custody arrangement.

Jason says, when Cyrus is released, Laura is going to realize it’s part of their plan, and when he turns up dead, she’ll suspect their involvement. Sonny says, so will everybody. Even if somebody else gets to him before they do, they’ll be the prime suspects, but no one will be able to prove it’s them.

Sam says, fine. She won’t breath a word. Delores asks if Alexis can guarantee Sam and Spinelli will abide by the agreement, and Alexis says, if they don’t, she’ll personally drop them off at the Queen’s Point PD. Delores says they both know where they stand, and she won’t be intimidated. She’s going to be even more vigilant. Sam says, it’s harassment, and Delores says, it’s law enforcement. Delores leaves, and Spinelli tells Sam that he’s sorry. She says it was her one shot to get out from under Delores’s thumb; now what? Alexis says that’s not the question Sam should asking. Sam should be asking, what the hell was she thinking?

Nelle tells Michael, the law is on her side. Even without full custody, she’s still Wiley’s mother, and has a say. She’s going to visit her son. She stomps off, and Monica asks if Michael made any headway. He says, not even close, and Sasha asks what he’s going to do. He asks what options he has. How much danger is Wiley in? Willow and Chase join them, and Willow asks, what’s going on? How’s Wiley? Michael says, okay at the moment, and Monica says she’s going to check on him. Chase asks, what’s the problem? and Sasha says, like usual – Nelle.

Alexis tells Sam, of all the insanely stupid things she could have done, it was a terrible choice to blackmail her parole officer. Sam says she was thinking she wanted her family together. Alexis says, she made a decision that almost got Spinelli arrested, and her sent back to Pentenville. Delores is going to be watching now, and will send her back if she so much as drives a car without a seatbelt, and it’s her right to do it. Sam asks if Alexis is agreeing with Delores, and Alexis says Delores is doing her job. When Sam was granted parole, the agreement said she wasn’t to associate with a known felon. Instead of following the rules, she did what she wanted. Did she think of Scout and Danny? Sam says, Jason is Danny’s father, and the closest thing Scout has to one. All she wants is her family put back together. Alexis says, that’s what will happen if she holds out for two years, but Sam says, two years is a long time. Alexis says she knows exactly how long it is, but it’s Sam’s job as a parent to stick it out and suck it up. Do what she needs to get through it. Sam says, of course (🍷) Alexis would say that, and Alexis asks what Sam means.

Michael tells Willow, even though he’s Wiley’s guardian at the moment, both parents need to consent to the surgery because it’s elective. Willow says, if it gets worse, how bad can things get? Michael says, in the worst case, Wiley’s heart will deteriorate, and he’ll need an operation to save his life. Willow says they can’t risk it. Wiley needs to have the surgery now. Sasha says, it’s more important than ever that Michael win sole custody. Nelle is suddenly there, and asks, who says Michael is going to win?

Doc asks Neil, concerning him and Alexis, what did they decide? They can make the conversation confidential by Doc treating Neil as a patient. There’s a knock at the door, and Neil says, hold that thought. Laura comes in, and Neil says if the mayor was looking for her husband, Doc is helping him break in his new office. Laura says, it’s a nice surprise, but she actually came to see him. He asks to what he owes the pleasure, and she says, Port Charles is facing a crisis, and she needs his help.

Sonny tells Jason, there can’t be any evidence; nothing that ties it to them. Jason says, there won’t be, and Sonny says he doesn’t think anyone is going to shed tears about Cyrus’s death; they’ll be relieved. Jason says, and Laura? Sonny says, she wants the problem solved, and they’re solving the problem. He’s going to bring peace back to Port Charles.

Sam says she doesn’t know what the hell happened to Alexis. It’s not the drinking, and it’s not Julian, but Alexis became a pushover who plays by the rules and refuses to fight. Alexis says Sam doesn’t know what she’s been fighting, and Sam says Alexis cooperated with the board when she could have questioned the system, so they would question it too. Alexis says, it’s not that simple, and Sam says, what about Neil? Is there a connection? Does he make Alexis feel good? Then why the hell not fight for him? Alexis says, it wasn’t an option, but Sam says, it’s too difficult. Alexis is afraid she’ll get in trouble. She was never scared before. She used to be persistent. She was Sam’s hero, but now she obeys the rules, and sits back. She doesn’t do anything Sam used to admire. Sam wanted to be like her, and now Sam just feels sorry for her.

Nelle tells Michael, it’s rare for the father to get sole custody, and he says, it’s not common, but it’s not rare. Willow adds, unless the mother is unfit. Nelle says she didn’t give her baby up, and Willow says at least she didn’t hand her baby to someone on the side of the road. Nelle says, as of right now, Wiley is healthy and happy, and she promised to protect him from anyone poking around inside him or harming him. Willow suggests, if Nelle wants that, stay away from him. Nelle says she’s going to do everything in her power to keep her promise, and protect her son. She walks away, and Sasha asks if Michael is okay. He says he’s not letting Nelle into Wiley’s life. She’s done enough to jeopardize his health. Willow says, he doesn’t have a choice. He needs to do whatever it takes to get full custody.

Jason tells Sonny, he ran into Willow, and gave her a heads up about Harmony. Sonny says, good. She helped Kristina, and he doesn’t want her in the line of fire. He doesn’t want anyone traumatized like his father is. Jason asks if Mike hasn’t recovered from what happened in Brooklyn, and Sonny says, the opposite. He’s been worse. Jason says he’s sorry to hear that, and asks if there’s anything he can do. Sonny says, when he was at Turning Woods, Mike was there with Brook, and he was having a great time. Brook said, when things are cloudy, the things he remembers mostly are about Sonny’s family. Not recent things, but old memories; ancient history. That’s what comforts him. Sonny’s phone rings, and he tells Jason, it’s Turning Woods.

Sam tells Alexis, she’s so sorry. She didn’t mean what she said. She’s really angry at Delores. Alexis is right; she was selfish, desperate, and stupid. She asks if Alexis accepts her apology, and Alexis says, of course (🍷). She just needs a little time. Spinelli interjects that the jalapeno poppers are on the way. Sam says, talk to her, and Alexis says she will, but not right now. She just needs space. Sam suggests she and Spinelli go home to their kids; they almost didn’t have them. Alexis says she’ll call Sam tomorrow, and Spinelli says, on behalf of Ellie, Georgie, and himself, he thanks her for her help. They leave, and Alexis stands at the bar. The bartender puts a shot in front of her, and says it looks like she’s having a hard night. He thought she could use a drink.

Neil asks what Laura needs him to do, and she says, Port Charles has a new drug lord in town, who’s flooding the streets with his product. She has to find a way to stay ahead. She’s talked with the heads of GH, and they’re going to open a clinic, his area of expertise. Doc says Neil’s reputation precedes him, but they did ask what he thought. Laura says Doc sang Neil’s praises about a seminar he gave, and Neil asks if he’ll be working with Laura’s husband. She says, that’s up to him, and Doc says, it’s not his specialty, but he’d be happy to help. Neil says, great. They can talk as soon as he puts an idea together for the clinic. He and Doc can catch up later. Doc asks if Neil doesn’t want to continue their discussion, and Laura apologizes for interrupting. Neil says they can catch up any time. He likes to give recovering patients the dignity they deserve. Laura says he’s just he guy she was looking for, and Neil leaves to talk to the head of the department.

Alexis remembers Sam saying she cooperated instead of fighting back, and the meeting with the board at Neil’s review. She thinks about Neil telling her that he doesn’t want to say goodbye to his career, or her, and wondering how they can pretend it never happened. She remembers saying that’s immaterial; he has his practice back. She downs the shot, as I say, nooo.

Tomorrow, Trina talks to Josslyn about Cameron, Carly says she’ll deal with Nelle, and Alexis asks for another drink.

🥙 On Top Chef tonight, there was no quickfire challenge. Instead, the chefs were to explore L.A.’s food scene, using the late food critic Jonathan Gold’s 101 Best Restaurants of L.A. Less a food critic than food lover, Gold was the only food critic to have won a Pulitzer Prize, and his guide includes unique food trucks, mom and pop cafés, and ethnic cuisine. In the elimination challenge, the chefs were instructed to create a dish from anything that inspired them during their exploration – a dish they loved, a story they heard, or food they tasted. At the Union Square train station, they would be serving 200 guests who knew Jonathan personally, along with guest judge Ruth Reichl, a foodie extraordinaire. Tom said Gold wrote about what he loved, and if you cook what you love, you’ll make great food.

After their exploration, the chefs went shopping at Whole Foods, which was probably the last thing they felt like doing after all that eating. Being a close friend of Gold’s, it was an emotional challenge for Padma. Out of the top three – Kevin, Nini, and Bryan – Kevin was tonight’s winner, with a pork and mushroom terrine, involving his granny’s apple butter, which was a major hit with Ruth. He told the judges that he had a personal connection with the challenge, as he had spent a long time battling an illness, and didn’t know if he’d still be cooking, or even be there at all. He proved to himself that his journey wasn’t over. Ruth thought the bottom three – Angelo, Stephanie, and Eric – had forgotten food was supposed to be delicious. Ouch! Angelo had to pack up his knives, since his tuna crudo was overly sweet, and the components never came together. In Angelo’s interview, he said he thought his dish was balanced, but wasn’t letting his circumstances define him, as he moved on to Last Chance Kitchen.

Next time, the chefs visit a museum, and are challenged to interpret a work of art on a plate.

🍤 An L.A. Legend…

I’ve only been to Los Angeles once, for a V convention. Unfortunately, it was a first for the people who put the convention together, and we had little time to go to the bathroom, much less explore the city. But while I didn’t get to experience the food that the Top Chef contestants did tonight, one place I did get to eat at was Clifton’s Cafeteria, probably the weirdest restaurant I’ve ever seen. The food was fantastic, and incredibly cheap, so we ate like kings for a couple of bucks. Sadly, it’s since closed, but forever imbedded in my memory, will be the woodland scenes tucked into every nook and cranny possible, like some weird Disney show that ended up on the Food Network.

What I Watched Today

The Walking Dead

Michonne walks through the woods with two chained, armless, mouthless zombie buddies. She whacks a non-buddy and picks up some bullets from the ground. She sees Andrea running through the woods, with some zombies following her. Andrea hits one in the head with a rock, and stabs another, but she falls. She tries to scramble away from a third, as Michonne watches and does nothing, then turns away.

Michonne unlocks the chains binding Virgil to the boat. He says she could have done that five hours ago, but she asks why would she? They walk through the trees to a field, and she says she needs to get back. Virgil picks some flower blossoms, and says he can’t show up empty handed. His wife wouldn’t like it. He explains that he’s picking herbs. They’re good for everything; pain, nerves, and sleep. Michonne asks where the munition depot is, and he says, the old lab has structural damage. It’s best to stay away. They walk to a building where a sign says restricted area. Virgil tells her that his little boy seems to think a sailor left buried treasure in one of the grain silos. It’s hard to keep him from going inside. He’s just like his mom; when he decides to do something, there’s nothing you can do to stop him. Michonne whips around with her katana, and tells him, stop the bullsh*t. Where the hell is his family? He says he told her that he was coming home to his family, and he meant it.

Virgil stops in front of three open graves. He says he promised his wife when they got married, he’d bring her flowers every day. Michonne says he waited until now to tell her? and he says, the words don’t come easy, and neither does trust. He promised to help her, and he will. The island isn’t clear. It was until the others came and brought violence. The sickness came with it, and killed his family. He never got good at doing what she does. She’s good with a sword. She wonders what he’s asking, and he says his family is still in there; his wife and his babies. That’s why he asked her to come. He needed her to come.

They approach a building, where a zombie waits just inside the door. Michonne busts in, kills the zombie, and walks forward. Virgil closes the door behind them. A zombie is stuck inside a hallway that’s been partially blocked by a refrigerator. Michonne pierces it’s head, and kills it. Virgil drags it out of the way, as Michonne opens the next door. On his way back, Virgil knocks over some stacked furniture, and blocks the passage. He says, sorry, which hardly seems adequate. A small crowd of zombies is gathered in a room further on. The door is locked, and Michonne tells Virgil, stay close, and thunders in, rushing the zombies, holding a cot in front of her. There are about ten to fifteen of them, and she gives Virgil the cot, telling him to get behind it. She stabs and slashes, slicing off the tops of two zombies’ heads. Virgil is pushed back, and blocks himself in. Wow. Michonne is fast. The zombies all down, Virgil thanks her.

She opens the door to yet one more room. Zombies hang from ceiling, still moving. Virgil looks around, and sees a woman’s shoe. He picks it up, and gently puts it back on a zombie’s foot. This is depressing, and I wonder where Negan is when I need him.

As they walk past some chairs and stacks of books, Virgil says he wanted give them something his daughter loved to take with them, and she loved that book. Michonne says she knows how hard it is, but she’s sorry. She’s got to get back. He says he had a hard time, and his wife talked him through it. Without her, he doesn’t know who he is. She says, it’s not too late to find out. He thanks her again, and she tells him to show her what she came for, so she can go. He says, it’s late. The tide is low, and he’s not sure the boat will go through the channel. He suggests she stay night, and not risk it. They’ll need to hole up. She says she kept her end of the bargain; he needs to keep his. He says, it’s getting dark. Some of the buildings aren’t safe. They can do it in the morning. She says, first thing.

Michonne tries her radio, but gets nothing. She walks to another building, and shines her flashlight around. She sees wooden crates, and looks inside them, but none of them have guns. She sees a group of cages with dead rats in them, some just skeletons. She quietly walks through into another room, and hears a voice say, everyone be quiet. Virgil shuts her inside, and tells her, wait until morning; it’s not safe. He trusted her, and now she ruined it. She tells him, open the damn door, but he walks away.

Michonne bangs on the door to no avail. She sits, sword at the ready. A faucet drips, and she says, sh*t. She sees a food tray, and bangs on the door again. She hears someone say, calm down. They’ve been trying to talk to her. She asks how long she’s been in there, and a man’s voice says, a day maybe. We see two men and a woman in the next room. She asks why they didn’t answer when she was calling out, and the man says, Virgil blows up. He gets in a mood. The woman says, when he’s angry, it’s best to be quiet. The man says, don’t bother to try to escape; it’s boobytrapped. Virgil comes there as little as possible; he doesn’t like to see them. They were researchers together. They wrote papers, and had a life there. Michonne says, they knew each other? and he says, they were friends. She asks, what went wrong? and the woman says, stragglers came by boat, and they took them all in. One night, the food supply ran low, and a fight broke out over rations when Virgil was late. A stranger pulled a knife, and was killed. When Virgil came back, he panicked, and locked all the doors. But he didn’t know… Michonne says, what? and the woman says, his wife and kids were inside. He snapped. The man says, he was never the same, and the woman says they’ve been there ever since. The man asks if Michonne is okay, and she says she will be. She’s not staying there long. The man says she can’t kill if she doesn’t have the strength, and suggests she eat. He asks her name. Michonne bites into an apple, and says, Michonne. Virgil looks in, and says he’s glad she ate. She tells him, open the damn door, but he says he can’t do that. She says, why the hell not? and he says she’ll kill him. She says, we reap what we sow, a-hole, and he says he doesn’t want to fight. Michonne feels weird, and starts to hallucinate. Virgil says, Violet has a gift. It can help Michonne the way it helped him. She sees a woman, but then the woman disappears. She asks what Virgil did.

The room spins, and she asks, what did he do? He says, it makes a nice tea. He wants her to see. She’s in pain, like he is. She needs peace, like he does. She realizes he’s drugged her, and Michonne says she doesn’t drug people and toss them in a cell. He needs to hear her. Think about his daughter and son. He tells her that he said that too; no one listened. Everything he did was to protect his family. She laughs, and says she’s sure they’re proud of him now. He says, she’s no angel. She falls onto her side, and he says, picture the sun. She sees Siddiq, and he says she was supposed to protect them. She says she did her best, and he says she let him die. This is how it feels to be her family. She touches him, and sees blood on her hands. When she looks at him again, he’s a zombie. She yells, make it stop! The faucet continues to drip, and she gets up. Virgil tells her, stop fighting it. Suddenly, there are chains around her wrists, and she’s pulled forward.

In the woods, Michonne relives seeing Andrea crawling away from the zombie, and turns away. She goes back to Andrea’s body, and takes Andrea’s knife, wiping the blood off it. She also takes Andrea’s canteen. She goes to the road, where a car is going past. She tries to flag it down, but they keep going. The car slows, and stops. Daryl gets out, gets something from the trunk. Although Michonne yells for help, Daryl ignores her, and says, come on; let’s go. The car takes off, and Michonne runs after it. She goes back into the woods, and kills a zombie. Negan comes toward her, along with a few other people, and says, look what we have here. She takes a swing at him with her sword, but misses, and he knocks her down with Lucille. He says, this chick has cajones. She says she doesn’t want trouble, and he says she shouldn’t take a swing at him then. He picks up her sword, and says he’s not much on saving people on the road, especially those who try to take his head off, but he likes her and her massive lady nuts. Besides, it would be a waste for her to have a nice sword without the strength to use it. A woman tosses her an apple, and he says, the name’s Negan.   

Glenn comes into the room where Michonne is, and suddenly, she’s back at the Sanctuary with Rick and the Alexandrians (good name for a group!), who are shooting the place up. She shoots Glenn and Heath. Negan whistles, and we’re back to when Negan had them all on their knees in the woods, and he’s choosing who he’s going to kill. He points Lucille at each one, saying, eenie, meenie, miney, mo. He stops in front of Daryl, then says, just kidding, a-hole. He was going to do the next part himself, but his right hand gal Michonne is on a wicked-ass tear these days. Who the hell is he to stand in her way? He takes her sword, and holds it in one hand and the Lucille in the other. She chooses Lucille. She says, the Alexandrians didn’t know who they were or where they were from. They didn’t know sh*t about them, but they came in the dead of night and slaughtered them anyway. She faces Rick, and says, like a coward. Remember. They  did this. What happens next – she points the bat – is their fault. Welcome to the new world. She swings. Well, I hate to say it, but point well made.

Michonne is running through the woods, and is shot with an arrow. She drops to her knees, and Daryl walks over and kicks her down. She grabs for her sword, but he steps on her hand. Rick cocks his gun, and shoots.

Michonne throws up into a bucket. Virgil asks if she feels better. He says she will, and gives her some water. She stabs him with a fork. They struggle, but he takes off, and she follows. The woman in the next room calls to Michonne not to leave them. Michonne runs out of the building, and the people run out behind her. They run to the shore, but the boat is on fire. Well, that sucks.

They run through woods, and Michonne knocks Virgil down. Virgil says he wanted help. He wanted to let them go, but he wanted her to be there, so they wouldn’t kill him. Then he knew she’d kill him too. He’s sorry. One of the men says, sorry doesn’t cut it. Virgil says his wife always did the right thing. When she was gone, he didn’t know what to do. The guy tells Michonne that she has as much reason to kill the a-hole as they do. She says, she does, and he says, do it, or move. She says, look at him. He owes them more than can ever make right. In taking his life, they loose more of themselves. Their mercy gives them something; they get something. The woman asks, what? and she says, peace. They mull this over, and one of the guys slugs Virgil.

Now Virgil is in a locked a room. He sits up, and Michonne says, there’s nothing there. She checked every building, even the ones he said had structural damage. There’s not a goddam thing. He says he never lied about the weapons. He never saw them, but told her that he could show her the spots. She says he’s got to do better, but he says, sorry; he can’t. Sometimes he finds a stray shell; nothing more. She says she’s not going back empty handed. He tells her to take what she wants, and clear his debt with Oceanside. She took the risk. She says she had no choice. She had to find out. There’s no tea, so don’t even ask. She asks what he sees when he’s tripping anyway. He says, Violet with her damn camera pointed at everyone. His babies, and daughter sitting by the fire with that damn book, asking questions about a world she’d never know. Him and his son looking at stars; at heaven. He wanted, hoped, that she would see that too. She says he took her family from her, and she saw hell. He says he’s sorry. The only world he ever wanted, was the one they were in. He doesn’t know how to do without them. She says, he tries, like the rest of them. Now how about if he tries to find her stuff?

They look around, Michonne carrying the flashlight. She sees a pair of boots. She looks them over, and cries. She grabs Virgil, and asks where the hell did he get these?

There’s a large ship right off the shore. Inside, Michonne pushes Virgil into the captain’s quarters, and he says the boots washed up. He doesn’t know where they came from. She looks through the captain’s log, and whatever papers are there. She sees a dead cell phone, and realizes there’s a picture of herself and Judith etched into the glass, along with Rick and some figures. Virgil says, holy sh*t; it’s her and the kid? She says he knew. He came to find them at Oceanside. He asks why he’d do that, and she says, because of this. He says he’s never seen it, and she asks what it’s doing there. He says how would he know? and she says he knew the boat was there. He says, the world ended, boats wash up. She grabs him, and says he knew there were no munitions. He was setting a trap, and laid a trap for him. What did Virgil do to him? Virgil asks who she’s talking about, and she presses her sword lengthwise against his throat. She slowly releases him, and looks at the phone. He says he doesn’t know what she thinks he has, or who she’s looking for, but maybe it wasn’t an accident that they met. If the others help, he thinks he can get the engine working again. If the person was on this boat, maybe she can find him again.

Next to the road, Michonne caresses Rick’s boots. Virgil pulls a wagon, and the three people take their stuff from it. She says, it’s going to take some time, and Virgil says they’re out of time. She says they’re willing to let him come. There’s only one boat left. Either he leaves now, or doesn’t leave. He says, after everything, he can’t believe they’d want him to come, and she says, sometimes the most injured are the most forgiving. They’re good people. They’re giving him a chance; a way off the island. He says he promised her flowers every day.

