What I Watched Today

General Hospital

Great start to the week already, I miss a minute or two of the beginning. The bizarre thing is, I started off with extra time this morning. Such is life. Moving on.

Peter says, they’re all set. All they need now is the bride. Valentin wonders what the delay is, and Maxie tells him, it’s the bride’s prerogative to keep her groom waiting.

Outside, Obrecht wants to take one more picture, but Nina says, there will be plenty of time for that later. Lulu says she needs to speak to Nina. It’s important. Nina asks what’s more important than the happiest day of her life?

Obrecht is sure whatever Lulu has to say can wait until after the ceremony. Lulu says, it can’t. Nina says it’s her wedding day. She’s getting ready to walk down the aisle. Lulu says they have to talk right now; privately. Nina says, it’s never ending with her, and Lulu asks what that’s supposed to mean. Nina says she knows what it means. Michael arrives, and says Sasha looks incredible, and so does Nina. Nina thanks him, and he says he’ll see Sasha inside. Maxie comes out with two bouquets, giving them to Nina and Sasha. She says, Valentin is getting antsy. Let’s do this, people. Ready? Lulu says she has to tell Nina something that can’t wait.

Josslyn tells Jax that she didn’t know at the time, but Dev helped Sonny rescue Dante in Turkey, and ended up saving Sonny’s life. When Dev was on his own, he didn’t feel safe. Jax asks, from what? and Josslyn says, the people after him; she’s not sure exactly. Dev made it to the U.S., hoping Sonny could help him out. He came there first, but Sonny wasn’t home, so he went to Dante’s. That’s how she ended up at the police station. Jax says, what? and she says she wasn’t under arrest. Jax says he would hate that, and hate to be the last person to know. She says she went in Lulu’s house, and thought Dev was a burglar. He kept telling her that he knew Sonny, but it didn’t make sense. By then the police were there, but she called Sonny, and it was straightened out. The next day, Dev was there. Jax says, strange for her, and Josslyn says, it was pretty random, but he seemed nice enough. Sonny wanted to find a way to protect Dev. It wasn’t safe to send him back, so he made Dev part of the family. Jax says, his life was on the line, and she says, no one shared the details, but that’s the impression she got. He says it sounds like she didn’t get a choice.

Sam says, just because he wasn’t dressed for it, doesn’t mean Peter wasn’t headed to the gym. Jason says, there are no gyms by the pier. Sam asks if Dev is sure Peter didn’t say where he was headed. Dev says he was in a hurry, and not really paying attention, and she asks, what about at the hospital? Did Peter seem anxious? Dev says he was more focused on the police finding Shiloh. Jason thanks Dev, who asks if they think Carly is up for a visit. Sam says Sonny is in with her; maybe tomorrow. Dev ask them to give Carly his best. He leaves, and Sam says, Peter was definitely working with Shiloh. That had to be it. Jason says now they have to figure out how.

Sonny tells Carly, she needs to sleep. Carly knows, but she can’t stop thinking about how differently things could have gone. Sonny asks if they did, and she says, no. He says, Donna had an addressable, correctable condition, and they have amazing resources at their disposal. She says, so many don’t have them, especially the support of family. Sonny says their daughter will live a normal life, and Carly says, screw normal. She wants Donna to live a spectacular life. She tells him to say it again, and he says, what? She says, their daughter. He kisses her, and leaves.

Lulu asks Nina if there’s somewhere they can talk, and Nina says, the reception, or her office after the honeymoon. Maxie says, it’s not the time, but Lulu says if she doesn’t, it will be too late. Nina can’t believe this, and Maxie pulls Lulu aside, and tells her that she gets Lulu doesn’t like Nina with Valentin. She doesn’t either, but whatever Lulu is about to do, don’t. Lulu says Maxie doesn’t understand, but Maxie says she does. It’s hard to watch Valentin get his happily ever after, but don’t ruin it for Nina just because she doesn’t like him. Charlotte runs out, and says, the music started, and Sasha says, she’s on. Obrecht says unless Charlotte’s mother has other ideas. Charlotte asks, what’s wrong?

Lulu says they’ll talk later, and Nina says she can’t wait. She tells Charlotte, good luck, and asks Maxie if she has any idea what that was about. Maxie says she doesn’t, and doesn’t want Nina worrying about it. Not today. She tells Nina, break a leg, and goes into the church.

Lulu sits next to Dustin, and says she couldn’t do it. Charlotte was so excited and hopeful. Peter tells Valentin, it’s show time. Dustin puts his arm around Lulu, and everyone sits. Charlotte comes down the aisle, tossing rose petals, and Valentin blows her a kiss. Sasha follows, and nods to Michael. Here Comes the Bride begins to play, and everyone gets up. Obrecht walks Nina down the aisle.

Josslyn tells Jax, it’s not like that. She told them that she wanted to help. He says he knows, and she says, no one pressured or forced her; just the opposite. Her mom went overboard, asking her if it was okay. She hated that Josslyn was lying to him.  He’s glad her mom is looking out for her – and him. It’s an untenable situation, and needs to be fixed. She says, if the only fix is sending Dev away, it’s not the fix she wants.

Carly wakes up, calling out for Donna. Bobbie tells her, it’s okay. Carly says she thought the baby was crying. Is Bobbie sure she’s fine? She asks Bobbie to check on the baby, and Bobbie says she’ll be right back.

Jason and Sam goes to Spinelli’s hotel room. He apologizes that there are no snacks in the mini-bar, and Jason can’t believe he blew through it already. Sam says they didn’t come to eat, and Spinelli says he hasn’t received authorization yet from the court to check the recording out. Jason says, while their anxious to prove it’s a fake… Sam finishes, that’s not why they’re here. Spinelli asks if Carly brought forth another Corinthos, and Sam says, a baby girl – Donna. Spinelli says, Italian for great, noble lady. It’s fitting. Sam says, everyone is great, but that’s still not why they’re here. Spinelli is intrigued, and Sam says they think Peter has a connection to Shiloh. They need Spinelli’s help to narrow it down. Spinelli says, done.

Maxie tells Lulu, good call. She’s never seen Nina so happy. They go inside, and the minister says they’re here today to witness and bless this marriage. Marriage is a sacred trust, not to be entered into lightly, but reverently, deliberately, and honestly. He asks who gives Nina to Valentin, and Obrecht says, she gives herself, but on behalf of the family, she gives their blessing. She kisses Nina on the cheek, and sits. Valentin tells Nina that he loves her, and she says she loves him too.

Jax understands Josslyn’s impulse to help, and he’s proud that she wants to, but Sonny set this in motion. It seemed like a good idea, and she went along with it, but she’s just a kid, and her mom is married to… Sonny. Josslyn says, so? He says he’s looking at this from a closed perspective, and not looking at avenues other than his own. As her father, it’s his job to look out for her. Josslyn asks what he’s going to do, but he doesn’t know yet. She says, Dev is a good guy, and desperate to stay in the country. He’s not arguing with her compassion, but Dev isn’t his priority. He has to figure out what’s best for her. Sonny comes in, and Josslyn asks how Carly and the baby are. Sonny says, great, and the cutest. Josslyn can’t wait until the baby is older, and Sonny says, it’ll be a while, but worth the wait. Jax asks if Sonny has a minute to talk, and Josslyn says she has to meet up with someone. She’ll text if she won’t be home for dinner. When she’s gone, Jax calls Sonny a son of a bitch, and says he hasn’t changed at all, has he?

Carly asks Bobbie if Donna is okay, and Bobbie says, if by okay, she means perfect, then Donna is okay. She had a great feeding, a good burp, and is currently passed out. Carly can’t wait to hold her again, and Bobbie ask when that will be. Carly says, tomorrow. It feels like a long  bumpy road is finally starting to smooth out. Bobbie asks why Carly didn’t tell her what she was dealing with.

Jason tells Spinelli that Shiloh called him out of the blue, offering him information. Spinelli says, and he dangled Peter in front of Jason. Sam says they think there’s more to it, and Spinelli says, he didn’t think anything of it at the time, but he overheard Peter on the phone at Crimson the day Shiloh was being transferred. Sam says, the same day Shiloh escaped.  She asks who Peter was talking to, and Spinelli tells her, Peter said it was a colleague, currently working on the magazine. He insisted they’d better be finished by the end of the trial, and to keep him posted. Sam wonders what was to be finished, and Jason wonders who Peter was talking to.

The minister tells everyone that Nina and Valentin wrote their own vows; less work for him. Valentin says, ladies first. Nina says it’s no secret they’ve been there before. it didn’t end well, and she thought that was it. She’d never find the faith to trust, or the courage to let herself love again. She found those things in an unexpected place. The husband who broke her heart, rebuilt it to be stronger. He blessed her a million times with her beautiful stepdaughter, Charlotte, and added to that joy with her beautiful daughter, Sasha. She can’t express how much it meant. It’s forever changed her life in the best possible way. She was broken before, and he healed her. She didn’t think she could love him anymore, then realized she couldn’t love him any more. She loves him forevermore. He tears up, and thinks he should have gone first. He doesn’t know how to follow that. She may not have been his wife, but he’s always been married to her. She is always, has always, and always will be, the love of his life. He thanks her, and thanks whatever forces brought her to him. They’ll never be apart. They belong together. Two crazy peas in a pod. He’s grateful to whatever forces led him to her. Lulu flashes back to Valentin telling her, they need to stay calm and communicate as adults. There are some things she doesn’t know. She says she knows he’s a liar and murderer. Why would she believe him? Valentin thanks Nina for putting faith in him that he didn’t deserve. He thanks her for believing in him when she shouldn’t have, and thanks her for second chances. He promises her that he won’t waste it, just as he promises to love, honor, and cherish her, as long as he draws breath. The minister says, for formality’s sake, if anyone knows a reason why this couple shouldn’t be married, speak now or forever hold your peace Which, btw, they only say at fictitious weddings. Lulu says she has something to say. Valentin looks pissed.  I’m thinking I don’t believe what she said to Dustin that revenge has noting to do with it. Maybe I’m wrong, but I think I’d leave everyone have their happiness here.

During the break, there’s a commercial for a DNA kit, which is kind of funny, considering.

Sonny says Josslyn told Jax about Dev, and Jax says, yeah. Sonny says, here’s the deal. Jax can be mad at him all he wants, but don’t take it out on Dev. Jax says he’s not taking it out on Dev; he’s protecting Josslyn. Sonny asks, from what? and Jax says, whoever Dev is running from.

Josslyn waits at the café. Dev comes in, and she thanks him for meeting her. Dev asks if everything is okay, and Josslyn says baby Donna and her mom are fine. He says she had him worried. He’s guessing he should still be worried. She says her dad knows the truth about him, and Dev asks how he found out. She says she told him.

Carly tells Bobbie, it’s not about trust. Bobbie had so much going on with her diagnosis. Diabetes is a lot; all day, every day. She thought Bobbie had so much on her plate already. Bobbie says when it comes to her kids, she can always take more. Capiche? Carly says, capiche.

Sam doesn’t understand why Peter would be monitoring Shiloh’s trial. Spinelli says Peter tried to spin it, saying it was because he was a publisher, but Sam says, that’s what reporters do. Spinelli says he doesn’t trust Peter far as he can throw him. Sam says, he’s sleazy, and Spinelli says, that’s the word. Along with deceptive. Sam says, inauthentic, nauseating…  Spinelli says Peter should be imprisoned, like he did Jason. Jason says they have nothing on him yet. What about the colleague Spinelli mentioned? Spinelli says Peter called from a burner phone, and Sam says Peter will just say he’s calling an anonymous source for The Invader. Jason wonders about the surveillance cameras where the phone was purchased, and Spinelli says he’ll look into it, but right now, they should look into the world’s biggest motivator, and follow the money.

Lulu says she’s sorry to interrupt, but needs to speak to Nina alone. It’s not something that can wait. Charlotte asks what she’s doing, and Lulu says what she needs to say is really important. Michael gets up, and suggests he take Lulu outside for some air. Lulu says she doesn’t need air; she need to talk to Nina. Nina tells Valentin that she’s about to lose her mind, and Valentin asks Lulu to please leave. She says she’s not leaving until Nina hears the truth.

Jax says, it’s vintage Sonny. Hiding behind innocents who love him. He uses those who love him as a shield, like he did Robin and Brenda. He continues to use Carly. Jax has watched for years, as Sonny hid behind them, but he’s not letting Sonny put Josslyn’s life in danger. Sonny says he can’t send Dev back to a country where there’s a bounty on his head. Jax says Sonny invited Dev into his daughter’s home, and Sonny says, where nobody can find him. Jax says, what if it goes wrong, and Josslyn gets caught in the crossfire? He can’t live with that, and wants Dev out. Sonny asks if he’s threatening to take Josslyn, and Jax says what he wants to do is protect Josslyn and Carly.

Josslyn tells Dev, her father asked, and she couldn’t lie anymore. Dev says he totally gets why she told the truth. How did he take it? She says, he wasn’t thrilled, especially since it’s illegal. He wants her safe. She tried to convince him to leave things the way they are. He’s not going to turn Dev into ICE, or have him deported or arrested. He’s just worried about her and her mom, and when her dad is worried, he usually does something. She just doesn’t know what the something is going to be.

Carly says she’s still scared, and Bobbie says, there’s nothing worse than fearing for the well-being of your child. Carly says, what if she’s not enough for Donna, and the challenges she’s facing? How will she help Donna get through them? Bobbie says it’s no secret they haven’t always agreed on Carly’s choices, but there’s no stronger or more committed and loving mother than she is. Donna’s condition is correctable, and she’ll be okay. Carly says she’s grateful. Bobbie says, no matter what, she’ll always be the support and help Carly needs. Carly says she loves Bobbie so much, and Bobbie says, back atcha. Always and forever.

Spinelli tells Sam and Jason, success! He’s accessed Peter’s bank account records – for research purposes only. Sam says she sees a lot of zeros. Peter withdrew $35K in cash the same day Shiloh took her hostage on the Haunted Star. Jason says, Shiloh could have used Peter’s help to get away, and Sam adds, he could have facilitated Shiloh’s escape, Spinelli says he wants it to be true. And not just because Peter should get what’s coming to him. Sam says, it will break Maxie’s heart. Spinelli says Maxie was planning on making Peter part of his daughters life. He’s been playing along, because Maxie will say it’s just a grudge, but it’s more than that. Peter is vindictive, deceitful, and evil. Jason says they need to prove he’s guilty, and Spinelli says, then prove it they shall.

Valentin says no one has any interest in anything Lulu has to say. She says she’s not going anywhere, and Nina asks the reverend to take Charlotte to the playroom downstairs. Charlotte doesn’t want to go, but Nina explains it’s an adult conversation. She’ll get Charlotte as soon as they’re done. Valentin says something to Charlotte in French, and she goes with the minister. Nina says Lulu is being s spiteful little bitch. Maxie gets between Lulu and Nina, and Lulu says she doesn’t care what Nina thinks. Nina says Lulu doesn’t care about anyone but herself. It makes sense given their history, that Lulu would ruin this day. At least she’s consistent. Lulu says she has to tell Nina that Sasha isn’t really her daughter.

Bobbie says she brought Carly something. Technically, it’s for Donna. She hands Carly a gift bag, and Carly looks inside. She takes something out, and says, BJ’s music box. Bobbie says, now it belongs to BJ’s little niece. Carly asks if Bobbie is sure she wants to give it away, and Bobbie says, BJ would want Donna to have it. Carly says, it’s perfect, and thanks her. Bobbie says, let her dance, and Carly opens the box. Music plays while the ballerina twirls.

Josslyn says she wishes she could tell Dev nothing is going to change, but she knows her dad. Dev thinks it’s cool. She says, which part? and he says, her and her father. It’s an honest relationship, and he acts on her behalf. Even if they don’t agree, they still respect each other. Josslyn says Dev has that too; someone looking out for him – Sonny.

Jax says the only reason he doesn’t take Josslyn out of there now, is that Carly just gave birth to a baby with special needs. She has enough stress; they don’t need to pile it on. Sonny says he and Carly are on the same page, but Jax says he saw the look on Carly’s face. She wasn’t happy. She wanted to send Dev to boarding school. Sonny just doesn’t care, does he? He wanted to ram this new family member down everyone’s throats, play the big hero, and feel good about himself. He always knew Sonny was selfish, but Sonny just took it to a whole new level. Sonny claims he loves them, but Jax actually does. He will protect Carly and Josslyn, no matter what. Sonny asks what Jax means, and Jax says he’s late for a wedding, and jets. Sonny wonders what to do about Dev.

Spinelli wonders if Maxie should get a heads up, but Jason says they’re just operating on a hunch. Sam says they’re not close to their objective. Until they know what the connection is, they’re going to sit tight. It’s going to blow some people’s worlds apart. Jason says that’s why they need to know the truth. Spinelli hates that Maxie is getting in deeper.

Nina asks, what did Lulu say? Lulu repeats that Sasha isn’t her daughter. She’s sorry. Nina asks if Lulu has to ruin everything, and Lulu says she overheard Sasha and Obrecht talking at the bachelorette party. She’s sure Valentin is in on the whole thing. Nina says it’s turning out to be a party; is it a conspiracy? Maxie says there were three DNA tests, and Lulu says she’s just repeating what she heard. Nina says she heard wrong. Nina looks at Sasha and says, tell Lulu that she’s her daughter.

Tomorrow, Jordan tells Curtis that someone is pulling the strings. Ryan tells Ava that she needs him as much as he needs her, and Nina says one word from Sasha can end this once and for all.

Below Deck

Kate is excited to be in Thailand. It’s been on her bucket list for years. She’s hoping it goes better than last year. Captain Lee says, the scenery is impressive. Ashton says this time, he’s in a position to lead, but he still wants to have a lot of fun. New chef Kevin says he’s made waitresses cry, but thinks that’s behind him now.  New stew Simone says her friends would describe her as the life of the party, and other new stew Courtney says she likes yachting, but not working. She’d rather sip champagne on the beach, but she has to make money. New deckhand Brian is from South Africa. He grew up a wild child, and works hard, but what’s life without a bit of fun? Other new deckhand Abbi says she’s always been one of the boys, and loves to prove people wrong about her. Third new deckhand Tanner’s motto is GVO – good vibes only. Kate says she thinks it’s possible for them to be one big happy family, but it never lasts long.

Phuket, Thailand. I will refrain from jokes. Kate tells us that Thailand is unlike any other place. It’s beautiful, the massages are great, and she loves pad Thai. Captain Lee complains about the charts having no depth indications on them. He asks Kate if she’s ready, and shows her what she has to work with, noting there’s a new chef. She looks their sheets over, and he says, Ashton is coming back as bosun. Kate says, he’s earned it. He tells her the Valor hasn’t changed much. She’s a cocky old broad.

Everyone arrives. Simone and Courtney meet Ashton, and Ashton goes to the bridge to say hi to the captain. Captain Lee says Ashton’s got both feet. Ashton says he’s healthy and strong, and excited to be bosun. In his interview, Ashton says he has 100% more pressure this season. He had to manage himself last season, and that in itself was a challenge. The captain shows him the deckhands’ sheets, and says he has some good talent. Ashton confirms guests are coming tomorrow, and the captain says they’ll try to keep him alive this year. In Captain Lee’s interview, he says, last season, Ashton displayed the qualities of a bosun. He’s hoping Ashton steps up to the job, because babysitting ain’t  happening.

Kevin introduces himself to Kate, and she tells him that he’s bunking with Ashton. In her interview, she says if she had a dollar for every crazy yacht chef she’s worked with, she’d have her own yacht with a crazy yacht chef.  We flash back to the various crazy chefs over the seasons. She says, Kevin looks like Tom Cruise mixed with Hugh Grant. (I don’t see it, but okay.) She’s hoping he’ll break the crazy mold, but God has a wicked sense of humor. In Kevin’s interview, he says he’s worked for six years on super yachts, and cooked for some very important people. His standards are high, and he expects the others to match him if not better him.

In her interview, Abbi says, growing up, they didn’t have a lot of money. She moved to Greece on a whim, and her family thought she was crazy, since she had a full scholarship to law school. She had a gut feeling though, and her gut is her best friend. Ashton and Kate make small talk. Kate meets with the stews. She asks Courtney about her experience, which has been one season. Kate asks what her favorite part about being a stew is, and she says, meeting the guests. She’s uncomfortable with service, since she’s not used to servitude. In her interview, she says she was an only child, and she’s more used to being served. In business school she learned nothing, and possibly lost brain cells, in addition to having loans to pay back. Simone tells Kate that she needs guidance with housekeeping and laundry. Kate says it’s going to be super hectic, and they have to mentally prepare. In Kate’s interview, she says, in her experience, when she asks stews to do things, they start to think she’s picking on them. We flash back to Rocky and Lori. Kate says she’d love it if they could get along and get the job done. Since Simone has more experience, Kate makes her second stew. She shows them the galley and pantry, and introduces Kevin.

Abbi asks Brian if they get American TV in South Africa, and he says, it’s not like it’s animals running around everywhere. Ashton welcomes the deckhands, and asks for a quick chat. Brian is the most experienced, and is made lead deckhand. Ashton tells them he wants everyone to try and get along, and pull together for a good season. They’re given their bunks, and unpack. In Kate’s interview, she says they have a hot crew. Every one is hotter than the next. They’re so hot, Ashton is the least hot. Everyone learns where everything is. In Ashton’s interview, he says when he thinks of being a bosun, he wants to be someone who’s respected, but also approachable. Last season, Chandler didn’t make things easy. We flash back to the nightmare that was Chandler. Ashton’s goal is to communicate, and that they all be on the same page. The boat is cleaned, and Kevin preps the galley. In his interview, Tanner says he loves being a deckhand. He wishes he hadn’t gone to college, and just became a deckhand immediately.