The boat moves off. Michonne looks at Virgil, standing on shore.

Michonne cries as she looks at the phone. She takes out her radio, and says, Jojo, are you there? It’s Danto. Anyone? There’s dead air for a moment, and then crackling. Judith says she’s there. She’s been trying to get Michonne. Michonne says she’s sorry; she’s here now. Judith asks if she’s still with Virgil, and Michonne says, no, but she found three people she’s bringing back. She missed Judith and her brother so much. RJ says, mama? and she says, hey baby, and tells him to talk in code for safety. She asks how he is, and says she loves her little brave man. She asks Judith how she’s doing, and Judith guesses okay; better now. Michonne asks, how’s home? Anything with the Whisperers? Judith says they got them. Alpha can’t hurt them anymore. Michonne cries, and says she found something. It’s something really important to all of them. Judith asks, what does she mean? and Michonne says she found something that belonged to the brave man. It points to where he might have been recently. She doesn’t know what it means, or if means anything at all. Judith asks if he’s alive, but Michonne doesn’t know. Judith says if Michonne thinks he’s alive, she’s got to find him. Michonne says, not now. Judith and her brother need her with everything that’s going on in Alexandria. Judith says Michonne has to go. She has to. They’re okay. What if he needs her more? What if he’s trying come home and no one will help? Michonne says, if she goes, and Judith interrupts, saying, when she goes. Michonne says when she goes and finds the brave man… One of the men says, they’re at the coast, and Michonne says she has to go. Judith says, she knows. Listen to Uncle Daryl. Michonne says she’s going to try. She’s heading north. She’ll call every morning for as long as she can. Judith says she’ll take the walkie with her everywhere. Michonne says she loves Judith and her brother so much. Judith says they love her too. Go get him. Over and out. Michonne heaves a huge sigh.

Michonne cuts the arms and mouths off two zombies, and ties them to her. She walks through the woods, and sees a man and woman, stumbling through an overgrown field. They ask if she can help; they’ll leave without them. She asks, who? and looks out over the cliff, seeing a crowd of people forming a square. The woman says, please. They won’t wait.

Michonne remembers how Rick let her into the prison. The man asks who she is, and she swipes her sword across the necks of her zombie buddies, slicing their heads off. The couple is afraid as she comes toward them, but she holds out her hand, saying, come on, and helps them up.

The camera pans out to show several blocks of people in formation in the distance.

Next time, Alpha’s head on a pike, Negan tells Carol to hold up her end of the bargain, carol says she’s not coming back, Eugene is willing to be the fool, and Beta gathers the Whisperers.

The Walking Dead

I made a lot of noises during this show. Be prepared for, what?!

Hilltop burns. Carol shoots arrows at the horde like it’s going to help. Some of the zombies are on fire, but continue to move forward. Daryl slices the top of one’s head off. It’s chaos. The Hilltoppers stab and slice, whack and stomp, but they’re way outnumbered. Mary tells Lydia that she can’t go back out, but Lydia says she’ll never walk with Alpha again. Ezekiel grabs the kids, and starts to run, but Judith is missing. Earl finds Judith about to stab a Whisperer (sans mask) who’s on his last legs anyway, and he grabs her, saying they’ve got to get to a safe place. Zombies crowd the gate. Eugene runs toward Hilltop, and Rosita runs after him. I say, this is hopeless. A zombie pile-up slows the horde, and Eugene and Daryl get medieval on the zombies.

Yumiko gets ready to shoot an arrow, and sees Magna walking with the horde. She’s covered in blood and guts to blend in. Yumiko lowers her bow. Carol watches as everything around her fall apart.

Negan, now wearing a mask, walks through a field, and whacks a zombie. Alpha says that was one of them, and he says, his bad. She says they have to gather and replenish, and he asks if she doesn’t want to savor the victory, but she says, it’s not victory. She doesn’t have everything she want. He says, Lydia, and Beta tells him, it’s not his concern. Negan says he’s seen her, but not among the dead. He won’t stop until he brings Lydia home to Alpha. Beta blocks his path, and Negan says he’s at Beta’s service. Beta tells him to gather, and Negan says Beta wants him to herd walkers? Beta walks away, and Negan says, he’s such a d*ck.

Negan sees zombies toddling around in the woods. He goes near one, and it walks past him. He’s obviously relieved, but the zombie doubles back, and he’s like, WTF? He says, screw this, and whacks the zombie with his bat, and laughs. He sees someone limping through the forest, and follows.

Aaron pulls Luke on a stretcher. He’s headed for a cabin in the woods (not to be confused with the cabin in the woods), and sees Negan. Aaron reaches for his sword, and Negan says, hold on, dammit. Don’t do something stupid. Aaron says the only stupid thing would be not to kill him. Negan says he can explain, and zombies start to gather. Aaron says, enough of Negan’s bullsh*t, but the zombies are coming closer, and he’s conflicted about what to do. Negan backs up, and Aaron is surrounded. He starts to chop at the zombies.

Lydia looks up at the trees. She sees Negan walking without his mask, and he grabs her. She struggles, but he tells her, stop it. He says, sorry, kid.

Kelly walks down the road, with Alden who’s holding Adam, while Mary follows. Adam cries, and Alden tries to quiet him. Kelly says, nobody likes a cute baby voice, not even babies. Mary says she can help, but he says he told her to stay back. She says she can help Adam, and he says, the hell she can. Kelly says Mary knows him, but Alden says, knew him. Her people left him to die. There’s no way she’s getting her hands on this kid. He tells her, move away. Adam continues to cry, and Mary tells Alden how to pat Adam’s head and make a shushing noise. He does, but Adam isn’t having it, and Mary asks him to let her try. He finally hands the baby over, and Mary smiles at Adam, bouncing him in her arms. He quiets down, and Kelly smiles at Alden.

Mary, Kelly, and Alden sit, and Mary rocks Adam. Alden asks what Mary’s sister’s name was; she never said. Mary tells him, Frankie. Her name was Francis. Adam meant everything to her. Kelly says, and Frankie was everything to Mary, right? Mary says if she had it to do all over again, Frankie should be the one there holding him, not her. She gets up, and says, they’re coming. They jet, but zombies are on either side of them. They run across the road, and Mary tells them to follow her. The run to an abandoned van, and Kelly tries to get the door open, but it’s stuck. The zombies are coming closer, and Adam starts to cry. They finally get the door open, and Kelly and Alden get in. Mary hands Alden the baby, and shuts the door. She screams, and leads the zombies away from the van, which is now surrounded. Alden is like, sh*t.

Mary leads the zombies to a creek, and stabs them in the head one by one. When they’re all down, she laughs and looks at the sun. A knife plunges into her stomach. It’s Beta, and she feebly hits at him. He says she’ll walk, and she rips his mask off, saying, never. He pulls the blade upward, finishing her off, and drags her body to a tree. He leans her against it, and picks up his mask. A lone Whisperer comes by, and says, it’s you. Beta puts a finger to his lips, and says, shhh… Then kills the Whisperer.

Beta waits. Mary’s hand twitches, and she rises. I say, bite him, but an arrow pierces her head. It’s Alden, shooting from behind a tree. Beta jets before Alden can get another arrow in the bow.

Carol sits in the woods with Eugene on a fallen tree, while Magna sits with Yumiko. Magna tells Yumiko, they were either dead or trapped under rocks. She kept pushing. They took turns, and before they knew it, they were in the horde. She and Connie were together, and Connie’s hand just slipped out of Magana’s. Magna cries a little, and says she couldn’t find Connie again. Carol starts walking, and Yumiko asks if she’s leaving. Carol says she wants to get there before dark, and Yumiko says Magna has been through a lot; she needs to rest. Carol says she can stay as long as she likes, and Yumiko asks if Carol is going to leave her behind again. Carol tells her, she didn’t say that, and Yumiko says, instead of ignoring Magna, Carol should be begging her forgiveness after the sh*t she put Magna through. Carol asks if Yumiko thinks that’s what Magna wants from her. Like it will fix anything. They go through sh*t to go through more sh*t. Yumiko half slaps, half punches Carol in the face, and walks away. Good. Somebody had to, and Daryl wasn’t going to do it. Yumiko goes back to Magna, and wonders what the hell is wrong with Carol? Magna asks if she should have done that, and Yumiko says, she’s so sorry, but she’s not going to sit there and take that. Magna says, things don’t always work out the way they want, and Yumiko tells her, she never said they did. Magna says she can’t do this anymore. She’s thought a lot about the last time they talked. Now she gets it. Yumiko was right to kick her out. At least Yumiko doesn’t have to worry about someone stealing her pillow. Yumiko laughs, and they both laugh/cry. Yumiko takes Magna’s hand.

Carol walks alone for a while, and sits. A hand comes out of the leaves, and touches her. She smacks it away. A zombie starts emerging, and Carol smacks at it again. Eugene comes by, and she stabs the zombie in the head. Eugene says he didn’t mean to intrude, but he thought he should keep an eye on her. She asks if he knows what it feels like to want something so bad, go after it with everything you have, pissing off literally everyone, and getting people killed, and still having nothing to show for it. He says he does, and sits next to her. He says, there’s a meeting of extraordinary importance; a moment of do or die proportions. The biggest meeting of his life is coming up quick. Unfortunately, he can’t share the details, but obviously he can no longer attend. It’s just that it’s not often you meet someone you… Carol says, if it’s important, it’s simple; you go. He protests, and she says, just go to her. He says he sincerely hopes she gets what it is she wants, and leaves.

Carol walks near to where the zombie popped out, and finds a Hilltop staff.

Daryl and the others cross a field. Rosita wonders about the kids, and Daryl says, they should be at the rendezvous. Nebila leans on Jerry as they walk, and says, it’s still burning. He tells here, they’re almost there. They see the cabin, and a zombie toddles out. Daryl starts to run, and Dianne shoots it in the head with an arrow. Rosita says, this is the spot, right? and Nabila cries, where are her babies? Jerry tells her, it’s okay, and Daryl says, let’s spread out.    

Inside the cabin, Judith asks Earl if he thinks they’re safe there. Did he see them? Earl says he won’t let anything happen to them, and she asks if he thinks Ezekiel is okay. There was so much smoke, she couldn’t see. Then he was gone. Earl says, he’ll be there. Ezekiel is one of the bravest men he knows. He tells the kids,  they’re all doing great. They’re all so good, and their folks will be so proud. A girl asks, soon? and he says, real soon. He tells them, shhh, and closes a curtain between the rooms. Alone, he overturns a desk, and takes out a hammer and railway spike. He pounds the spike through the desk, and rights it again. He rolls up his sleeve, and we see that he’s been bitten. Judith appears, and says he lied to them. He says he did. He did it to protect them. Judith says, he can’t do this, but he says he doesn’t have much choice. She says she can stay there with him, so he’s not alone. He says he has his son Alden, who will take good care of Adam, and Judith is so strong, so brave. Now he needs to keep the kids safe from himself. He ask her, please don’t come near him again. A single tear falls from Judith’s eye. She touches his hand, and leaves.

Bodies are everywhere at Hilltop, and the smoke is thick. Jerry approaches quietly, with Daryl following. A door lying flat on the ground, starts to move. Jerry gets ready to attack, but Ezekiel comes out from underneath it. Ezekiel says, the kids, and they all run.

Earl looks at the spike. He gets close to it, and slams his head down on it.

The kids sleep. Judith quietly slips into the other room, where Earl is now dead, his head lying in a pool of blood. She comes closer to check on him, and he grabs her arm and makes guttural zombie noises.

Daryl, Ezekiel, and Jerry approach the cabin. Daryl takes out a hunting knife, and pushes the door open. The kids come running out, and Jerry’s kids run to him. Daryl asks if Judith is in there, and looks inside, calling her name. He sees her sitting next to Earl’s body, her sword resting on her knees. He takes the sword, and sits next to her, putting his arm around her, and she leans on him (both literally and figuratively).

Negan approaches Alpha. He says the thing she’s been looking for? He found it.

Lydia is tied to a chair in another cabin. She struggles to get free.

Negan and Alpha see a zombie (ha! sounds like the name of a children’s book). Negan says, what he sees is a bag of bones, and gnarly-ass teeth. She says he’ll see soon, but he says he’s not ready to meet his Maker. She says he’s proved himself again, finding her. Like a lion cub leaves the pride, it’s time he finds his pride. He asks if she wants him to preach her gospel, and she says she wants him to become a lion. He says he may not be hip to the Greek alphabet, but Beta is not an Alpha. If she’s sticking with the lion thing, doesn’t the young lioness take her mother’s place? She tells him, walk.

Lydia continues to struggle against the ropes holding her.

Negan tells Alpha, a long time ago, before the meat lovers started showing up, he lost someone close to him to pancreatic cancer. When the disease wasn’t eating her insides, the chemo was kicking the sh*t out of her. Maybe the cancer put things in perspective. She was never more beautiful. It didn’t matter how frail she got; even when she lost her hair. Alpha says, be grateful death set her free, and Negan says, when she was gone, he didn’t feel much of anything anymore. He didn’t feel scared or happy. He didn’t feel anything; he was just there. She says, that’s his strength, and he says he’s dead to the world, but she’s pretending, thinking that it makes her strong. She thinks the emotions are real, and they’re animals, but it’s bullsh*t and she knows it. Now she claims she has to kill her own flesh and blood. Alpha says, it is her destiny. That disease took his wife because it’s what nature intended. She couldn’t take him with her, but every day she wishes she could. Lydia was made for this. To be free with her.

Lydia gets the ropes off her hands.

Negan asks if Alpha still loves Lydia. They look at the cabin, and Alpha says she has to do this because she loves Lydia. Lydia will always be her baby.

Lydia works on the ropes binding her feet.

Negan and Alpha kiss. She thanks him, and goes toward the cabin. Negan follows. Lydia gets the last of her ropes off. Alpha reaches for the front doorknob, as Lydia opens the back door. Alpha and Negan start to go inside, but Negan turns, and slashes Alpha’s throat open. He holds her, kisses her, and gently places her on the ground.

Negan tosses Alpha’s head, mouth gaping and moving, at someone’s feet. Carol says, it took you long enough.

I didn’t see any of that coming.

Next time, Michonne is back, along with her armless zombie buddies.

I don’t care if it sucks canal water. Aaron Paul could read the phone book, and I’d probably watch. Ditto Ed Harris. I wasn’t able to see it tonight, but I’ll catch one of the 57 reruns encore performances.

General Hospital

Franco brings Elizabeth to The Floating Rib. Sam and Spinelli walk in, and Spinelli tells Sam, it pains him to admit it, but Peter did a masterful job framing Obrecht. Sam says, one might say she had it coming, but Spinelli says, in this time and in this moment, she shouldn’t be in jail. Franco doesn’t mean to interrupt, but asks if they just said Obrecht was in jail. Sam says, Anna arrested Obrecht yesterday, and Franco asks, why? Spinelli says, a plethora of charges, including trying to kill Franco.

In her cell, Obrecht shouts that she’s a victim of Nelle’s maternal guilt, and that woman needs a psychiatrist. Nina comes in, and Obrecht says, it’s so good to see a friendly face. Nina doesn’t look happy, and Obrecht asks, what’s the matter?

Chase and Willow walk into Charlie’s, and Willow says she swears Nelle was goading her on purpose. Chase says, of course (🍷) she was. Nelle is always scheming. If she can get you to blow up, she can play the victim. Willow says, so she should ignore her? He says, if possible. Try not to give her anything she can use in family court. The goal is to weaken her case, and strengthen Michael’s. She tells him that Sasha told her about Diane suggesting they get married, and she’s considering it. He says, Michael is too. Harmony walks in, and Willow asks if she wants to join them.

Julian says, Britt works with his son Lucas at GH, and she says she did. Although she’s closer to his son-in-law. Brad’s her best friend. He says she might want to find a new one. He’s facing serious time. She says she just saw him at the courthouse before they transferred him to Pentenville. Julian asks how he’s doing, and she says, at rock bottom. She can’t believe he kept Wiley’s paternity secret all by himself. It’s crazy. She’d almost say it’s unbelievable.

Michael tells Sasha, hypothetically, if they did get married… Sasha says, hypothetically, it could tip things in his favor with Wiley’s custody. He says he doesn’t want to pressure her into something she’s not ready for, and she says she didn’t think she was at a place where motherhood works for her, but then she ran into Willow. The thought of Wiley growing up with Nelle gave her a sinking feeling, and she’ll do anything she can to stop Nelle. And she can. If marrying him will help protect his son from that awful woman, she’s in.

Curtis asks Jordan, what’s going on? and she says maybe it wasn’t the best idea for her to see Cyrus tonight. She was more emotional than she realized. Her phone dings, and she looks at a text. Tell no one about TJ. Don’t want to ruin Aunt Stella’s visit. You’ll have a visitor soon. Be alone. She tells Curtis, ballistics traced every shell casing, but there’s nothing that tie it back to Cyrus. He asks if that’s all, and she says she told him, she shouldn’t have gone to Pentenville. Cyrus was gloating about killing Taggert without actually incriminating himself. Curtis says, of course (🍷), and she says, every time he said Taggert, she saw Trina’s face, and she lost it in front of him. She got emotional, and showed him that she was in pain, and she hates giving him that satisfaction. He tells her not to let it poison her. She doesn’t have to go back. It’s over. She says they both know it’s not, and asks him to take Stella out to dinner so she can decompress. Tell Stella his neurotic wife needs time alone. He says his beautiful wife isn’t neurotic. He’ll book Stella a room at the MetroCourt. She thanks him, and he says he’ll let her know where they end up getting dinner. If she changes her mind, they’d love for her to meet them.

Franco tells Spinelli, when Andre was performing the memory map procedure, they were interrupted by a gunman. Anna thinks Obrecht hired the gunman? Spinelli says, Anna was led to believe Obrecht hired the gunman, and Elizabeth says, by whom? Sam says, evidence. That’s what they heard. Sam says sorry to interrupt their night, and Spinelli says, apologies. They move on, and Elizabeth tells Franco, sorry. She knows Obrecht has done her fair share of terrible things, but she and Franco are friends. Franco says, there’s no way Obrecht hired the gunman, and asks if Elizabeth disagrees. She says, Anna isn’t one to act rashly. If she arrested Obrecht, it was for a good reason.

Obrecht says Nina doesn’t actually believe the heinous lies that are being told about her. Nina says she’s lost track of how many times she’s forgive Obrecht. Each time, she’s convinced herself she did the right thing, but Obrecht is making it harder and harder to defend her. Obrecht says she was framed by Anna’s devious son. Peter arranged Drew’s plane crash, and sent the assassin after Andre and Franco. And that conniving weasel set her up to take the fall.

Britt tells Julian, Brad adores Lucas. He’d never intentionally hurt his husband. She admires that about Brad. She doesn’t know if she would have done the same in his shoes. Julian asks, what? and she says, take the fall by himself. Julian tells her to just come out and say what she’s after, but she says, where’s the fun in that? She knows he was helping Brad. What made him throw Brad to the wolves?

Harmony apologizes to Willow for not being more available, and asks how she’s holding up. Willow says, some days are better than others, and Harmony says she’s grateful Willow has Chase. Chase say he’s doing the best he can, and Willow says, he’s been amazing. Harmony says Willow has her as well. Willow thanks her, and says she knows it’s been a lot for Harmony too. Harmony says as long as Willow’s okay, she’ll be fine.

Michael asks if Sasha is really okay with this, and she says, better than okay. He takes her hands, and says he’s lucky to have her. She says she’s the lucky one. He’s always had faith in her, even when she didn’t deserve it. His support restored her faith in herself. He’s a good person, and she’s stronger with him. He says they’re stronger together, and Sasha agrees. He says he’s not just saying this because it’s what you’re supposed to say to someone you’re marrying, but he loves her. She says she loves him too, and he asks if she could love Wiley. She says she already does.

Franco tells Elizabeth, Obrecht’s track record is troubling, but she’s always been there for him. She’s never judged him, even for his past, and she’s been such a rock of a friend; it makes no sense. She says the only one who can answer that question is Obrecht. Franco wants to go to the PCPD, but it’s their night out. She says they’ll have plenty of nights out, and he deserves answers. She tells him to go; she’ll wait there.

Spinelli asks why Sam cut him off, and she says he was about to tell Elizabeth and Franco everything they know about Peter. He says, the more people that know he’s deceptive, the better, but she says, no. Peter will feel cornered and desperate, and who knows what he’ll do. He could come after them or their families. Spinelli says he’d like to think Peter wouldn’t actually hurt Maxie or her children – not physically – but the toll it’s going to take on Maxie, knowing she trusted the wrong guy… Sam says she’s sorry, but there’s no way they can help or warn Maxie. If Maxie is pushed, she’ll feel forced to choose, and they both know what her choice is going to be.

Stella asks if they aren’t waiting for Jordan, but Curtis says they’re going without her; she needs alone time. Stella didn’t know her presence was such an inconvenience, and Curtis says, it’s not her. Jordan’s not up for company right now. She says, family doesn’t skip out when someone is struggling, like Jordan is. She wants to be there to support her. Curtis says supporting Jordan means giving her the space she asked for. Stella says, for the record, she’s still worried about Jordan, and Curtis says, noted, and they can talk all about it after dinner from the lovely room he booked her at the MetroCourt. She says he’s sweet.

Jordan sends a text. I’m alone. Now what?

Nina tells Obrecht, Peter changed. He and Maxie are building a life together. Obrecht says, one destined to be ruined, but Nina says, he’s not the same man. He’s actively trying to be a better person – unlike some of us. Obrecht says she’s committed many transgressions in the past. But while Peter only pretended to change, she really did. She didn’t kill Drew, and didn’t order the attack on Franco and Andre. Please believe her and help her. Nina asks why should she? and Obrecht says, because Nathan would want her to.

Julian says Britt doesn’t know what she’s talking about, but Britt says she and Brad have a very open friendship. He tells her everything. Julian agreed to work with him, then bailed, and worked against him. What gives? Julian supposes Brad failed to tell her that he was blackmailing him; threatening to tell Sonny that Julian was keeping his grandson from him. Britt admits Brad did fail to mention that. He doubts Brad told her that he repeatedly refused to listen to him, and sabotaged their plan at every turn. It’s Brad’s fault everything fell apart. She says she hasn’t seen Brad in a while. He’s completely lost his nerve, and is still concerned what people think. Julian says, that’s not a bad thing, but Britt says, people should live however they want. Why care about the choices you make? She sure as hell doesn’t.

Harmony’s phone dings. She looks at it, and frowns. Willow asks if everything is okay, and Harmony says, it’s work; she has to go. Willow suggests a hike on Saturday, and Harmony says, maybe. She tells Willow that she really appreciates the second chance, and she’s taking it seriously. She leaves, and Willow says, that was interesting. Chase says he didn’t realize Willow and her mother were getting close.

Michael tells Sasha, they’ll talk about any problems that come up, and they will because that’s life. Sasha promises to be honest and communicate, and he says he’ll do the same. She says, so does that mean… He gets down on one knee, and says, Sasha Gilmore, will you marry me? She says, yes, and they kiss.

Obrecht says, Nathan made them a family. If he was there, he’d want Nina to help her. Nina says he sure as hell wouldn’t want Obrecht to use his memory to manipulate her. Obrecht says, that’s not what she’s doing, but Nina says she’s done being dragged into this; it’s gone too far. Obrecht is on her own. Obrecht says, please, wait. She can explain how Peter did it, but Nina tells her, save it. Accept the consequences of her actions just once. She’s in a cell because of herself. If she genuinely cared what Nathan would have wanted, think about how important Peter is to Maxie and James. He’d want them to be happy. Consider that the next time she wants to tear their world apart. Nina calls for the guard, and leaves.

Diane asks Michael why she’s there. More Nelle shenanigans? He says he and Sasha have given some thought to the best way to fight Nelle. Diane suggested he get married, and Sasha agreed to be his wife. Diane says, that’s an absolutely awful idea.

Britt says, bottoms up, and she and Julian drink a shot. He says it’s probably a bad idea, but she says, who cares? Life is too short. No one hands you happiness. You have to reach out and grab it for yourself. Julian says, that’s awfully philosophical. Maybe when he was in his 20s, but he has a family now. She says that’s not what she heard.

Willow tells Chase, her mom is busy, and they mostly email or text. Chase says, letting her mom back in her life is a big deal, even if it’s in a small way. Willow says Shiloh messed with her mom’s life as much, if not more, than he messed with hers. It took courage to face it and break free. Her mom stood up to Shiloh, and she’s proud of her. She doesn’t want to waste a chance at a relationship with her. Chase says, if that’s what Willow wants, he supports her. He hopes Harmony lives up to her expectations.

Jordan looks at the picture she was sent of TJ. There’s a knock at the door. Jordan opens it, and asks what they’re doing here. Harmony says, Cyrus sent her, and walks in. Okay. Didn’t see that coming.

Franco visits Obrecht, who says he doesn’t believe this nonsense. He says, is it though? Is it nonsense? Did she hire someone to murder him? She says she’d never do anything to harm him. He’s her best friend. He says best friends don’t do things like hit you over the head at the pier, and she says, or put you in a position to get caught by the police. He says that’s what he’s talking about. Maybe they’re not so close after all. She says she never wanted him dead, and he says, except that one time she did. She says, not ever. He says, so when Andre was performing the procedure to restore his memory, she wasn’t concerned Drew might remember something that would incriminate her? She says she wasn’t involved in Faison’s demented scheme, but he says, maybe she was. Maybe her cover was blown, and she had to improvise. That meant destroying everyone who was in her way. Even her best friend.

Julian says Britt doesn’t know anything about his family, and she says Brad told her about his bumpy relationship with Lucas and his daughter doesn’t speak to him either. He says she really doesn’t care if she hurts someone else’s feelings, does she? but she says, she’s just saying what’s the point in acting like life’s a fairytale? You should take life as it comes; good, bad, and everything in between. He says she has a point, and she says she’ll drink to that. He says if she insists.

Diane says, the whole point of the marriage is to show that Michael can provide a more stable environment than Nelle, and can give Wiley a stable mother figure. He says, Sasha is a lot more stable than Nelle, but Diane says based on Sasha’s previous conduct, Nelle’s attorneys could argue otherwise. He asks who she thought he was going to get married to? and she says she may have been a little hasty in the suggestion department, especially now that she’s been briefed on Sasha’s past. He says, she did a background check? and she says, yeah. She wants to beat Nelle’s lawyers to the punch, and needs the full picture before the custody hearing. She was unaware of how untruthful Sasha had been while she’s been in Port Charles. Sasha asks if she would hurt Michael’s chances if she married him, and Diane says, unfortunately, she would.

Spinelli looks at his iPad, and says, there is no perfect frame. He’s going to find something to expose Peter. At the bar, Sam asks Elizabeth how Cameron is doing. Elizabeth says, he’s staying strong, but still has nightmares about that guy chasing him down and trying to kill him. She’s glad Jason was there. Sam says she thought the kids were in a warehouse, but Elizabeth says, they were. Then Taggert told Cameron to run, and he did, but a gunman followed him, Jason shot him before he could hurt Cameron.

Stella tells Curtis how much she enjoyed the meal, and he asks, what’s next? She says he doesn’t have to humor her anymore. She knows he’s worried about Jordan. She doesn’t blame him. The last time Jordan pushed them away, she was dying of kidney failure. Curtis says they learned a lot from that, and she’ll never keep anything important from him again.

Jordan says Harmony is working for Cyrus? How the hell did that even happen? That’s what I’d like to know too. Harmony asks if it even matters, and Jordan says, that she’s working for the head of a drug cartel? She’d say it matters a little bit. Harmony says she does what she can to get by, and Jordan says, why her? Harmony says she’s easily overlooked and dismissed. The crazy cult lady with the weird name. No one would suspect she’s working for Cyrus. They won’t suspect Jordan either. Jordan asks what that’s supposed to mean, and Harmony tells her, she’s going to be Cyrus’s person inside the PCPD. When shipments come in, she’ll assure the police attention is elsewhere. Cyrus will communicate through Harmony, and if she has a message for Cyrus, Harmony will make sure he gets it. Jordan says Cyrus thought this one up. Does Harmony know he has her son TJ, and he’s threatening to kill TJ if she doesn’t cooperate? Harmony says Jordan had better do what Cyrus says, and Jordan asks how long she’s supposed to break the law before TJ is freed? What guarantee does she have that TJ will be let go if she follows his orders? Harmony says, none. The only guarantee she has is what Cyrus will do to him if she doesn’t. She knows what Jordan is thinking. That she won’t compromise her morals, and turn the tables on Cyrus somehow. She thought the same thing. She has some advice. Jordan shouldn’t waste her time thinking. Cyrus is too powerful and his reach is too long. Until he says otherwise, Harmony works for Jordan, and so does she. Cyrus doesn’t want a trail leading back to him, so if she wants to reach Cyrus, she goes through Harmony. Jordan asks what Cyrus has on her, and Harmony says he offered to pull some strings so she could go with the early release program. She jumped at the chance to be near her daughter, but didn’t know the favor she’d have to do would be this big. If she messes up, it won’t be just her that pays. Jordan says Harmony is an accomplice to kidnapping and extortion, all while she’s on parole. Does she have any idea how big of a risk she’s taking? Harmony says, going against Cyrus is an even bigger risk. She has to go, and Cyrus will be in touch – through her. Jordan says, before Harmony leaves, she has a message for Cyrus. She needs proof TJ is alive. She wants photos of her son with the date and time, every single day. Harmony nods, and says she’ll do that. She leaves, and Jordan leans against the door.

Nina goes to The Floating Rib, and runs over to Stella, hugging her, and saying she’s glad Stella is okay. Curtis slides over so Nina can sit. Nina says the jetset lifestyle suits Stella, but Curtis is always happier when she’s in town. He says, he is? Nina says, he is, and she wishes she could say the same about herself and Obrecht. Stella says she heard about Obrecht’s arrest, and Nina says, unfortunately, she thinks Obrecht is guilty.

Obrecht says she won’t let Franco throw away their friendship, and he says then she has to give him something to work with; evidence, an alibi. She has to give him a reason to believe her. She says she can do one better. She’ll give him the person who actually did this – Peter August. He needed a fall guy, and chose her, and it worked. Everyone is willing to rush to judgement against her. She just never thought Franco would too. He knows better than anyone what it’s like to be wrongfully accused. She’s done things she’s not proud of. She wasted years of her life on Faison, but that ended when he killed Nathan. She’s a changed person, and didn’t do what she’s accused of. He has to believe her.

Diane says Sasha committing fraud is a problem, and Sasha says, even though she was never charged? Diane says she’s sure Nelle’s lawyers can find people who are willing to testify as to how she deceived Nina. That could badly undermine Michael’s case. Michael says, there has to be a way around it, and Sasha tells him, don’t. Diane is the only lawyer in the room right now, and knows what the courts will be looking for. Diane is right. She can’t marry him. Diane says that’s her recommendation. Unless Michael can marry a paragon – someone with good character, potentially Snow White and Mary Poppins all in one, don’t get married at all. She leaves, and Michael says, sorry about that. Sasha says, don’t be, but he says he wishes it was different. She laugh/cries and says they were engaged for all of fifteen minutes. Why is she so disappointed that they’re not getting married?

Julian comps Willow and Chase’s meal, saying he enjoyed seeing Willow take Nelle down a peg. Willow tells Chase, she may have thrown a drink in Nelle’s face. She knows it’s not very mature, but she couldn’t stand hearing Nelle talk about Wiley. It’s obvious she doesn’t care about him, and is just using him to hurt Michael. Chase asks how it happened, and Willow says, Nelle said something, then she said something back, then Nelle said something, and then she was wearing a drink. It’s everything he warned her not to do, but she can’t say she regrets it. He wishes he was there to see it.

Julian asks if Britt wants another round. She says she shouldn’t, but he pours it anyway, and she laughs. She says she has to visit her mom in the morning in jail. She definitely doesn’t want to be hung over for that. She told herself she was never setting foot in a jail again. At least she’ll be on the other side of the bars this time. But tomorrow is still some time away. She feels like letting loose tonight. She drains her drink.

Obrecht asks Franco to tell her what he’s thinking, and he says he honestly doesn’t know. She asks him to chose to believe her, but he doesn’t think he can. She’s been a good friend, but she’s a survivor and it frightens him how far she’d go to protect herself. He leaves, and Obrecht looks really sad.

Jordan asks Curtis how dinner was, and he says it was nice. He thought she was going to bed. She says she can’t sleep anyway, and he says she didn’t even change her clothes. She says she got distracted, and asks if Stella is upset about not staying there. Curtis says, a little, because she wanted to help Jordan. Jordan looks like she might cry, and Curtis says he’s there for her; they’re in this together. She says she’s just upset about Cyrus. He doesn’t seem to have any weak spots. Curtis says, of course (🍷) he does. Everybody does. They just need to find his.

Michael tells Sasha he’s sorry, and she says, don’t be. He says, even though she’s not Wiley’s stepmother, Wiley is lucky to have her in his life. So is he. She thanks him, and he says he trusts her with Wiley completely. She says she trusts him, and they kiss. She asks what they do now, and he says, go back to the drawing board. There are plenty of ways to beat Nelle, and they’re going to find one that works for them. She says, sounds like a plan.

Willow asks Chase if he thinks Nelle will press charges for having a drink thrown on her. He says, anything’s possible, and she says that’s why she shouldn’t engage, but she’ll always stand up for Wiley whatever the cost. He says he loves that about her, and they kiss. He suggests they get out of there before Julian changes his mind. She says she feels weird leaving without thanking him again. Did Chase see where he went?

Julian is in the back room, crazy kissing with Britt. They get busy while there’s a song part. Didn’t see that coming either. Well, not until they started drinking anyway.

Sonny gets bad news, Jordan gives Sam false information, and Cyrus is surprised.

Shahs of Sunset

At Mj’s house, she says that life is baby laundry, nursing, pumping, feeding, and golden showers. The best gift she got is a peepee teepee, to keep Baby Shams from taking a shot at her during a diaper change. She’s focused on her incredible, beautiful, innocent angel. He is pretty cute. Nema video chats with her, and asks how Shams is. She says, he’s very well-tempered. Nema can’t believe he hasn’t seen her, Tommy, and Shams since the baby was born. He tells her to soak up much Shams as she can, but they should hang out. We flash back to Shams’s birth a month ago, and in her interview, MJ says if her uterus wasn’t removed, she was going to die. No one saw her or came to visit. It was like she and her baby weren’t important. Nema says he can’t wait to see her. In MJ’s interview, she says Reza’s favorite thing about pup Marti is how he clasps his paws, and Shams clasps his hands the same way. It reminds her of Reza, and it’s like a tsunami of pain. Her friends were anywhere but there.

Adam visits GG, and she asks where her cake is. He says he kind of ate it. She asks what happened after she left the cooking class, and Adam says, everyone was worried. In GG’s interview, she says the pain sharp, and we flash back to her leaving the class. We see a clip of GG calling the IVF nurse. The nurse tells her if she’s not having spotting, she’ll be okay. Spotting would mean she’s having a miscarriage. GG, Anita, and Yasmin go back to GG’s condo, and she goes into the bathroom. She comes out, and says, no blood. So should they party? She says she’s just kidding. Adam says the wondered if she could be pregnant, and in GG’s interview, she says that’s not the way she wanted anyone to know, and she’s not ready to tell them. She tells Adam that she’s already upset with Destiney. It’s like she has a new personality. She slept with Sara’s brother, and d*ck seems to be more important than friendship. She wants to talk to Destiney, but if Destiney comes at her hard, she’ll snatch Destiney’s wig off. Adam tells her about Reza wearing a piece of Destiney’s weave on the party bus going back.

Reza meets Sara at Aerial class, and says, it smells like excitement and regret. In his interview, Reza says somehow he lost his way, and gained some weight. If using the silks can help him lose some, he’s all for it. The instructor shows them how to hang upside down, which I’m sure is harder than it looks. Reza slides to the floor. He wraps himself up in a silk, and says he’s sure there’s a market in Iran. After class, he and Sara sit on the floor and talk. Sara tells him about two special agents knocking on her door, and serving her with a subpoena about her ex; his life is playing out in the media. In Sara’s interview, she says there’s a lot of media attention about her ex-boyfriend. Reza asks who the hell her ex-boyfriend is, and she says, Robert Kelly. They met in 2013, and were together three years. In her interview, she says he was charming and kind, and definitely not what she expected. Reza asks if he was anything like the person being described in the documentary (Surviving R, Kelly), and she says, no. It was an adult relationship, and there was never anything that was a red flag. Reza says, all she can do is speak the truth. She says she broke up with him when she found out he was sleeping with other women. In her interview, Sara says that he was having a party in Chicago, and told her, if she can’t be cool, don’t come, It was literally a full-on club; a happening. When a couple of women showed up, it hit her that he was screwing everyone. She watched the documentary, and the person she loved was a monster. Reza says she can’t blame herself, and she says she doesn’t understand how it’s possible. In her interview, she says that it wasn’t a perfect relationship. He was controlling, but she thinks her experience was different because of the boundaries she set. In hindsight, every small boundary and decision altered the dynamic, saving her life. Reza is glad she confided in him, and promises he won’t say a word to anyone.

Destiney goes wig shopping. In her interview, she says wigs are her thing. Hers was not a normal childhood, so maybe she’s living her childhood life as an adult. She chooses a wig that she thinks looks like a cross between Marie Antoinette and Elvira. She says, her first alter-ego was Rosie, who had a bowl haircut. She asks can she hide things in the wig, and the clerk is like, um… GG joins her, and says she didn’t recognize Destiney, who’s now a blonde. GG says she’s never worn a wig, and Destiney thinks she should try some on. She does, and says it feels like she’s wearing a helmet. She broaches the subject of the cooking competition, and Destiney says, it was intense. GG says she was irritated, and has been seeing a different Destiney than the one she met. Destiney was all about woman power and loyalty. Destiney says if she’d slept with GG’s brother, she would have talked to her first. GG says, maybe that’s why Sara is hurt, and they should have a conversation. In Destiney’s interview, she can’t understand why she’s pissed everyone off. Frankly, me neither.

Reza goes to a fancy jewelry store, and picks up a $95K Rolex. Nema joins him, and Reza says it brings a tear to his eye that Nema is getting his first Rolex. In Nema’s interview, he says, if you’re in the market for gold, a Rolex, or rubies, get a Reza. Nema’s life goal is to connect with his Persian culture. The next step in the evolution of his Persianity, is a gold Rolex. It goes gold, Rolex, Bentley, He says Reza is bougie when it comes to his Rolexes, and he and Nema’s tastes don’t line up. Nema picks out a simple $6500 watch, and the clerk congratulates him.

Mike puts together a wagon for Paulina’s kids. In his interview, he says he never thought he’d be with a woman who had children, and he wants to be with Paulina for the rest of his life. He wonders what he’s doing sometimes, and if he’s ready to be a stepdad. What Nema said, affected his thoughts, and it runs in his head non-stop. We flash back to Nema telling Mike that he doesn’t think Mike is ready to be a stepdad. Nema doesn’t get that Paulina knows Mikes strengths and weaknesses. He shares his insecurities with her, and he’s sure she knows he’s not perfect, but because she loves him, she sees he’s attempting to do it, and gives him a pass.

Nema meets MJ for lunch. He says she looks amazing, and she compliments his white teeth. He says it’s hard to see what happened to her and Reza. She says Reza claims she meddled in his marriage, and Nema says, instead of going to Reza directly about Adam, she went to Destiney; then Ali got involved. MJ says she had nothing to do with it. Nema says that’s huge difference from what Destiney is saying, that she was at the start of this. It makes her look like a homewrecker. Like she was bored in her hospital room, wondering how to eff up Reza’s life. She says she’s sure she wasn’t bored. Nema doesn’t want the perception of her to be like that, and she says that’s not her problem. It’s coming from people who are riddled with fear, jealousy, and lies. In Nema’s interview, he says both MJ and Reza like to meddle in other people’s drama constantly. We flash back to MJ and Reza springing Shalom on GG in the middle of a public event, and telling Jessica about Mike cheating. Nema tells MJ about Sara’s pool party that’s coming up. In his interview, he says, at the end of the day, Reza and MJ are better together. He tells MJ that she can come as his plus one. Thirty years of friendship is worth a conversation. She says she’ll think about it.

Destiney aka Veronica, who has shoulder length kind of blue hair, meets Sara at a restaurant. Destiney tells Sara that she wanted to go over some things. She did get Sara’s text about the party, and Sara says she hopes Destiney comes. Destiney thinks it would be super weird if she goes before they have a conversation. Sara says she’s not concerned that Destiney hooked up with her brother; it’s just awkward, since it’s not like a real love connection. Sam and Destiney are at different places in their lives. She wonders why Destiney is even talking to Sam. In Destiney’s interview, she says Sara can tell her this all day, but aren’t they all adults? Destiney says they’re planning on seeing each other again, and Sara doesn’t understand what she wants. Destiney says nobody is going to tell her how to navigate anything in her life. In Sara’s interview, she says when she and Destiney met, it was awkward. Now Destiney is hooking up with her brother. Sara says Destiney wanted to meet up to talk more sh*t, and it takes the soul and energy out of her. (I’ll have to remember that one.) Destiney doesn’t understand why Sara feels that way. Sara says she wants Destiney to come tomorrow, but doesn’t have the energy to care more. As she’s leaving, Sara says her brother won’t be there.

Adam tells Reza that he doesn’t know how to play Monopoly. Reza says, the game was made for Persians, and helps make you more successful in life. In Reza’s interview, he says he and Adam are doing better. We flash back to Reza confronting Adam about strip Jenga, and the inappropriate texts. Because Sara is having a pool party, he called a tanning guy to come and spray him and Destiney. He asks Adam if he wants one, and Adam says he’s in. Destiney joins them, and Reza asks what happened when she met with Sara. He knows she feels hurt. Destiney says she doesn’t hook up randomly, but doesn’t regret it. She and Sara had a powwow, and she tried to tell herself to understand, since she doesn’t have a brother. Reza says he wants details. WTF did she say? She says Sara wasn’t okay with it, and didn’t realize they were going to continue seeing each other. Reza says, she thought he was just going to hit it. Destiney doesn’t want it to be uncomfortable at the party. Spray tan specialist Robby arrives, asking, are they excited for tans or what? reminding me of a substitute dance teacher I had once. Reza wants to get alarmingly tan. Robby drops pearls of wisdom like, once you go Persian, there’s no other version, and the key to a good tan is drying as you go. In Reza’s interview, he says the spray tanning makes him sad because it reminds him of MJ. We flash back to when they got tans together. Robby says, the tanning has come to an end, and Reza says, he feels like he had a three-way. In his interview, he says he never imagined that on the day MJ give birth, she’d be thinking of coming at his marriage. It makes him feel sad.

Sara gets the house ready for the party, while friend Benny helps out. The DJ sets up, the food comes, and floaties are put in the pool. I’m ready.

Nema gets ready. In his interview, he says he’s the product of divorced parents. He’s had two separate Christmases his entire life. Awkward or not, he’s bringing MJ. All he’s asking is that she and Reza talk. If they talk, and still can’t move forward, at least he’ll know he tried.