The captain calls a staff meeting. He welcomes them aboard, and introduces first officer Tate and engineer Darrien, who we will never hear from again. He tells the crew the usual, don’t embarrass yourself or the boat. If he has to bail someone out of jail, they go straight to the airport. In her interview, Abbi thinks the captain is intimidating AF. Captain Lee tells them , safety is of the utmost importance. Last year, they had a near catastrophic incident. We flash back to Ashton’s accident. The captain can’t stress the radio enough, and tells them it’s time to make money and show the guests a good time. The provisions come in, and Kate tells them to prepare themselves for provision apocalypse. In Kate’s interview, she says the heat there is a silent killer. In two minutes, you’re drenched, and feel like you’re going to pass out. It’s effing hot on the boat. In Abbi’s interview, she says she’s a psycho perfectionist. Abbi asks if Brian is close with his parents, and he says his dad passed away. He has a five-year-old daughter in South Africa, who’s the love of his life. Her mother is the first girl he kissed, and they were together three years before it went south. In his interview, he says, having a daughter was a big reality check. He used to be a big drinker, and needed to change his ways. He’s been in the industry for three and a half years, and wants to be a role model for his daughter. If he messes up on the job, he lets his daughter down.

The captain calls Ashton, Kevin, and Kate for the preference sheet meeting. The primary is Michael Castellano an entrepreneur, who’s bringing girlfriend of six years, Samantha, and some close friends. He wants to have a private, surprise candlelit dinner with Samantha, and have a live violinist. The captain says they can’t screw that up. In Kate’s interview, she says, this is advanced level service. Two dinners with two stews who don’t like service, which makes it scarier. Captain Lee says, Thai tops the list of their favorite cuisines, and they want an island excursion as well. Courtney tells Simone that she’s the worst at laundry. In Simone’s interview, she says there are no people of color in the industry, and she wants to learn to be well-rounded. She’s worked hard to get there. Courtney gets frustrated with the wrinkles on something she’s trying to iron.

Kevin asks Kate if there’s a label maker, since he wants to label the spices. Kate loves the concept, and the label maker, but thinks it’s secondary in priorities, because there’s so much to do. In her interview, Kate says she’s easy going, and knows not to upset a chef, but they have guests coming tomorrow. She has a label for him – OCD.

Kate goes over wine list with the stews, and asks who’s comfortable making drinks. In her interview, Courtney says she knows what drinks are because she likes to drink. Kate gives Simone instructions about laundry. Ashton tells the deckhands, if something is obvious, fix it. Last minute tidying and finishing touches are done. Kevin prepares vegetable tacos for the guests to snack on. Kevin says he’s serving lunch family style, but Kate thinks it would look better on a plate. In her interview, she says, family style is a gimmick. It looks like a feast, but the chef doesn’t have to think about a plating composition, and she has to carry and wash more dishes. She asks the stews to get the pantry as clear as possible.

The guests arrive, and are greeted with the usual champagne, along with a lei from Kate. The captain says Kate will give them a tour, and they’ll get this party started. Kate does the tour, and the captain is right; the boat hasn’t changed much. The robo-toilet is still there, and working – for now. Ashton puts Abbi on the bow with himself, and Tanner and Brian on the stern. In Ashton’s interview, he says it’s a new crew, and a new job. The captain has his eye on Ashton, and he can’t mess up. All lines are on deck, the all clear happens, and the captain pulls out. Tacos are served.

In Kevin’s interview, he wants to make a good effort for the first lunch. At the end of the day, it’s all down to the food. Everything needs to be perfect. The guests sit on the sun deck, and Courtney serves drinks. In Kate’s interview, she says, Courtney is good at service, and Simone is great at laundry. They’re so nice and respectful, it’s refreshing. Simone asks what time lunch is, and Kevin says, as soon as they’re ready for it. He’s waiting for Kate, who went to change. Michael wanders down, wondering if they can get a cheese plate. In Kevin’s interview, it’s the first lunch, and he’s embarrassed. He wonders where Kate it. Simone stands outside Kate’s room.

After standing there stupidly for a while, Simone finally knocks. Kate says to tell Kevin lunch is as soon as possible. In her interview, Kate says she’s trying to change, and feels like a mom who wants two minutes to go to the bathroom. She’ll be out in a second. Go play with your brother. The scenery is breathtaking, and the water a vivid green-blue. They drop anchor, and the guests are seated for lunch. Since they’re used to the food being plated, the stews forget to set out plates. In Kevin’s interview, he says, it’s service 101, and they haven’t even got a 1. In Kate’s interview, she says, usually, chefs plate the meals. Kate tells Kevin that the carrots got left behind in the confusion about the plates, and he says, it’s just the first meal, and they need to be positive not negative. I’m shocked when instead of smacking him, she says she is positive. She’s just relaying the facts. In his interview, he says he’s not letting her screw him up. If it’s not perfect, it’s just the first charter. The guests love it, and one says it’s the best lunch he’s had today. A guest asks if they need to wait an hour before going in the water, but another says they’re mom’s not there, so it’s okay. That was funnier than the best lunch joke.

In her interview, Abbi says she had a year’s experience on a sailboat. She’s comfortable with lines and driving a tender, but she’s not used to rushing; it’s wild. The water toys are put out, and the guests dive into the water, some of them taking out a kayak. There’s a blue mountain in the distance, and I realize I’m staring at it with my mouth open. It’s just so awesome. Kevin says he’s making a Thai dinner tonight. He worked in a Thai restaurant, and loves the flavors using the fresh, spicy, and salty ingredients. Ashton tells the deck crew to change into their blacks. Ashton has them bring the toys in. It’s 8 pm, and Ashton finds out they haven’t eaten.

Ashton tells Abbi to grab dinner. In his interview, he says he feels terrible that he didn’t give them a break. It’s part of the leadership role to manage that, and he’s already slipped up. It’s not okay. Kate tells Simone to turn down the master suite. Ashton tells the deckhands to let him know if they haven’t eaten. He needs them happy and motivated. In Ashton’s interview, he says he couldn’t ask for a better crew. If he’d gotten a green crew, he would have thrown himself off the boat, but he got lucky. The starter is tom yum soup, which I’ve never heard of, not being familiar with Thai food. The guests say it’s incredible, and it looks incredible. Kevin gets anal about the plates, and In Kate’s interview, she thinks the issue with Kevin is service. He’s particular, and he’s going to lose it soon. The main course is pork belly, with yellow curry and toasted rice. It looks just as good as the soup, and Samantha says, Kevin is a keeper. In her interview, Kate says, all yacht chefs are crazy or their food would be bad. Kevin just proved he can cook well.

The deckhands discuss the stews, and Tanner says Kate caught his eye. Good luck with that. In his interview, Tanner says the oldest woman he had was 58. They were playing darts, and one thing led to another. The next thing he knew, she was driving him to work the next morning. Samantha and Michael FaceTime with their dog Teddy, and it’s adorable. In Kate’s interview, she thinks they’re a beautiful couple, and the perfect example of a guy who has a lot of money and a very hot girl. Michael talks to Kevin about the private dinner, and says he’s going to propose. At the end of the dinner, he’s going to ask the important question. Kevin suggests filet mignon and lobster. Michael says he’s nervous, and Kate says, it will be amazing. Kevin suddenly isn’t feeling great; he’s getting stomach cramps. He goes to bed, and so do the guests. Courtney tells Kate that Tanner wants to bang her, and Kate says it’s flattering. In Kate’s interview, she thinks Tanner is the cutest thing ever – if she was in her twenties.

2nd Day of Charter. In his interview, Kevin says a stomach thing got him. He’s having massive cramps, but going to push through it. Brunch is served. Kevin runs to the toilet. In his interview, he says, this couple is going to remember this night for the rest of their lives, and he’s worried if he can get it all done. Kate says she’s sending Courtney to the beach. She’s going to be the cocktail waitress, and get drinks from the bar. In Courtney’s interview, she says she’d rather be anywhere on earth, including a garbage dump, than be at the beach in 90,000 degrees. Tanner goes along too. Kevin keeps running to the toilet, and asks Kate if they have any medicine. His stomach is churning . She goes to see what they have.

On the beach, Tanner and Courtney go to the beachside bar to get drinks for the guests. Courtney says it feels like she’s walking twenty miles on hot garbage. She whines about getting a polo tan, stepping on shells, and that she’d rather be doing anything else than this. In Tanner’s interview, he says he couldn’t date a girl like Courtney. He doesn’t know if she’s kidding, but he sees high maintenance. On the boat, Kate asks Captain Lee if they have a medical kit. He wonders if antacids would help, but Kate doesn’t know if they’d slow things down, or speed them up. In Kate’s interview, she says Kevin is about to cook the biggest meal in this couple’s lives, and she’s pretty sure he can’t do it from the toilet. In Kate’s interview, she says, something got into Kevin, and it wants out. Man down.

This season: Captain Lee says Thailand is unique and a sensory overload; cute elephants; disco; Ashton gets a request to strip; Captain Lee hopes it’s the last time he needs to have this conversation about the radio; Simone calls Kevin rude; Kate says choose wisely if you hook up with someone on a yacht; Abbi says waking up next to your boss is awkward;  Kate tells the deckhands, this is the most attractive crew she’s ever worked with; Ashton tells the captain, there’s a crew member who’s not bonding, and he’d like to go into the next two charters a man down; the tender gets stuck on shore; Captain Lee says if they don’t think he won’t fire someone mid-charter, they don’t know him; and Kate quits.

What I Watched Today

The Walking Dead

Training Day. A Russian space capsule lands in the water. A zombie gets out, walks to shore, and gets a machete in the head for his trouble. It’s wielded by Judith. On the beach, everyone marches in formation. Daryl watches as Ezekiel and Jerry bang on the side of an old ship stuck on shore. They open the door, a few zombies come out, looking mighty slimy and weak, and they close it again. Aaron leads everyone forward. The first line of defense holds spiked shields. They part and the second line shoots the zombies down with arrows. They march toward the ship. Jerry and Ezekiel open the door again, and let out more. The first line stands firm, and the zombies walk into their spikes. A spear hurtles into a zombie’s head. Another zombie group is let out, more of them than previously. The ranks open, and Michonne, Luke, and Daryl get up close and personal, with Michonne slicing the tops off of zombie heads, and the others using the smashing heads method.

Ezekiel and Jerry are having a hard time keeping the door closed, and finally give up, stepping away from the ship. The door falls, and takes part of the ship’s side with it. Michonne tells everyone, stay in formation. Remember your training. Daryl slices and dices, Judith pikes one, and Magna stabs zombie heads. Yumiko shoots arrows.

Back at camp, fish is prepared. Luke talks to Jules, as they undo a fishing net for rope. He asks if she’s flirting with him. She says she is, and he says, cool. Michonne tells Daryl, it was tiring, but worth the trip. He says they did good. Rick would have been proud. She hopes so. He says they should bring the kids next time. Rick would have loved it.

Judith and some of the kids dump out shells. While going through them, Judith uncovers a face buried in the sand.

Aaron thinks they should put Alexandria on lockdown, just in case. Michonne says, everyone is still on alert. She appreciates his caution, but they don’t need to start a panic. Cyndie says, it washed up on shore, with lots of other stuff. Aaron tells Michonne, the mask signifies they’re still out there. They need to be sure. Michonne suggests they get a group  together. She tells Daryl to make sure Lydia knows not to leave again without saying goodbye.

The group rides into the woods.

Off their horses, Aaron asks what Michonne thinks. She says she thinks a lot of things, and he says maybe they’re the villains of someone else’s story. They’re a threat to their survival. So dangerous, they’re threatened with being wiped out. It makes him wonder sometimes. She doesn’t give a sh*t about the Whisperers or where they stand. He says he’s not talking about the Whisperers.

Michonne says they might not find the answer. Aaron says, the Whisperers cover their tracks. If a mask was found, there’s a reason. He sees some zombies near a trashed car, and rides toward them. She warns him that he’s near a border, but he dismounts, and kicks some zombie ass. One gets the better of him, and another reaches out from under the car, and grabs his ankle. Michonne machetes the first one, and he pikes the ankle biter. She tells him, that was stupid. They agreed not to cross the border. They don’t want to start anything without a reason. If had been the Whisperers, they could have died. It wasn’t them, and they could have died, and for what? Aaron says acting like this isn’t normal. Holding their breath for months isn’t normal. Michonne says they have to keep cool or they win. Aaron says he’s always been the nice guy. The good Samaritan. Eric is dead. Jesus is dead. He’s sick of being nice. Michonne says good and nice never got her anywhere, but smart did. The Whisperers have nuclear weapons; they don’t. It’s not about being nice, but keeping people alive. They’re not going to die over nothing. She hates it too. Aaron says they should go, and Michonne radios the others that they’re circling back.

They ride to where Luke and some of the others have found the remnants of a camp. Magna shows Yumiko a skeleton, and some dead bodies. Aaron wonders if the campers were fighting the walkers. Luke says maybe they’re not connected. They see another body, naked and face down. Michonne says it looks like they’ve been there a while. The keep walking, and Magna shows them a skin. Aaron picks it up on stick, and says, at least one was there at some point. Yumiko wonders, when, and what the hell happened?

They ride to Oceanside, and Michonne tells Aaron, fear can be dangerous. It can drive them apart. They need to squash it before it starts. Aaron says, fear can keep you safe too, but Michonne says, be smart, not afraid. She was thinking about what he said; who they’ve become and who they are. The truth is they are the good guys. She knows who Rick and Carl were… and Eric, and Jesus too. They have to choose to be the good guys, even when it’s hard. The minute they start to question that, they lose sight of it. And when the answer to that question starts to change, they’ll be scarier than any skin mask. Aaron walks away.

Michonne hears Judith talking to RJ, telling him the kid version of Rick’s story. She says, the brave man couldn’t let the walkers hurt his friends, so he blew up the bridge. RJ asks if the brave man went with his friends, but she says he died and went to heaven. Michonne smiles sadly. Judith tells RJ that Rick is in their hearts, and Michonne hugs him. Judith joins in the hug, and RJ says he didn’t like it when the brave man died. Why? Michonne says, some people you love so much, you’d do anything for them, like she would for them. RJ says, and his dad, and they hug again. They hear an explosion, and look up. A trail of fire shoots through the sky, and Judith asks if it’s a meteor. Eugene comes in on the radio, and says he needs to talk to her now.

Bird Wisdom. Aaron asks Michonne if this means they’re back, and she says, not necessarily, but they need to stay on alert. Eugene, who has a bunch of charts hanging up to record everything about the baby, changes diapers. Rosita works out with a punching bag. She feeds the baby, and then Eugene burps the baby. Success! Eugene tries to work, and turns off the music, which causes the baby to wail, Rosita turns it back on, and boxes some more. Gabriel comes by, and Eugene gives him some statistics on the baby. Rosita says the baby isn’t an experiment, and he can’t boil it down to charts and graphs. Siddiq arrives.

In the classroom, Lydia gets frustrated with learning to read. She says she’s gone her whole life without it, but the teacher says, it will open the world to her. Gabriel comes in, followed by some of the others. He says they need the room, and Yumiko asks if Lydia should be there.

Lydia practices with a pokey stick (which I learn later from Talking Dead, is called a Bo staff, but I’m staying with pokey stick). Negan tends the vegetable garden, and asks if everything is okay. Lydia says, it’s the same as ten minutes ago, and he asks why folks are giving her the side-eye. She says they’re eyeing him too, but he says it’s because of what he’s done in past years. A dude tells Negan to get back to work, and says Lydia is supposed to keep her distance. She tells Negan, someone found a skin, and Negan says she needs to watch her back. He winks at her. Eugene and Gabriel walk by, and Negan says, hey boss, but no one talks to him.

Siddiq kisses the baby, who laughs as he puts it in the crib. A mobile of origami paper cranes hangs above. Siddiq flashes back to Alpha. He splashes some water on his face. He sees a big spider, and remembers seeing one in the Whisperers camp. Dante pokes his head in, and Siddiq asks what he’s doing there. Dante says he could hear the baby screaming all the way to where he was. He wanted to make sure everything was cool. Siddiq picks the baby up, and says he was just doing household tasks. Dante says he’s been reorganizing the meds, and tells Siddiq, they’re like gods in the apocalypse. Dante wonders what’s with the yellow alert business, and the Whisperers. Siddiq thinks back again, and Dante wonders what’s up with him. Siddiq says he needs get his kid to sleep, and thanks Dante for checking on him. When Dante leaves, he thinks about Alpha.

Gabriel finds Negan back in his cell. Gabriel is surprised that Negan knocked off early. He thought Negan couldn’t get enough of the great outdoors. Negan says, it’s starting, and Gabriel says, if he wants to say something, say just say it. Negan says let him regurgitate some baby bird wisdom into Gabriel’s pretty mouth. People tend to get mixed up about who they hate. Yesterday, he was public enemy number one, now he’s the guy who tends vegetables and takes out the trash. He’s keeping his head down until this thing passes, in case his category gets moved to them. Gabriel says, that’s not what’s happening, and Negan tells him, he didn’t say that. He said, it will be. The boogey man stuck his mask out of the closet door, and people are putting their sh*tting pants back on. Pants sh*tting is definitely happening. The alert sh*t makes them feel insecure, even if it’s just for show. There’s a guy following him with a spear, like he might brain someone with a tomato. Gabriel says, so his advice is to lie? That’s his regurgitated bird wisdom? Negan says, strategic omission. Not misleading, just using the truth to manipulate things. If it’s what keeps people alive, what’s the harm?

Gabriel tells Michonne they should lock the gates for the night, and double the security. They see another streak of fire in the sky. Eugene radios Oceanside, and gets Rachel. Michonne says she needs to communicate leadership. Something of importance is about to happen.

Sea Dogs. At the beach, Aaron says, the river carried it down, and Gabriel asks if the Whisperers are back. Daryl arrives with Dog. Magna’s group pulls something out of the water with a net. Connie signs to Kelly, what’s going on? Kelly signs back, nothing, and Connie asks if it’s getting worse. Kelly signs that she’s fine. It’s just when there are a lot of voices and sounds, she can’t make out if someone is talking to her, and she  can’t predict when it’s going to happen. They hug, and Connie signs, it’ll be okay. Keep practicing to make sure she’s ready. Kelly signs, who will take care of Connie? Who will interpret? Connie signs, we got this. Them together. Being deaf isn’t a disability; it’s a damn superpower. Daryl joins them.

Ezekiel and Daryl meet on the bridge. Ezekiel asks if Daryl ever wonders why bird sh*t is called guano, but Daryl says he just calls it bird sh*t, and Ezekiel says, him too. When he worked in a zoo, birds scared the hell out of him. Lions and tigers were no problem, but an ostrich will disembowel you if you look sideways at it. Daryl says Ezekiel should eat more birds. Show them who’s boss. Ezekiel wonders what seagull tastes like, and Daryl says, not like chicken. Connie brings Dog to Daryl, and shows him her notepad. He reads, I think you lost something, and signs to Connie that he thinks Dog just likes her better. I love Dog, and I don’t want to, because this show always takes the things you love from you. Connie writes, not bad. You sign with a Southern accent.

A boat comes in. Daryl waves and whistles. Carol waves from the bow, and they dock. Ezekiel helps her off. She says it’s good to see him, and he says it’s good to see her too. They hug, but it’s all awkward. Carol goes over to Daryl, and asks if he missed her. He says, not really, and she says she’ll take that.

Daryl asks Carol, how was it? and she says, you work until you feel like your back will break, then work some more. Then sleep like the dead on deck under the stars. Daryl asks if it’s what she was looking for, and she says there was nothing at Oceanside. He says it’s been a while since he’s heard from her, and she says, fishing is hard. He says that’s not what he means. Is Carol looking for her? Carol says, no. She’s trying to forget what happened. If they’re lucky, they’ll never think about that skin freak again. Daryl says they found a mask today. They took a group out to look for signs. Does she want to join them? She says, no, and he asks what she wants to do.

Carol rides on the back of Daryl’s bike on a path through the woods. Daryl says they just cleared it out. Carol tells him, faster, and he says, hang on.

Walking again, Daryl and Carol encounter a zombie. Daryl shoots it in the head with an arrow. More pop out, and they stab the zombies in the head. I wonder if they think it’s like old times.

New Mexico. Daryl tries to shoot a deer but it gets away. He and Carol come across some wrecked cars in a ravine. The deer falls over, and Carol starts to move forward, but Daryl says, it’s one of their borders. She says they can still get the deer, but zombies are already on their way to it. Carol asks, why respect borders they didn’t agree to? The zombies fall on the deer, and feed. Carly says, that deer could have fed 200 people. I say, apparently, now it’s feeding five zombies. Daryl says, sorry he pissed her off. She is too. He says there’s no reason to start sh*t they don’t have to. She says maybe it’s just as well she left, and he says he’s been thinking about that. Why doesn’t she go home now? She sits on the ground next to him, and tells him, get off her ass before she puts him on his. Before she goes to live her life on a boat, she thinks they should have matching friendship bracelets. They can decorate them with seashells. What’s his favorite color? He’s got an idea. Eat, not talk. He shares some snacks with her, and she starts to make a bracelet out of dried grass. She asks if they should make a matching collar for Dog, and he laughs. Carol asks if he ever wonders if this is all there is. Running into people; killing each other. Sometimes she thinks they’re just surviving. Daryl says there’s got to be people out there like them. Who get what they’re doing. He asks if she wants to runaway together, and she says they can be pirates together. He says a little cabin isn’t for him, and Carly says, screw the boat. They’ll take the bike. He says, New Mexico, and she asks, what’s there? He says, people who need bracelets. No more fighting. They’ll get on the bike, and go see what’s left. It sounds good to her. She ties the bracelet. They hear and explosion, and look up.