MJ meets Nema at his place. Tommy brings in Shams, and Nema says they must be on cloud nine. In MJ’s interview, she says, what really mattered was her best friend of thirty years should have been there.

GG says she hired muscle, in case someone decides they want to step up to her. She’s more familiar with getting into a fight, and might forget what she’s going through, since it’s brand new. Destiney is a blonde, and GG’s bodyguard introduces himself as C. Destiney tells GG that she’s Cynthia today, and in GG’s interview, she says, fashion is expression, so let it be.

Sara loves the set-up, and thinks the bartenders might need to take a drink, since her friends are a lot. Destiney makes GG go in first, and Destiney walks in on C’s arm. In Sara’s interview, she says, Destiney is always like, look at me. Reza and Adam arrive, and GG attacks the food. Mike and Paulina come in, and Mike thinks Destiney looks like a character from Mod Squad. Destiney keeps getting her heels stuck in the deck, and GG says, maybe Cynthia isn’t feeling it today.

In the car, Nema tells MJ to absolve Reza, since he’s coming from place of hurt. He helps MJ put on her necklace, and says she has too much hair. She tells him, she has too much weave.

Adam jumps in the pool, trying to land on a floatie. Nema says he brought a friend, and Reza says he’s leaving. GG says she’s going too, and Reza says he’s not at a place where he’s ready to talk. The betrayal is in his heart, and he needs time to process sh*t. Nema tells him, don’t leave, and follows him, saying, a thirty-year friendship. Reza says Nema could have texted him. Nema says MJ has a different perspective; hear her out. GG asks how Nema could do that, and not tell anyone, and he says he wants to be peacemaker. She says ambushing people isn’t peaceful. At the party, MJ says Reza ran like a bitch. In MJ’s interview, she says, how dare he? Where does he think he’s going? And after she’s been loyal for thirty years.

Mike tells MJ that she should engage with Reza. Ali is the problem. MJ says she almost died, but she should go away? This had nothing to do with her. Out by the cars, GG says, MJ isn’t a good person. She’s screwed everyone who’s good to her. What did Adam ever do in all this? Nema asks Mike to convince MJ to come down. In Mike’s interview, he says he sees the issue from both sides. They need a therapist or a mediator. MJ tells Destiney, she can’t blame other people who aren’t there to defend themselves. Destiney told them that MJ told her to bring up Adam’s cheating. Destiney tells MJ, she never said that. She had lunch with Reza and Ali, and Ali brought it up. What motive would she have to say MJ told her to do that? MJ says she chooses not to believe Destiney, and Mike says, it’s too many years of friendship to waste on a possible rumor. In Mike’s interview, he says a sliver of him thinks maybe Reza is in such a dark place, because he didn’t have his friend of thirty years to confide in. He hopes they connect, and make sense of this craziness.

Reza goes back to the party, and MJ tells him to get away from her. Destiney says, it’s a thirty year friendship (should have done a drinking game with that one). MJ tells her, STFU, and Reza asks if MJ isn’t embarrassed. MJ tells him to go back to his stupid husband. They can cheat on each other, and go to the bathhouse. I’m not even sure if there are still any of those around. I think the last one in NYC closed recently. If you haven’t guessed, I’m a font of useless information.

It gets kind of chaotic, and by now, everyone has noticed, and is like, WTF? Destiney says she never lied, and MJ throws a drink in Reza’s face. He asks if she isn’t embarrassed, and now Sara says, WTF is going on? Reza says MJ has no shame, and she tells him, STFU, which is obviously her go-to phrase. Adam gets into the mix, and Reza tells MJ to screw herself. Go home and watch her baby. Why is she even there? Mike says it’s all he can do not to slap the sh*t out of Reza; WTF is he thinking? He’s talking to a woman.

MJ says Adam’s cheating has nothing to do with her. Reza says no wonder MJ’s uterus exploded, since she’s had ten abortions. I literally gasp, and say, nooo. I can’t believe he said something like that, and in the middle of a crowded party. Destiney says, enough is enough. Stop. Mike asks WTF Reza thinks he’s doing, and Reza says, f*** you people. He takes a binder out of a car (MJ’s?) and throws the contents up in the air, and the papers rain down. MJ says he’s an effing liar, and Mike goes after Reza.

Next time. Mike says it’s going to get messy, Tommy trashes Reza’s patio, Tommy says he broke a plant when he wanted to break Reza’s legs, GG says it’s the most agonizing twelve days of her life, and Reza tells Nema to butt out.

What I Watched Today

(rambling, random thoughts & annoyingly detailed recaps from real time TV watching)

 

General Hospital

Jason sees Sam at the Quartermaines, and asks if she just dropped off the kids. She says she did, but she was sticking around, hoping she’d run into him. She’s glad she did. He asks if she’s okay, and hugs her. He says he’s being careful, and they kiss. Michael and Diane walk in, and Michael says, he didn’t meant to interrupt, but Diane says she’s glad they did. They’re just in time to stop Sam from violating her parole. And she will be billing Sam for the consultation they’re about to have.

Willow and Chase go into The Floating Rib, and Willow says she’s so steamed. It’s bad enough Nelle got off scot free, but the first thing she did was sue Michael for custody. Can he believe that? Chase says, unfortunately, yes. Nelle is a cold-blooded person who could put Shiloh to shame. Willow says Nelle isn’t getting anywhere near her… Michael’s son.

Nina looks at the heart necklace. Sasha comes by her office.

New York City. At the hotel bar, Neil says, I love New York, and Alexis says, that’s a catchy phrase. He says, everyone has story. It took everything in him not to question the bartender. They all have stories; the tales woven together that make them who they are. The city amplifies it. She says she knows what he means, and he says she always does.

Finn asks Violet, Bach or Beethoven? She says, Mozart, and he says he likes her style. He gives her a pad and crayons, and asks what she’s going to draw. She says, it’s a surprise, and he says he loves surprises. She says, no he doesn’t, and he agrees, except when it comes to her. He tells her that he’s going to talk to Anna, and if she needs anything, wave her arms. He puts headphones on her, and goes over to the bar. Finn tells Anna that Violet has become a world class eavesdropper, and he doesn’t want her to overhear their conversation. Anna says, it would be confusing for her. She’s confused. She misses him so much. She was wondering if there’s some way they can get past their differences. Maxie comes in with Peter, and says she’s so sorry. It was right in front of her, and she refused to see it.

Diane asks Michael to give her and Sam a moment, and promises to address his situation. Right now, she needs to deal with Sam’s situation. Michael says he’ll go check on Wiley, and goes upstairs. Diane says she assumes Scout and Danny are upstairs, and one of them is dropping off, and the other is visiting; putting them in contact in a way they shouldn’t be. She’s told Sam, but she’s going to tell her again. Sam’s parole officer is within her rights to prohibit their contact. They’re not legally married, and Jason is a convicted felon. Sam says, Jason is Danny’s father, but Diane says, any privilege provided to a married couple, doesn’t apply here. Their deal with Robert went belly-up, and they have no leverage, and no way to mitigate the terms. One of them has to go.

Chase says, it’s one thing for Nelle to seduce and manipulate the men in her life – Willow interjects, and plot to kill them – but at least they’re adults. He, Zack, and Michael were old enough to make the call. They made the wrong one, but still. Wiley is just a baby. She says, Wiley has no idea what’s going on or who Nelle is, and has zero means to protect himself. It astonishes Chase how the legal system failed so deeply, and Willow says, the legal system might have failed Wiley, but the people in his life won’t.   

Nina tells Sasha that she forgot about their scheduled meeting, and asks if Sasha minds if they postpone it. It’s nothing personal. She thinks Sasha is a capable, savvy woman, and loves having her on board. She’s able to rein in Lucy’s impulses, which is a good thing. Sasha agrees, Lucy is full of impulses, and Nina says, right now, she’s not emotionally available for that. Sasha asks if everything is okay, and Nina says, nothing she can’t handle, but thanks her for asking.

Neil toasts, to pleasant surprises, and Alexis says, it was quite a surprise. Of all the places in all the towns in all the world, she sat next to him. Either God has a sense of humor, or it’s a huge random coincidence. Neil says, the theater was a random coincidence. This, not so much. It’s on them. She asks if he thinks it’s a little risky, doing this when in less than 24 hours, they’re going to swear they’re not having a personal relationship. He thinks it will be okay, and she says she knows she is. She’s not lying; she’s going to tell the truth. It was just a kiss, which you can’t categorize as dating. He says it was meaningful to him. She’s the only one he’s ever told about singing on the anniversary of his daughter’s death. She says it was meaningful to her too.

Maxie tells Anna that she’s furious with Obrecht, and doesn’t want Obrecht to be a part of her life anymore. Anna says she knew Maxie would be heartbroken. Maxie says she knows Obrecht loves her and James – she’s not faking that – so to jeopardize her relationships with them, she must not be able to help herself. It’s scary that she didn’t see a thing; not one sign. Obrecht wasn’t anxious or evasive like she usually is when she’s up to something. She was always there, being a doting grandma. Anna says Maxie has no reason to be sorry, and Maxie says Sam is her good friend. Obrecht is responsible for Drew’s death, and Scout not knowing her father. How is she going to look Sam in the eyes? Finn tells Maxie not to do this to herself, and Maxie asks him to give her one reason she shouldn’t be completely horrified with herself. He says, sometimes the truth is hard to face.

Neil says, he’s a therapist, and knows the benefit of getting your feelings out, but Alexis is the first person he felt he could talk to who actually… She says, gets it? and he says, maybe it was him witnessing her struggles with being a mother, and he took advantage of that. That’s why they have the rule. She says, as a lawyer, it pains her to say this, but there’s an exception to every rule, and she thinks they’re it.

Finn tells Maxie, Obrecht framed him for drug use. He can’t stand her, but even with all that, it never occurred to him that she could be involved in all that insanity. He thought it was someone else. Maxie says, he thought it was Peter, but Obrecht framed him. Obrecht framed her boyfriend, and Maxie had trusted her. She convinced Maxie that after an entire life of deception, people could change through love. She’s an idiot. Peter says she’s not, and Anna excuses herself, saying she has to do some follow-ups. Violet says hi to Maxie, and Maxie says she saw Violet, but didn’t want to disturb her artistic flow. Violet asks if Maxie wants to see her drawing, and Maxie says, lead the way, girlfriend. Peter looks at Finn, who says he guesses he owes Peter an apology.

Willow tells Chase, the situation is so… She doesn’t even know what to call it. He says, surreal? Confusing? Devastating? She says, all of the above. The one good thing to come out of it is that Michael is Wiley’s father, and not just because she lost Wiley. Chase says, Michael is a genuinely good person, and Willow says, one of the best, but when it matters, he can be ruthless. She needs him to be ruthless now. Whatever it takes to protect Wiley, and she’ll help any way she can. He says, they both will.

Sasha tells Nina, about the crossover, she has an idea for the best location. Nina says, Anguilla? and Sasha asks if they talked about it already. Nina says, no, but she had the exact same thought; it’s perfect. She tells Sasha that she has to get back to the projections, or she’ll never get out of there. Nina says, have a nice night, and Nina says, her too. She thinks they’re on the brink of something exiting… businesswise. Sasha says so does she, and leaves.

Sam says she hears what Diane is saying, but Diane says she feels like it’s falling on deaf ears. Sam asks her to just listen. What if they’re able to get something real against Peter; actual evidence. Diane gets it. It’s frustrating and terribly unfair, but the fact of the matter is, until and unless Anna sees the truth, her chances of anything changing are slim. Anna has blocked her, and made going after Peter a complete waste of her time. Jason gets a text from Anna asking him to meet her at the MetroCourt.

Alexis tells Neil, in principle, therapy is breaking emotional walls to reveal personal, vulnerable things. An unscrupulous therapist will take advantage of that, and should be punished, but he didn’t do that. That’s not what happened. He says, it’s a matter of perception, and she says, if anything, she used it to manipulate him.

Michael asks if Sam and Diane need more time, but Diane says they’re through. Sam apologizes for cutting into Michael’s time, and asks if everything is okay. Diane says, no, and not just because Nelle was allowed to walk. Nelle intends to sue for custody. Sam says, that’s insane, and Diane says, it is, but it’s also happening. Sam tells her, if they need someone, she was Nelle’s cellmate, and knows she’s a crazy bitch. Diane says she’ll keep that in mind, but as Sam’s lawyer, her primary objective is to keep Sam out of prison. Sam says she’ll try, and Diane says, don’t try; do. Sam says, okay, and tells Michael, good luck with Nelle. She leaves, and Michael says he thinks Sam has a point. They should line everybody up to say what a terrible person Nelle is. Diane says she’s always up for a good mud-slinging, but in his case, that’s the surest way to lose.

Sasha orders a white wine at The Floating Rib bar. Chase asks if she comes there often, and she says, actually she does; she’s always between here and the library. Lucy doesn’t have office space. Chase suggests they get on that, and she says, it’s first on the list once Deception is launched. She needed to kill some time, so she had an option to get some work done or grab a drink. She chose the drink. He asks why she’s killing time, and she says, Michael is meeting with his lawyer about the custody nightmare. She wanted to give them space. Chase says, actually, he’s an orphan too. Willow charged out; something to do with Wiley. She told him to wait, so he’s waiting.

Finn says it seems Obrecht framed Peter, and since Obrecht framed him, you’d think he would have seen that. Peter says he’s done plenty in his past to deserve suspicion. Obrecht realized that, and exploited it. All is forgiven. He’s sorry he caused tension between Finn and Anna. Maxie comes back, and says she inspected Violet’s masterpiece, but Violet would like a second opinion of the father variety. Finn says, he’s on it. Maxie tells Peter that she can’t believe this happened. That she let it happen. Peter says Maxie is the last person who should be blamed. Obrecht loving her and James is a good thing. Maxie says, now Obrecht has thrown it away. Peter holds her, and Spinelli watches. Jason arrives, and Spinelli motions him over. He says maybe Maxie will listen to him, but Jason says, she won’t. Spinelli says, Peter framed Obrecht for his crimes, and supposedly she’s behind all of it. Jason asks, why? and Spinelli says, why indeed. She’s supposedly covering her tracks, so she won’t be implicated in the original memory transfer. Jason says, Peter was there, but Obrecht had nothing to do with it. Spinelli says, precisely, but Maxie can’t see it. Jason says, she doesn’t want to believe it, but you can’t make someone believe what they don’t want to. Anna arrives, and wonders who they’re talking about.

Anna asks Spinelli to allow her and Jason to talk. Spinelli says he understands her blindness, and could forgive it, if it wasn’t putting Maxie and her children in jeopardy. He leaves, and Anna thanks Jason for coming. Apparently, Spinelli stole her thunder. Jason says he’s not sure what Spinelli got right, and Anna says she didn’t like hearing him be wrong about Peter.

Spinelli approaches Maxie and Peter, and says, greetings and salutations. He asks if he can steal Maxie away for a moment, but Maxie says anything he has to say to her, he can say in front of Peter.

Alexis tells Neil, she was attracted to him from the first moment she saw him. He says, she was? The feeling was mutual. She says she should have walked in, and when she realized that, she should have walked out. He says, she did, and she says, but she walked back in and stayed for treatment because he’s a good therapist. He really helped her, and besides, she knew once a week she’d get to spend 55 whole minutes with him. Now he knows he’s in this mess because of her, not him.

Michael tells Diane, Nelle killed her first fiancé, and tried to kill him. When that didn’t work, she left him for dead in a car that was going to explode. She knew what she was doing, like she knew when she messed with his mom, gave Brad the baby, and assaulted Willow. There’s no PTSD or blackouts. In what universe would a judge give her a kid? Diane says, the ways of the legal universe are strange. A child used to be property, and in many cases, they still are. Each biological parent has a 50% interest, and it’s not possible to strip either of that interest. It’s tough to take away a child. That’s the bad news. The good news is, it will be difficult to take Wiley away from him.

Willow knocks on Nina’s office door, and walks in. She says she knows she’s not Nina’s favorite person, but she’s hopes, considering the situation, they can rise above that. Nina asks what the situation is, and Willow says, not only has Nelle gone free, she’s now suing for custody of Michael’s son. Nina says she heard about the going free part, but not the custody part. Willow says she needs Nina’s help, but Nina isn’t sure what Willow thinks she can do. Willow says, she can expose Nelle in her magazine. Let the world see that murdering psycho for the unfit mother she is.

Alexis says, if she could do it over, she’d have walked out and kept walking. She would have called Neil from her house, and said, sorry; she needs to find another therapist, but she’d like to have the dinner he mentioned. She says, sorry, and he says, don’t be, but she says she blew it. If she’d done that, they wouldn’t be where they are now. He says, for all his talk of boundaries, he could have refused to treat her, but he didn’t. He’d like to say it was professional, but as much as she looked forward to their sessions, he probably looked forward to them more. So if anyone blew it, they blew it together.

Spinelli says Maxie isn’t resistant to smoke and mirrors, and Peter’s innocence is an illusion. Maxie says she loves Spinelli – they share a daughter and a lot of history – but she’s not going to let him do this. She gets that he doesn’t like Peter, but guess what? He’s wrong. Obrecht manipulated him, and everyone else. Accept it and move on.

Finn says Violet is an artist in the making. Violet says she wants to be a doctor, but he tells her, who said she can’t be both? The sky’s the limit for her. She asks if they can please go home to Anna’s house.

Anna tells Jason that Obrecht acquired a visa from one of Faison’s companies that she drew a salary from, and had contact with the assassin who was sent after Andre. Jason says she knows Peter was there at the same time, but she says Obrecht was Faison’s scientist, and could have been there during the initial memory transfer. She was scared Drew would remember the details, and was tying up her loose ends. Anna says he doesn’t believe a word of it, and Jason says, no; he doesn’t.

Nina tells Willow that Crimson has no reason to run a feature on Nelle, except to make her look bad. They could face libel, and it could backfire. A smart lawyer will accuse Michael of smearing Nelle in the press. Willow says she could make it a true crime exposé, but Nina says that’s not kind of thing Crimson does. More important, it’s not Willow’s job to line things up for Michael. As painful as it is – and Nina knows how painful it is – the custody suit has nothing do with her. Willow says, so Nina is saying Wiley isn’t her son, and she needs to detach.

Sasha tells Chase, it’s absolutely insane, after everything Nelle has done, to let her spend any time at all with Wiley, let alone get custody. Chase says, she’s a deranged murderer for real. She says she doesn’t want to put him on the spot or make him feel bad. He says, but he was taken in by said deranged murderer. It’s one thing when you can see it coming, but she blindsides men with her helpless waif act, and her sad story, and they want to be the hero. Sasha says Nelle targets good people, but Chase is scared it goes deeper. Something inside of Nelle actively wants to destroy what’s good, so she doesn’t have to be held up in comparison. She says, and what’s sweeter than a little kid? He hopes Michael finds a way to take Nelle down, and says Michael is lucky to have Sasha to stand by his side.

Michael tells Diane, shared custody isn’t good enough; Nelle is a sociopath. Diane says, she gave birth to Wiley, but he says, that doesn’t mean she should get custody. Diane tells him, in the eyes of the law, it means that precisely. He says, this isn’t a bad divorce. He saw that with his mom and Sonny. He hated it, but never once did either one of them assume the other would harm him. Wiley is in emotional danger; maybe physical danger. Who says Nelle won’t harm him; there’s no telling what she’ll do. Diane says he’s 100% justified in his views, but they have to look at this in terms of strategy and tactics; two things he understands. And the best strategy is not to prove what an awful person Nelle is, but what a wonderful person he is, and how he, and only he, can give Wiley the best home possible.

Spinelli asks Maxie to at least admit there are questions surrounding Obrecht’s motive, and until those questions are answered, keep an open mind. She says she’s done with this. If the proof is good enough for the WSB, it’s good enough for him. She loves Peter, and is going to spend the rest of her life loving him. Spinelli says she’s not suggesting… Is she going to marry this man? She says, what if she does? and he says he can see continued dialog will do no good, so he’s going to leave before they say things they can’t take back. He goes, and Peter puts his hand on Maxie’s shoulder.

Jason tells Anna, when she was lying by omission, she had the same look she does now. She says she’s not lying, and he says she was about Henrik; she was lying to herself. Obrecht has no motive. If anything, she has more reason than anyone to stay out of it. She hated Faison. He killed Nathan, and Obrecht’s whole life revolved around Maxie and James. Why would she risk those relationships? She’s not the person with the most to lose. That person kept him in prison and was involved in the memory transfer. The same person who Shiloh called, and who visited Shiloh. The one who was on the docks with a bag of money when Shiloh escaped, and showed up at exactly the right time in the OR to kill the assassin. That person is Peter. The fact that she refuses to see it, doesn’t make him any less guilty. Anna says she’d heard it from Robin, but never experienced it for herself. Once Jason hooks onto something, no one can change his mind. There’s no possibility he might be wrong. He says it’s not about him. It’s about her, Maxie, and Maxie’s kids. Anna says, Maxie knows Peter is innocent, and so does she. Soon, so will everyone else. Fair warning. If Jason does anything to harm Peter, she’ll come after him. He says like he just told Spinelli, you can’t make someone believe something they don’t want to. She says, no, you can’t, and walks away.

Anna asks how the artist is, and Finn says, he drew a puppy. She says, it’s very good, and he tells her that he and Violet were talking, and agreed they were of like mind. They’d like to come home. Anna says, really? and he says, really. Violet echoes, really, and Anna says there’s nothing she’d like more. Finn says, should they? and Violet says, let’s go. Anna says Violet’s room is ready for her. Anna and Finn each take one of Violet’s hands, and they walk out together. Jason watches.

Sasha tells Chase, she’ll do whatever Michael needs to be there and support him. Chase says, but… and she says but she feels like she’s on a log ride, headed down fast in one direction. She doesn’t know if she can step in as a maternal figure when she’s on the verge of something she didn’t know she wanted. Chase says, it’s okay to say it, and she says she loves Michael. The last thing she wants to do is lose him, but she’s not sure she’s ready to be a mother. Sam overhears.

Nina says, who is she to tell Willow to detach? Willow thought Wiley was her baby for a year and a half. She can’t just cut off the feelings. Willow asks if the smart thing isn’t to let go, but Nina says, it’s not just about Wiley. Motherhood is in your head, but more in your heart. That’s why you do crazy ill-advised things for your child. You’ll do anything to protect, love, and be with them. Anything.

Diane says Michael was a minor when he committed a crime, but he did commit one, and went to prison. He asks if she’s saying he’s on equal footing with Nelle, but she says not even close. Even though it’s a strike against him, since then he’s been more than a contributing member of the community. He also bears the Corinthos name, and Sonny is a convicted felon; they’re going to be all over that. And he has close relationship with Jason and Sam, but they’ll figure out how to mitigate those factors, and find out what’s working for him. They can establish he’s lived in the Quartermaine residence for many years, and Wiley will live there. It’s a well-defined multi-generational home. Normally, she’d tell him to take back the name, but at this point, it would be too transparent. The rest is like a glowing letter of recommendation. He’s a stellar citizen, giving time and money to charity, stable and good to the core. They’ll reinforce that he’ll give Wiley the best home possible, not to mention he’s had a relationship with the child from the beginning. It shifted, but he’s spent time with Wiley since he was born. Nelle can’t say that. Michael says she’s a stranger to Wiley, and Diane says she should include another strike against him. The court usually favors the mother. He might want to combat that by providing a mother preferable to Nelle, which pretty much includes everyone. He might consider getting married.

At her hotel room door, Alexis says she’ll see Neil tomorrow at the hearing, and he says, bright and early. She says, the evening was… wonderful, and I say, don’t do it. They don’t, and she says, goodnight, and goes into her room. She leans on the door, and says, okay. She sits on the bed, and takes a deep breath. She starts to call out to him, but gets up and grabs her bag. She opens the door, and he’s there. They kiss passionately, as someone watches. He shuts the door, and they get busy.

Brad goes to Scotty for counsel, Trina says Curtis is the reason her father is dead, and Sonny says things have a way of working out.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht

When we last left, the boat was hitting the dock, and Ciara didn’t know where TF anybody was.

The boat keeps scraping the dock, and Ciara runs around looking for someone. She finds Byron, and gets Paget on the radio. He’s in the tender, and she tells him, the portside is touching the dock. She tells Byron to pick up the port anchor. Captain Glenn – who apparently can’t leave them alone for a moment – gets back to the boat, and asks when it happened. Ciara says she just saw it now. In the captain’s interview, he says, it’s a big deal, and an expensive fix, at around $40K. It’s also embarrassing if guests see damage on the back of a boat. Paget asks if they can get a professional in, but the captain says, it’s Sunday. He wonders why he can’t leave for ten minutes without something going wrong.

In Madison’s interview, she says she’s being talked down to from both ends, and it’s effing frustrating. She hopes communication improves, or she’ll end up looking like she’s incompetent. Paget says painting the scratch in the boat is tedious. He has to paint and wait, and paint and wait. He’s exhausted. Jenna hugs Adam. In her interview, she says, things with Adam are pretty effing awesome. Captain Glenn calls Jenna, Adam, and Paget for a preference sheet meeting.

The primary is Richie from Long Island. He’s an entrepreneur in the hospitality, nightlife, and music industry. He’s being joined by friends Lenny, Frank, Austin, Marshall, and Thomas, for their annual guys trip. In Jenna’s interview, she says she dreads all male charters. They’re filled with testosterone and unreleased sexual tension that’s repulsive. Adam says, there are no dietary restrictions, which is awesome. Most of the crew gets some sleep, while Georgia plays guitar and sings on deck. Paget watches, and bops his head. Both of them are annoying me at this point.

In the crew mess, Jenna lies with her head in Adam’s lap, and says, it’s a beautiful moment in life. In her interview, she says she’s happy, but her anxious side wonders where they’re going next. It’s hard on a boat, since it’s a different dynamic, and not like normal dating. Byron quizzes Madison about her family, as they eat cake in the crew mess. We find out her parents are retired, living in Michigan, and aren’t together anymore. She’s also the oldest of four. In her interview, Madison says she doesn’t like talking about her family; they’ve been through a lot. In the summer of 2014, her sister Paige texted her that she wanted to go to the movies, and was picking up some friends. They were stopped in Detroit, when a car pulled in front of them. One of the kids in the car’s brother owed some drug money, and the car was shot up by AK47s. Everyone survived except her sister. It makes her not want to go home. She realized she could die tomorrow, and wondered what she wanted out of life. She used her sister’s death to propel her to do what she wanted, and she doesn’t do things that don’t make her happy. Byron says he’s going to bed; tomorrow’s a school day.

Parker asks Paget fifty questions about drying things with a shammy. In Paget’s interview, he says Parker keeps questioning what he wants to do, and one question leads to another. It’s like a layer cake. Parker says he just wants to make things run smoother, and he’s asked Ciara to help him. Provisions come in, and Glenn tells Paget, good job on the scratches. Tons of champagne comes on board, at the guests’ request. Glenn tells the crew to change into their polos. Sailing’s version of crew whites, I guess.

Yikes! A bunch of gorillas head toward the boat. No, wait. It’s the guests. Madison opens some champagne, and Georgia says there’s going to be a lot of spray tan lining the hot tub. Guest Lenny says he’s hung over, so don’t talk to him, and another dude asks if the boat is named the Cialis. Jenna gives the tour, and there are a lot of cockpit jokes, none of them funny. I note these guys have an awful lot of luggage, and wonder if they brought their weights with them. Tequila shots happen, and Madison tells Jenna, they’re drinking a lot already. In Jenna’s interview, she says, the rate they’re going at is alarming. They haven’t even left the dock.

Anchor is pulled. Jenna tells Adam that she doesn’t like dudes like this. He asks what Madison’s type is, and she says she likes goofy guys. Adam says, like Parker, and teases her about blushing. Jenna says, it’s a legitimate question, and Madison says, all right, mom and dad. Richie asks Jenna for a knife to sabre the champagne, and the guests sit down for lunch. In Adam’s interview, he guarantees these dudes can eat. He’s just going to pull all of the food out of the refrigerator until it’s empty. The food is well-received, and Jenna asks if the guests want to go to the bar on the beach. Only Richie and another guy decide to go, and Lenny tells them to bring back girls or they don’t get back on. Richie says they’re going to burn the effing beach down. In his interview, Paget says he’d bet money that they’re not bringing anyone back. Effing nobheads. When they get near the bar, second dude yells, where are the girls? and Richie tells him, take it easy. It’s not their territory.

In Adam’s interview, he says, hooking up with anyone on a boat is risky. Getting to know someone more intimately is not something he wants to do with a co-worker. He has a hard time mixing work and play. The guys decide there’s nothing on shore for them, and head back. While getting in the boat, one of the dudes – they all look basically the same – falls in the water. Paget just shakes his head. When they get back, another guest hears about the mishap, and says, no more 1942 for dude.

Parker says wherever he’s walking, he’s shammying. The wind is with the boat, so Glenn puts the sails up. For a millisecond, the guests take the attention off of themselves, and marvel at the size of the sails. The boat goes sideways, unnerving one of the guests. In Georgia’s interview, she says she comes from nightlife, and has seen worse than this frat house bullsh*t. If anything, she’s more in her element. One guest demands hors d’oeuvres, while guest Marshall whines for a shrimp cocktail. In his interview, Adam says he served all the shrimp at lunch. If they’d put it on their preference sheets, they would have had all the shrimp they wanted. Shrimp cocktail guy Marshall starts yelling for one.

Adam tells Jenna, langoustines aren’t shrimp; they’re a type of lobster, but these idiots won’t know the difference. He’ll make them look like shrimp. Adam brings them the platter, and says, these are the most tender shrimp ever. Even though he was just yelling for shrimp, Marshall doesn’t even take one. In Jenna’s interview, she says, dude is such an a-hole. Marshall says he asked four hours ago. Jenna looks for nightclubs in the area, and finds a review from a woman who didn’t feel safe there, and said the guys were touchy-feely. She figures it’s the guests’ kind of vibe. In his interview, Paget says, it must be nice to be drunk all the time and living off your trust fund. Typical rich American guys. Jenna says, it’s open from midnight until five. Georgia and Paget flirt, using Russian accents. In Ciara’s interview, she says, Georgia is flirting with Paget, but she’s not affected by it. However, her face says she is. Dinner is served.

Madison bumps into the dinner plates, and Adam says she’s making a mess, even though nothing moved. In her interview, Madison thinks Adam needs to get laid. Jenna tells Paget that the guests are going to a club, and he says whoever’s on late has to pick them up. The guests eat, have more shots, and are ready to go. Parker hugs Madison, and in his interview, he says he doesn’t want her to be sad. He grew up in a loving, wholesome environment, and wants to spread that to the far corners of the earth. Paget and Ciara take the guests to shore, and Paget tells them to text when they’re ready to go back.

The guests check out Corfu Town. Adam asks Jenna if she wants him to tuck her in. In his interview, Paget says Adam and Jenna seem into each other, but it could be awkward . If they don’t get on at some point, it could be mayhem for everybody. One of the guests sabres a bottle of champagne in an alleyway. In Jenna’s interview, she says when she has sexual chemistry with someone, it’s hard not to act on it. Adam wants to take it slower, but It’s like, come on. Ciara gets a text from Parker, saying the guests are starving, and a lot of food would be great. Adam is sleeping, so Madison puts out junk food. Lenny is hoping for a meal, and when they see the table, Austin says they expected food. Madison says she could wake up Adam. In her interview, she says, besides d*ck, the one thing you want when you’re drunk is delicious food. Does anyone want a cheese board? Where’s the pizza?   

She says, waking up Adam is like waking up the three-headed dog in Harry Potter. She asks the guests if they want grilled cheese. They’re good with that, so she makes them the sandwiches, and apologizes. One dude says, she’s the breast. I say, ugh, out loud. There’s a guy with them named Frank who doesn’t look like he belongs in the group, and all he does is mess with his phone. Even when they were in the bar, he didn’t look up. In the crew mess, Parker tells Madison, it feels like charter forty, and she says she’s exhausted. In her interview, she says Parker makes her feel a human connection. She’s been through the wringer, and there’s her friend. She thanks him for being there.

They pick up anchor, breakfast is made, and champagne is sabred. Two guests chest bump, and Lenny says, it’s a good effing day. Jenna puts on a bunch of things like pastries and bacon, and Adam comes up to take orders. One of the guests taste tests the bacon, and says, the bacon is aight, then orders mass quantities of eggs. In Adam’s interview, he wonders who eats that many eggs. Georgia tells Madison, there’s no instruction from Jenna. Her chief stew is more absent than her father figure. We’re up to six bottles of champagne sabred, and glass flies every time. In Paget’s interview, he says, they have no respect for anything at all. He just fixed boat; this is not how you treat it. Lenny literally picks up Madison like he’s working out, and using her as a weight. She asks him to please put her down at least five times. In her interview, she says she’s never been manhandled by a charter guest like that. She has no words. Neither do I.

Lenny says, don’t tell no one, and another dude asks if he thinks she’s going to call the Greek cops. Lenny makes fun of Madison asking to be put down, and says he just curled her. Madison tells Parker that they’re not talking to him in the same way. She’s trying to smile, but it’s hard being a girl and doing this; it’s disrespectful. In her interview, she says, having a charter guest manhandle you puts you in an awkward position. If she tells the captain or Jenna, it could put their tip in jeopardy or insult the guests. She’d rather keep her mouth shut. Lenny drinks champagne straight from the bottle. Jenna asks if they want to go to the beach bar after dinner. A couple of the guys mess around in the water, and push each other in. In Adam’s interview, he says, these guys are a form of Neanderthal, so tonight he’s making tomahawk steaks. They can beat each other with the bones afterward. Jenna doesn’t know why she’s setting the table, since the guests aren’t going to care. Jenna says, the bar closes at eleven, and Lenny says they should leave now. Parker offers to switch nighttime watch with Ciara. In his interview, he says, duty calls him to protect his crew, his captain, the boat, and the guests. He’s like James Bond. The guests get ready to go out, and put on way too much jewelry. And probably Axe body spray. Jenna rubs Adams neck. In Georgia’s interview, she says what Jenna and Adam have going on is not productive or healthy in the workplace. Madison says, it’s not professional, and Georgia says, Jenna is whipped. The guests sit for dinner.

Guest Tommy says, when they get there, the club is going to be open until two. They’re impressed with the steaks, one of them saying, it’s bigger than Austin’s trust fund. Lenny says, they might have thirty minutes by the time they get there before it closes. Tommy says he’ll call, and he asks them what time they close. He says they’re on their way, and tells Jenna, the bar closes at 2 am. She says, her mistake, but he says he thinks they’re being played. The biggest thing he hates in life is lies. Don’t lie to him. Omg, I would not last on this charter, but I’d be damn sure to put tacks in their beds or something before I left. Why on earth would she even lie if she thought she could get away from them for a while?

In Jenna’s interview, she says, every interaction with them is soul sucking. Tommy says he doesn’t like to be lied to. The bar is open until two; the restaurant is open until eleven. Another dude says, miscommunications happen, and Jenna says she’s sorry for agitating him. They leave, and never stop drinking. I don’t think they’ve stopped since they got there, and I hope they have hangovers that last six months. Jenna tells Adam that she feels rushed and pissed off, and Tommy said she lied to him. Adam says he thought Tommy was the nice one, and Jenna says, he turned.

Tommy or Richie or whoever, asks some girls if they want to get effed up. He goes to the tender, and tells Paget that he may bring some people back, and asks if Paget can get a DJ. Paget doesn’t know how, but gets one. He radios that he’s bringing a DJ back before the guys and their guests come. Madison says, it’s going to be another long night. She introduces herself to the DJ, and he sets up. The guests do shots on the tender with the whole three girls who were stupid enough dared to come with them, and make Parker honk the horn when they get near the boat. Parker radios that the guests are coming on, and in her interview, Madison says, here comes the sh*t show.

On the boat, the guys dance around, while they make Madison hustle to bring them stuff. In her interview, she says, it’s absolute insanity on the boat. One of the girls throws up all over the seat cushions, and Parker has to clean it up. Another girl walks into the lounge with a lit cigarette, and Madison tells her that she can’t smoke inside. In Madison’s interview, she says, WTF, dude?

Next time, the guests wonder if drinking is considered a water sport; Jenna says, these guys still suck; Adam complains about Parker; Madison says Jenna is unprofessional, and it’s not okay; one of the guests steps on glass; and Georgia says she challenges boundaries.

General Hospital

The doorbell rings at the Quartermaine’s. Nelle answers. It’s Sonny, and she tells him Michael isn’t there. He wants to see her, but she says it’s not a good time. She’s trying to rest. Kim advised her to avoid stress for the baby’s sake. He thinks it might be time for a nice little chat.

On the phone, Josslyn asks if Oscar is standing her up. He says, never, but there’s something he needs to take care of. He sits at the visiting window, and Carly sits down on the other side of the glass.

Drew leaves a message for Andre. He took a day to consider the risks, and still wants to do it. He asks Andre to get back to him with the time, and he’ll be there. He looks at the DNR.

At the hospital, Chase tells Epiphany that he needs to talk to Maxie, and promises to be brief. Finn sees him, and asks if there’s something he can help with. Epiphany tells them they can help each other on their own time, not hers, and leaves. Chase asks Finn how it’s going, and Finn tells him, don’t make it weird, and asks why he’s there. Chase tells him that Peter escaped, and they’re pulling out all the stops. Finn is like, what?!

Anna tells Maxie that the letter was recovered from Peter’s hotel room. He wrote it to her.

Peter yells for help. We see a pair of heels, and the camera pans up until we see it’s Nina. He says, she did this to him?

Nelle tells Sonny that Monica is still there, but he says her car isn’t. Nelle says even if she left, there are plenty of servants around. She tells him to state his business, and be on his way. She’s not a hostess; she’s a guest. He says she seems at home there, and she says it was generous of Monica to let her stay there. Michael moving back to help with the baby is a bonus. He says she finally got what she wanted. Maybe it’s time to pay it forward. She was wondering when he was getting to the subject of Carly.

Carly asks Oscar if everything is okay, and wonders how he got in, since he’s a minor. He shows her a fake ID, and she says he looks young for someone born in 1997. He jokes that he gets that a lot. She’s impressed, and asks why he’s there. He says he has a message from Josslyn.

Mike and Felix play checkers. Mike asks if Felix is letting him win, and Felix says, never. When he plays, he plays to win. Mike makes a winning move, saying he might not remember much, but he remembers how to play checkers. Josslyn comes in, and says it looks like they’re getting along. Mike says Felix is a big step up from the other nurses Sonny has hired; he doesn’t talk to Mike like he’s five. Felix wonders if he’s being hustled. Mike asks if Josslyn is a friend of Michael’s, and Felix says she’s Carly’s daughter. Mike says, of course, and apologizes for not remembering. Josslyn says plenty of people ask her just who she thinks she is all the time. Mike says she’s her mother’s daughter, all right. He likes Carly, and wonders where she’s keeping herself these days.

Maxie says Anna might have unfinished business with her son, but she doesn’t want to see or hear from him again. Anna says he was on the run, but felt it was important enough to leave the letter for her. She leaves Maxie with the letter.

Chase tells Finn that Anna was immediately made aware that Peter escaped. As Finn leaves, Chase tells him, catch you later, bro. Finn runs into Anna, and says he knows about Peter. She says part of her is worried they’ll find him, and part of her is terrified they never will.

Peter asks Nina, why; what does she want? She says she wants her brother back. Peter says, he’s sorry, but she tells him that he doesn’t get to apologize. He used Maxie’s trust. The scrapbook wasn’t filled with mementos, but trophies, and he sat there, a few feet away from where Nathan was killed. It should have been him. She starts to scream at him, saying that somewhere, in the depths of hell, Faison is proud of him. He’s sick, and knows where he deserves to be right now.

Nelle tells Sonny if she could alter her statement, she would, but Carly’s fate is in the hands of the legal system now. He says now that she’s recovered, and her memory is clear, Nelle knows she fell; it was an accident. Nelle says, but it wasn’t. She knows how hard it is to hear – it’s hard for her to say – but Carly pushed her deliberately. She could have killed the baby. Sonny says the baby is fine. She was confused, but thinking clearly now. She can change her statement, and any bad blood will be forgotten. She’ll never want for anything. Nelle thinks everything will be fine even if she doesn’t give a false testimony. He asks what she wants, and she says she wants what’s best for her family. If she alters her statement, and Carly gets out before she gets the help she needs, she won’t feel safe, or feel the baby is safe. It’s best for everyone, Carly included.

Carly asks Oscar what Josslyn wants her to know, and he says she’s fine and still cares about Carly. After he told her that he was coming, she said no matter what happened, she loves Carly. Carly says it’s sweet, even if it’s not true.

Josslyn tells Felix that Sonny is grateful he’s there, and her mom would be too. Felix says he usually doesn’t put his nose where it doesn’t belong, and she says, but he’s going to. He says she is just like her mother. She wishes people would stop saying that. Felix says Carly is fierce, loyal, and magnificent; so is she. So she’s in the best position to do with Carly what he’s doing with Mike. Playing checkers? Josslyn says, put herself in Carly’s shoes.

Monica comes by Drew’s office. She says he must be swamped. She hears he’s practically running Aurora by himself. He says, bad news travels fast. She also hears he’s sleeping in the hotel, but he doesn’t have to. He’s welcome at the house. After all, it is his family home. He says living at the hotel isn’t bad, and the commute is super easy. She says she knows when she’s being brushed off, and he tells her that she’s not being brushed; he appreciates the offer. She tells him to just remember he’ll always have a place, no matter what. He thanks her.

Chase asks Anna if there’s been any update from the WSB on Peter’s whereabouts. She says, nothing yet, but the Bureau will keep them posted. Chase leaves, and Anna tells Finn, not right now, but maybe one day he can explain the whole family thing. He says it’s long story, and she says she has a twin sister on the run, so he won’t get any sympathy. He asks if she’s worried that she’ll never see her son again. She says, even if he’s brought to justice, she doesn’t think he’ll want to see a mother he despises.

Maxie opens the letter. Peter says he won’t make worse trying to justify or defend himself. There’s a lot she doesn’t know about the past that determined his future. He never meant to hurt her. He knows it sounds shallow, but it’s true. He wishes he had known Nathan, and wishes he could be there when Nathan’s child becomes as fine a man as Nathan was. He hopes she finds peace, and wishes it with all his heart. Chase walks in.

Peter tells Nina that he’s nothing like his father. If she read The Severed Branch, she’d know how hard fought against him. Nina says, honesty would have brought him down. He and Nathan could have teamed up. Peter says he didn’t know their brother, and Nina says, her brother. To him, Nathan is nothing but a scrapbook, got it? He does. He says Faison is dead now, and he promises to stay away from Maxie. She says they both know he’ll be away from Maxie forever. The person who did this will make sure of it. Peter says, if she didn’t do it, who did? A shadow covers the doorway.