Lines We Cross. Aaron says, it’s war, and Carol says they have to go now. Everyone runs into the woods. There are patches of fire everywhere, and they see a crashed USSR space capsule. They try to put out the fires. Earl says, it’s going to be a long, hot night. Elsewhere, another group digs a trench. Michonne tells them, keep digging. They have to get done before fire jumps the line. She hacks the head off of a zombie. Michonne and Daryl work on keeping the fires at bey while the others keep digging. The firefighting group passes buckets to each other. Ezekiel starts to cough, and doubles over. Jerry tells him, take a break. Carol says they’re out of water, and now zombies are starting to come out of the forest. Daryl, Michonne, and some of the others take up weapons. They dispatch the zombies, but more come out behind them. Then even more. Michonne gets out her machete. There’s a small herd at this point, and Daryl is like, wtf?

Embers. They just keep coming. Tons of them. Aaron says, there are says too many, but they’re stuck between the zombies and the fire. In a slow motion, the group takes out the zombies, with all kinds of blades and arrows. Eugene and some others continue to douse the fire, while zombies are slaughtered around them. Carol cuts a zombie’s throat, and blood gushes out. So much, that it puts out the fire on another downed zombie. I try not to think too hard about the fact that there probably wouldn’t be that much blood inside a zombie. Eugene tells them to steer clear, a flaming tree is going to fall. A group of burning zombies toddles toward them, and Daryl throws an ax at the tree, toppling it onto the zombies. Although this is a miniscule move in the grand scheme of zombie things, since these zombies are endless and relentless.

There’s lots of smoke, but looks like the fire is out as daylight happens. Michonne tells everyone to pack up and move. Eugene is examining the capsule, and asks if he can have twenty minutes. Michonne says he gets no minutes, and he says, ten. He thinks investigating the capsule could be useful, but uses a million words to say it. Michonne tells him, five minutes and he’s out. Luke says, hey, Eugenius, and asks what about radiation? But Eugene says, radiation is all around them. They’re already infected with whatever they’re going to get. Luke says he understands; no superpowers today. Aaron tells Michonne, they made the right choice, and it benefitted Oceanside too. Michonne tells him not to push his luck. They helped their people, and it’s all she cares about.

Carol and Daryl look out from a cliff. Daryl asks if she still wants to run away together. She says, a year from tomorrow, and he says he needs her to stay. She says she’ll think about it, and he says, otherwise, he’d have to punch holes in all them boats. He leaves Carol on the cliff, and she looks at a slate wall on the other side. She sees Alpha come out, and they lock eyes. Alpha puts her hands on her hips. Rut-roh.

Next time, Beta shaves Alpha’s head; Beta says, it’s time the pack returns; and Alpha says, there’s clarity in chaos.

🔉 On Talking Dead, Chris Hardwick said he wondered what show he was watching when it first started. Me too! the scene with the space capsule made it look like it was a different show. I also found out that Daryl (Norman Reedus, who was a guest) really did hit that tree with the ax. He said he couldn’t do it again if he tried.

General Hospital

Curtis shows up at the station in his tux. Jordan tells him how good he looks, and says it might be enough to salvage a thoroughly rotten day. Sometimes the wheels of justice take you places you don’t want go. Diane comes out and says, it’s blatant grandstanding. The evidence – and she uses the term loosely – is worthless. Jordan says she can make that argument in court. Diane says, Sam has been nothing but cooperative, and Jordan repays her by arresting her. Jordan says it was her only course of action, and Diane asks if it required Sam to be held without bail. Does she really want Sam languishing in a jail cell until the trial?

Jax and Josslyn visit Carly at the hospital. Josslyn asks Carly if Donna is really going to be okay. Carly says they’ll have things to look out for, but she’s pretty perfect. Josslyn says, she is. Jax joins them, and says as much as he enjoyed meeting Donna, he wanted to see how the baby momma is doing. She says, well. She feels great, and knowing Donna is going to be okay is the best medicine. Josslyn gives Carly an envelope, and says, it’s from Dev.

Dev is in the kitchen doing homework, when Sonny and Mike come in. Sonny says they were just visiting with Avery, and Mike says they took a bunch of pictures to show Yvonne. Dev is sure she’ll enjoy them. Avery is a beautiful little girl. He says it’s nice to see Mike again, calling him Mr. Corbin. Mike says, they’re cousins; call him Mike. Dev says, okay, Cousin Mike. Mike says Dev’s grandmother told him that she and Dev aren’t close. He wonders why is that? Dev looks at Sonny, and says, they just aren’t. Mike says Dev should give her a call some time. Sonny asks if Mike has been talking to Gladys, and Mike says, all the time.

Jordan says Robert deems Sam a flight risk, and she agrees. Diane tells Curtis, nice tux. As her client’s former business partner, does he really think Sam would skip town, abandoning her children, or take them with her, forfeiting her right to clear her name? He says he’s not taking sides, and she says, that alone speaks volumes. Jordan says, they have a witness. Diane says, who’s allegations are hearsay, and Jordan says, they have a recording. Diane says, obviously doctored.  Jordan says the PCPD techs proved it to be authentic, but Diane says, imagine their embarrassment when her independent analysis debunks their finding. Jason comes out with Sam, and Diane says she sees the exorbitant and arbitrary bail has been posted. Jordan asks why Diane is harassing her, when bail has been posted. Diane says, exorbitant bail. which few people could afford. Fortunately, Jason is one of them, but that doesn’t change this grievous miscarriage of justice. Someone is obviously trying to frame Sam.

Maxie says Peter just called. He and Valentin are on their way to All Saints. That means they need to step it up. Obrecht says they’re ahead of schedule, and Maxie says, they can’t become complacent; that’s when disaster strikes. Obrecht says there will be no disaster as long as she’s involved. Nina thanks Sasha for wearing the pendant. Sasha thanks Nina for giving it to her. Obrecht says, it’s a lot of schmaltz over a pendant no one will notice, but Nina says, who cares? She and Sasha know it’s there. Obrecht says, apologies, niece. Nina says she got a special gift of her own last night. She shows them the necklace from Valentin, and everyone is like, wow. Maxie asks who gave it to her, and Nina says, Valentin surprised her with it last night. Maxie says it’s bringing a tsunami of bad luck with it.

At the church, Dustin tells Lulu that she looks amazing. She says, all things considered, she was surprised she could dress herself, and he asks if she’s decided if she’s telling Nina that Sasha isn’t her daughter. Lulu says, and Valentin is behind it all? She hasn’t decided. Valentin and Peter come up the walk.

Jason tells Sam, Spinelli agreed to look at the recording. She adds, that just happened to come from Daisy. He says she’s still loyal to Shiloh, and it gives her motive to lie. Sam says, what about Sheri? and he says, they can’t prove anything; it’s hearsay. Sam tells him what Diane said was right. Someone is trying to frame her, and whoever it is, might be manufacturing more evidence against her.

Diane tells Jordan, Sam killed Shiloh to prevent him from impaling Jason with a gaffing stick. Jordan says, there were only three people on the boat, and one is dead. The other two have criminal histories that seriously compromise their credibility as witnesses. Diane says, Shiloh was the leader of a sex cult, whose followers would blindly follow him off the ledge of Mount Rushmore. One of those followers delivered a damaging declaration. She asks Jordan to please tell her she sees through this. Jordan says she’s welcome to cross-examine, question, and debunk the evidence. Do her job, and Jordan will do hers. Let justice prevail. Diane says she has no doubt it will. She leaves, and Curtis tells Jordan that Sam wasn’t just his business partner, she’s his friend. Jordan asks if he’s telling her that he’s biased, but he says he was wondering if she thinks the killings were anything other than self-defense.

Carly says, Dev was so thoughtful. Josslyn asks what it says, and Carly tells her, congratulations and best wishes. Children make the family’s kettle whistle. She loves it. Jax says, Aussies have a saying for everything, but he’s never heard that one. Carly wonders where Dev is, and Josslyn says, he was concerned it was too private of a situation. He didn’t want to intrude. Carly tells Josslyn, let him know, wherever family is welcome, he’s welcome. Looking at his phone, Jax says, the saying about the teakettle? It’s Turkish.

Dev says he’ll study upstairs, and Mike says he hopes they’re not interrupting. Dev says, no. There’s a book he needs upstairs anyway. He tells Mike it was good to see him, calling him Cousin Mike, and Mike laughs. Dev goes upstairs, and Sonny asks Mike how he got so close to Gladys. Mike says, it’s just one of those things. They weren’t that close when they were younger, but since she made contact with him, they hit it off. He says, it’s the way this disease works. He can recall old times with his cousins or buddies, but can’t remember why Sonny picked him up today. Sonny says Avery was asking for him, and Mike says does his old heart some good. She’s the best. Sonny says, she’s not the only one who wants to see him. He wants to introduce Mike to their new family member. Carly had the baby. Mike says, she did? He didn’t know they were… never mind. He’s a grandfather again. Sonny says they had a little girl. He and Mike hug, and Mike says, that makes seven grandchildren for him. Sonny says he pulled that number out fast, and Mike says they covered it in their memory care sessions. He wants to see if he can do it, and says, there’s this new one, and there’s Michael, Kristina, Avery – he hesitates, and Sonny says, Dante – Dante, Spencer, and Morgan. Sonny says he wants to introduce Mike to Donna. Mike likes the name, and asks if Sonny remembers Donna Messina from the old neighborhood. Sonny says, that’s why they chose it. Because they wanted to honor her. He and Carly have another surprise for him.

Nina asks Maxie, what’s wrong? and Maxie says, not to throw water on her special day, but Nina isn’t planning on wearing the necklace, is she? Valentin invited in bad luck giving it to her the night before their wedding. She doesn’t want to compound it by wearing the necklace at the ceremony, does she? Nina says, all that matters is that it’s a symbol of his love for her. She’s starting a new chapter, with Valentin, and her beautiful daughter Sasha, and her equally delightful stepdaughter Charlotte. Obrecht asks what they are? Bratwurst? Nina says she loves them both. She tells them to guess what happened a year ago today. A year ago today, she finally got up the courage to pick up the phone and call Sasha to let Sasha know she was her mother. Obrecht takes a drink.

Valentin introduces himself to Dustin. Dustin congratulates him, and he says, today, he feels like the luckiest man on earth. Lulu says he won’t feel that way after he hears what she has to say.

Carly says, Dev drinks a lot of iced tea. Maybe he got it off of a bottle cap. Josslyn says, Dev knows all kinds of random stuff. Jax says, okay. He tells Carly that Donna looks like her. She’s beautiful, just the other women in Carly’s family. She says he’s smooth today, but he says he means it. He has to go. He’s going to Nina’s wedding. Carly wonders how he got roped into that. She tells him, have fun, and he says he’ll try. He just wanted to tell her how happy he is that Donna is fine, and he hopes she’s home soon. Carly says, amen to that. Jax asks if Josslyn wants a ride, and Josslyn says she’ll never get her homework done there. She’ll be back soon. She can’t wait for both Carly and Donna to be home. She loves Donna already. Carly says Josslyn is making her cry, and tells Jax, thanks for the visit.

Jordan tells Curtis, the big mystery isn’t whether Sam planned to kill Shiloh; it’s how many people she managed to beat to the punch. Kristina, Willow, the Cooper-Joneses. Michael and Chase are the two most upstanding citizens she knows, and they could have done it. Curtis says, Sam was clear about pulling the trigger, and clear about why. Jordan says her gut tells her to believe Sam, but the evidence has left her no choice. She had to charge Sam. Curtis tells her not to hate him for saying this, but he hopes she doesn’t win the case. She says she still has to work it, but he says, not today. They have a wedding to attend. He gives her a garment bag, and she says she can’t believe she walked out without her dress. He says lucky for her, she has a loving husband to rescue her. She says, very lucky, and they kiss.

Diane tells Jason and Sam, if this case goes to trial with this Swiss cheese evidence, she’ll make fondue. Jason hopes it doesn’t. Diane agrees it’s clearly a frame-up, and asks if Spinelli is on board to examine the recording. Jason says he’s prepping. Sam says they could be manufacturing more evidence, and Diane says, there’s nothing they can do about it, so put it out of her mind. She has Sam’s statement about being on board the Haunted Star, and it’s thorough, but is there anything she left out. Sam says, nothing she can… Jason says, what? and Sam says Shiloh did say something that made her think he had an accomplice.

Valentin tells Lulu, it’s his wedding day. Can whatever she has going on, wait? She’s afraid not, and he asks if it has anything to do with Charlotte. She says, no, and he says, obviously it can wait then. She says, it’s about… Dustin puts his arm around her, and she says, Valentin is right. It can wait. They don’t have to talk about it right now. Peter says Valentin has to check in with the minister. Valentin thanks Lulu for joining them, and says he hopes they can all be happy for Nina’s sake. He goes inside, and Dustin says, no judgement, but he’s curious. Why didn’t she confront Valentin about Sasha?

Lulu says she knows from panful experience, if she shows her hand, Valentin will outmaneuver her. Besides, he’s not the person she needs to talk to. Dustin says, Nina, and she says, exactly. She doesn’t know if Dustin is aware of this, but Valentin killed her brother. Dustin asks, who is this guy, and why isn’t he in prison? She says, it happened in Greece, and the Greek authorities believed Valentin when he said it was self-defense. Even worse, everything that belonged to her brother, now belongs to Valentin. She wants Valentin punished, but right now she’s trying to make sure she’s telling Nina for the right reasons. Dustin says he’s just getting to know her, but she doesn’t strike him as the vengeful type. Is he wrong?

Valentin thanks Peter for the save, and Peter says, what are best men for? He wonders what Lulu’s problem is, and Valentin says she still blames him for Nikolas’s death. He only invited her for Charlotte’s sake. He thinks she should be asked to leave, and Peter says it would tarnish his halo. In Nina’s eyes, he qualifies for sainthood for finding Sasha. Valentin says, that’s a stretch, but he’d do anything for Nina. Peter feels the same way about Maxie, and Valentin says they have to escape their respective pasts for the women they love. Peter asks if Valentin has forsaken the dark side of his heritage (sounding like a character from Flowers in the Attic), and Valentin says, has Peter?

Nina asks if Charlotte realizes that when she marries Charlotte’s papa, Sasha will be her be true sister. Charlotte says she’ll get the sister she’s always wanted. Did Sasha want a sister? Sasha says not until she met Charlotte. Obrecht passes out champagne, and says, sisters are a gift. On this happiest of occasions, she can’t help but remember Nina’s mother. She’s sure Madeline is craning upward to look past the smoldering brimstone, to disapprove of all their choices. Sasha is glad she never met Madeline, but Obrecht says Madeline made it possible for Sasha to be there. That woman; never a hair out of place. Curtis knocks on the door, and Maxie asks why he’s there. Nothing can go wrong today. He says he wanted to talk to Nina before she marries Valentin. Nina asks, what’s up? and he says she told him to always be honest with her, no matter how much the truth hurts. Charlotte says that’s what her mommy tells her too. Curtis says, it’s good advice; she should follow it. Nina says if he’s there to try and convince her to call it off, she doesn’t want to hear it.

Mike gives Carly a bouquet in a cup that says, World’s Best Mom. He says he got it in the gift shop, and tells her not to go down and see how much he paid. She says it’s priceless to her. Mike said he heard the baby is a little sick, and Carly says, a little, but she’ll be fine. It just takes time. Mike says that means he has seven grandchildren. This new one, Michael, Kristina, Avery, Dante – he looks at Sonny – and Spencer, and Morgan. Did he get them all? Carly says, he got them. Sonny says Mike is surrounded by family, and they all love him. Does he want to see Donna? Mike says, after he meets Donna, does he get his surprise? Carly says, yes.

Sam tells Diane that when she was trying to get Shiloh to let Dev and Wiley go, he said they were running out time. He said he was on the clock, and when he got what he wanted, he’d go. Diane says, he never told her who or what he wanted? Jason says, it’s got to be money, and Diane says, someone would have to deliver it. They need to know who. Sam says, maybe Dev heard something. He was on the Haunted Star before she was. Jason says he’ll check on that, and Diane says she’ll continue to work on things from her end. She tells Sam to enjoy her freedom; live her life. She’ll let them know when it’s time to regroup. Sam says she wants to see Carly and the baby. Jason says, baby Donna made it through surgery with flying colors. Diane had no idea there was a problem, and Jason tells her, the baby has spina bifida, but there’s been no nerve damage, and she can live a full, healthy life. Diane says, thank God. Give the proud parents her love, and tell them that she’ll drop by soon. And Sam… Sam knows. Don’t leave town. Diane tells her, don’t, but she was going to say, don’t worry.

Josslyn and Jax find Dev in the kitchen, where he seems to spend most of his time. Jax says he seems jumpy, and Dev says he didn’t know anyone was there. Josslyn says they just got back from visiting Carly. She loved Dev’s card. Dev asks how Carly is doing, and Josslyn says, all things considered, she couldn’t be better. Jax says the quote Dev put in the card was Turkish, and Dev says, was it? He found it online. Jax says, good choice. Dev says they just missed Mr. Corbin, and Jax says, isn’t Mike his cousin? That’s kind of formal. Dev says that’s what Mike said. He’s trying to call him Cousin Mike. It’s a lot to get used to. Josslyn tells him that Carly said it was fine if he visits. She’d love to see him. He says he’ll head over there now. Dev jets, and Jax says, Dev couldn’t get out fast enough. He wonders why.

Josslyn says she’s sure Dev was saving them from standing around, making polite conversation. Doesn’t Jax have a wedding to get ready for? Jax says he’s not going to be angry, but he knows Josslyn is covering something up about Dev. He hates to see her trying so hard to keep it from him. She says, he’s right. She’s sorry. She has been lying to him.

Mike and Sonny look at baby Donna, and Mike says, she’s little. Sonny says, she came early, but she’ll be well enough to take home soon. Mike says maybe he can introduce her to Yvonne. Jason joins them, and Sonny says he and Mike came to check out the baby.  Jason says, she’s a beauty. Sonny tells Mike that he’ll be right back; he and Jason have to talk. Sonny asks, how’s Sam? and Jason says he persuaded Robert to let him post bail. He thinks Sam is a flight risk. Sonny says it doesn’t surprise him. He asks how the case against Sam looks, and Jason says, Diane doesn’t think it’s going to trial, but if it does, they need to be prepared. Sonny says he’ll do whatever he can, and Jason thanks him. Jason says he needs to talk to Dev about what happened on the Haunted Star, and Sonny says, if it helps Sam, be his guest.

Sam tells Carly that she’s sorry she couldn’t visit sooner. Carly says Jason told her what’s happening; it’s crazy. It’s obvious Sam killed Shiloh in self-defense. Sam says there’s evidence that says she planned to kill Shiloh. Carly says, who didn’t think about killing Shiloh? She was dropping hints to Sonny daily. Sam says, there’s a recording that says she was plotting revenge. Carly says she’s out on bail. She knows Sam and Jason will get to the bottom of this. Sam says, that’s the plan.

Dev comes out of the hospital elevator, and Jason says he was looking for Dev. Dev asks if he’s in trouble, but Jason says, no. He doesn’t know if Dev heard, but Sam was arrested for Shiloh’s murder. Dev asks, what kind of justice is that? That guy was out of control. Jason tells him to keep his voice down. He needs to know everything that happened on the boat with Shiloh.

Peter tells Valentin, he supposes there’s always a chance all their misdeeds could be exposed. Valentin says, no risk, no reward. Peter says, yes, but sometimes that risk can be overwhelming. Why do they live with it?

Lulu says Dustin is right. She’s not the vengeful type. He says, good to know. She says she used to be, and he says, also good to know. She says, if she tells the truth about Sasha, it won’t be out of revenge. It will be to save Nina from marrying a man who’s deceiving her; because it’s the right thing to do. How can she teach Charlotte to value honesty if she can’t be honest herself? He says it sounds like she knows what she’s going to do.

Maxie says she has to get to the church, and Charlotte asks if she can come too. She wants to see papa. Nina tells her, it’s okay, and Sasha says she’ll give Nina and Curtis privacy. Nina is sure Curtis won’t mind if she stays, and he says it’s about her too. Nina tells him, please don’t ruin her wedding by trash talking Valentin, but he says, let him finish. It’s no secret he’s not a fan of Valentin’s. He was skeptical about Sasha at first, but he liked her the moment they met, and two DNA tests proved she’s Nina’s long lost daughter. Obrecht says, thanks to Maxie, there were three tests, all yielding the same result. Curtis says, that means Valentin did right by Nina. And anyone who can make her happy, gets his stamp of approval. Nina throws her arms around him, and thanks him. He says, just in case, Aunt Stella gave him this when he was a kid. He gives her a blue handkerchief, and says, because everyone should cry at their wedding. Weeping, Nina says, really? She doesn’t think that’s a thing. He says, crying at your wedding, means there will be no tears throughout your marriage. He says she’s his best person, and she says he’s hers too. He tells her, never forget that, and tells Sasha, be good to her mom.

Jax says, Dev isn’t Sonny’s cousin, right? and Josslyn says, no. Jax asks who he is, and Josslyn says, it’s a long, complicated story. He says he’s all ears, but Josslyn says, first he needs to know that her mom and Sonny made sure she was okay with it. He says, sure, they asked, but was she going to say no? She says she could have. She can think for herself. He says he knows. He just wanted to make sure Sonny didn’t keep repeating the question until he got the answer he wanted.

Dev tells Jason that he was hiding on the Haunted Star when Shiloh showed up with Wiley. He told the baby it wouldn’t be long. He just need to grab some essentials for the trip. That’s when Dev called him, and got Sam. Then Shiloh hit him in the head. He didn’t lose consciousness completely, and heard Shiloh talking on the phone. He was asking for money. Does Jason know who it could have been?