Sonny tells Nelle he figured it would go like this. She says if it was just her, she’d gladly change her statement, but she’s concerned for the baby’s safety. He says she’s gotta do what she’s gotta do, and so will he. She asks what that means, and he thinks it’s clear. She asks if he’s threatening her, and he says he doesn’t threaten. She asks if he just makes it sound like a threat. He says she did what she could to get into the family, and she got her wish. The Corinthos family looks out for each other. He tells her, welcome to the family. No kiss of death though.

Carly tells Oscar that she knows Josslyn has no idea he’s there, and he admits she doesn’t. He says he’s telling her when he gets back, so it’s not like he lied. She says she used to use that excuse. He asks if it works, and she says it’s about 50/50. He says he’s not lying about how Josslyn feels, and she’s upset. Carly says, stubborn, and he says that too. She wonders where Josslyn gets I from. Oscar says he thought she should know, and Carly says it’s very sweet of him. She’s not mad, but would like him to do her a favor. When he leaves, go straight to Josslyn. She feels better knowing he’s looking out for her.

Drew tells Monica that he’s not saying no, but she says he didn’t exactly say yes. He doesn’t know what’s going on right now; things are in a whirlwind, and he doesn’t know where he’ll land. She tells him that her door is always open, adding, that’s not true; it’s locked, but she wants her son to have the key. She presses the key into his hand, saying, remember, her house is always his home.

Chase says, sorry; he didn’t mean to impose. Maxie says, that’s okay; he’s a cop, and it’s what he does. She asks if he wants to know if she’s heard from Peter, and says the letter has been his only contact. Anna said the PCPD has the original, so they already know what it says. Chase supposes she’s not buying Peter’s apology. She says she’d rather buy a used Pinto. Epiphany joins them, telling Chase he’d better not be upsetting her patient, but Maxie says he’s making her feel better.

Obrecht says, good. Nina got her text. Nina asks if she means the one that said go to the cabin; she has a surprise for her? Obrecht asks if she was surprised. She asks Nina what’s wrong, and Nina says besides her kidnapping a man and holding him in the middle of nowhere? Obrecht asks where is she supposed to hold someone hostage; the MetroCourt? Nina says, now she’s an accessory. Obrecht asks who’s going to tell? Henrik won’t tell a soul. He says his name is Peter, and Obrecht grabs an ax, and says there’s nothing he can do to stop her. Nina laughs, saying it’s funny, but she knows it’s not a laughing matter. Obrecht swings the ax down toward Peter.

Finn asks Anna if Robert is joining her to visit Robin. She says he’s on his way to Europe, besides it’s up to her to explain how Robin has a brother that was hidden away her entire life. Anna says it would be ironic for her to find her son, only to lose him, and lose her daughter too.

Finn says Anna and Robin mean the world to each other, and there’s nothing to forgive. Anna says Robin is a mother and a doctor, and she’s hidden a huge part of her life. It could break their trust. Finn tells Anna how great she is, saying all of the superlatives are escaping him, but she can’t do other people’s thinking for them. It didn’t work out when she did it with him; don’t do it to her daughter. She gets into the elevator, and he asks if she’s forgetting something. She runs down her list, and he says, what about this? and kisses her. She says she’ll add that to her travel checklist, and won’t forget again. The elevator doors close.

Epiphany asks if Chase got what he came for, and he says he thinks so. He leaves, and she says Maxie is on her way out too. She’s on her way to get a wheelchair. She hopes she won’t embarrass Maxie on her way out, but Maxie says she wouldn’t have any other way. When Epiphany is gone, Maxie looks at the letter again, and crumples it.

We see the ax embedded in the wall. Peter is cringing, and Obrecht says, better in the wall than in his cerebellum. Nina asks for a word, and they go outside. She asks if Obrecht has an end game or is she making it up as she goes? The WSB and PCPD are looking for him. Obrecht says what happens if they find him? He’ll cut a deal and slip away. Nathan’s death will be unavenged. They have to take matters into their own hands. Nina asks what that means, and Obrecht says, what does she think?

Oscar visits Drew’s office to invite him to the awards ceremony at school. He asks about the summer internship. Drew apologizes, saying he forgot, but will get right on it. Oscar understands, and if he can’t make it to the ceremony, that’s cool too. He says he’ll let Drew get back to work, and Drew says, or he could tell him why he’s there. He could have texted him with the information, but here he is. Oscar says he could use some fatherly advice. Drew asks if it’s about Josslyn. Oscar says, partly, and her mom.

Mike asks if Felix knows Sonny. He does; Sonny hired him. Mike says he was just testing him. He says Sonny looks out for him now, but there was a time when he looked out for Sonny, whether Sonny knew it or not. Felix says that was fatherly of him. Mike says, like the time he moved the guy from Croton. Felix says, he helped a friend move? and Mike says he moved him closer to home.

The guard brings Carly back to the visitor room, and Nelle is there. Nelle says, long time, no see. She came by to see how Carly was doing, since it’s not the Ritz. Carly says maybe she’ll see for herself one day, and asks what prompted the concern for her well-being. Nelle says Sonny stopped by to chat about family, and congratulated her on being a part of theirs. Carly bets he was super welcoming. Nelle says it got her thinking how everyone is rallying around her, and wanted Carly to know that she’s taking great care of her grandchild. Carly says she wouldn’t expect less. Nelle doesn’t want to worry her, but Josslyn is beside herself. She wants Carly to know that she’ll be there for Josslyn if she needs to talk or needs someone to listen. They’re very close. Speaking of which, Michael is moving back to the Quartermaine’s so he can be there for her and the baby. All those times Carly told Nelle that she’d never have her son? She was wrong.

Sonny asks Felix if he warned him that his dad was a shark. Felix says he realized it, but only his pride has taken a beating. He says Mike has great stories, and Sonny asks if there are any he hasn’t heard. Felix starts to repeat what Mike said about a friend of Sonny’s or Mike’s, when Mike wins another game. Felix wonders how he did that so fast, and says he guesses he’s on the hook for lunch.

Drew asks how Josslyn is, and Oscar says, shaken up. That’s why he went to Pentonville, hoping to smooth things over. Drew says that’s noble, but Oscar doesn’t know if he made it better or worse. Drew is sure he made it better. Oscar says, as much as he loves his mom, he’d always been jealous of Josslyn’s big family. Drew says now that he sees how crazy it is, he must be thanking his lucky stars it’s just been the two of them. Oscar says it’s not the two of them anymore. He has a sister and a great dad.

Nina tells Obrecht she doesn’t want vengeance for Nathan; she wants justice. If vengeance is what she has in mind, Nina is calling the PCPD, and telling them where to find their fugitive. Obrecht says she’s right. Vengeance is a temporary rush; they won’t kill him unless they have to. Nina says there’s no “we” about it; she’s not involved. Obrecht says they’ll keep him there, and when he’s had enough of their hospitality, they’ll get him to confess. Once his confession has been recorded, they’ll hand him over to the authorities. Nina says a coerced confession is meaningless. Obrecht says he will unburden himself and justice will be done. It’s what Nina wants, right? It’s the only way. Nina asks what she can do, and Obrecht says they’ll need food and supplies; she’ll send a list. She tells Nina to go back, and say nothing. She asks if they’re in it together. Nina agrees, and they shake hands.

Chase tells Maxie that hospital policy dictates the patient needs to be accompanied out. He asks if she has any takers, and she says Nina was supposed to be there. Chase says when you take over for someone loved like Nathan was, someone honorable, a lot is expected. Since Nathan can’t be there to do it himself, Chase would be honored – unless she has a better offer. Epiphany thinks she can entrust her patient to one of Port Charles’s finest, but if anything happens and it’s his fault, she’ll give his carcass to the med students. She leaves, and Maxie tells Chase that she’s kidding. She thinks. He wheels her out.

Finn sits next to Anna on the plane. He thought she’d like some company. He holds out his hand, and she puts her hand in his. They smile.

Peter tells Nina to let him go or get help. She says she’d call her brother, but he can’t come to the phone. She tells him that he’s in good hands, and he says she can’t leave him with this maniac. She leaves and Obrecht tells Peter that he talks too much, like his father. She puts a gag on him as she whistles. She says, that’s much better. Sweet, silent Henrik. She has the feeling they’ll get along famously.

Oscar starts to leave, and Drew says he’s glad Oscar stopped by. He tells Oscar to swing by HR, and fill out an application for internship. They hug, and Oscar says it will really make it a family business. He leaves, and Drew looks at the DNR and assembly flyer, side by side.

Sonny asks Josslyn if there’s no school, and she tells him it’s exam week. He has to talk to her about her mom. he wants to make things easy for Josslyn, and thinks she should stay with her dad. She asks if he wants to send her to Australia. He says her dad would be glad to see her, and the trial is going to be a circus. He wants to spare her that, and thinks her dad would agree. She says he wouldn’t want to be used as an excuse to run. She’s committed to her team, school is almost over, and she doesn’t want to be apart from Oscar. Sonny knows what she means.

Nelle tells Carly that Michael is sleeping in the room next to hers. Their relationship is evolving. She says it’s true near-tragedies bring people closer together. Carly totally freaks out, and starts banging on the glass and yelling. The guard takes her away, and she yells that Sonny is coming after Nelle, and he’s going to take everything from her. Nelle looks shocked.

Tomorrow, Jordan’s head is on the chopping block, Stella doesn’t want to talk about Curtis’s engagement, and Sam asks if Valentin is helping Alexis.

🍲 A Mix…

Nothing new on Bravo. I’m guessing The Real Housewives of the OC is back soon, since last season’s reunion was aired tonight, and next week is a How They Got Here special. Andy must be on vacation too, because Watch What Happens Live has been in reruns. He also has that tour going on with Anderson Cooper. They did have a 50th birthday party for Andy on Sunday night, with John Meyer as host. It was fun to see them turn the tables by putting Andy in the hot seat, and opening the vault to a video from his college days that he’d hoped would remain unearthed. His hair-do alone was reason enough. They’re also rerunning Dorinda’s Night of 31 Doorbells, which was a delightful gathering of many Bravo family members, when the show was in LA. Catch it if you can. I’m having difficulty caring about The Real Housewives of Potomac, but was never totally invested in them. I checked out Dietland (AMC), which had a promising start. I was also able to catch up with Westworld tonight, and think Maeve’s daughter might have a sporting chance. Even though she was captured by the Native American warriors, she wasn’t killed, and we don’t really know what their deal is yet. Next week, it looks like we might. I kind of wish they hadn’t jumped so quickly into the outside world getting involved, as well as the struggle between Maeve and Dolores. I would have liked to see more of what the park was like when it functioned, and how the various worlds dealt with suddenly being offline.

👠 Funny Footnote…

For the life of me, I couldn’t remember the name Dolores. When I finally looked it up, I realized it’s the same name Jerry Seinfeld once forgot in an episode of his sitcom. That Dolores finally gave him the hint that it rhymed with a female body part.

What I Watched Today

I mostly watched reruns of The Office today, but since Fear the Walking Dead was replaced by Jaws 2 tonight, I was thrilled to be able to watch 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in its entirety, and not at 2 in the morning. I’m somewhat obsessed with this show because it’s like the worst people in the world are on it. Okay, Jax isn’t on it, and maybe Big Brother might take the number one spot, but some really awful people are on this show. And I love it. Here’s my take on the couples so far. Obviously, Mohamad (still watching for that headline with his picture) and Danielle aren’t joining the cast, and the least horrible people, Lauren and Alexi, chose not to participate, as they want some privacy. So without further ado…

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

Pao and Russ went to Columbia to visit her dying grandmother. Whatever the hell city she’s from was very engaging and colorful, with a carnival atmosphere, but she’s apparently never been to NYC, since she said no city had that much passion in the US. I’m starting to think these two deserve each other. Pao is a selfish twit, insisting Russ move to Miami, leaving his native Oklahoma where he could actually make some money, because she wanted to further her nude picture modeling career. The sad part is, her family seem like decent people, and she claims to love them oh-so-much, but she’s barely talked to them in years, since moving to the States. I’m waiting for her to blame Russ, even though it’s obvious she loves Miami and being photographed naked for whatever gigs she does. (During the previews for next week, it looks like her family is going to blame Russ.) I should add that I’ve never seen her get her picture taken when she’s totally nakey, but might as well be. Russ isn’t happy about the lack of clothing, or even lingerie, which he finds different from a bikini because it evokes thoughts of bedroom antics. She’s basically called him a stick-in-the-mud for feeling the way he does, but I disagree. I’m not prude by any stretch of the imagination, but she knew how he felt, and agreed to terms she didn’t keep – all for the sake of this illustrious career. Honey, you are thirty. And while thirty isn’t old (I’d love to see it again), no one starts modeling at thirty. More like thirteen. I’m not denying that she’s doing legit modeling of some kind, but she acts like she’s Heidi Klum whenever she talks about her “career.” On the other hand, Russ can totally be a wet blanket. While in the city whose name I don’t know, a large group of motorcyclists came past. It turned out that Pao had known one of them since she was a teenager, and they’d briefly dated. Russ kept saying what tough guys bikers were, but dude, these guys were wearing neon and had stickers on their helmets. They were not the Hell’s Angels. To his credit, he did get on a bike for a spin, along with Pao, who rode with her friend. Russ got bent out of shape afterwards, when Pao said she and biker guy had dated, but it wasn’t anything serious. I mean, come on, it’s not like she suddenly hatched when she met him. She also has that mean queen friend, Juan, who’s been outright rude to Russ from the jump, probably because he lost his drinking/gossip buddy. I can’t imagine allowing a friend to talk to your SO the way Juan talks to Russ. Pao has repeatedly acted like she just doesn’t know what to do in the situation, but I know what I’d do. Dump Juan. I’m sure we’ll see him later in the season.

I just shook my head watching Anfisa and Jorge. First, he sought advice about divorce, and even his attorney thought he seemed more relaxed without Anfisa screeching at him every five minutes. I get it. He lied to her. But she could have gone back to Moscow if she’d wanted to, and she didn’t. Anyway, I blinked, and the next thing I knew, he couldn’t live without her again. They met at a restaurant, and she agreed to give it another shot, providing they get marriage counseling. But it looks like next week, she’s back on the fence again. I give up. Another two who deserve each other. I finally found out what the deal was that Jorge was alluding to with her profession in The Couples Tell All. Apparently, she’s done a nakey video with herself. While I didn’t look at the video, I did see some almost tasteful stills from RadarOnline, and it sure looks like her, pre boob job.

What I still haven’t found out is why Pedro calls Chantel Pinky. Maybe I don’t want to know. Their story was much of the same. Pedro’s momma is still waiting on her TV, whining for money, and saying his name in the most annoying way possible. He finally said he’d send her money to get her own damn TV, since it would be $1500 to ship. And I cry over $8. Chantel thought Pedro and her family would bond during a trip to a mountain cabin for five days. Pedro reluctantly agreed to go, but in the preview, says he wants to leave. So many cast members on reality shows love to cut out when the going gets tough, they should issue roller blades with every contract. He’s never going to forgive them for the display of disrespect to his family in the DR. My jury is out on that. After his mother called them stupid Americans and offered them chicken feet to eat, I’m not so sure I blamed them for not wanting more of the same. For the record, Pedro kept saying they eat chicken feet all the time, but other than his cursory nibble at one to prove his point, they went untouched by all. His mother and sister were definitely playing Chantel’s family. On the other hand, her family overreacted when they went to his grandma’s house in the middle of nowhere, sat in the car for a couple of hours, refusing to get out, and then left.

Molly decided to give Luis another chance, although I’m not sure why. Despite his insane ranting at her last season, about having Buddhas and owls all over the place, he actually seems like an okay guy. An okay guy who isn’t ready for the responsibility of a family. Daughter Olivia booked, deciding to stay at her boyfriend’s house while Luis was in the picture. Molly tracked her down, and Olivia said she was being selfish, but agreed to try and work things out. It sounded like Molly said she was done again, but we’ve been there before. SPOILER: I read that Molly has since filed for divorce, and Luis went on a social media rant about how TLC is racist and he’s going to sue them. Good luck with that.

Azan was still waiting on his K1 visa, while Nicole was on pins and needles. When Azan finally did call, no surprise, the video began to break up. How bad is the Wi-Fi in Morocco anyway? First, Azan was required to get a statement from a third party, confirming that the two of them had actually been a couple during the past two years. Then he was denied. Nicole’s mom thought maybe he didn’t really want to come, and had sabotaged things, but in the preview, the lawyer Nicole sees, tells her that he has ties to drug smugglers. Ruh Roh! These two seem too young to be getting that involved anyway. Face it, her weight is always going to be an issue for him, and she’s just looking for a daddy for her daughter.

Annie and David were living in friend Chris’s refurbished firehouse – mega cool digs – but Chris’s wife put the kibosh on Chris funding David. While I’m not sure what David’s problem is with the job thing, it seemed kind of mean to cut him off abruptly when Chris had promised to float him for a few months. He also suddenly asked for $1000 a month rent, which was like a double-whammy. Annie can’t work because she hasn’t gotten her green card yet, and she’s going stir crazy, since she can’t get a driver’s license either. Life in America hasn’t worked out the way she thought, since they’re clipping coupons and she had to pawn her jewelry. That’s right. You can’t believe everything you see on TV – we are not all the Carringtons. His son is moving in with them, which doesn’t make newlywed Annie too happy, since she likes being loud during sex, and… Never mind, it’s bad enough she gave me a mental picture that I can never erase.

🐎 Thoughts on Westworld, which I also got to watch in its regular time-slot. Wow. This show is a little depressing, but I love a good head lopping, and we’re getting a lot of that. The Shogunworld storyline was sad, and so is the wiping of Teddy’s mind. Mostly because I like James Marsden. It looks like Delores is only on her own side, and Maeve has telepathic powers, but is using them for good, trying to help other hosts and humans. Too bad she was a little late for Sakura.  I did approve of the man bun on the dudes in Shogunworld, so they are now added to the list of one – Josh from Sweet Home Oklahoma – that gets my okay. Another thought – whose cleaning up that mess?

🍸 Monday night at 9 pm, BRAVO will be serving up Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed. It’s also being rerun at 10 pm. I love the Secrets shows. They were once called Lost Footage, until the network stopped insulting the viewers with that title. Like I really thought Andy Cohen looked in one of his desk drawers and suddenly found it. The clips are random, but usually more lighthearted, and I swear they save a few things that are better than what we’ve seen during the season.

🏥 General Hospital has no new episode tomorrow. They’re airing the episode from April 13. Normally on a holiday, they rerun something significant, but I can’t tell from the blurb which one it is; it’s so vague.

General Hospital

Lulu tells Peter that Anna is helping her find Henrik.

Emma promises it will be the best show ever.

Julian tells Kim she looks spectacular, and she does, in a black sleeveless gown with gold sequined flowers, and blue tassel earrings. I love a tassel. He tells her pretty much anything can happen at the Nurses’ Ball.

Lucy is introduced. She says, while the glitz and glamour has its place, the real star quality is the desire to help each other. The nurses sing Everyday People, with Epiphany starting the song. Nurse Deanna also makes her debut. The choreography is pretty good. Confetti falls at the end.

Lucy thanks their sponsor Olay, and says 100% of the donations will be going to HIV/AIDS research and support. She tells everyone to mingle and get out their checkbooks. Jordan greets Chase, and he says he’s taking one for the team, even if the team doesn’t want to rehearse together. Curtis sees Stella, and says he didn’t expect her to be there. She says she got an offer she couldn’t refuse; Mike invited her. Curtis asks if she’s sticking around all night. She tells him that she’s not giving any thought to him and Jordan, and to just go on and have a good time.

Mike tells Sonny it’s great to have a date. Too bad Carly couldn’t be there. He asks where she is again, but Bobbie comes by, and asks if she can borrow Sonny. Mike says he’ll mingle; he doesn’t want his date getting jealous. Bobbie tells Sonny she can’t believe Carly is spending a second night in jail. Nelle baited her all afternoon, and Carly pushed back, but no way did she push her down the stairs. Sonny says he didn’t want to be there tonight, but his dad wanted to come. Bobbie has one of the best looks of the evening; a body-hugging royal blue gown, with a mermaid hem, open-shoulders, and bell sleeves. Along with the required tassel earrings in silver.

Emma asks if she’s going to have to confiscate Anna’s phone. Anna claims she’s trying to contact Robert, but Robin doesn’t buy it. She says either Anna is waiting to hear from Finn, or looking for Henrik.

Maxie tells Sam that she’s surprised Jason isn’t there. He doesn’t like formal events, but always makes an exception for the Nurses’ Ball. Nina says it’s a great turnout. Maxie says Nina should kick back and relax, but Nina says she’s performing later. Afterwards, Valentin is whisking her and Charlotte away for a mini vacation. She wonders if anyone has a cigarette. Peter tells her nobody smokes anymore; thank God he never did. She thanks him for saving her from herself. Peter steps away to make a call. Sam needs a drink.

Valentin is talking on the phone in French, when Peter interrupts, telling him to hang up now. Valentin finishes his call, and tells Peter that he’s rude. He’s planning a trip, and making the final arrangements. Peter says that Anna set him up, and Valentin knew about it. Valentin tells him to get a grip. Peter says she’s going to expose him, and Valentin is leaving him high and dry. It’s his fault. Sam watches them.

Alexis startles Sam, who says she’s nervous for her. Alexis says she’s nervous enough for herself. If it’s any consolation, Finn is introducing her. Sam asks how that happened, and Alexis thinks it was his idea. Sam is glad things are going well between them. Alexis is too.

Finn looks at Anna, and thinks about the will again. He goes to her table, and Emma asks why he doesn’t text; she needs to know what her grandma is up to. Anna says she can text just fine. Finn asks if Anna is performing, and she says she performed at last one.

Chase sits with Lulu. He asks if Dante is nervous, or is he used to performing? She’s like, um… and Lucy grabs Chase, saying she’s trying to keep the show moving. Dante brings Lulu a drink, and she says Chase thinks Dante is performing with him. Dante wonders where he got that idea.

Valentin knows Peter is rattled, but tells him not to do anything rash. He has too much at stake. Peter says Anna is making a fool out of Valentin, and he’s too infatuated to notice. He’s going to deal with Anna himself.

In the dressing room, Chase asks Dante why he’s not dressed, and where the other guys are. If he didn’t know better, he’d think he had to do this on his own. Dante says he’s sorry, and Chase asks if Dante is saying he is on his own.

Lucy introduces Chase. Dante tells him that whatever happens, it’s for a worthy cause. He sings Feel It Still, with a Dick Tracy motif. At least he has back-up singers/dancers. It’s a great number, and Finn actually smiles.

Sam sneaks around, and goes to Peter’s office. She thinks about Curtis saying what’s missing from dude’s background is his background.

Alexis tells Finn his brother is a hit, and asks if he can sing like that. He says not if his life depended on it. (Not since he was vampire Caleb on Port Charles anyway.)

Jordan tells Chase that she’s sorry he got set up, but he clearly turned the tables; he did the department proud. She tells Dante that he needs to take a page out of his partner’s book. Dante says, next year, and Chase tells him, no hard feelings. They shake hands. Curtis blows past Jordan, and Nina says she has to take care of something. Valentin says he’ll miss her, but after the Ball, she’s all his. She says, always, and he tells her he doesn’t think he could live without her and Charlotte. Nina says good thing he’ll never have to find out. She leaves, and he glares at Peter, who is looking at Anna.

Maxie tells Peter that she wants to say hi to Kim, and he says he has email to check. She tells him not to be a workaholic. He looks at the last email from Anna.

Sam looks through Peter’s stuff. Faison’s lighter is on his desk.

Lucy says the next performer is going to dazzle and delight them. She introduces Obstacle Illusion, and his assistant, Mirage. Nina comes out. She creates a puff of smoke, and Curtis appears. He asks, who’s ready for some magic? He turns his black scarf into rainbow colors, and then makes a bouquet of flowers appear. He asks, what good is a magic act without a card trick, and asks an audience member to pick a card before revealing that the cards are all attached. He tells Nina Mirage the stage is messy, and picks up some scraps of paper, turning them into a newspaper. He says he needs a volunteer, and Nina picks Jordan. Curtis claims they’ve never met before, but his mental skills tell him that she’s the police commissioner. Stella is hoping maybe he’ll saw her in half. Curtis quietly tells Jordan to just go with him. He and Nina put her in a large box, and he says he’s going to change her life. They twirl the box around, and Jordan comes back out. She says she feels the same, but has a silver dollar in her hand. Curtis says he’s been looking for that. If he rubs it, he can make whatever he wants. He turns it into a ring, and says the magic is already happening. They came back into each other’s lives, and found something miraculous. He doesn’t want to take the miracle for granted. He gets down on one knee, and asks her to believe in their magic and marry him. Stella is obviously disgruntled. Jordan says yes, and there’s applause and confetti. They kiss. There’s no applause from Stella, who tells Mike this is full of complications. He asks if she’s one of them, but she says it’s too much to go into. He tells her the graveyard is full of people who hold grudges. Take it from him, none of it matters.

Kim asks Maxie if she’s okay. Maxie says she’s trying not to be a nervous mom-to-be; the baby has been more active than usual. Kim tells her that’s normal, and the baby probably just wants to party. If Maxie needs to talk, come see her. Maxie says she’ll be fine.

Anna is back to staring at her phone, and Robin is like, mom… Anna says Emma isn’t there, so she’s not setting a bad example. Robin tells her to knock herself out; she’s going to mingle. Anna reads a message from Henrik: Midnight – Pier 55 – Come alone.

Maxie tells Peter the baby is fine; her, not so much. The proposal was beautiful, and she’s happy for them. Nathan would be too, if he was there, but he’s not. He’s gone, and sometimes it hits her. She leaves and Peter follows.

Sam totally misses seeing the lighter. Someone starts to open the door. The cleaning guy comes in, asking if anyone is there. Sam says just her. He asks where Peter is at, and she says, at the Ball. He asks, why isn’t she?

Sonny hugs Robin, who says she always feels Stone’s presence on this night. Sonny does too. He’s glad she could make it; it wouldn’t be the same without her. he wants to thank her for recognizing that his father was off. She wishes she’d been mistaken. Sonny says it scared the hell out of him. He didn’t want to come tonight because of Carly, but she insisted he come for his dad’s sake and his memories. Really? When was that? It was Stella who told him to do go.

Mike tells Stella that even if she doesn’t approve, she should give points to Curtis for style. She says style has never been his problem. He’s all flash and dazzle, and can charm birds from the trees. She bets Mike knows about that, but he says, according to his son, he’s an amateur.

Lulu tells Sonny that his son has egg on his face. Dante says he played a joke on Chase, but the joke was on him. He’d told Chase it was a group act. Lulu says, it’s karmic justice; he’s super talented. Dante says maybe not super, and Sonny asks if he’s jealous.

Finn slips out.

Lucy says there’s a slight change in the lineup. The next act can’t perform. Mac & Mr. Marvel are stranded out of town, so they’re going to make the award presentation. She needs Finn.

Backstage, Anna looks at the text from Henrik. Finn startles her. He says they can’t keep doing this.

Alexis says Finn must have stepped out, but Lucy needs to keep the show rolling. Molly says she can step in.

Peter asks Maxie if she’d be more comfortable in his office, and gives her a hanky. She says she’s fine; she has to stop this. He tells her not to be hard on herself. It’s been a tough night. He asks if he said something wrong, and she tells him that Nathan gave her his hanky the first night they met. She almost gave it away, but is glad Sam intervened. I’m surprised she can’t guess Peter and Nathan are related. What men carry hankies anymore?

Sam tells the cleaning guy that when you’re a boss, you never have the night off. She needs to pick up a file, and asks if he can come back later. She sees the lighter, and thinks about Peter saying no one smokes anymore, and thank God he never did.

Molly introduces Alexis. She says she’s watched and admired Alexis her whole life. As a lawyer, activist, and mom, she’s overcome personal and professional adversity.

Finn tells Anna now he knows why she’s been pushing him away. She asks how he found out. He says, so she admits it, and she tells him that she was afraid of what he’d think. He says all the time they wasted. She asks what he’s talking about, and he says if she can’t say it, he will. He knows she’s dying. Alexis overhears.

Molly wants to introduce her hero, role model, and mom; and the first recipient of the Port Charles Pioneer award. There’s applause, but no Alexis.

Finn tells Anna that they need to stop playing games with one another. She wonders why he’s carrying on, and he tells her that he still cares; he never stopped. He wouldn’t want anything to happen without her knowing how much he cares.

Valentin tells Nina they have to leave. They need to pick up Charlotte. She asks why they can’t go tomorrow, but he says he doesn’t want to. There’s nothing worth delaying the vacation of a lifetime.

Maxie promises to wash Peter’s hanky. She thinks she wants to go back in. She has to move around. The baby is being active, but the doctor says it’s a good thing. They go back in.

Sam picks up the lighter, and sees the initials CF. She says, Cesar Faison.

Tomorrow, Maxie asks Peter to take her home, Finn is sorry it took so long, and Sonny tells Stella it’s not good to show the world how you feel.

Southern Charm

Cameran calls mom Bonnie. She’s getting stuff together to go to the hospital. She has her last OB appointment and they might induce labor. Bonnie thinks she might be having contractions. Cameran feels tunnel-visioned and focused. She doesn’t want Bonnie being anxious and crazy, and Bonnie promises to be calm. It’s the last time Cameran is going to be in her house without a kid, and it’s something she never thought would happen.

Kathryn meets Chelsea and her roommate/trainer at the gym. Kathryn says her body has changed since having kids. The do some kettle bell work, and I approve. I love kettle bells. After the workout, Kathryn tells Chelsea that she’s feeling lonely. She has to learn how to get herself out there again. She tells Chelsea about Thomas flirting with her in front of Ashley. She says he likes making two girls jealous of one another. In her interview, she says she has Thomas where she wants him; it’s almost like a formula. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Craig meets Austen at the park, and they go for a run. Austen says Victoria texted him after a party and said she wanted to come over. He’d been dating her and everything was fine until he realized he still had feelings for Chelsea. When they’re together, there’s flirtation that builds, but then plateaus. He thinks she’s not interested. Craig says they don’t have the same lifestyle; that’s why he and Naomie broke up. Austen says he wants to keep the friendship with Chelsea, but he and Victoria mesh. Craig thinks they both need to man up and move on.

Naomie’s roommate, Wilson, helps her fold sheets. She’s glad Craig wasn’t at the Nico opening, since she could concentrate on herself instead of them fighting. She went to business school, since she wanted to run her own company one day, and it’s time to prove herself.

Shep calls his dad, Rip. Shep and Rip. No words. Shep’s brother is having a child, and Shep says Rip must be relieved the Rose name will live on. He thinks it’s obvious he won’t have a traditional life, but thinks he might have anxiety about it as he gets older. His investment in bars was unhealthy, so now he’s renovating his house on the beach for rental. He calls it mailbox money – setting things up so you can do what you want and still get income.

Patricia meets with stylist Madison at Gwynn’s for Ashley’s make-over. Patricia doesn’t usually do personal styling, but is making an exception. Otherwise, Thomas will be on Medicare before he gets married. Ashley arrives. She sees Patricia’s ring, and asks her to go ring shopping with her when the time comes. Ashley models some outfits. The stylist puts her in Chanel with Jimmy Choo shoes. Ashley says she feels like a Barbie doll, and Patricia tells her to never refer to herself that way. Champagne is popped. With another outfit, Ashley feels like Pretty Woman, and that reference gets a no as well. Patricia asks if she and Thomas have talked about making it permanent. Ashley says she didn’t move across the country for no reason. Patricia says if and when it goes on too long, if you have to give an ultimatum, so be it. She asks if Ashley is going to start her career there, but Ashley makes some excuse about getting her license. Patricia tells her not to make the mistake of playing house and quitting her job; she thinks it’s burdensome to men. In her interview, Patricia says she knows how to close the deal, and dated her current fiancé four months before he asked her to marry him. She tells Ashley that it makes women more attractive to have a life. It tips the scale, and he’ll want her on a permanent basis. In her interview, Patricia says, she’s had successes, and the proof is in the pudding. The bill comes to over ten grand, and Patricia says, thank you, Thomas.

Chelsea calls brother Kyle who invites her to join him the tiki bar. She’s waiting for a call or text about Cameran’s baby. In her interview, she says when she lived with Cameran, Kyle was their third roommate. She’d been secretly hoping Cameran would date him. She’s going to Hilton Head in a couple of days with Shep and the gang, and wants to see their old house nearby. He asks if she’s going to introduce Shep to their family. She asks if a certain aunt still has all the cats. He says she has twenty raccoons now.

Shep meets Whitney and Thomas for drinks. Thomas says he’s happy with what he’s got. Whitney hasn’t seen any drawbacks. Thomas says they’re the same with all women – you can’t date. Shep says she can withstand the madness, and Thomas says she can handle Kathryn. They’ve been getting along better than they ever have, and he says when they were together, the pressure was on them from day one. He talks about them spontaneously hooking up on occasion. In his interview, Shep thinks Thomas is still drawn to Kathryn. She’s hot and witty, but there’s something vulnerable about her that makes you want to make sure she’s okay. He asks if Thomas was walking the razor’s edge flirting with her at the party.

Kathryn wasn’t expecting to get any sort of job at Gwynn’s, but was offered an internship. They start off with a styling exercise. Madison gives Kathryn a customer profile, and tells her what the customer wants. She’s a solid ten nervous. The only store she’s worked in is an ice cream shop. There was no pattern or reasoning to the jobs she’s had; she just picked a job and went with it. She loves clothes and fashion, and knows she has potential. She just has to find the right fit. She shows Madison what she’s picked out and why. Madison tells her to think outside the box, and suggests more color and accessories. She loves where Kathryn’s head is at, and it’s a good start.

Austen meets Victoria for dinner. They order ceviche. Victoria talks about her job and suggests coming over on her two-hour lunch break. She asks what Austen wants, and he says he wants to be with her. She asks when he realized this. He sees them giving it a shot, but she wants to make sure he won’t freak out again. She wants his loyalty and to be able to trust him. He says he doesn’t think Chelsea as feelings for him, and Victoria says they’re either together or not. He says they are, and apologizes for his indecision. She accepts, but says it won’t be accepted again. My mind wanders to how these people eat outside a lot of the time, and that leads me to the thought that I’d love to live there, but it’s too damn hot.

Patricia gets ready for an Asian-themed dinner. Whitney puts the fortunes in the cookies. It’s an all-male dinner, and we flash back to others she’s had. She asks if her kimono makes her butt look big.

Thomas arrives first. He and Whitney discuss their suits, and Patricia calls them two vanity prone males. Austen is next, followed by JD (bleh). Thomas says he and Ashley had a quarrel. They were at a piano bar, and she wanted to leave, but he was having a good time. He told her he’s not putting up with this crap. He’s fifty-five, and doesn’t want her hovering over him. Patricia says she’s just looking out for him, but he says he doesn’t want to be controlled. Shep comes in, and Patricia asks where Craig is. Shep says he’s probably sewing her an excuse.

Craig walks in, and says it looks like the Oxford Club. When Shep asks what’s going on, he says he’s just living life. He wants a dog, but travels too much, and Naomie got the cat. Thomas asks if he has visitation rights. Austen says he has a date with Victoria, and Patricia asks what happened to Chelsea. He tells Patricia that he’s moved on.

Dinner is served. Whitney says it’s vegan, and most beneficial for healthfulness and mindfulness. The chef explains the dishes. Shep thought tempeh was a city in Arizona. Everyone declares the food delicious. Patricia hopes every year that the guys get over their Peter Pan Syndrome, but thinks it goes into perpetuity. She says woman ruined their possibilities of getting married because they act like wives with no commitment. In her era, you were a spinster after thirty, admitting they do get worried about the biological clock. Thomas why they can’t have as many wives as they can afford, because he’s an idiot. Patricia tells them about the shopping trip with Ashely. Thomas says it went to five figures, and Patricia says she didn’t ask the price of anything because it’s tacky. Rich people problems. JD’s fortune cookie says his prescription for Adderall is running low. Ha-ha! How about giving him something to knock him out? Thomas opens his, and it says, every exit is an entrance to new experiences. Craig says if that was the case, he’d have fewer kids. Thomas tells them that Ashley wants a child, and Craig asks if she’s using birth control. Thomas says, no, and I wonder why him using it isn’t an option. Patricia says Ashley loved her ring, and Thomas says they’d have to go to the Smithsonian to get one. While he’s talking, Thomas slips, and says Kathryn instead of Ashley.

Kathryn leaves a message for Thomas, asking if he wants to have dinner.

Cameran is back home. The doctor put her on a drip to have contractions, but her body wasn’t having it. Her cervix is like a steel trap. She did a walk of shame out of the hospital with no baby. The doctor told her to wait, and she’ll come when she’s ready. In her interview, Cameran says she’s been pregnant too long, and needs this baby out of her.

Kathryn meets Thomas at a restaurant for dinner. Outside. He points out that they both wore green. She fixes his hair. Sometimes, they really are like an old married couple. They decide to split the fish special. What did I just say? Kathryn wants to be honest, and says Thomas posted a photo of him, Ashley, and the kids on social media, and it hurt her feelings. She was brokenhearted, and just lying on the couch, numb. It looked like a family photo. Thomas sincerely gets it, and apologizes. He realizes it’s hard for her, and will be more respectful.

They discuss Saint’s birthday. It’s on a Thursday, and Kathryn asks if he’d be interested in helping her plan something for Sunday. She wants to show the kids they can be friends. He tells her about Kensie asking why they’re not together. Kathryn starts to say, she wishes, and Thomas interrupts, saying, they could get back together? She says, no. She means it when she says she wants them to be friends and get along. They shake on it. She fixes his hair again.

Next time, Naomie brings kitty Gizmo to Craig as a peace offering, Ashley doesn’t want to be excluded from Saint’s birthday, Victoria asks if Austen has talked to Chelsea about them, and the trip to Hilton Head happens.

🎬 Bryan Cranston is a never-ending font of talent. I watched Trumbo last weekend, and he blew me away again. The film centers around Dalton Trumbo, Hollywood’s greatest screenwriter, until he was blacklisted by the House Un-American Activities committee during the McCarthy era. An excellent depiction of a paranoia that cost people their livelihoods, but also of the man himself. I was riveted.

General Hospital

At the door of the Quartermaine mansion, Carly says she can do this. Monica answers, saying it’s an unexpected pleasure. It’s an unexpected Monica too, since she’s temporarily being played by Patty McCormack of Bad Seed fame. Monica asks if she and Carly had a breakfast appointment, but Carly say she’s accepting Monica’s information to co-host the baby shower. Nelle joins them, and Carly says she feels strongly about giving her a fitting tribute.

Ava tells Griff how Avery didn’t shed a tear when she dropped her off at school. He says Avery sounds like an independent lady already. Ava can’t believe Avery is with her, and tomorrow she’ll get to do it again. She assumes he’s still thinking she went too far to make this miracle happen. Griff says he’s happy Avery is with her, no matter how she accomplished it. The timing works out too. Ava asks for what, and he says, for him to move out.

Franco is procrastinating before he goes to meet Steve. He tells Elizabeth that he’s decades late, so avoiding him for another fifteen minutes won’t matter. He says it’s also Jake’s birthday, but Elizabeth tells him that the best present he can give Jake is himself, cleared of his demons. The sooner he leaves, the sooner he’s home. They have lots to celebrate.

Kim goes to Charlie’s. She wants to talk about Kelly’s with Julian. He asks if she means when she blew him off to have lunch with Drew. She says he deliberately brought up Sam with Drew. Julian apologizes, saying he was in a mood. Seeing her with Drew brought out worst in him. She says she didn’t love it, and hopes it won’t happen again. Alexis walks in, and asks, why was she summoned before her second cup of coffee?

Jason brings a birthday gift to Elizabeth’s house. She calls Jake downstairs, telling Jason that he’s home with a stomach ache. Jake says, hi, and Jason says, hey. I see the apple didn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to conversation.

Franco meets Steve at Kelly’s. Steve says he almost didn’t show, and Franco says it’s something else they have in common. They introduce themselves, and shake hands.

Curtis asks if Alexis is on board, and Jordan says they’re walking a fine line. Alexis is clueless, and Molly tells her the reconstruction of Charles Street is taking forever. Kim says the people can’t begin to cover their medical expenses either. Curtis says they have to put the pressure on. Alexis asks why she’s there. Stella says she’s a lawyer, and they’re going to sue their britches off.

Ned tells Olivia-Q that he promised a new day for Port Charles, but instead, got a nightmare. The repairs have barely started, and as mayor, he should do more. Olivia says he can’t coerce the insurance companies to pay up or rebuild it himself. He says the devastation Jim created remains, funds are barely trickling in, and people are hurting. She has something that might boost his outlook.

Ava says Griff doesn’t have to leave because of Avery, and his apartment isn’t ready yet. He tells her that he can get a room. It seems like a logical solution. It was supposed to be a temporary situation, and she needs to get Avery settled. Ava says he’s such a big advocate for honesty; why not be honest? It’s not about Avery or a temporary arrangement. He can’t forgive her for using Mike as leverage. He tells her there’s no sense in rehashing it. She says she apologized for being less than forthcoming, but she’s not sorry. She’s a mother, and did what she had to. Griff say she did what she had to in order to expedite the change in custody. He can’t change it, but doesn’t have to like it. She says he’d told her he accepted her for who she is, and wouldn’t presume to judge her. When did that change?

Monica says she has everything sewn up, but Carly insists on helping. She asks what about desserts? They have a new pastry chef that makes incredible macaroons. Monica says it’s not necessary, but Nelle thinks it would be wonderful. Monica agrees Carly can provide macaroons and will inform Cook 2 to add them to the menu. Nelle says it’s a lovely gesture, and appreciates it, since Carly has every right to hate her. Not just for the past, but for what she did recently as well. She can’t go on treating Carly this way, and has a confession to make.

Elizabeth tells Jake that Jason stopped by to wish him a happy birthday. Jason asks how he’s feeling, and Jake wonders why. Elizabeth says he’s referring to Jake’s reason for being home, and Jake says he’s starting to feel better. Jason asks if there’s a party planned, and Jake says, just family – his mom, brother, Drew, and Franco. Jason gives him a card. Jake says thanks, but doesn’t open it, saying he’ll open it when Drew comes, so he can open everything at the same time. Jason hopes he gets everything he wants and more. Elizabeth asks Jason to stay for a bit, but Jake doesn’t look too sure.

Steve says he knew Jim after Franco did; he was probably his last victim. He doesn’t like using that word, but it’s what they are. Franco says they’re members of a club no one wants to be in. He tells Steve that nobody shed a tear to find out Jim was dead, and Steve says everyone at the office was stunned. He says he was relieved, and explains he works at Niagara Equities; he’s the VP of finance. Franco can’t believe Steve worked for Jim after what he did. He’s not judging, but doesn’t get it. Steve says that’s fair. He’s asked himself the same thing. When he met Jim, he was a kid on the street; no family, no nothing. Jim was good to him – until he wasn’t. He stayed because he didn’t have anything else. It was next to impossible to cut the cord. He couldn’t let go. Franco says he understands what it means more than Steve knows.