Peter tells Valentin, it was easier to keep secrets when there was no one else he cared about. Valentin says, truer words, my friend. His advice is to forget about it today. Peter asks if that’s Valentin’s way of saying he’s making the wedding day about him. Valentin says he’s being practical. In the wee small hours of the morning, their secrets may find them. Not that he fears it. No, this is a good day.

Lulu tells Dustin, she hates that she knows this. Why does she have to be the one to break Nina’s heart? Curtis and Jordan arrive. Curtis shakes Dustin’s hand, and Lulu introduces him to Jordan. She tells Dustin that Jordan and Curtis were married a year ago. They had their reception on the Haunted Star (but we won’t mention that pesky murder). Curtis says, here’s to Nina’s wedding ending on a happier note. Charlotte runs up, and hugs Lulu. Maxie wants to grab Lulu for a word. Lulu says, thank God Maxie is there. Maxie says Lulu brought Dustin as her plus one. Lulu said she wasn’t going to do that, and they’re not a thing. Charlotte tells Lulu that Curtis visited Nina. He said Nina told him on his wedding day to always be honest, and never lie. Maxie says, there’s a recipe for disaster. Charlotte says, she told Curtis that’s what Lulu teaches her too. Lulu looks at Dustin.

Josslyn tells Jax, if she’d said no, her mom and Sonny would never have let Dev stay, and he’s glad to hear that. She says she kind of likes Dev. He drives her crazy, but it’s a nice distraction from thinking about Oscar every minute of every day. She hated lying to him. He takes her hand, and says he’s sorry Sonny put her in that position.

Mike tells Carly, the baby is beautiful, and Carly says, she is. He says she reminds him of someone; another little baby, but not Avery. He wishes he could remember. Sonny says, maybe Courtney? and Mike says, yes; his beautiful daughter. Sonny thinks now might be the right moment to give Mike his surprise. Carly says she and Sonny talked about it. Sonny wanted to honor his sister, and she agreed. Donna’s full name is Donna Courtney Corinthos. Mike is visibly touched.

Jason asks Dev, what happened when he left the pier? Dev says Jason told him to call 911, but he got worried about getting the cops involved. He saw Peter, and asked for a ride. Peter said yes quickly, and he was pretty cool. Jason asks if Dev remembers anything else. Dev says, Peter was carrying a gym bag, and he seemed pretty nervous.

Peter tells Valentin, it’s almost show time. Valentin says wish him luck, but Peter says it doesn’t sound like he needs it. Valentin says, it’s always good to have it. Charlotte runs to Valentin, and he tells her, tres belle. Charlotte says, Nina said the best thing. After Valentin marries her, Sasha will be her true sister. Valentin says, she will.

Maxie asks Lulu to tell her the florist is inside. Lulu says, they are, and Maxie says, everything is as it should be. She checks her list, the last item being, wedding planner’s BFF and hot date. They’ll be talking about how that happened later. Right now she needs to make sure everything is okay. Maxie runs inside, and Lulu tells Dustin that she has to catch Nina as soon as she gets there. He says he’ll wait with her, but she says she has to do this herself. He tells her that he’s just a text or a holler away, and she thanks him. She waits.

Obrecht, Sasha, and Nina approach. Obrecht says she remembers the last time she was there. Her sister lay dead in her coffin. May today be equally joyous. Sasha calls to Nina, and asks if she’s coming. Nina says she’s on her way. Lulu looks panicked.

On Monday, Charlotte asks what’s wrong, Lulu says she has to tell Nina something that can’t wait, Sam tells Jason that Peter was definitely working with Shiloh, and Josslyn tells Dev that her father knows about him.

General Hospital

Finn catches Hayden on the phone with her daughter.

Ava sits sipping a martini at the bar in the Rib. She has the stack of Ryan’s letters with her, and Chet says, most people don’t have time for handwritten notes anymore. She says, the author of these letters has nothing but time on his hands. She downs the martini, and Chet asks if it’s not good enough to be savored. She says, on the contrary, but on nights like this she prefers to go right to a bout of well-lubricated amnesia. Michael comes up to the bar to pay his tab, and Ava asks him to tell his father to please stop ignoring her voicemails. She’s supposed to see Avery tomorrow, but can’t finalize plans if he doesn’t respond. Michael says Sonny has been busy. He and Avery have a new baby sister. Ava needs another drink. Or four.

Carly tries to get Sonny to go to the waiting room; their daughter needs to feel him close to her. Jason comes in, and Sonny asks him to stay with Carly while he checks on their daughter.

Laura says, Doc found a clue in the painting? He says, possibly, but he might possibly be seeing what he wants to see. He wouldn’t be the first cryptographer who saw a clue that didn’t exist. Laura asks what he thinks he sees. He says, that the codicil actually exists.

Nina wonders where Valentin got his musical talent. She doesn’t think it was from Mikkos. Valentin says, Mikkos didn’t sing; he screamed. Even though he doesn’t want to invite bad luck, he doesn’t want to be so far away from her. They kiss, and Jax smiles at them.

In the bathroom, Sasha tells Obrecht, she doesn’t know how much longer she can keep this up. Obrecht says she made a choice; they both did. She chose to keep Sasha’s secret in order to protect Nina. Her niece’s happiness is of the utmost importance to her. Therefore, Nina must never know Sasha isn’t her daughter. Inside one of the stalls, Lulu hears, and registers total shock. Sasha says Obrecht doesn’t have to remind her what’s at stake. Nina’s happiness is her priority too. Obrecht says Sasha made Nina believe that she was Nina’s daughter, but she’s an imposter. Now they’re both in too deep to get out.

Sasha tells Obrecht not to act like some victim. Obrecht says, there’s only one victim here – poor, trusting Nina, who believes Sasha is her long lost daughter. Sasha says she’s right. She took advantage of Nina’s trust, but why did Obrecht go along with it? Obrecht says Sasha genuinely seems to care for Nina. Sasha says she does. That’s why she can’t live with it. Obrecht says neither can she, but Nina has to believe her happily ever after is finally there.

Jax asks if it’s Nina and Valentin’s last night out as single people, but Nina says it’s what’s left of there bachelor and bachelorette parties. Valentin says, driving rain wasn’t as conducive to golf as Peter thought it would be. Nina says, and her bachelorette party kind of fell flat, but their luck changed, and they wound up in the same place. Jax says, congratulations. It seems like things are going their way. Nina says what about him? He doesn’t seem like a Floating Rib kind of guy. Jax says it has its charm, and he wanted something casual, since he’ll be celebrating their relationship tomorrow. Valentin says he doesn’t have to. They don’t care if Jax approves of their relationship. Nina says, but they do. She wants him to respect their relationship.

Doc tells Laura to look at the jewels on Helena’s collar. Some sparkle, some don’t. He thinks it’s intentional. It reminds him of a constellation. Corona Vera. She asks how he knew that, and he says he’s a bit of a constellation nerd. She says, of course (🍷) he is. He says some historians believe that cryptologists were the original stargazers. They looked to the stars for meaning. Laura asks what her favorite cryptologist knows about this constellation. Doc asks if she has other cryptologists in her life, and she says, no, but she thought it sounded better than only. He says he’ll take it. She wonders if it’s a constellation out of Greek mythology, and Doc says, it’s possible. Corona Vera is roughly translated to true crown, but could be taken as rightful heir.

Michael tells Ava that he’ll pass along her congratulations, and she says, please do. He tells her that if she’s seeing Avery tomorrow, try to be sober.

Carly thanks Jason for waiting with her. She thought it would be better for Sonny be in the waiting room. He has room to pace. If she could walk, she’d be pacing with him. Jason asks how she’s holding up, and she says physically, she’s fine; there were no complications. She’s not worried about herself. She’s worried about Donna. She’s so tiny. They let Carly hold her, and she’s so sweet, pretty and alert; Carly can’t believe she’s on the operating table. Jason says, Michael had surgery when he was a newborn and came through it. Donna will too. Carly says she knew it was coming, but didn’t know she’d be so scared.

Jason gives Carly a present. He says he bought it for her. He bought it for Donna too, but mostly her. She says he doesn’t give presents, but he says, it’s a special occasion. She unwraps it, and it’s a travel guide for Africa. She says he gave the same one to Michael, and Jason says, it was the first book Michael had. He just thought it would be a great place for her and Donna to get started. She thanks him. Wow. Those Corinthos kids must be smart, reading travel guides when they’re babies.

Hayden asks if Finn is hanging over her shoulder. Finn asks since when does she have a honeybun? She says Honeybun is her dog. He asks since when does she have a dog? What kind of dog is it? She says it’s a lab named Honeybun. It’s been a while since she’s seen Honeybun, and talking helps the separation anxiety. She’s trying to make sure her baby is managing without her. She tells Finn, tease her all he wants. Finn says, it’s sweet; it’s very maternal. She says, that’s her; maternal.

Laura finds a book on constellations and myths in the library. She tells Doc, Corona Vera is connected to a myth. She reads, a distant relative usurps the crown of a rightful heir. Earning the enmity of the gods who cast him down. She says he nailed it. Helena bequeathed the portrait for a reason. It all fits. Doc says, unless she was toying with Nikolas. Were they at odds when she died? Laura says, they were. Helena tried to control Nikolas, and for decades, she tormented him. Eventually, he flipped, and used her tactics against her. He became as ruthless as she was. Laura thinks it was Helena’s plan all along. Doc wonders if she wanted to help him or hurt him, and Laura says, Helena would want Nikolas to inherit the estate before Valentin. Nikolas is her own blood, and Valentin was the product of her husband’s infidelity. She’d never want the Cassadine estate to land in Valentin’s hands. Doc says the painting seems to confirm Valentin is not the rightful heir, but that doesn’t make them any closer to the whereabouts of the codicil. Maybe the answer is in the stars.

Obrecht says, Nina doesn’t know Sasha is nursing a guilty conscience. She’s afraid Sasha is going to have a relapse. Does she want Nina worrying on her wedding day? Sasha says, of course (🍷) not. Obrecht says, then stop thinking about herself, and think about Nina. She’s going to be married, and Sasha has to be the daughter Nina needs her to be, instead of a selfish Sasha, a nobody from nowhere. They leave, and Lulu, who’s been sitting with her feet up on the toilet and getting angrier, peeks out. She says, Valentin, you son of a bitch.

Jax tells Nina that he hopes the wedding will serve as a new beginning. Not just for her and Valentin, but for them. Strictly professional, of course (🍷). No more spying, no more secret files. Nina says Jax was the one with secret files, and Jax says she and Valentin both hired Curtis to spy on him. It was a wasted effort. They could have focused on the magazine. Moving forward, he hopes they can do better. Nina does too. Put the past in the past, and leave it there. Valentin couldn’t agree more. Jax suggests calling a truce, and asks what they should drink. Obrecht sidles up, saying, a vodka martini, shaken not stirred. Jax says it’s lovely to see her, and she says, him too. She asks if he’d like to join her in a martini. I wait for him to say he doesn’t think they’ll both fit, but instead, he says, only if he’s buying. Obrecht says, they can catch up. Nina thinks it should wait until tomorrow. They have to get back for their beauty rest. Obrecht says her beauty requires minimal maintenance. Jax says something to her in German, and they have a short conversation. He leaves, and she says, what a man. Nina says, he’s very charming, but please take it slow. Obrecht tells her not to worry. She and Jax are both cosmopolitan citizens of the world. Nina didn’t even know he could speak German. She asks what Jax said, and Valentin says Jax asked her to save him a dance tomorrow night. Obrecht says, no doubt, he’ll be a marvelous dancer. Nina thinks this conversation can end.

Sasha orders a glass of wine at the bar. Michael tells her that he’s going to GH to check out Donna and Carly. Sasha says she’ll see him tomorrow, and he says, without a doubt. He tells her to keep her chin up. It will all be over soon. He kisses her, and heads for the hospital.

Obrecht tells Nina they have time for a drink. It’s her last night of freedom, and must go down with a roar, not a whimper. Nina asks if Obrecht doesn’t want rest up for her big dance, and Obrecht says, perhaps she’s right. She wants to make the most of tomorrow’s opportunity. Sasha joins them, and Nina guesses this is goodnight. Valentin hates that she’s spending the night on Spoon Island. If the weather gets worse, they’ll close the harbor, and she won’t make it back. She says she’ll swim to him. Nothing will keep her away. They kiss, and Lulu comes out of the bathroom, looking shocked and furious.

Nina thanks Lulu for coming out. She knows they’ve had their ups and downs, and appreciates Lulu making an effort. Lulu says, it’s not Nina. She thinks Nina would want… Nina asks if Lulu is okay, and Valentin suggests she overindulged. Lulu says she’s not drunk. Valentin says, no judgement, but she doesn’t want a hangover tomorrow. Lulu guesses she’s just tired. Nina tells her to get some rest. If she shows up early, they can take some cute pictures of her and Charlotte. Obrecht says, it’s time to leave, and Nina says she’ll see them tomorrow. Lulu says, yes; she will. When Nina is gone, Lulu asks Valentin if he understands how much Nina means to Charlotte. If he jeopardizes that, and Charlotte gets hurt even a little bit, she’ll tear him down. He tells her, go home; she’s drunk. Dustin comes along, and asks if he can buy Lulu a drink. She says, if he doesn’t mind, she’d like some fresh air. Dustin says he doesn’t mind, and it’s cheaper too. She says she has to get out of there.

Looking at the book, Laura tells Doc, the stars have been used for navigation for thousands of years. Maybe their position in the sky means something. He says, their position when? She says, maybe when the stars are bright? and he says, like the jewels in the painting. She says, maybe they indicate the location of the codicil. He suggests they start by finding out when the constellation is most visible.

Hayden asks what Finn is doing at the Rib, and he says he got roped into Valentin’s bachelor party. Hayden says the things they do for love. Jax approaches them, and says, there she is. He thinks they should grab a table. Hayden say she needs to use the restroom. Jax asks Finn if Hayden is okay, and Finn thinks she just misses her dog. He says, strange. He never thought of Hayden as a dog person. Jax says it’s news to him too. Finn asks if Jax has never met Hayden’s lab, Honeybun.

Hayden finds Ava crying over the sink in the bathroom. Hayden says, rough night? and Ava says, rough couple of years. Hayden needs to use the sink, and asks if Ava minds moving. Ava says, actually, she does mind.

Carly ask Jason to tell her what’s going on. She knows him. He wouldn’t have left if it wasn’t important. He says, Sam’s been arrested for Shiloh’s murder. Carly says, what? How is that possible? He’s a kidnapper and sexual predator. Sam shot him to save Jason’s life. He says, Sam shot Shiloh in the back, and Carly asks what she was supposed to do. Politely ask him to turn around? Jason says, that’s what the cops said, but Carly says, the cops are wrong. Jason agrees, but a nurse overheard Sam say something potentially incriminating. Diane says the statement is hearsay, but then someone dropped off a recording with Sam saying she wanted Shiloh dead. Carly says people say that all the time, and he says, but Sam didn’t say it. The tape is fake. Someone is trying to frame Sam. Carly asks what they’d get out of it, and he says, maybe they’re leftover DoD members. If that’s all it is, Diane can handle it, but Sam is in lock-up, and her arraignment is tomorrow. Hopefully, this is the end of it. Sonny comes in, and Carly asks if it’s over. Sonny says he didn’t see Donna, but the operation is over. The surgeon is going to talk to them

Outside the Rib, Dustin gives Lulu his jacket. She thanks him for walking with her. He says she seems stressed, and she says, it’s complicated. He says he can handle it, and she says, someone she knows was lied to by a person they love. He asks if it’s bad, and she says, it’s despicable. He asks if she’s going to tell them, and she says she hasn’t decided yet. There’s chance a chance this someone would prefer not knowing. Dustin says, so do you help someone by not hurting them, or hurt them by not helping them? She says that’s her dilemma. What do you do when you think you really know someone, and it turns out they’re not that person at all? I wonder if this is a foreshadowing that Dustin also isn’t the person Lulu thinks either.

Laura reads that Corona Vera is visible in the northern hemisphere from November through March. She shows him the coordinates, and he says, the latitude and longitude is Spoon Island. She says he’s kidding, and he shows her on his phone. She hugs him, and says, they did it, but he says, not yet. The house is massive, and there’s the grounds and the outbuildings, not to mention the island itself. He’s not sure they can narrow it down. She says he got his first clue is in the painting, so the painting might hold another. They hear Nina, Obrecht, and Sasha in the foyer, and try to act normal.

Hayden fixes Ava’s makeup. Ava says she’s not the type to engage in a public crying jag, and Hayden says she didn’t think Ava cried at all. Ava says she thought the same thing about Hayden. Hayden asks where she got that idea, and Ava says, Nikolas. Hayden says she couldn’t afford to be vulnerable, but Ava wonders, why not? Nikolas was wonderful; sensitive and generous. Hayden says, he wanted her dead, and Ava says, so he had contradictions. Hayden says, don’t we all. She tells Ava that it was better in the long run. A simpler relationship was better for her. Ava says Finn hardly strikes her as simple, and Hayden says they’re done. She wants to be clear that Finn is in the past. She gave up on him, like Ava seems to have given up on life. Ava squeezes her glass so hard, it breaks.

Jax tells Finn that Hayden never mentioned a dog to him, but to be fair, she never mention she’d been engaged to Finn. They don’t talk about their personal lives so much. It’s strictly business. Hayden runs out, and says Ava cut her hand in the ladies room. She needs Finn’s help. Finn isn’t thrilled, but says, all right, and goes into the ladies room. Hayden asks Jax why he called this meeting, and he says first, he’d like an explanation. Why hasn’t she told Finn about their child?

On the phone with Diane, Jason says he just wants Sam out. They’ll deal with the rest later. Michael comes in with flowers, and Jason tells him the operation is over. The surgeon is talking to his parents now. They see the doctor come out of Carly’s room, and they go in. No one is crying, so that’s a good sign. Michael asks what the surgeon said, and Sonny says, their little girl came thought with flying colors. Carly says, Donna is going to be okay. Michael is happy for them, and hugs Carly. Everyone smiles.

Sonny says the surgery was a complete success, and there are no complications. Michael says, it’s a miracle. The first uncomplicated Corinthos. Carly says Donna will have to stay at the hospital for a while. She’s on antibiotics, in case of infection, and she’ll be monitored to make sure she’s healing properly, but the surgeon doesn’t think there’s any reason to worry. Sonny asks if  Jason and Michael want to see her, and Michael suggests they take shifts. Sonny takes Jason with him, and Michael asks how Carly stays so strong. Carly says he wouldn’t be saying that if he’d seen her during the surgery. She breathes a sigh of relief.

Dustin tells Lulu, it depends on what it relates to. She asks if he promises not to tell anyone, and he says he doesn’t know any of these people, except for her. She says she needs to hear him say it, and he says he promises. It’s her secret to keep or tell. She says, it turns out Nina’s daughter Sasha isn’t her daughter. It’s a scam. She knows Valentin has something to do with it. He probably cooked the whole thing up, and now Nina is going to marry him. Smug bastard. Here she is, armed with information that could blow him out of the water. Only.. Dustin says, only she’ll destroy the wedding. He says, look at it from Nina’s perspective. Would she want to know the truth?

Back at Windymere, Nina, Sasha, and Obrecht sit on the couch, drinking wine. Sasha thinks she’s had enough, but Nina says, no, and she can’t say no to the bride. Obrecht says, certainly not. She wishes her niece nothing but the best. They clink glasses, and Nina says she has gifts for them. Obrecht says, her first. Nina gives Obrecht a huge box. Obrecht unwraps it – real wrapping paper too – and says, her very own karaoke machine. She’ll be compelled to audition for American Idol in no time, although I think she’s probably missed the cut-off by a few years already. Nina says it’s Sasha’s turn, and gives her a small box. Sasha opens it, and says she can’t. Obrecht asks what it is, and Nina shows her the necklace. Obrecht says, it’s a significant gift, and Sasha says, and way too much. Nina says, nothing is too much when it comes to her. It’s not the original, but she had it made. She shows Sasha that she’s wearing the other half, and puts the necklace on her. Nina says, it’s perfect. Just like them.

Jax and Hayden sit at a table, and Laura and Doc walk in. Laura thinks they should keep their theory between the two of them for now. She feels that Hayden could still be a wild card. Hayden tells Jax that Finn could have heard. She doesn’t see how this involves Jax, but Jax says when he covers for her, it makes him an accomplice; a role he’s not comfortable with. She’s going to get caught, and he thinks she should cut her losses. Her lies are getting more desperate by the minute. A dog named Honeybun? She says she had to cover; it’s too late for anything else. If Finn had come to Rome, she would have told him, but now he’s with Anna. Jax says, that doesn’t change the fact that Finn has a daughter he doesn’t know about.

Finn washes Ava’s cut. He tells her to keep pressure on it, and when she gets home, put on a proper bandage and disinfectant. And lay off the booze, or it will keep bleeding. Ava says, as if the night couldn’t get worse. Finn asks how she cut herself, and Ava says his ex-girlfriend. Hayden offered unsolicited advice and an inaccurate assessment of her life. Who is she to judge? How did he end up with that hypocrite anyway? He says they never ended up together, and he’s engaged. Ava says, since when has that ever stopped anybody?

Nina tells Sasha that when she went to the jeweler to have the necklace made, she thought what her life would have been like if Valentin hadn’t found Sasha. She couldn’t imagine it. Sasha has made her a better person. They would have found each other regardless. They were destined to be together. Nina thanks her for being her daughter. She loves her. Sasha says she loves Nina too. They hug, and Sasha looks at Obrecht over Nina’s shoulder.

Lulu tells Dustin, of course (🍷) she’d want to know, but it might be better for Nina to live in ignorance, and sit on this truth. How can she make it through the wedding? How is she going to keep her mouth shut while Nina exchanges vows with that liar? Dustin says, maybe a distraction at the wedding would help. Lulu asks, what kind? and says, an escort at her side. He could be her back up. Does she have a date? She says, no, and he asks if she wants one.

Obrecht says, time for bed; it’s getting late. Sasha says she’s tired, and Nina says, okay. She can hardly wait for Sasha to be by her side tomorrow. Sasha says, it’s going to be beautiful, they hug, and Sasha goes to her room. Obrecht hugs Nina, grabs her karaoke machine, and also leaves. Nina sees the painting, and says, that’s enough out of you, covering it again. Valentin says, that woman is a real buzzkill. She says he’s not supposed to be there, but he says he needed to see her one last time. They kiss, and he says he has something important for her.

At the Rib, Doc tells Laura, there are other clues in the painting, but a photograph is a poor substitute for the real thing. Laura bets there are lots of clues. Helena intended for Nikolas to figure it out.

Valentin says, eyes closed, and puts a gorgeous necklace in front of Nina. He says, open them, and she says, it’s beautiful. He puts it on her, and says he loves her. They kiss.

Ava tries to think of the last time she saw Finn’s fiancé, but here’s Hayden. She’s still head over heels in love with him. Finn says Hayden made it clear she feels nothing, but Ava tells him not to kid himself, or let Hayden kid him. She’s lying when she says she’s over him.

Hayden says, telling Finn will just throw upheaval into their lives, and Jax says, it’s probably for the best. She asks if he’s saying Finn wouldn’t want her back. He asks if it’s never crossed her mind, and she says, obviously it’s crossed her mind. She’s thought of everything from a happily ever after to an ugly custody fight. But she always comes to the same conclusion. Finn can never know.

Carly tells Michael, Donna is so tiny and fragile. She kept worrying that something would go wrong, and that one moment is all she would get. Michael says she has a lifetime of moments. Donna is a lucky girl. She’s got the best mom in the world. They hug, and Carly says she loves him.

Jason and Sonny look at baby Donna. Sonny asks what Jason thinks. Jason says, she’s so tiny, and Sonny says, tiny, but fierce. They chose the right name. Their little girl is a fighter.

Tomorrow, Nina doesn’t want to hear it, Jax knows Sonny is covering up something about Dev, and Sam thinks Shiloh had an accomplice.

🗽 This week, on Million Dollar Listing: New York, Steve was gifted with the listing of the neo Bauhaus designed penthouse in The Noma. Steve had been focusing on buyers, since selling takes longer and it was a buyer’s market, but the penthouse – featuring 360* views, one of them being the Empire State Building – having never been listed, appealed to Steve. Developer Joel had hired Corporate Sunshine to sell the rest of the building, but felt the penthouse was unique, and needed a special marketing push. Steve didn’t want to step on any toes, but head broker Pam was thrilled it was Steve, instead of an outside broker. He threw a tremendous open house, including brokers Corporate Sunshine worked with, since they had the other listings in the building. I thought that was pretty smart, but Joel acted like a huge baby at the open house, trolling Steve, and saying the point of hiring him was to bring in new blood, and he was seeing faces he’d seen before. He wanted a Steve party, not a Corporate Sunshine party. Steve finally convinced Joel that he got plenty of people to come, influencers in particular, who would give the penthouse more exposure. Steve described it as very Instagrammable.

Since Ryan rebranded SoHY, he fell in love with it. One of his guests had said he has the magic, so he decided to run with that. However, he turned out to be a much better agent than a magician, so he hired one for the open house. Although he did dress like one, with a top hat, cape, and white gloves, which caused his wand to keep slipping. In his interview, he told us that when you create something, you have to keep saying the name over and over until others are saying it. He also dubbed himself The Great Serhantagasm, and couldn’t stop laughing at his own joke. With six hundred and eleven people there, he got his old enthusiasm back. He thought he and Emilia should buy something in the building to rent, and bought the penthouse himself. That left two other apartments, one of which he got a serious off for. The developer wanted to hold out on the price, but Ryan said there was a concern that the other units might not be sold, or that he’d end up renting them out. Ryan asked to list the rest of the building. The developer felt for a broker to buy his own listing meant something; he has faith in the property. He told Ryan if he could sell the penthouse at a slightly higher price, then he could list the rest of the building. On the personal front, Ryan and Emilia went to the eight-bedroom townhouse they’re renovating, and Emilia thought she might be going into labor.

Fredrik had a Greenwich Village single family townhouse that words can’t even describe. It had a floor-through master, a children’s suite, a beautiful and quiet backyard, and in the basement, a 1200-bottle wine cellar, gym, and stage. Fredrik was leaving for L.A. where he was meeting Derik, but before he left, was able to get the owners down a little in price ($20 million), which he felt was more marketable. In his interview, Fredrik said the conversation about Adam wanting to move to L.A. was completely unexpected. He said he does like driving his Bentley, and agreed L.A. had a different vibe. He was happy that Derik was happy there, but said he’d have to be bi-coastal, and he was already missing the kids when away from them. He told Derik that the hotel they were staying in was going to be a future townhouse development. He had a listing for a house there as well, but it was one that most brokers there had already seen, and relaunching a property is a problem.

Tyler had a huge fail last week, with only one broker showing up to his breakfast open house. Given a second chance, he called every broker he knew for a pied-à-terre party. He told them to also bring their buyers if they were in town. He had a horse carriage on stand-by, one of his main selling points being that the buyer’s front yard  would be Central Park. He ended up with lots of people – and Ryan, who called Triplemint (Tyler’s company) Bubblemint, and was humorously antagonistic in general. Tyler told the potential buyers that he had a special surprise, and took them on a carriage ride through the park, telling them, the best amenity was New York City. He got an offer that looked good for a hot minute, redeeming himself, until the buyer found out they were relocating for work, and had to retract it. I wanted to cry. The developer was happy with Tyler though, and gave him another thirty days to sell the place.

Next time, Tyler gets his biggest listing, and Josh Altman (Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles) feels that Fredrik is stepping on his turf.

General Hospital

Nina tells Valentin that she just needs him for a few minutes before he goes out with the boys. He says, with the exception of Peter, he and the boys can’t stand each other. He’d rather stay there with her. He would go to great length’s to avoid this stupid ritual. Nina tells him not to tempt fate. Besides, Peter and Maxie went to so much trouble to put everything together, they don’t want to disappoint. Valentin says, then they won’t.

On the phone, Maxie says, timing is everything. Tell her they understand. She thanks them, and hangs up. Peter walks in and says he hopes Nina appreciates all the work she’s been doing. She says it’s no trouble, and her sister-in-law deserves the very best. She asks what about his plans for Valentin? and he tells her that he’ll never be the event planner extraordinaire that she is. She says, no, he won’t; she’s amazing. He agrees, and says, the hardest part was filling out the guest list. How do you throw a bachelor party for someone who has no friends?

Michael arrives at The Floating Rib, and orders a beer. Curtis comes in next, and says him too. He says, let him guess. Peter called in a favor. Michael says he’s doing it for Sasha. And him? Curtis is doing it for Nina. Finn joins them, and orders club soda. At one of the tables, Willow asks Chase, what is it? He says he thinks his brother might be going golfing. She asks if he wants to say hello, but he says tonight is all about her.

Laura sits with Lulu in the café, and Doc comes in, apologizing for being late. Laura says, perfect timing, and Lulu says she’s on her way to Nina’s bachelorette party. Laura says, at least Maxie will be there. Lulu says if Maxie hadn’t twisted her arm, she’d be home in fuzzy socks watching old movies. Nina is going to be Charlotte’s stepmother, so she’s going to get out there and celebrate. Laura says, if it’s any comfort, she and Doc will be watching Charlotte at Windymere tonight. Doc says, really? Lulu wonders why they’re not watching Charlotte at her place, and Doc says, that’s a good question.

Charlotte asks Nina if she can go to the party, and Obrecht says she tried explaining it’s for grown-ups. Charlotte says she is grown up. See? She shows Nina the earrings she’s wearing, and Nina asks if Charlotte has been in her jewelry box again. Charlotte says she wanted the right accessories for the party. Nina wishes Charlotte could go, but not only is it a grown-up party, they agreed she was going to get rest tonight, so she can perform her duties at the wedding. Charlotte thinks she can do both, but if she can’t go, can she keep wearing Nina’s necklace? She promises she didn’t break it. Nina says, it’s not broken; just incomplete. The other half belongs to her daughter. Sasha comes in, and everyone looks at her. She says, what?

Sasha asks if something is wrong, but Valentin says, everything is very right. Obrecht says all is right in her mother’s world tonight. In no small part because of Sasha. Nina says, it’s because of everyone in the room; her once and future husband, her loving aunt, and her two sweet, loving girls. How lucky can one bride get? Charlotte asks if Sasha has the other half of the heart necklace, and Sasha says, no. Charlotte thought Nina said her daughter had it, but Nina tells her that she said it belongs to her daughter. Her mother had told her that her daughter had the other half, but for some reason, Sasha never received it. Valentin says they might never know what happened to it. Nina says they don’t need it. All she needs are her girls.

Maxie says, transportation, and Peter says, check. Entertainment. Check. Food and beverage. Check, and he knows Finn doesn’t touch the hard stuff. She says it sounds like he has everything covered. He says he thinks he does, and she says, including his search? He’s puzzled, and she says the search he needed all the cash for; finding his perfect apartment. He says he hasn’t found anything that speaks to him yet. She says, good, because she’s been thinking. He wonders if he should be worried, and Maxie says, no. It’s a normal thought. Not a let’s infiltrate a government installation thought. She doesn’t think the lofts are the right place for her, James, and Georgie. They’re too mass market trendy, and they’re more boutiquey. Peter says he was thinking the same thing, but not in those words. More like, it’s not the right fit. She says, good. She thought he had his heart set on it. He says, no worries. He’ll start a new search after the wedding. She says maybe they can look together.

Michael asks how Finn got roped in, and Curtis says, Valentin’s best man is… Michael says, Peter, and Finn says, exactly. Peter is his future stepson. Not what he pictured. Curtis asks what he pictured in a stepfamily, and Finn says, a puppy, maybe a goldfish. As much as he wanted to, he couldn’t say no. Curtis says, hanging out with Valentin isn’t his idea of fun, but he’s there for Nina. Finn asks Michael if he’s okay, and Michael says more than okay. He has a new baby sister, Donna, named after a great and gracious lady. Curtis says, to Donna Corinthos, and they clink glasses. Finn is happy for Michael. He had a scare with Sasha, and deserves some happiness. Michael says thanks to Finn, Sasha made a full recovery. Cheers to that. They clink glasses again. Curtis says Nina was terrified she was going to lose her daughter. Michael says, if there’s anything he can do to repay Finn, let him know. Finn says maybe he could explain why otherwise reasonably intelligent people spend hours hitting a little ball into a little hole on a green lawn. Curtis says Finn is the only doctor he’s ever met who doesn’t like golf. Chet asks if they’re at the Rib for karaoke, but Michael says they’re here to celebrate the marriage of a man they dislike to a woman who deserves better. Chet says they get a lot of those.

Chase says it must have been hard for Willow to tell her mom about Shiloh. Willow says she had a lot of feelings about it, but it was mostly relief. Chase says now she can get on with the rest of her life, which brings him to the surprise he has for her. He asks if she’s ready, and she says, go on; surprise her. He says the surprise isn’t happening here. He gets up, holds out his hand, and leads her out.

Laura tells Doc, no matter what she thinks of Charlotte’s father, Charlotte loves Sasha and Nina, and she’s excited about the wedding. She wants to take part in everything, from the breakfast to the reception. Lulu says her daughter is a born romantic. Doc wonders where she gets it from, and Laura says, maybe it’s a family trait. Laura asks if Lulu doesn’t have party to get to. Lulu says she’s just going to focus on the activity, and forget the reason for it. Doc says, that’s the spirit. Lulu leaves, and Doc says, okay. Tell him the real reason they’re looking after Charlotte at Windymere.

Nina asks if Sasha is feeling all right. Maybe they should play it safe, and stay home. Sasha says she’s just overwhelmed. Weddings make her emotional. Nina says she doesn’t want to push it so soon. Obrecht reminds them that she’s a doctor, and she’ll be at Sasha’s side all evening, just in case. There’s nothing to worry about. Sasha says she feels perfectly fine. Nothing is going to spoil this night for Nina. Obrecht smiles, but Valentin looks grim.

Maxie suggests she and Peter find a place big enough for all of them together. Peter doesn’t say anything, and she says maybe she spoke too soon. Forget she mentioned it. He says he loves the idea of finding a place for all of them. It’s just… She says, don’t tell her he doesn’t deserve it. She sees a man who’s completely turned his life around. It was no accident that he was on the pier when Wiley and Dev needed him. He was meant to be a hero. She tells him, now go. Have a good time, but not too good. The Crimson phone rings as Peter leaves.

Doc says, this has something to do with Spencer, doesn’t it? and Laura asks how he knew. He says Valentin, Windymere, what else would it be? She says she’s worried that Spencer found a way to go after Valentin without putting himself directly in harm’s way. Doc says, is he astral projecting? Laura asks if she can tell hm on the way over. He says he can’t wait, and remember, he has her back.

Lulu finds Maxie, and says she doesn’t want be late, since she’s hosting. Maxie says she’s not working. She’s looking for a place, a place for her and Peter, as in our place. Maxie expects a protest, but Lulu says, that’s wonderful. Is she ready to go? Maxie says, before she forgets, is Lulu inviting Dustin as her plus one? Lulu says she and Dustin aren’t even a thing, and Maxie tells her, that’s what she said about Peter.

Peter thanks everyone for showing up. He knows Finn is there for his mom, and says he owes Finn one. Finn says they’ll see how much by the end of the night. Curtis hates to be a mood buster, but isn’t Peter forgetting something? Peter says he triple-checked the list, but Curtis says, where’s the guest of honor? Michael wonders how they can have a bachelor party with no bachelor.

Valentin tells Nina to have the best bachelorette party. Nina says her mom thought they were declassee, now she’s having one. He tells her to have one to shame her mother for all eternity. She likes the way he thinks. Apparently, one of the writers really likes that phrase. He says he’ll try to shame her mother also. They kiss goodbye, and Obrecht tells Sasha, it’s enough to give you hope for the rest of them. The doorbell rings, and Charlotte answers, greeting Doc as step-grandpa in German. Obrecht says, something she taught Charlotte. Laura loves Charlotte’s jewelry. It’s so sophisticated. Charlotte says Nina let her borrow it. Nina thanks them for coming, and Laura says, this is where Charlotte wants to wake up. Obrecht hustles them out, and Charlotte asks if Laura wants to hear a story about the necklace. Laura says she does, but thinks it would also be fun to play games.  Charlotte asks if she plays. She and her papa play all the time. Doc says, it’s a game of strategy. Who better to teach her? Laura says she was thinking of something more fun, like hide and seek.

Charlotte thinks hide and seek is a great idea. They play it in the garden, but it’s getting dark soon. Laura says, it’s a big house with so many rooms. Charlotte probably has a favorite hiding place. Charlotte says she likes the trophy room. She loves talking to the animals, even though they’re just heads on the wall. Laura thinks they’re fierce looking, but Charlotte says some of them are sad. She tries to get the fierce ones make the sad ones less sad. She thinks the animals are happier now that papa removed his wicked stepmother, Helena Sophia Angela Cassadine. She walks over to the covered painting, and Doc uncovers it.

At the Rib, Valentin knows they probably have places they’d prefer to be, and they’re only there because Peter asked them, but he appreciates the effort, despite their differences. Peter says there’s a car waiting to take them to the club. Their first tee awaits. He goes to the bar, and Chet asks how Maxie is. Peter says she’s good, and Chet says they go way back. Her happiness means a lot to him. Peter says, to him too. Valentin tells Curtis that Jax is awfully forgiving. He noticed they were getting along today, which is odd since Jax fired Curtis. Curtis says it’s like Valentin said. They should all be able to get along despite their difference. Look at Valentin and Nina. Valentin says they had a rocky start, but they found their way to their happy ending. Curtis says, good to hear… for Nina’s sake. Valentin says nothing is going to come between Nina and the happiness she deserves. When he’s gone, Curtis says, yeah, right.

At the spa, Obrecht says no one does it better than the Swiss. Nina says it’s pure indulgence; just what she needs. Maxie says, just wait. After this, she’s having a party bus take them to Le Chant du Claire (or something like that). Nina is thrilled. She thanks Maxie, and thanks the magnificent women who came. She can’t imagine life without them. A woman comes in, and Maxie says Astrid if there to grant their every wish. Astrid says there’s a slight problem. Maxie says she called ahead to make sure there were no problems. Astrid says they have a new reservation system, and it accidentally double-booked the spa. Maxie starts to get angry and loud, and Astrid says the champagne and refreshments are on the house, and their spa package will be ready in an hour. Maxie says if they take an extra hour, they’ll miss their reservation. She suggests the take a relaxing steam, and the other people can wait. Astrid says the steam room is already occupied. Maxie suggests they unoccupy it, but Astrid says she can’t do that. Nina says she will.

Nina goes into the steam room, and says they’ve double-booked. The people there have to leave. The steam clears, and she sees it’s Willow and Chase.

Charlotte says Helena reminds her of the wicked queen in Snow White. She’s smiling, but you can tell her heart is cold and cruel. Doc says Charlotte is perceptive. Some people would be misled by the superficial, but she sees underneath. Laura says, it’s just a painting. It can’t hurt her. A thunderstorm begins, and Laura suggests Charlotte put her jammies on, and she’ll come up to help with homework. Charlotte says she has a book report due tomorrow, and asks if Laura will read it before she has to turn it in. Laura says she’d love to. I’m confused. What happened to hide and seek, and how is Charlotte turning in a book report if she’s at the wedding? Charlotte goes to change, and Doc says he gives Laura’s granddaughter credit. She knows a wicked queen when she sees one. Laura says the painting was a bequest to Nikolas. Helena said something about it being a reminder that they’ll never be finished, or they had unfinished business. Doc says, one good thing about that. If Helena hadn’t sent Laura on a scavenger hunt, they might not be together. She says, it’s beyond ironic; Helena getting them together. She’s never been happier. Doc says Helena is spinning in her grave. Laura feels terrible about Charlotte being frightened by the painting. Helena has been dead for years. Still… Doc asks if she’s okay, and she says she was just wondering if the unfinished business Helena referred to was passed from father to son.

The guys go back to the Rib. Peter says the forecast said clear. He can’t believe their game was cut short by a cloudburst. Valentin says, Peter is as relieved as he is. Valentin tells Michael that he’s glad see him and Sasha back on track. Michael says he thought Valentin would want Sasha to leave as soon as the wedding was over. Valentin says he thought wrong. What makes Nina happy makes him happy. That’s why he was concerned about Sasha and Michael’s misunderstanding. What was that all about?

Sasha looks out at the rain. Maxie says she planned this excursion down to the last detail, and it’s all falling apart. Obrecht asks if Astrid is Swiss, and Astrid says, Norwegian. and Obrecht says, close enough. She says something sternly to Astrid in German, and Astrid beats it out of there. Maxie says, what she said.

Nina says Willow and Chase are ruining her spa night, and Willow says Nina is ruining her spa night. Nina says the steam room was booked for her bachelorette party. Willow says, that’s right. She and Valentin are finally tying the knot again. Good luck. Nina says she’s not leaving, Willow is leaving. Chase says he booked the spa for the night, and they’re staying. Maxie walks in, and says she booked the spa, and they’re leaving. Chase says, it’s a private celebration, and Nina says she already told them it’s her bachelorette party. Maxie says so they understand. Whatever little occasion they’re celebrating, a bachelorette party trumps it. Willow says, Shiloh is finally dead; the man who kidnapped her child from his adoptive parents. Maxie tells Nina they need to get out of there, or they’ll lose their reservation. Nina says nothing and no one is ruining her night, and tells Willow and Chase, have a it. By the way, Charlotte loves her new teacher.

Michael tells Valentin, what happens between him and Sasha… Valentin says, is none of his business. He didn’t mean to pry. Michael doubts that, and Valentin says Michael is right. He did, but that’s what one says when one gets caught. Michael says, not if you’re being honest. He tells Michael that if Nina is ever made to suffer by something her daughter does, no matter how noble, he’ll hold Sasha personally responsible. Michael says Valentin is very protective of the ones he loves, and Valentin says, fiercely. Michael says they have that in common. His family is like that, especially his father. It’s good to know they’re on the same page.

The girls troop into the Rib. Maxie tells Peter, all her plans went down the drain, literally. The spa was double-booked, the party bus broke down, and they look like drowned rats. Peter says she always looks beautiful, and she says, a beautiful drowned rat. Sasha tells Michael, it was a complete disaster. Michael says maybe he can brighten her evening with some good news. He has a brand new baby sister – Donna. She hugs him, and says she’s happy for him. Valentin asks if Nina is okay, and she says, now she is. Her night took a turn for the better. Everything that could possibly go wrong, went spectacularly wrong. She had a close encounter in the steam room with Willow. She needs a drink. Sasha asks Michael if she’s mentioned how much she hates keeping the lie going. Michael says it’s a necessary evil to put Cassandra away. Sasha says she doesn’t want Cassandra to slide because she wants to be honest, and Michael tells her, Valentin knows he knows.

Doc asks if Laura still thinks Spencer had something to do with it, and she says she does. The way Hayden dodged her questions, he may have orchestrated the whole thing. What she wants to know, is where he got the idea there was a codicil at all. And if there is, where is it? Doc says, which brings them to now. Charlotte’s book report awaits. The sooner Laura gets finished reading it, the sooner they can get looking.