Alexis asks who they’re suing, and Stella says Niagara Equities, and the fat cats taking their sweet time repairing the area. Molly suggests staging a protest if they have to. Lucy asks if she can intercept the conversation for a moment. She discourages them from a massive protest, as it will make the property values go down more than they are already. Julian tells her to hold on, and she says it’s funny coming from the one person who had no damage. Kim says Charlie has been generous, confusing Lucy. Alexis explains it’s a nickname, and tells them that they can’t squeeze blood from a turnip.

Ava tells Griff that they both have flaws and weaknesses, but they have strengths too, and should use them to get through the rough patches. They can’t turn tail and run whenever one of them disappoints the other. He says he’s not running. He was disappointed in how she used Mike. He hates seeing her revert – he stops. She finishes, to how she used to be before he saved her. That’s really why he’s leaving. He’s all out of miracles.

Nelle tells Carly that she thought asking her and Sonny to be guardians was a gesture of good will, but as usual, she just managed to upset Carly. Carly says her showing up is a gesture too. Nelle says, like yesterday, how she took Josslyn shopping for the shower gift. Her best intentions only cause more pain. She’d thought naming the baby Morgan would be a good thing; someone Carly loved and could remember. Carly thinks it’s nice that Nelle helped Josslyn to buy her a present. Monica says the present is for the baby, but Carly says it’s for the mama too. Of course she appreciates Nelle making them guardians, but it caused a huge debate, and Michael ripped up the papers. If she chooses to have them redrawn, they’ll step up if something happens to her – God forbid.

Jason asks if Jake is excited about school being almost over. Jake says he is, but he likes school. Jason asks what he’s studying, and Jake says the usual stuff. Elizabeth interjects that his favorite subjects are art and math. Jake says Drew helps him with math, and Franco helps with his art. Elizabeth says he’s a good student. The phone rings, and Elizabeth tells Jake it’s an international call. It’s Spencer, and Jake goes upstairs to talk. Elizabeth asks if Jason is okay. He says, it will take time for them to know each other, and Elizabeth says they will.

Alexis says the rule of thumb in civil court is that if you can’t collect, don’t sue. They’ll have their day in court, and might beat Niagara, but it’s not a slam dunk. Niagara is bankrupt. Curtis says they still have capital, but Alexis says it will take years and cost a fortune. (Or as I would say, get in line behind the rest of the creditors.) Stella asks where people are supposed to live in the meantime – their cars? Molly still likes the idea of a protest. Lucy tells them to keep their options open, and leaves. Julian asks if there’s really nothing they can do, and Alexis says there might be one thing.

Olivia gives Ned her tablet, and says it’s a teaser trailer. If there’s any interest, they can do more. It’s a taste of what the city has to offer. Olivia stands in front of the hospital, and says, welcome to Port Charles, New York, and the many people and places that make it a unique and vibrant community. Inside the hospital she asks Griff about the hospital. Griff looks a little petrified to be on camera, and says the hospital is state of the art, and has an award-winning staff who cares about the people of the city. Olivia goes to Kelly’s, and says sooner or later everyone ends up there. She asks Jordan what she would like the people to know about the city. Jordan says, it’s a place for everyone, culturally and economically diverse, which makes the city richer. Olivia shows off the MetroCourt next, and says Port Charles is a great place to visit, and an even better place to live. She asks Ned what he thinks. He grabs her and says he thinks she’s amazing.

Nelle tells Carly that her help with the shower means so much. They might never be friends, but she hopes for the baby’s sake, they’ll never be enemies. Carly says she wants to make it a memorable occasion. Nelle has to check in with work. She says Ava is working from home, since she’s getting Avery settled. She apologizes, saying she did it again. Carly says she works for Ava, so her name is going to come up. She tells Nelle to give Avery a hug for her and her daddy. Nelle leaves, and Monica asks, what’s the catch? Carly has no idea what she means, and Monica says she shows up brimming with ideas, like she’s Nelle’s BFF. What is she up to?

Griff tells Ava to stop accusing him of saving her soul, and cut the priest references. She says he caught her off guard; what is she supposed to think? They barely said good morning, when he springs this on her. He doesn’t want to leave like this, and she tells him to stay and work it out. Lucy knocks at the door, and Ava tells her to go away. Lucy says it’s in her best interest to open the door, and starts banging on it. Ava says it better be good, and Lucy says it’s about the Nurses’ Ball, and there’s nothing more important. Ava says she gave her contribution already. Lucy remembers, and says she was disappointed. She shows Ava a check with nothing filled in.

Jason complements a picture Jake did, and Elizabeth says Franco helped him. He recognized Jake’s talent early on. She feels that if Jason knew Franco’s whole story… but it’s not her place to give the details. She had faith in him, even when he had none in himself.

Franco tells Steve that he was afraid, and his fear bought his silence. Jim wanted him to keep his mouth shut. He blocked it to the point where he forgot altogether. If he hadn’t done that or stopped Jim, he could have spared Steve and the others. Steve tells Franco that he’s full of crap.

Ava says she wrote it out. The lightbulb comes on over my head when I remember her using Nelle’s pen. Griff leaves, and Lucy hopes she wasn’t interrupting anything. Ava asks if it would make a difference, and she says, heck no. Lucy asks how long they’ve been living together; what’s the deal? Ava says she has a long day, and she’s sure Lucy does too, so Ava doesn’t want to keep her. She gives Lucy another check, and Lucy says she’s going right to the bank. She obviously needs to deposit it right away. She leaves, and Ava looks at the check copies in her checkbook. She says, something’s not right. She takes out the pen. I wonder if she swiped Nelle’s pen, and then wonder if there is such a thing as disappearing ink.

Carly drops her pill bottle, and Monica asks if she’s anxious. Carly asks if Monica is shaming her, and says it’s unbecoming for a doctor. Monica says now the real Carly shows up. Carly says the real Monica too. She knows Monica won’t forgive her about AJ, but he was self-destructive. Monica remembers Carly taking advantage of that, and Carly asks why she’s turning a blind to Nelle. Is she punishing Carly for making her grandchild a Corinthos, by making Carly’s a Quartermaine, even if it means sucking up to a scheming snake? Well, wouldn’t the child be a Quartermaine regardless? It’s not like Monica got Nelle pregnant. Monica says she’s having a shower to celebrate Nelle and the baby. If Carly can’t manage to be civil, she can keep her flowers and macaroons, and stay home. Carly says, wild horses couldn’t keep her away.

Elizabeth asks Jake how Spencer is, and Jake says, great. He told him that Jason was there, and then felt badly because Spencer has no dad, and he has three. Jason tells him to enjoy his birthday, and starts to leave. Jake says he changed his mind. He wants to open Jason’s gift now; he doesn’t want to wait.

Steve thinks Franco wants him to be mad at him. He says he just started therapy, and either he’s a fast learner or Franco is behind. He’s still covering up for Jim, and buying into his lies by making it his fault. He bets that’s what Jim said; Franco is bad and it’s his fault. It was his go-to move, and he probably said it to all of them until Franco and his friend stopped him. Steve did what he needed to survive, and Franco did too. None of it is his fault. Jim is dead. Let what he did die with him. Franco wishes he could, but doesn’t think it’s possible.

Molly says she’ll fill TJ in, and tells Jordan congratulations. Curtis stands behind Jordan, shaking his head. Jordan asks what she’s being congratulated for, and Molly says if her mom’s plan works, they won’t be bothering Jordan. Jordan’s phone rings, and she steps away. Molly tells Curtis that she’s sorry. He tells her no deal has been done yet.

Alexis finds Ned, and he says her timing is perfect. Olivia came up with a plan to revitalize the city. For once they’re on the same page. Alexis doubts it.

Carly asks Griff if he’s alone for breakfast. He says he’s planning on an extended stay. She asks if he finally came to his senses and left Ava.

At Ava’s, Nelle says she’s working on a blanket; something for the shower. Ava says people are supposed to bring gifts to her. Nelle says it’s special. Ava says she has something else that’s special; Nelle’s pen. She shouldn’t leave it around. She asks if it’s part of the plan to bring Carly down, and tells Nelle she used it to write a check, and can’t have it around. Whatever Nelle is up to, Ava is out entirely. Nelle says things have escalated, and she thinks Ava should take a more active role.

Jason has given Jake tickets to a minor league game on Memorial Day. He tells Jake that he can take anyone he wants. Jake thanks him, and asks if he can come. Jason says he wouldn’t miss it.

Franco colors the placemat. He tells Steve that Jim has other victims. Steve says the company lost everything because of the illegal drilling. He tells Franco not to give up. He might be able to help.

Alexis tells Ned and Olivia the video sounds wonderful. She hopes it boosts the city’s economy. Ned will need it to defray legal costs. She assumes he’ll want a jury trial. Ned is perplexed, and she says the people hit the hardest, the residents of Charles Street, are suing the city of Port Charles.

Griff tells Carly that he and Ava are still together, but Avery is living there. Carly says, part time. She says he’s Mike’s doctor. He knew Mike was innocent, and did nothing while Ava charged him with kidnapping. Um… Griff provided the medical records and tried to talk her out of it. That’s not something? Carly says now Sonny has to share Avery to keep Mike out of prison. Avery is spending half her time with the woman who destroyed her brother. Morgan would still be alive if Ava hadn’t tampered with his lithium. The only reason she’s not throwing him out, is that he’d go back to Ava. It makes her smile to know Ava is alone, without the boy toy she got to replace Carly’s son.

Ava tells Nelle she can’t do anything to risk losing Avery. Whatever she’s planned, she’s on her own. Nelle says she might want to rethink that. How would Griff feel to know she took a photo of privileged information. She shows Ava the picture of the DNA test on her phone. Ava calls her an ingrate, reminding Nelle of how she gave her a job when no one else would. She asks how much, and Nelle says she doesn’t want money. She just needs Ava to come to the shower, and bring a present.

Tomorrow, Ned accuses Alexis of wanting to keep herself in the public eye, Lulu talks to Anna about Henrik, and Jason doesn’t want to share his memory or anything else with Drew. Now who’s the baby?

🏆 Congrats to Daytime Emmy winners Chloe Lanier (Nelle) and Vernee Watson (Stella), who received the award for Outstanding Younger Actress and Outstanding Guest Performer, respectively. Once again Todd Roger Howarth was robbed. Not even a nomination. Pfft! Michael Easton (Finn) was nominated, but didn’t win. So double Pfft!

Vanderpump Rules – The Reunion Part One

Giggy! Lisa says she can’t do it without him. Jax hopes there are no casualties. He’s expecting the worst and hoping for the best. I hope Jax is the only casualty, and he already is the worst. Scheana doesn’t know what anyone could possibly come at her for. Tom lets Kristen know her boob is hanging out. At least they’ve graduated from the cheap reunion and aren’t in the Clubhouse anymore.

Andy jumps right to the elephant in the room – Jax and Brittany are together again. Now my stomach is a casualty, since I want to throw up. Scheana is no longer with Rob, and Stassi has a new boyfriend. Lala is still with her man, and Kristen with Carter. Andy asks if James is still with Logan, and he says he’s still with Raquel. Lala is wearing the biggest hoops ever, and Andy says, the bigger the hoop, the better the relationship. I want them. They’re bigger than the ones I was wearing when my boss suggested shooting a basketball through them.

The season began with the revelation that Jax cheated on Brittany with Faith. Jax tells Brittany he loves her before things get nasty. Brittany says they were just talking about having kids, and she’d thought things were going well; everyone had said how much she had helped him to change. He says he put her through the ringer, but didn’t see it. Tom says he was a straight up d*ck, and affected everyone. He and Ariana had their worst argument ever. Andy asks about them having sex while a 95-year-old woman was in the room. (In case you’re out of the loop, Faith was supposed to be looking after an old lady when she was having sex with Jax.) Jax says it looked like an old woman’s house, but he didn’t know an old woman was in it. Andy asks why he did it. Because he’s Jax, you twit, and the most awful person in the universe. Jax says they’d been arguing a lot, and his way of getting out of a relationship is cheating. Instead of being an adult and getting help, he takes the cowardly way out. He says it could have been anyone; whoever was paying attention to him. Brittany says that’s effed up, since she was paying attention to him. Andy asks Schwartz why he has such blind loyalty to Jax. He says Jax was instrumental in his transition to LA. Jax says he never felt bad and had no conscience. Andy asks about Brittany’s trip to Vegas, and why she came back to Jax. Brittany says it was an emotional thing.

We move on to Lala. Andy asks why she wanted to come back. Lala says she felt thrown into a group who’d been together for a long time. Scheana reached out, and she felt it was a safe place for the first time. Ariana says people can see who she is now. Scheana says she keeps getting sh*t by Lala, and the tone-deaf thing was rude. Maybe, but true. Lala says she didn’t make her sing. Tom says she made fun of his trumpet playing too. We see a clip of her saying it’s like baby dolphins trying to communicate for the first time. Then we see a clip of Tom playing the trumpet, and she’s right. Scheana says Lala has a different tone in interviews. Lala tells Scheana that she only knows how to talk about herself.

Andy says Logan is the third person to say he’s been with James, that James denies. He asks if James has ever hooked up with Logan, but James says he’s never dipped in the man pool. If people want to think that, fine. Kristen thinks where there’s smoke, there’s fire. James mentions having sex with Kristen on the hood of his Beamer and how she denied it, and gets accused of deflection. James says he knows where he’s dipped his willy.

Stassi says it was horrifying to watch her and Patrick. Ariana tells her that she looked amazing, and he looked disgusting. Tom thought it was crazy that Patrick had a no contact rule when he went to Amsterdam with no contact, and how he got pissed when she didn’t text him in Mexico. Schwartz says it was toxic, and it broke his heart to see her neutralized. Lisa says Stassi has been unhappy the entire time, and she didn’t think it was the right relationship. When watching the show, Stassi saw Patrick saying he’d be okay if she banged other guys; she just couldn’t date them. She says she wished she’d known; she would have had some fun. They talk about Patrick’s use of big words. Andy asks if Jax ever had the curiosity to look up anything, but he’s good. Andy lists names viewers have called Patrick, and Jax knows those words. Stassi says she didn’t recognize herself; she was submissive. Ariana says her ex went for the jugular more, but Stassi lived with the manipulation. She’s glad they’re both out of that. Stassi is sorry she wasted time, but Ariana says it was a learning experience. Stassi says she’s learned she wants to live her life honestly and be with someone who accepts her.

Andy asks Ariana what caused the dry spell. She says she was uncomfortable with herself, and they weren’t building intimacy. Then we get totally TMI about their sex life, and I go ♫ La-la-la! ♫ Andy asks Lisa what it’s like seeing someone as beautiful as Ariana be so self-conscious. Ariana gets all weird about being called beautiful. She says things are better now, and they’re working toward getting to the best in an honest way. I have no clue what that means. Andy asks if she regrets talking about it. She says sometimes, but not when people contact her who’ve been in the same boat.

Jax’s dad passed away from cancer last December. Jax says they spoke every day. He’d just talked to him, and got the call from is mom after Christmas. They were on their way to dinner, and he was in the car when he got the call. He pulled over, and Brittany took over. Ever since then, he can’t imagine himself without her. I have marginal feels for Jax with this, since I was close to my father, who passed away suddenly just before I got married. He says the guys came to Florida. Stassi, Kristen, and Rachel also went. Stassi says she couldn’t not go. Scheana say she would have. Andy says the girls have two things in common; they hate him, but they showed up anyway. He asks what’s biggest thing Jax learned about Brittany. He says she literally took charge, after everything he’d put her through. Brittany says she loves him and his family. He says it’s the worst thing that’s happened to him, but their relationship is the best it’s been. It’s his first funeral. He never knew someone who died. I’m glad their moving on, since I don’t want to feel badly for Jax, and this is sad.

Andy says TomTom is the fourth restaurant/bar in the Vanderpump empire, and asks Lisa why the Toms? She says she adores them, and they add great energy to the equation. Andy asks if Tom is at the grown-up table yet, and he says he’s getting there. Schwartz says they’re not having idea sex yet, but there’s been foreplay. Tom tells Lisa that sometimes décor should be second to functionality. Ken is talking about buying a wine fridge, and Tom doesn’t believe it will bring in revenue. Schwartz says they’re investors, ambassadors, and promoters. Lisa supports that, but needs them to do what they’re good at. At five percent, they’re very junior partners. Tom says the restaurant didn’t need to cost so much, and Lisa says it was her choice. She thinks she knows what she’s doing. She says she hasn’t cashed the checks yet, and Andy asks if it’s fair to hold it over them. Lisa says she isn’t. She wants their involvement, but not if they’re unhappy. She says a partnership is like a marriage. Andy asks if there’s a formal contract, and Lisa says just a handshake. She never had one with Guillermo either. Tom says they’ll figure everything out in the next few weeks. Jax asks if this shouldn’t have bene talked about before the handshake. Lisa says she’s giving them the opportunity to invest. Tom says their names do have value, or she wouldn’t have named the restaurant after them. Lisa says, of course. Andy asks if they’re worried they won’t like her choices. Lisa says she has the reputation for creating beautiful restaurants, and if they don’t like it, they can suck it. That she says this with a British accent, actually makes it pleasant sounding. And of course, Lisa can do no wrong, being the patron saint of dogs. Andy asks Jax if he was jealous about the venture, and he says not after hearing all this. Andy asks Tom if Lisa should take him seriously after he drank fireball before a meeting. Tom says he can handle himself in those situations, but probably not.

Andy says the Vegas trip was interesting. He commends Brittany on her pregnancy scare prank. He asks if they use contraception, because why not? Jax looks at Brittany like he doesn’t know the answer. Katie says she’ll explain how babies are made. What they’re doing makes babies. Jax says after his father’s death, he’s ready to have kids. Andy asks Stassi if she thinks he’d be a good dad. Stassi says she’s noticed he’s changed; not a 180, but different. She thinks he’d step up. Jax says if could take something good out of it, it’s to be the dad his father was, and the person he was. Dammit! There are tears in my eyes, and I hate Jax even more for doing this to me.

Scheana is doing her Sex Tips… play in Vegas, and Andy asks how it is to be single there.. Scheana says it’s a good place to be single, but doesn’t elaborate.  Andy asks Lala why she and Scheana aren’t tight anymore, and Lala feels the support wasn’t reciprocal. Scheana goes on a  tear about how many burdens she’s been carrying, and that Lala didn’t invite her on the private jet because she’s too much drama. There’s some back and forth with them that’s totally unimportant.

They joke about Scheana not saying much about Rob this season, and show five thousand clips of her talking about him. She says they dated before she met Shay, and she’d had a what if? question in her head over the years. She says she met him after she graduated college, and I’m stunned to find out she graduated college. It must be easier these days. Scheana goes down Rob Memory Lane until everyone is like, wrap it up. Andy asks why she wouldn’t entertain the notion of Rob kissing someone else. Was she in denial? Scheana says that’s the moment he pulled away. She says Shay always had her back, even when she treated him poorly. Rob shut off two weeks after they wrapped. She wondered if it was a calculated move, so she wouldn’t have the storyline of another breakup. Kristen says it’s manipulation at its finest. Scheana is surprised to find out Rob has been texting Jax.

Scheana gets all emotional, saying that she was head over heels for Rob, and loved him for twelve years. She could justify her divorce, but this left her brokenhearted. Lisa says he came into her life and on her show, knowing when it aired and that she’d be humiliated. It’s not fair. Kristen says he claimed to not want to do the show, but managed to be at every red-carpet event. Lala says she knows they have issues, but Scheana put her heart, soul, and effort into everything she did. Lala says the only time Rob was around was when Scheana wasn’t. It wasn’t just the behavior of someone who treats her wrong, but someone who doesn’t want to be with someone else. Andy says Rob saying he didn’t throw around I love you lightly, made it seem like he hadn’t said it. Scheana insists he had. I don’t believe it. I can just see her trying to be the cool girl, all the while lying to herself. Jax says he just repeated what Rob had said. Scheana says Jax told every Rob had said he didn’t think he was in love with her. This degenerates into Jax getting pissed all over again about Scheana trying to set Brittany up. Jax says that the guy Scheana supposed loved, wasn’t saying it back. Scheana swears he did. Andy tells Jax that Scheana claims he was threatened by Rob being taller, more successful, and better looking. Jax asks how that’s working for her, and she says eff you. He says she didn’t even call him when his father died. She says she texted him. He says she invited him to her Vegas show though.

Scheana says she’s never done this, and gets up, saying she needs a minute. Jax wails that two exes who hated him came, bringing back the Jax who I know and hate. Tom tells Jax to calm down. Ariana takes off her heels, and runs after Scheana. Jax is loud, but just keeps repeating himself. Ariana tells Scheana that he’s upset about his dad, and projecting. Scheana sniffles that she sent him a message about how sorry she was, as the makeup crew works on her. Jax continues to rage, and Kristen tries to get him to calm down. Scheana says she just saw him two weeks ago in Vegas, and he said he was having fun. He wanted to go to a hockey game instead of her show, and she was fine with it. He screeches about her getting angry with him for not showing up at a red-carpet event. Ariana tells Scheana that he’s still yelling. Jax says she can’t keep a boyfriend for more than ten minutes. Ariana tells Scheana to come back when she’s ready. Scheana wonders who he’s yelling at, since she’s not even there. Jax yells about sending flowers. Andy asks if Scheana is coming back, and Ariana explains that her lashes came off. Jax says he got more from people who didn’t know him. Ariana repeats what Scheana said about him being in Vegas, and he says she bugged him about the red-carpet thing, but said nothing about his dad. Tom reacts the way we all would, and drinks from a flask. Jax won’t shut up, and Scheana asks why is this like, harder than her divorce?

Next time, Stassi and Scheana get into it, Billie Lee joins the group, James and Lala argue, and the topic of Jax and Faith returns.