Nina is sure hanging out with the groom is breaking every convention, but it works for her. Maxie tells Lulu, at least the bride and groom are enjoying themselves. Lulu excuses herself, saying there’s only so much of Valentin’s joy she can stomach.

Obrecht ask Finn how he’s enjoying the return of his faithless emorata. She almost feels sorry for Anna. Has Finn informed her that Hayden returned? Finn says even a favor from Peter isn’t worth a conversation with her.

Michael asks if Sasha is okay, and Sasha tells him to look at Nina. The happier Nina gets, the worse she feels. She goes to the bathroom, and Obrecht watches.

Maxie asks Peter, what’s wrong? What does he see? He says, everyone is having a good time. She says, exactly. Despite a tsunami of disasters, they pulled it off. They’re a great team. Peter says, and they’re just getting better. They kiss.

Curtis tells Finn, maybe he’s a sucker for romance, but if Nina loves Valentin, he can’t be all that bad. Finn says, really. Curtis says, who’d have thought between the two of them, he’d be the sentimental one. Finn guesses he misses Anna.

Obrecht tells Michael to stop eye-stalking the lavatory. He says he’s worried about Sasha, and Obrecht says she’ll check on her.

Chet says, karaoke is open. Stardom awaits. Nina tells Valentin he can still salvage the bachelorette party. He thought it was already salvaged, but she says he must have a little karaoke somewhere in him. He says, no, and she says, please? Or does he only sing at the Nurses Ball? He says he only sings looking at her. Consider it an early wedding gift.

Doc takes a photo of the painting. Laura says she looked around the trophy room, but she didn’t see anything. Doc says, that’s okay. He did.

Willow tells Chase, just when she thinks she’ll never have to deal with Nina again, she walks in. She walked in like she owned the place, then had to throw it in Willow’s face that her daughter has a teacher she likes. How is she supposed to respond to that? Chase asks what Nina did next, and Willow says, she didn’t do anything; she left. Chase says, she’s gone; let her go. Relax and be there with him. She likes the sound of that (and probably the way he thinks), and they kiss. Chase says, where were they? and their towels drop to the floor. Really? Do they steam clean the steam room after every usage? Not only does it sound uncomfortable, it’s kind of gross.

Valentin says this is for his bride-to-be, and everyone applauds. He sings, and I have no clue what this song is, but it sounds like the title might be You’re Lovely, My Dear. The really amazing part is, there are no lyrics being shown to him and he remembers everything. Not like real karaoke, where you could be singing Happy Birthday, and still have to be glued to the lyrics. Curtis texts Laura, how goes the search? Little hearts float through the air between Nina and Valentin, as he sings to her. He takes her hand after the final chorus, and everyone applauds again. They kiss.

Obrecht gives Sasha a tissue, and tells her, use it. Sasha thanks her, and Obrecht tells her, dry her eyes, straighten her back, put on the pretense of a smile, and get back out there. Sasha says she doesn’t know how much longer she can keep this up. Obrecht says she made the choice – they both did. They chose to protect Nina, and make her happy. Nina must never find out that Sasha isn’t really her daughter. Inside one of the stalls, Lulu hears.

Tomorrow, Lulu tells Dustin that she found out someone’s being lied to, Obrecht says they’re both in too deep to get out, Michael tells Ava about the baby, and Carly asks if the baby is okay after surgery.

The Real Housewives of Dallas

Careyes, Mexico; Day 3. Brandi says it was the most fun ever last night. D’Andra says she can’t do anything today. Her head hurts so bad.

LeeAnne and Kameron meet outside, and sip orange juice. Kameron says she felt disgusted when she went to sleep last night.

Kary asks if Brandi is ready for today. They wonder where everyone else is. D’Andra joins them. In her interview, she says she feels like she was hit by a Mack truck. (Why is it never a Ford or a Chevy Trailblazer?) She has the worst hangover. Worse than anything she had in college or in the Bush administration. Kameron tells LeeAnne that she didn’t want to room with Stephanie last night, but thought she’d just start more drama if she left. She doesn’t know if Stephanie even slept there. In Stephanie’s interview, she says she woke up extra overwhelmed, and poured her heart out to Kary. When Kameron called Brandi trash, she felt like she was called trash too. Then Kameron implied she wasn’t being a good friend. D’Andra says, the last she remembers, a napkin was flying in the air.

Kameron tells LeeAnne, she thought everything was fine, but when she talked about her feelings, she got her head chopped off. We flash back to the altercation between Kameron and Brandi. Kameron asks if they can’t talk about mature things, or should they just be fake? She’s insecure about the group, and at dinner, Brandi was getting in her face. In Kameron’s interview, she says her using the clique word was no excuse to throw the eff word in her face. LeeAnne says, when she was with the carnival, they would go to a restaurant, and people would stare at them and talk about them until they left. Manners, class, and trash are Brandi’s trigger words. She has a problem feeling good enough, so when you describe her in words that aren’t good enough, she loses it. Kameron says, Brandi’s behavior was trashy. It was the first word that came to mind.

Brandi tells D’Andra and Kary, that Kameron has a double-standard. She doesn’t see her own faults. In Stephanie’s interview, she says, even if Brandi lived in a trash can, don’t call her trash. It’s rude. Oh my Lord. I can think of about a billion worse things to be called, and since when are any of them Miss Manners? Maybe Kameron. A little.

Kary says they’re having a beach day. They’re going to have lunch, and clay mask treatments. They get in a limo bus, and D’Andra say she forgot to bring a plastic bag. Kameron says she heard Stephanie leave last night, and wondered where she went. She thought Stephanie slept outside. Stephanie says she woke up at 7:30. Kary says they’ve got to do lot of tequila shots, and D’Andra says, God help her. They go to a beach called Playa Rosa. Kary is sad that it’s almost over, but they’re going to have a good time today. They clink glasses. In Kary’s interview, she says she’s going to get them to have fun, and no negativity. These have been trying days, with them pushing each other’s buttons. You never know what you’re going to get. Kary asks, who wants to go to the sweat lodge?

Shaman Antonio and shaman Debbie greet Kary, D’Andra, and Stephanie them at the lodge, which is a hollowed out clay mound. Debbie explains they’ll do chanting, and going to be leaving behind what they don’t want anymore, like their toxins. She says, the lodge is like the Mother Earth’s womb. In Stephanie’s interview, she’s concerned they’re Hansel and Gretel, and Debbie is going to try and eat them. Debbie smudges them with sage or whatever, and they put mud all over themselves. Debbie tells them to ask the spirits’ permission to come in, and walk to the left. Well, more like crawl. The ceiling is pretty low. Debbie says they go into the womb to be reborn and refreshed. She tells them to talk about whatever comes from heart; why they’re grateful. D’Andra says she just hit a turning point; she just turned fifty. She’d like better relationships with her girlfriends, husband, and mother. She wants to do more with her life. She’s grateful for her friend. Stephanie says she’s just searching right now, and wants to release a little bit. She gets weepy, and in her interview, she says she’s been depressed, and wants to release the shame of being back on antidepressants. She wants to reclaim her life.

Kary is thankful for new friendships, her kids, and their health. She wants to be a better mom. She’s the mother of a teenager, and sometimes forgets to really listen. In her interview, she says, after the divorce, they split time with the kids 50/50. She missed out on all the time when they were little. Sometimes she struggles to connect with them, and wants to let them know how much she loves them. They’re the most important thing in her life. Chanting happens, and Debbie tells them to thank the spirits that are there sharing with them. Antonio bands a drum, and Debbie pours water on the rocks to make steam. There’s more chanting.

On the beach, Kameron says, it sounds wondaful, and Brandi says, peaceful. Kameron asks how late they stayed up. LeeAnne says she slept like a baby. Kameron says she couldn’t sleep at all, and Brandi says she couldn’t either. Because of them. Kameron agrees, and says she felt bad for what she said. She felt icky. Brandi asks if she wants to talk away from LeeAnne, so there isn’t another voice. Kameron asks LeeAnne to babysit her hat, and LeeAnne says she’s getting used to this.

Brandi tells Kameron that she’s not trying to fight. In the moment, she was pissed off, and threw the napkin. Brandi says Kameron called her trash, and Kameron says Brandi was going, eff, eff, eff in Kameron’s face with her finger. She was getting close, and it felt like Brandi was coming at her, so in defense, she threw the napkin to give her time to get out of her chair and run. Brandi understands Kameron felt attacked, and Kameron says Brandi was intense. That’s never happened to her before. She’s never been in a situation like that. Kameron cries, and says she feels like an icky person. She wonders why she’s hanging out with this group when she’s attacked like that. LeeAnne approaches them, and Brandi says she and Kameron are trying to talk. LeeAnne says she’ll let them finish their conversation, although she tried to have one with Kary last night, and they made her stay at the table. She thinks they should not try to make each other cry. Brandi says she’s not trying to make Kameron cry. She pulled Kameron aside so no one else was chiming in. That’s how this all happened in the first place. LeeAnne says, let her finish. She wants to let Brandi know that Kameron feels bad about this. Brandi says she can see Kameron crying. She knows, and they’re sorting it out. Kameron says everyone thinks she’s always running off to LeeAnne, but she wants to have relationships with everyone. From her beach chair, LeeAnne says, this is childish and stupid. Brandi says she woke up thinking Kameron thinks she’s trash. Kameron says she apologized. What else can she do? Brandi says don’t call her that again. Kameron says she wondered what was wrong when Brandi came at her face. Brandi says when she was young, they lived in a trailer, and no one wanted to visit. That’s why it hurts her. She doesn’t open up, because in some ways she’s still ashamed. Kameron says she shouldn’t be. She’s a strong, amazing woman, because of what she’s gone through. They both apologize, and hug. LeeAnne mumbles, it’s effing dumb. In her interview, Kameron feels bad that she triggered a bad memory for Brandi, but Brandi is allowing Kameron to understand her more. She loves this. LeeAnne says this is the worst trip ever, and she got a flesh-eating bacteria last time she was in Mexico.

More chanting is heard. Stephanie says she feels hot and lightheaded, but it was cool. She’s there to find peace, happiness, and a purpose. They should support and love each other; it’s a magical thing. Deb tells them to take it easy for a while. She tells them to ask permission to be reborn, and leave anything they don’t want to have. So you can be a new you.

Kameron and Brandi got back to where LeeAnne is, and LeeAnne gets up, saying she’s going to walk on the beach. Brandi says LeeAnne is probably mad at her. Kameron thinks LeeAnne understands that they wanted a private conversation, but Brandi isn’t convinced.

The girls run back full of mud, and run into the water. Stephanie says it was cool, and thinks LeeAnne would want to do it. LeeAnne wants to walk on the beach. In Kameron’s interview, she says it’s obvious LeeAnne needs space. Just when they put one fire pit om the group, they have another. Debbie tells Kameron and Brandi to put the mud on themselves. Kameron says it’s like what a spa must have been in the olden days. They go inside. Kameron wants to have more love for her friends and family, and be the best person, wife, and mom she can be.

Stephanie asks if LeeAnne felt left out when Kameron was talking with Brandi. LeeAnne says, no. She saw Kameron crying, and went over to tell Brandi how bad Kameron feels. It wasn’t well received. She doesn’t know how long she should keep trying. If he starts a conversation, she ends up getting her face bitten off, but she gets the same treatment for not having one. She’s damned if she does, and damned if she doesn’t. She feels like every time she tries, she gets knocked down. LeeAnne tells Kary that her mother abandoned her, and it hurt. Stephanie says LeeAnne isolates herself, and then feels alone. It makes her sad, and she doesn’t know if LeeAnne realizes she’s doing it. Kary says if they’d shared a room, it could have been a different trip. Stephanie says, sometimes people’s actions put them where they are. LeeAnne says she’s well aware she’s her own worst enemy. She’s not trying to cause problems; she’s trying to fit in. Kameron and Brandi come out of the sweat lodge, and go into the water. In Kary’s interview, she says she’s disappointed that LeeAnne didn’t partake. She still has so much anger, which doesn’t help her heal.

They go back to the villa, and Stephanie suggests they shower together to save water. They have a group shower in their bathing suits. In LeeAnne’s interview, she says she’s taking Stephanie’s advice, and altering her behavior. She’s doing what Kary said, and fitting in. Brandi thinks she and Kameron should do a prank. Kameron has an idea to put flour in a blow dryer. In her interview, Brandi says, pranks help build and solidify a friendship, especially when they’re executed well. Her pranks are more X-rated, while Kameron’s are more G-rated, but a prank is a prank, so she’ll take it. Her roll is to distract the others with shots. Kameron asks the kitchen for some flour.

LeeAnne doesn’t like shots. In her interview, she says, they’re the same as BJs (not the warehouse). Why should she swallow all that, and that fast, when don’t want to swallow any of it? Kameron rigs the dryer, and cleans up the mess she made doing it. D’Andra is proud of herself for managing to stay out of stuff this time, and Stephanie says it’s because she stayed drunk. Kary tries to use the dryer, flour goes everywhere, and Kameron and Brandi die laughing. In Kary’s interview, she says Kameron surprised her. She’s funny, a girl’s girl, and classy all the same time. Kameron plus tequila equals fun.

It’s the last night. They take pictures, and head out to eat. On the way there, Brandi says she and LeeAnne should have done the sweat lodge thing, but LeeAnne says she didn’t feel like Brandi wanted her there. Brandi says she wanted to have a conversation with Kameron, and LeeAnne says she feels like there’s a double standard. She saw Kameron crying, and it hurt her feelings. Stephanie says they didn’t allow LeeAnne to have a private conversation with Kary. In Brandi’s interview, she says she thinks LeeAnne is jealous that she and Kameron are making up, and she’s throwing a fit for attention. Brandi says a lot of alcohol was involved, but LeeAnne says, not a good excuse. In D’Andra’s interview, she says this group can’t go five minutes without a confrontation  lee not being mad evil bad trying to

At the restaurant, they’re led to a candlelit outside table, near a bonfire that’s very Burning Man-ish. In Kary’s interview, she says, it’s the last night, and this is a special place. It’s where she got married ten years ago. She hopes the napkins stay on the table tonight. Kary makes a toast. She says she’s gone on many girls trips, and this one was full of surprises, and new friendships. She tells Stephanie that she loved their talk this morning. In Kameron’s interview, she says, so Stephanie went to Kary. She sees how this is going.  Kary says they have their differences, but she loves that they’re able to talk through them. They clink glasses. She can’t wait doe the next trip. Brandi blows air, and LeeAnne plays with her straw. Brandi feels that she and LeeAnne need a moment away from the others. Including other opinions creates drama. They decide to take a walk on the beach. Kameron tells them to raise a hand if it gets crazy, and they’ll save them. In LeeAnne’s interview, she says she’s educating Brandi in her boundaries. Someone doesn’t know if they’re hurting you unless you tell them.

Kary tells Kameron that she’s so much fun. Kameron says she’s always been fun, but doesn’t think some of the women have tried to get to know her. She’s tried, with Stephanie and Brandi in particular, but there’s been no reciprocation. It got to the point where she was like, screw that. She’s done. In Kameron’s interview, she says Brandi and Stephanie have had walls up since she met them. Kary is accepting and inclusive, and has no walls up. Stephanie says they’re different people, and need to figure each other out

Brandi tells LeeAnne, she doesn’t want people to feel sorry for her. LeeAnne asks if Brandi thinks she does, and Brandi says she tends to deflect. Brandi has been through sh*t too. LeeAnne says she knows. That’s why she relates to Brandi. Brandi says the difference is, she bottles it up, holds on to it, then moves past it, and grows from. You can’t live in the past. LeeAnne brings it up, makes people feel bad, and makes it everyone’s problem. She’s a grown-ass woman. At the table, Stephanie doesn’t know if it’s good or bad. LeeAnne tells Brandi that she lived in shame. She tried to kill herself. She’s not asking for pity; she’s telling people what shame does. Brandi doesn’t want to fight, but feels that LeeAnne doesn’t listen to her. LeeAnne feels the same way, but Brandi insists she does listen. She knows everything about LeeAnne. LeeAnne says, if she does, when’s her period? Kameron thinks they need to interfere, and Kary nods. Stephanie walks over. Brandi says she’s trying to be open, and LeeAnne says she is too. D’Andra yells for them to come back. No three person chats allowed. They go back, and in her interview, Brandi says, LeeAnne is good at making you feel like you’re the crazy person or the a-hole. 

The women ask LeeAnne, what happened? and LeeAnne says Brandi thinks she wants people to feel pity for her. She asks D’Andra if that’s what she wants, and D’Andra says, no. In her interview, she says, yes! She tells LeeAnne that she’s passionate about things. and sometimes it’s a lot. D’Andra doesn’t talk about things that way. In Kary’s interview, she thinks LeeAnne should quit being a baby, and grow up. D’Andra says she was upset that LeeAnne didn’t go to the sweat lodge. LeeAnne says it’s hurt her feelings that the focus has been on D’Andra’s 50th birthday, and it was two weeks ago. LeeAnne has an event in her life coming up.

D’Andra doesn’t know anything about LeeAnne’s event. She hasn’t been invited. In her interview, LeeAnne says D’Andra tried to separate her and Rich as a couple; why would she want to celebrate their union? It makes no sense. She tells D’Andra that they have things above and beyond difficult that they’re trying to get through. D’Andra says she’s trying, and LeeAnne says she knows. And LeeAnne is trying her best to give grace and be present and thoughtful. She adds, and try to eat dinner, since the waiter is putting it on the table. She says she and D’Andra never get to the point where they communicate. D’Andra walks over to the beach, and LeeAnne says she can’t change D’Andra; it’s her nature. She wants to win. She’s a cheerleader; it’s her thing. LeeAnne’s thing is to survive. She guarantees, at the end of the day, she won’t be the bitch eaten by the dinosaur. In Stephanie’s interview, she wonders if the dinosaur in this analogy is Brandi. LeeAnne says D’Andra can’t win by being LeeAnne, and vice versa. If it’s on the surface, things are fabulous, but when things are intimate, D’Andra is uncomfortable. LeeAnne says, that sounds sexual, and Kameron focuses on her spaghetti, saying she never knew spaghetti in Mexico was so good, but it is.

Kameron toasts to such an amazing trip. She can’t thank Kary enough. Kary took them in, and they’re all crazy. She’s brave to take them on. She’s one strong lady. She also toasts to D’Andra’s 50th, and Kary gives D’Andra a necklace from her line. LeeAnne says, it looks like anal beads, and Kary says, Brandi told her the same thing. LeeAnne says, see? She knows Brandi.

Next time, a lingerie/circus themed shower, D’Andra whines that she’s 50 and has to start over, and Jeremy thinks D’Andra should close down the shop.

General Hospital

Hayden plays catch with Aiden in the park. As she runs backward, Finn grabs her.

Jax thinks Nina’s been avoiding him. She arrived late for the budget meeting, and left as soon as it was over. It’s clear she doesn’t want to talk to him. It’s no way to run a business. She agrees, and says professional communication is crucial. She asks if he has Crimson business to discuss. Is she falling short? He says they’re on budget, the readership is up; she’s delivered everything she promised. She says, they agree the magazine is thriving. Is there anything else he wanted to discuss? Unless he wants to discuss his campaign to undermine her fiancé.

Valentin walks into the MetroCourt restaurant, and sees Laura with Curtis. Laura tells Curtis she spoke to Spencer. He asks if Spencer was behind the search for the codicil in Mikkos’s will. She says her grandson has a casual relationship with the truth, especially if it’s something he wants. Curtis says, he denied it, and Laura says, uh-huh. He acted like it was no big deal, but she thinks he got her message. She wants to make it crystal clear that Spencer is not to be involved, or Lulu. The only person from her family who’s working with him is her.

Elizabeth runs into Charlie’s. Julian asks if something is wrong with Franco. She says she had him committed. It’s just for the time being. The more distance that’s put between him and Kim, the better, so Julian needs to leave town with her as soon as possible. Julian says he’s sorry, but he and Kim aren’t going anywhere. They’ve broken up.

Kim calls Franco from the park, and asks how he is. He says he’s been committed to Shadybrook, the latest in his humiliation. He’s glad to hear her voice though. She’s sorry Elizabeth is doing this to him; she has no right. He says, Franco is Elizabeth’s husband, and she thinks she does. He’s not insane. He’s in love with her, and what they have is real. She knows. Terry sees Kim, and asks if everything’s okay. Kim says no, but maybe she can help.

In the interrogation room, Diane says they all agreed, it was a clear-cut case of self-defense. Jordan says, that was before. New evidence has come to light. Diane says, it’s evidence based on hearsay. Jordan says, in addition to Sheri’s statement, they have evidence from another source that incriminates Sam. It’s Sam herself. Jordan plays a recording where Sam is saying she wants Shiloh dead and buried for what he’s done to her sister and the other women at DoD, and to her. She’ll do anything in her power to make that happen.

Finn tells Hayden, sorry. He thought she was going into the rocks. Aiden asks if Hayden is okay, and Hayden tosses the Frisbee back. Finn says he’s impressed, and she says he didn’t know she could throw things? She says, Aiden is great, and she’s realized, kids can be fun.

Sam says, that’s impossible, and Jason says, she’s being set up. Jordan asks if it’s her voice, and Diane tells Sam not to answer. She needs a moment with her client. Jordan steps out of the room, and Sam says, this is ridiculous. Diane tells Sam that she just moved from an uncontested, clear-cut case of self-defense to a possible charge of premeditated murder.

Valentin sees Curtis and Laura at the MetroCourt, and says, two birds with one stone. He can handle both of them. Laura asks why they need to be handled, and Valentin says he’s been a little busy planning the wedding, so it’s fortuitous to find them both in the same place. Laura says they were just discussing Cassandra. Unfortunately, the WSB won’t be able to extradite her to the Hague. Valentin says, she’s an international criminal. Laura says Cassandra will be standing trial there, and she’s going to have a front row seat. Who knows what secrets Cassandra will spill on the stand?

Terry asks what Kim needs, and Kim says Terry knows Elizabeth had Drew committed. Terry says she knows Elizabeth is concerned for her husband. Kim says Terry is Elizabeth’s best friend. Maybe she can get through. Terry isn’t sure she follows, and Kim says, what Elizabeth is doing is cruel. They sit on a bench, and Kim says, Elizabeth is punishing Drew. It’s not his fault. It was Franco’s choice to step in and save Cameron. Everything that happening is Shiloh’s fault, no one else’s. Terry asks what Kim wants her to do, and Kim says, Franco is gone; Drew is there. Her Drew. The Drew that remembers their love; Oscar’s father. Maybe she can help Elizabeth recognize that Drew is real. Pretending he’s crazy isn’t going to change anything. Terry takes Kim’s hands in her own, and says it was remarkable how Kim rallied again and again during Oscar’s illness, up until their last moment together. She was heroic Kim asks what that has to do with the pain Elizbeth is inflicting on Drew? Franco is gone, and Elizabeth needs to accept that. Terry says, maybe Elizabeth isn’t the one who needs to accept that someone is gone. Clinging to the memory of Oscar’s father won’t bring Oscar back. Kim says she should have known Terry wouldn’t understand. Terry says she understands Kim has experienced an extraordinary loss. Kim says, Franco is a memory. Drew is real, and he’s not crazy. Kim stomps off.

Elizabeth says Julian helped Kim through hell. He said he loves her, and Kim said herself that starting over with him was her only chance. Julian says, that was before she found another option. He’s sorry for what Elizabeth is going through. He thought all Kim needed was distance, but Franco has Drew’s memories, and Drew is Oscar’s father. Any connection to Oscar, no matter how tenuous, is more important to her than their relationship. Elizabeth says, so he’s just walking away? It’s clear that Kim is sick and confused. The connection she’s holding on to isn’t real. Franco is Elizabeth’s husband. Julian knows it’s a horrible situation, and he’s sorry she’s going through it, but there’s nothing he can do. Elizabeth says everyone knows who Julian is, and how willing he is to get his hands dirty. Don’t stand there and tell her that he won’t help, because he damn well will.

Julian says he’ll disregard what Elizabeth said because she’s angry. She has a right to be, but he can’t stop Kim from acting on her feelings. He’s truly sorry about that. She asks if he thinks saying he’s sorry will make it better. Sorry is when one of her kids comes home late or someone accidentally cuts her off. It’s not going to help her husband, or help Julian’s girlfriend from feeding into Franco’s illusion. She’s tired of everyone saying they’re sorry. They’re sorry they misjudged Franco; they’re sorry they didn’t catch Shiloh faster. They’re sorry there’s only a one in four chance she’ll get Franco back. She needs him to fight for Kim like his life depends on it, because hers does. She’s crossed lines she never thought she would to save her husband. She had him committed. Don’t offer her sympathy; help her.

Kim visits Drew, who says, it’s nice to see a friendly face; a beautiful face at that. He thanks her for coming, and she says, of course (🍷) she came. He needed her. He says it’s nice to be with someone who acts like they want to see him. She can’t believe it’s gone this far, and he says, Elizabeth is just desperate. She can’t accept that Franco is gone. He tried to convince Elizabeth that he’s real. Kim says they’re all victims of Shiloh, but he says he doesn’t think that helps. When he looks in Elizabeth’s eyes, he can see how she feels. Kim tells him, look into hers. He’s a good man, and she sees him. Bleh.

Jax tells Nina that he’s been dealing with the Cassadines off and on for many years. He trusts Alexis implicitly, but she’s the exception. Stephan and Nikolas tried to double-cross him, and he’d be naïve to think that Valentin isn’t a potential threat. Nina asks if he isn’t being a little melodramatic, and he says, not really. Since Valentin tried to drug him at their dinner party.

Laura asks if she said something upsetting, and Valentin says Cassandra means nothing to him. He’s too busy focusing on the wedding. Laura says she forgot what a hopeless romantic he is; always looking for his happily ever after. He says, it’s finally here. He heard Curtis is joining them at the bon voyage to his bachelorhood. Are they still on? Curtis says he can’t wait. Valentin tells Laura that Charlotte is looking forward to their visit, and asks when he should drop her off. She thinks it’s better if she spends the night at his place. Is that a problem?

Diane asks Sam, is there any chance… Sam says, none. Diane says even with their surveillance of Shiloh, which included allegedly illegal video and listening devices that she knows nothing about? Jason says, the house is clean. Diane says, it is now. Sam says she never said a word or expressed her feelings outside of there. If that’s her voice, the tape has been edited or cloned. Diane says then they’ll proceed with the argument that the tape is fake. Jason asks if they can request their own expert, and Diane says if he’s referring to Spinelli applying his illegal operations, it could be tricky. The court is about to close, and she has to act fast if Sam doesn’t want to spend the night in jail. Diane leaves, and Sam says they should have seen it coming. Of course (🍷) Shiloh would find a way to hurt them, even from his grave.

Valentin says Laura is Charlotte’s grandmother; she’s always welcome. He was under the impression that she was uncomfortable there. She says, because it was Nikolas’s home? He says, now it’s Charlotte’s home, and Laura says, that’s her point. Charlotte is excited about the wedding, and wants to help Nina get ready. Valentin thinks it’s a great idea. Charlotte will get the benefit of a good night’s sleep beforehand in her own bed. He asks what time she wants to come, and she says she’ll text what time she and Doc will be there. Valentin leaves, and Curtis says she’s good. Laura hopes it pays off. She only has one night to search Windymere.

Nina tells Jax that his statement is outrageous. He was perfectly fine at the dinner party. Jax says he told her Valentin tried to drug him. He thinks Hayden got the drink meant for him. Didn’t Nina notice how she was talking like she was given something to lower her inhibitions? Nina says maybe Hayden doesn’t know her limit. Jax says, true, he has no proof that Hayden got the drink meant for him. Nina says, or that the drink was drugged. Jax says he could press charges against Valentin for hiring Curtis to break into his office. Curtis would also be charged with corporate espionage. It’s a serious crime. Nina says he could do that, but there would be negative publicity for him. His security breached by the man he hired to run it? So much of business is the confidence people have in the CEO. Jax says, well played. They could call a truce. He likes her, and respects her judgment. Why she’s with Valentin, he’ll never understand, but she told him to stay out of her personal life, and he’s going to respect that. Nina has a better idea. Why not dive right in the middle of her personal life? If he wants to know the million reasons she loves Valentin, come to the wedding and see for himself.

Franco tells Kim, he’s being evaluated for schizophrenia, paranoia, and dissociative disorder. He has to prove his mind hasn’t been altered, and he’s capable of understanding his choices. Kim says she’ll be with him every step of the way. She’s going to help him find a lawyer to prove his competency. He thanks her, and says it would be great if he had an attorney interested in safeguarding his rights. She says he’s not alone. They’re going to face this together.

Hayden tells Aiden, nice catch, and he asks if he can get a snack. She tells him to stay where she can see him. Before he runs off, Finn says Hayden showed him Aiden’s finger-painting, and it’s a great use of color. Aiden says he doesn’t finger-paint; that’s for babies. Hayden tells Aiden to go quick, before there’s a line. She tells Finn, Aiden doesn’t like to talk about his finger-painting because it’s not age appropriate, and he doesn’t want to be compared to Jake. Finn says, you’re never too young for sibling rivalry. He asks how her stay with Elizabeth is going, and she says, good. She feels useful, like she’s helping out. He says she is. He feels terrible. Elizabeth was so happy on her wedding day. Now their lives have been turned upside down. Hayden says, and Elizabeth is watching the man she was going to spend the rest of her life with, build a future with someone else.

Sam tells Jason, it’s no secret that she hated Shiloh. Jason says the only person she told that to was him, and those weren’t the words she would use. She says what if she said it while she was drugged? He tells her not to fall into Shiloh’s trap, and doubt herself. They’re assuming the recording is fake. She just has to be patient. She says that’s his best virtue. Her, not so much. He says he’ll be with her every step of the way.

Diane tells Jordan that she’s going to make a motion that the recording be excluded as evidence. State law prevents anyone from being recorded without permission, and her client never gave it. Jordan says, only one person has to give their permission. Diane asks, who else was there? Jordan says, all in good time, and Diane says, the time is now. The recording is fake. Either Sam’s voice appears nowhere on it, or Sam’s words were pieced together. Knowing how she acquired this piece of evidence could point them in the right direction of the true criminal. Jordan says, Daisy disclosed it. She’s the one Sam is talking to. Diane says, Daisy remains an ardent supporter of Shiloh and Dawn of Day. She raided her trust fund to post Shiloh’s bail money. She’s hardly a credible witness. Jordan says that’s why Sam isn’t in jail. She made those threats… Diane says, which she ardently denies. Jordan says, until she hears back from audio forensics, Sam will remain in custody. Diane looks at Jason through the window, and shakes her head.

Jax says, Nina is inviting him to the wedding? She says he’s her boss. It’s only polite. He says she’s very generous, but he doesn’t know how her fiancé feels about that. Valentin walks in, and she says, ask him. Valentin says, ask him what? and she says she invited Jax to the wedding and he’s not sure how Valentin feels. Valentin says, clearly, Nina wants him there, so he should attend. Jax says he’d be delighted, and Nina says, it’s settled. She’s adding Jax to the guest list. He says he’ll see her tomorrow. He says he guesses he’ll be sitting on the bride’s side, but Nina says she and Valentin only have one side, and they’re on it together.

Elizabeth says she shouldn’t have gone off on Julian like that. Julian says he knows what it’s like to love someone so deeply, you start compromising what’s right. You start breaking rules before you realize it, you would risk anything. It’s a hard walk to walk. She asks if he thinks she’s going to quit, like he did with Kim. He says he didn’t quit. He just realized it’s not in his power to give Kim what she wants. Elizabeth says she knows Franco is in there, stranded behind Drew’s memories. What if he’s aware of what’s going on, and has no way of telling them. She can’t leave him like that. Julian hopes she gets what she needs, and she says, she needs her husband.

Aiden brings back a pretzel. Finn suggests mustard, but Aiden says he’s not a fan of yellow mustard; he prefers Dijon. He goes to play with the other kids, and Hayden says, he’s one of a kind. She likes the way Finn talks to Aiden, like he’s a person. Finn says he doesn’t discriminate based on height. His phone makes sounds, and he says it’s a time zone alert so he can call Anan when she’s awake. Hayden asks how Anna is, and he says, good. She can’t believe how much family Finn has accumulated in the time she was gone. He says he has a hard time wrapping his head around it sometimes. She must feel like that being with Elizabeth and her nephews. She says family is special to her, and he says he’s happy for her. He says he should go, and she says it was nice to see him.

Terry goes to see Franco. She says, hello, Franco, and he says if she’s waiting for him to recognize her, sorry. He doesn’t know her. She introduces herself, and says she and Elizabeth grew up together. She works with Kim, and she was Oscar’s oncologist. She grew fond of him and his parents. She’s there because Oscar would want her to look out for Kim. He says Kim isn’t in danger from him. On the contrary, he’s in love with her. Terry says, Kim is fragile. The strain of Oscar’s illness and death pushed her to the edge of reason. Franco asks if she thinks Kim being in love with him, and recognizing him as Drew, proves she’s crazy. She says, Kim is at her limit. Terry works with very sick kids, and knows the toll it takes on their parents. Kim is looking for healing and closure, and it takes time. She’s teetering on the edge of an emotional breakdown. The more swept up she gets in his situation, the closer she’s coming to losing herself completely.

Curtis asks Laura what that was about Valentin. Laura says, when Cassandra was arrested, she offered damaging information about Valentin in exchange for her freedom. Curtis says, and she turned Cassandra down? Laura says she didn’t see the point in exchanging on criminal for another, so she has absolutely no idea what it was, but Cassandra can provide a good distraction. Let Valentin think the threat is coming from Cassandra’s direction, while they proceed in another direction. Curtis likes the way Laura thinks. She says she only has tonight to search. Curtis says it’s a big house, and she’s looking for three sheets of paper, maximum. Laura says, hidden by Helena. She hates to admit it, but she knows how Helena’s mind works. It’s probably in a perverse location with a twist of dark humor. Helena appreciated her own sense of humor more than anyone else ever did. He asks if she thinks she can find it, and she says, if it’s hidden there, she can. Curtis appreciates how she’s staying on top of it, but they’re a team. He’s the P.I. Just lead him down the right path, and he’ll take it from there.

Hayden tells Finn there’s something she’s been keeping from him, and she can’t do it anymore. She lied about losing their child. She thought it was the right thing to do; to let him move on with his life. But there hasn’t been one day she hasn’t regretted it. They didn’t lose the baby. They have a daughter. She’s beautiful; the best of both of them. He doesn’t know how many times she’s dreamed of this moment. They hug.

Nina asks if Valentin minds that she asked Jax to the wedding. He asks if she’s kidding. He won’t even notice Jax. Nothing else matters than seeing her walking down the aisle to him. Nina says, except Charlotte and Sasha. She loves him today, tomorrow, and all the days after. Valentin says he can’t wait to give her everything, and she says, how about a hamburger? She’s starving. He says, his bride wants a burger, then a burger his bride will get.

Jax sits with Laura and Curtis, and says Hayden told him that she might have revealed the content of the document they’re trying to find. Laura says, he’s involved too? Curtis says he still needs to fill Laura in. Jax assumed Hayden would have told her. She says it’s the first she’s heard of it. But now that the cat is out of the bag, why would Jax be interested in the codicil to Mikkos’s will? He says since Valentin has been in charge, he’s decreased the value of Cassadine Industries. He’s interested in a certain elements of the company, but knows Valentin won’t sell them to him. With Valentin disinherited, he won’t be a factor. She says so he’s looking for leverage in a business opportunity. Curtis says, that sounds like a wise move. Jax says secrecy is at the request of the person they’re trying help. Laura says she understands, and Spencer is no longer involved. Her family’s involvement begins and ends with her. Jax says he respects her concerns. What’s next? Curtis says he and Laura have a plan they’ve set in motion.

Kim goes to Charlie’s. Julian asks if she needs something, and she says she found some of his things. She gives him a box, saying she thought he’d want them for the move to Manhattan. He tells her, thanks, but he’s not moving anymore. She asks what about his plans for a new bar? He says he’ll figure it out. Manhattan was about her. There’s nothing there for him anymore. She says she’s so sorry. She didn’t mean to hurt him. He says he knows, and Kim says he was right. She was lying to herself about the way she feels about Drew. Even though he’s in Franco’s body, it’s nothing she can stop or control. He says he knows it’s out of her control.

Franco says it’s not enough that Elizabeth is having him committed or thinks he’s sick for believing he’s Drew. Now Terry thinks Kim is sick for believing he’s Drew. Terry says, Kim is already emotionally fragile, and the added strain of dealing with his situation is too much for her. He says, no offense, but Terry has no idea what it’s like live in this twisted reality, and to be in the entirely wrong body. To look in the mirror and realize, you’re someone you were never meant to be. I laugh because he has no idea. He says, Kim is the only person in the world who accepts him for who he is. He loves her, and she loves him. Who the hell is Terry to tell him to give that up?

Hayden says Finn didn’t come to Rome. He says he was angry, and tried to get over her. He loves Anna, but he never stopped wishing for the life they’d planned. She says, he’s not angry? and he says he’s furious, but they’ll sort that out. He wants to see their daughter. Take him to her. They can be a family together. Elizabeth asks where Hayden was just now. Hayden says, in an alternate universe where everything works out the way it’s supposed to.

Jordan gets the forensics report. In the interrogation room, Diane tells Sam and Jason, this is a good news bad news situation. The recording is troubling, but Daisy is a less than credible witness. Audio forensics is checking it out now. Providing they can prove it’s a fake, she’ll have Sam out in no time.

Kim tells Julian that she doesn’t know how she would have made it through these last few months without his care. She does love him. Julian said he thought his love would help ease her suffering. She says, it did. As best as it could. Julian says he can’t help worrying that she’s walking into hurt. He tells her, take care of herself. She says she won’t be alone, and Julian says, yeah. Like an unconvinced yeah.

Terry tells Franco that she understands how it feels to be trapped. In fact, she thinks Kim is trapped too. She’s trapped inside her roll as a mother. She’s not seeing clearly. And Franco reminds her about a love that’s in the past. Kim won’t heal or move forward if this goes on. If he loved her, he would set her free.

Elizabeth asks Hayden to tell her about the alternate universe, and Hayden says, it doesn’t matter. What’s going on with her? Elizabeth says, the same. When she sees Franco, he’s getting farther and farther away. She’s never felt so alone. Hayden says she’s sorry. It’s a terrible thing to live with. She wants Elizabeth to know she’s there for her. Elizabeth thanks her, and says she’s there for Hayden too. They hug.

Valentin and Nina go to the MetroCourt, and see Jax sitting with Curtis and Laura. Valentin says that’s an interesting sight. It doesn’t bode well with him. Jax shouldn’t want anything to do with Curtis after Curtis was caught spying on him. Yet there they are, talking to Laura, who despises him. Nina says they’re probably saying nasty things about him, and that she’s a fool for marrying him, but all that matters is that they love each other. Valentin likes the way she thinks. They kiss, but he still has an eye on the table.

Laura says Valentin and Nina will be out of the house. As soon as Charlotte is in bed, she and Doc are free to search. Jax appreciates her help, but in a few weeks, this has spread to a few people – him, Hayden, Curtis, Laura, and now Doc. The longer they drag it out, the more people there are to mess up. They need a swift conclusion. Laura says, with a little luck, she’ll find what they’re looking for tonight.

Jordan comes back, and Diane says she assumes the tape is fake. Jordan says she ran the test twice. There’s no indication that it’s been doctored, and it matches Sam’s voice print. Daisy agreed to be recorded, so it’s admissible. The arrest stands. She’s charging Sam with the murder of David Henry Archer, aka Shiloh, and taking her into custody. Sam is cuffed, and Jordan tells the officer, take her to booking. Sam looks at Jason as she’s being led away, and he makes a worried face.

Tomorrow, Doc reveals something at Windymere, Peter asks how you throw a bachelor party for someone who has no friends, and Maxie arranges a spa day for Nina.

The Real Housewives of Orange County

We go back to last week’s ending, with Vicki saying  none of them have any intention of hurting each other. Kelly says if Vicki has no intention of hurting her, why is she always looking for dirt on Kelly? In Shannon’s interview, she says she brought them there for healing, but so far, the trip is a sh*t show. 

20 hours earlier. Shannon is excited to be there. 18 hours earlier. Kelly gongs Shannon’s head. 15 hours earlier. Shannon goes to the ER. 4 hours earlier. Kelly tells Tamra and Shannon that bringing Vicki was not being her friend. Vicki ruined her freaking life. 3 hours earlier. Emily and Gina argue. Not long ago. Shannon is feeling like the trip is an epic failure

Now. Kelly walks out. Vicki says Kelly is blaming her for her own bad reputation. She’s not allowed at her daughter’s school. Tamra asks what she means. Vicki says she doesn’t know if it’s still happening , but she couldn’t go to her daughter’s school. Emily asks if Vicki means Kelly is legally not allowed on the property, and Vicki nods. Tamra asks if Vicki knows this, or just heard it. Vicki says she doesn’t have a daughter who goes to that school. Emily asks how she knows, and Vicki says, schematics. Let’s just say she wasn’t allowed. At the end of the day, she didn’t damage Kelly’s reputation.

Kelly orders some food for herself, Braunwyn, and Emily. Braunwyn is glad she didn’t go. She tells Emily they’re going to be okay. In Emily’s interview, she appreciates the optimism, but feels emotionally drained. It was a difficult fight with Gina. It went deep, and things were said that were uncalled for. She still feels hurt. Kelly can’t believe what Vicki said, and Emily tells Kelly that, after she left, Vicki said she’s not allowed to set foot on the property at her daughter’s school. Kelly says she is too allowed, and Emily says she asked if Vicki meant legally not allowed, and she said yes. Kelly asks if Vicki is insane. She’ll call the school now, and prove it. She calls Michael, and asks if she’s allowed at Jolie’s school, and he says there’s no issue about her being around Jolie anytime. Kelly says, Vicki is a psycho bitch. Where does she get this information from?

Gina says she’s tired, and wants to take a nap. Tamra tells Vicki that she can’t say things like that. Don’t talk about the things she hears. Vicki says the lady sitting next to her when she was getting her hair done, has a daughter who goes to school with Jolie. She said Kelly can’t go to her kid’s school. She didn’t tell anyone. Tamra says, she just did. In Tamra’s interview, she says, Vicki brings this on herself. She throws a bomb, there’s an explosion, then she wonders what’s wrong. She tells Vicki to shut her effing mouth. If she didn’t hear it from Kelly, don’t repeat it.

Kelly calls Shannon, saying she heard Vicki said she’s not allowed on daughter’s school campus. Is she insane? Shannon has the phone on speaker, and Tamra and Vicki listen. Kelly asks how the hell she can say that. Shannon says Vicki told them it happened a long time ago. Kelly says, she’s a goddam liar. She can’t stop lying. Kelly says she told Vicki, she can’t do that, and the second she leaves, Vicki does it. She makes up lies, and she continuously goes after Kelly. Vicki says, tell Kelly to leave her alone. Tamra takes the phone, and says she told Vicki straight out, it’s not cool. Kelly says, what next? She’s a murderer? She can’t be around a psycho. Vicki takes the phone, and says she’s not a psycho. Kelly says she is. She’s a pig bitch, and a bleeping bleepity bleep. Kelly hangs up, and Vicki asks if Tamra is okay with how Kelly was talking to her. Tamra says she’s talking like that because of what Vicki said . In Tamra’s interview, she says, Vicki and Kelly are a lot alike. That’s the problem. She wants them to get along, but neither one of them is taking the steps they need get to get to that point. Vicki says, it’s Emily’s fault for repeating a rumor. She wouldn’t repeat something. Tamra says she just did.

Emily says maybe she shouldn’t have said anything, but Kelly says, it would have come out anyway. Vicki just keeps going .The food comes, and Kelly says she doesn’t know where Vicki gets it. Braunwyn thinks she makes it up. They talk about getting a text from Shannon about going to a beehive demonstration. Shannon told them they’d better bee-have. Kelly says she’s not going, and Emily says she shouldn’t be around someone who constantly says defamatory things. Braunwyn tells Kelly, don’t give her the power.

Shannon wants everyone to wear the leggings she’s gotten them. They’re going to have fun. She wanted to give everyone a fun gift, and who doesn’t like costumes? The leggings have each of the women’s faces on them. In Shannon’s interview, she says, get over it. Put the leggings on, and put a smile on your face.

A sign says, warning: active beehive. Braunwyn says Kelly is on the couch. She couldn’t even read. She’s angry. Back at the villa, Kelly gets into the pool nakey. Beekeeper Noel teaches introductory bee class. I would love this. He says the name of the game is, no exposed skin, He wants every square inch covered. Tamra tries to matchmake, saying Shannon likes him. They get into their bee suits, and Tamra tells Noel that Shannon is nice, single, and has a lot of money. Noel demonstrates using smoke to distract the bees, which makes them easier to work with. It doesn’t sedate them; it’s not that kind of smoke. Shannon says she’s afraid of bees. Vicki tells Noel to put his hood on, and he appreciates her concern, but says he doesn’t always use the gear. He takes out the honeycomb, and explains how bees work. Tamra says Vicki think she’s the queen bee, and Noel says she probably wouldn’t want to be one, since they mate with up to thirty bees, then spend the rest of their life laying eggs. Although it’s worse to be the drone she mates with, since he hurtles to his death afterward.  In Gina’s interview, she says she’s not doing as well as the bees. It’s getting cold, and so they go back, and huddle under blankets to drink champagne. Tamra asks what they’re doing tonight, and Shannon says, cooking dinner. She’s annoyed that they haven’t done something as an entire group.

Kelly calls Jolie from the pool. She wishes Jolie was there. She says, the others went on a bee excursion, and Vicki is being an a-hole. She’s making up lies again, and told everyone Kelly’s not allowed at her school. Jolie tells Kelly, Vicki is making this stuff up because she has a boring life. Whatever. In Kelly’s interview, she says, Vicki has nothing going on. Her kids have moved out, and she has a boring boyfriend, so she wants to invest her time in talking about Kelly. She tells Jolie that she couldn’t find a suit, so she’s kicking it live. Jolie tells her, that’s gross.

Gina apologizes to Emily. Emily tells her that she said a lot of mean things. We flash back again to their fight. She’s been sharing things with others, and not telling Emily. It hurt her feelings when Gina said Shannon was her best friend now. In Emily’s interview, she says she’s always been there for Gina, and that’s why it hurt so deeply. Emily says she knows Gina thinks it’s weird, but it was hard without Shane, then hard when he came back. They weren’t getting along, and him surprising her was a good thing. When Gina put that down, it hurt her feelings. She felt abandoned by Gina. In Gina’s interview, Gina says, that’s not what it feels like. That’s not abandonment. She tells Emily that’s she’s been going through catastrophic emotions, and acting weird. Things happened that the others could relate to more. They were more open to it because they’ve been there. In her mind, it was separate from what was going on with her an Emily. She wants that close connection, but they both have to make the effort to fix it. They hug, and Gina says she’s sorry, but she’s glad it happened. It needed to come to a head. In her interview, Gina says she regrets their fight. She could have been kinder. Emily is one of her best and dearest friends. She’s real and authentic, and Gina can’t imagine not having Emily in her life.

The ladies dress for dinner. Braunwyn asks if Kelly had a nice break, and Kelly says she went swimming. Kelly calls Brian, who’s at dinner with friends. She tells him that Vicki drove her nuts, and he tells her to stay calm. Vicki is trying to get to her. Kelly says, she’s doing a damn good job, but Brian says, it’s silliness. Kelly says Vicki is trying to ruin her reputation. Not that she has one to uphold. He tells her to be herself. Braunwyn suggests if Kelly gets frustrated or stressed, excuse herself and call Brian. He has a calming effect.

Tamra asks Shannon what they’re doing tonight, and Shannon says, cooking some things. Vicki says she’s getting circles under her eyes, and wonders what procedure she needs to have done. Tamra says she’s tired, and needs to recover. Shannon says when she’s exhausted, the only thing that wakes her up is a drink.

Kelly says she hangs out with Shannon, and talks to Tamra every day. They hurt her by bringing Vicki.

Shannon tells them, have fun and don’t fight. They realize they’re all wearing blazers from the same designer. Shannon babbles something loudly in Spanish about the tres amigas.

Kelly says, Vicki is persona non effing grata. Braunwyn tells her, just smile and nod, and makes Kelly practice. In Kelly’s interview, she says that’s not like her. She’s more like this. She gives the finger with both hands. Braunwyn says they’ll have fun if it kills them.

In Gina’s interview, she says she just needs one fun moment. She needs it like a crackhead needs a hit. The other girls come to their villa. Kelly stays quiet. Tamra says all they have is vodka and tequila. She asks if Kelly is okay, and Kelly says she has a migraine. In Gina’s interview, she says she’s stoked that Emily and Tamra are getting along. Maybe a little too well. She wonders if she should remind them about the sh*t they said about each other, and laughs. They toast to fun. Kelly smiles and nods. They clink glasses. In Vicki’s interview, she says if Kelly wants to talk about it calmly, she’s all about it. If not, you can’t force a friendship. She’ll just ignore Kelly, and not look for her to be kind.

They go to the resort restaurant. Emily wonders why they’re not making dinner, and Tamra says she can do that at home. Inside, stations are set up to make drinks. The instructor says they’re going to start with bartending, and learn how to make the restaurant’s signature drink Kelly flips her shaker a la Cocktail. In her interview, she says she has a master’s degree in partying. She has skills that can pay the bills. Shannon says she’s ready for food. They sit, and a chef says there are stations set up for them to create the first course – salad. Gee, that’s a hard one. In Emily’s interview, she says she’s an attorney and doesn’t think they should mix knives and alcohol with these women. Kelly has already committed two assaults. You don’t provide knives to batsh*t crazy a-holes. Tamra tells Kelly that she told Vicki what she said wasn’t cool. Kelly says, it’s obnoxious, and Tamra tells her that she said if Vicki doesn’t hear it directly from Kelly, don’t repeat it. In Kelly’s interview, she says, talk is cheap. Is Tamra sincerely trying to stop Vicki from spreading rumors? Not really. Braunwyn asks if Kelly has shared the texts Jolie got, but Kelly says she doesn’t need to. She doesn’t subscribe to still being friends with someone who causes her friends trouble. In her interview, she says she’s not an idiot. She knows Tamra is playing both sides. Where does her loyalty lie? She asks Tamra how she can continue being Vicki’s friend when Vicki does awful, disgusting things.

The chef tells them to take their salads to their seats. It does look good. Shannon says, cheers to an amazing salad. It’s called teamwork. Braunwyn demonstrates that she’s still lactating, and says she’s been nursing for nineteen years. A couple of takeaway points for me. She does look incredible for basically being pregnant for twenty years, and maybe it’s a mom thing, but how can they all be so interested in her mom boobs? Tamra says they are at the dinner table. Tamra asks Kelly about what they did after Vegas. She heard they crushed a car. We see a clip of them at the Dig This Amusement Park, doing exactly that. The car says Vicki and has a drawing of the emoji pic on the hood. Kelly says, they crushed sh*t up. She put Vicki’s face on it, if they must know. Tamra says Kelly destroyed Vicki’s face? and Vicki says she’s ugly; it’s okay. Tamra says they never said that. Kelly says she thinks Vicki is pretty, and Vicki thinks Kelly is pretty too. Everyone goes, aww! Shannon says Vicki told her that Kelly’s hair looked pretty at the airport. Vicki starts crying, and Kelly says she never hurt Vicki. She’s always been on Vicki’s side, and it’s disheartening to see her. Vicki doesn’t know what she’s done to Kelly. Kelly starts to cry, and says she never did anything to Vicki. She called Vicki a pig, and knew it hurt Vicki’s feelings, but she doesn’t really think Vicki is a pig. Gina thinks they love each other. Kelly doesn’t understand it, and Vicki says she surrenders. Kelly says it’s hard to look at Vicki, and Vicki hugs her, saying, they have a history. In Vicki’s interview, she says, hearing Kelly’s pain makes her feel bad. She feels accountable for the at least I don’t do cocaine comment. They locked eyes for the first time in a long time. Kelly tells Vicki that she doesn’t do cocaine or trains, and she’s allowed at her daughter’s school. Vicki says she’s done, and Tamra says they’re both sorry. Shannon wants them to make a promise; no more low blows. In Shannon’s interview, she says they’ve both been cruel, but she knows deep down, there’s a friendship. Kelly and Vicki hug. Kelly says Vicki ruined it with Jolie; she hates Vicki now. Vicki says she’s sorry, and Kelly says her too, but she’s only had Vicki’s back. In Kelly’s interview, she says she doesn’t want to continue with the ugliness. It hurts her feelings. She’s a kind person and has a heart. In Tamra’s interview, she says, hell has frozen over. She hopes it lasts. Shannon makes a toast, saying, cheers to the miracle of Miraval. Tamra says, let’s get naked, and Shannon says she knew that was coming.

Gina says Emily is her best friend, and she would never roll on her. She just got mad. Emily says she’s allowed. Tamra and Braunwyn get in the pool nakey. Vicki tells Tamra that she’s a grandmother and a mother; she needs to stop that. In Tamra’s interview, she says, to be part of the tres amigas, you have to be able to drink all night, take your clothes off at 3 am, and be a total a-hole. That means someone is getting kicked out. Bye, Vicki. Gina and Emily go to the hot tub at Gina’s casita. Braunwyn asks if it’s warm, and gets in. Gina says she’s not a nudie, but she’s adjusting. Tamra gets in next. Gina wonders what’s happening, and why is she the only one who brought an appropriate bathing suit.

Shannon gives a hard no to being outside and wet. Kelly gripes about getting older, saying, things are changing. Vicki says she’s going to be fifty-seven. How did that happen? They somehow get on the subject of furries (google it), and Braunwyn admits to having a threesome now and then. She and her husband have been together since they were teenagers. In her interview, Emily thinks it would be weird waking up the next morning. She asks where Braunwyn finds another girl, and she says it was a friend of a friend. Emily asks if they do it at Braunwyn’s house, but Braunwyn says, no; that would be weird. Like it’s normal to begin with. She says it’s more about her; her husband doesn’t have sex with the other girl. Gina is confused, and Braunwyn says she’s definitely straight, but she likes it occasionally, like every ten years. Tamra doesn’t think Eddie would go for that. In Braunwyn’s interview, she says she’d pick Tamra out of the group, and in Tamra’s interview, she says Braunwyn does have those luscious lips. She might be a little curious. In the hot tub. Braunwyn laughs like a dolphin.

Next time, Kelly tells Michael it hurts, Emily gets together with Alexis, Shannon gets rejuvenation in her nether regions, and Gina tells Tamra it was a pity date.

What I Watched Today

General Hospital

Yep. I missed it. I was listening though. The main takeaways are, Willow went to visit Harmony, and Nelle is in the park doing clean-up detail, where she ran into Josslyn. Nelle tells the guard that Josslyn was the child she donated a kidney to, and is given leeway to talk to her.

Michael goes in to see Carly, who tells him, the newest Corinthos is arriving ahead of schedule. He’s glad he got there in time, and she tells him to wish her luck. She needs all she can get. She’s nervous about the C-section. Michael wonders why she’s having one, and she says, it’s mandatory for the baby. He asks, why? and Sonny says he’ll let Jason tell Michael. Michael says he knows Carly can handle it, and Jason says, they’ve got this. They go out in the hallway, and the nurse says it’s time to get prepped. Carly says, whether they’re ready or not.

At the park for a run, Kristina tells Alexis that she brought up Shiloh in group therapy. She talked about how much she liked him at first, to the point she was ready to follow him anywhere. Until they helped her. Alexis says, a lot of people love her, and will do anything to help her, and Kristina says she’s lucky to have them – and Willow. When Willow shared her story, it made Kristina see Shiloh for the predator he is. It made her wake up. Alexis says she’s glad, and Kristina says she’s trying to do the same in group, sharing her truths to help someone who’s going down the same road. She’s glad Shiloh is dead, but glad he lived long enough for her to face him down in court, and prove he doesn’t control her. Alexis says Kristina is making good progress. She’s glad it’s over for her, and Kristina says, it is and isn’t. She’s still working though her regrets, especially the Pledge. She’d said she saw Alexis deliberately run down Kiefer, when she was so out of it, she didn’t even remember being there, and his death was completely an accident. Kendra – remember her? – sees them, and Alexis introduces her. Kristina says Kendra looks familiar. Have they met before?

Jordan thanks Sam for coming, and Sam says Jordan didn’t give her a choice. Jordan says new information has come to light on Sam’s involvement with Shiloh’s death. Sam says Shiloh attacked Jason with a gaffing stick, and she grabbed whatever she could find; the signal flare. She said it all in her statement, and doesn’t know why she’s there. Shiloh kidnapped Wiley, assaulted Dev, and attempted to assault her. He also confessed to the murder of his father. Jordan says there’s nothing to corroborate him murdering his father; the rest can be verified. Sam ask if Jordan is going to continue with questioning, and Jordan says, yes. Sam says, then she’s not saying anything else without her lawyer. Jordan tells her, call Diane then. They sooner they’re done, the better for everyone involved, especially Sam.

Josslyn says it doesn’t appear Nelle has progressed, but Nelle tells Josslyn that she’s a model inmate, and is on work detail. Josslyn says, reach for the stars, and Nelle says she made a lot of memories with Michael in the park. Josslyn asks if the stale prison air isn’t cutting it. Nelle says, it’s temporary. Soon, them running into each other will feel normal. Josslyn asks if Nelle is expecting her to be simpatico. Nelle tried t to murder her brother. She can stay in Pentenville for the rest of her miserable life. Nelle says prison has actually given her time to reflect. There’s one thing she’s wanted to tell Josslyn for a long time – she forgives her.

In a mask and scrubs, Sonny asks if Carly is ready. She says she doesn’t have a choice. The baby is on its own time table. Sonny can’t wait to meet the baby. He tells Carly that she looks beautiful, and Carly says they’ll see how long that lasts. He asks how she’s feeling, and she says she can’t feel anything. Sonny says, good; she’s not in pain. They’ll get through this, okay? Carly says, okay. Dr. Johannsson is introduced to her, and he says he’s going to assist with the delivery. He’ll keep the area of the spine sterile, and put dressing on it before surgery is done. Carly tells Sonny, let’s do this. Let’s meet our baby.

Kendra tells Kristina, people say that all the time. She guesses she has one of those faces. Alexis says Kristina works at Charlie’s, and Kendra says that’s probably it. She was hooked on the place from the first time she met Alexis. Alexis explains that Kendra is the trainer making her do this, and Kristina says she’s having a good effect. Is Alexis learning a lot? Alexis says. Kendra is helping her focus on this, and her new therapist – did she mention that she has a new one? – is helping her work on that. She’s focused on good relationships. Kristina asks if Alexis’s relationship with Neil falls on the healthy side of the spectrum. Alexis asks Kendra to give them a minute, and Kendra goes to the car to get her backpack. Alexis says her relationship with Kristina takes precedence over her relationship with Neil. If Kristina has a problem with it, say so, and she’ll put an end to it.

Josslyn tells Nelle to save her forgiveness. She doesn’t want it. She’ll never forgive Nelle for what Nelle did to her family. Nelle apologizes for being insensitive. Josslyn is still grieving Oscar. Josslyn says Nelle is such a bitch. She hopes Nelle chokes on her fake sympathy. Nelle says she didn’t mean to anger Josslyn. Josslyn says the only reason she’s not slapping Nelle’s lying face is because the guard is there, and she doesn’t want to risk Nelle being mistaken for being a victim. Josslyn tells the guard that Nelle is making her uncomfortable. Nelle says she hopes Josslyn finds more compassion the next time they meet.

Jason tells Michael that the baby has spina bifida, but it’s not the worst case, and treatable with surgery. Michael asks how it’s going to effect the baby, but Jason says they won’t know until after the surgery. Michael wonders why his parents didn’t say anything, and Jason tells him there was no point in worrying them, since there’s nothing they can do. He tells Michael not to worry. They’ll closely monitor the baby’s delivery, and his little brother or sister will have the best possible care. Sam calls, and Jason asks if she’s still at GH. She says, no. Jordan summoned her to the PCPD, saying they have new information about her role in Shiloh’s death. He tells her, sit tight. He’ll call Diane to meet her there. He tells Michael that he has to run. Apparently, there are more questions about Shiloh’s death. Let him know when the baby is born, and he’ll be back as soon as he can. Michael says he’ll be there for them.

Dr. Navarro tells Carly that she Just made the incision in Carly’s abdomen. How is she doing? Carly says, fine. She’s not feeling anything. How is it going on the doctor’s end? Dr. Navarro laughs, and says Carly is doing an incredible job. So is the baby. They’re going to see the baby’s face in a few minutes.

Kristina says she told Alexis that she needed time to process. Neil has helped so much, and if it makes Alexis happy, Kristina is happy for her. They exchange I love yous, and hug. Kendra comes back, and Kristina says she’ll let them get to work. She tells Kendra that it was nice to meet her, and not to go easy on Alexis. Kendra says she won’t. Kristina leaves, and Kendra say she caught the nice mother/daughter hug. Alexis says Kendra has no idea how far she’s clawed to get there. Kendra says, there’s nowhere to go but up, right? And she’s here to help Alexis do it.

Sam says she was assured the case was closed, but Jordan says they have new evidence. A nurse came forward who overheard a conversation between Sam and Jason. She reads from Sheri’s statement that Sam kept thinking about the horror Shiloh put her sister through, and Willow, Wiley, and herself. She wanted to make sure he never hurt anyone again. Did she shoot Shiloh to defend Jason, or to make sure he’d never hurt anyone again?

Harmon tells Willow, it sounds like a violent ending. Shiloh holding Sam and Wiley hostage, and threatening Jason. She’s glad no one else was hurt. It’s for the best. Shiloh got what he deserved. Willow says it helps that there must have been some sliver of conscience, since Shiloh let Dev and Wiley go. Harmony says at one time, she believed in that man, with her whole heart and soul. He was everything to her, but she let Shiloh and his vision consume her to the point that she betrayed Willow and Willow’s father. Willow says Shiloh manipulated her, and so many others. There’s one person he never hurt, Harmony’s grandson. Wiley is safe now.

Nelle walks into a visiting room, and says, it’s good to finally meet face to face. Has he decided to take her case? It’s Tad the Cad, now Martin Gray, and looking like Colonel Sanders. He says, assume nothing, and you’ll never be disappointed.

Josslyn runs into the hospital, and asks Michael where their mom is. He says, she’s having a C-section. Josslyn says, sorry she’s flustered. He’ll never guess who she saw in the park. She doesn’t give him a chance to guess, and says, Nelle. She was on work detail, and made a big deal about how she saved Josslyn’s life. Michael says he’s so sorry, and Josslyn says, please. She’s so over feeling obligated or grateful. Nelle can’t manipulate her anymore, even though she tries every chance she gets. She mentioned Michael, and Josslyn told her that he’d moved on to an amazing, beautiful new girlfriend. Nelle tried to hide it, but Josslyn could tell she was pissed. Nelle tried get back at her, offering fake sympathy about Oscar. Just hearing Oscar’s name come out of Nelle’s mouth, it took everything Josslyn had not to slap her. The guard was there, so she didn’t want to take the risk, but she turned Nelle’s limitations to her advantage. Michael asks how she turned a confrontation with his lunatic ex into a business strategy, and Josslyn says she told the guard that the prisoner was making her uncomfortable, so Nelle was moved along. Michael says, genius move. She says that’s why it took her so long to get there. She hopes the baby is born soon. She can’t wait to meet them. Michael says him too.

Sonny tells Carly that she’s doing great. She says she’s trying, and the doctor says the baby is almost there. We hear crying, and see the biggest newborn ever. Dr. Navarro says, it’s a baby girl. Sonny says, she looks precious, but I’m not even sure that’s a real baby.

Kendra tells Alexis that she looks fantastic. How does she feel? Alexis says, everything hurts, and she’s having trouble sleeping. Kendra says, exercise should have the opposite effect, and Alexis says she spends the night worrying, mostly about her children, but she feels better and has more energy. Kendra says it’s nice hearing when her clients notice a change in their body and mind. Alexis thanks Kendra, but Kendra says she’s doing all the hard work. Alexis says she’s trying to do what’s good for her, and give her children space. Kendra asks how that’s working, and Alexis says she’s not going to lie. She has trouble staying in her own life. She has the urge to hover, but she’s resisting it. Kendra wants to introduce Alexis to a new component toward a better life, and Alexis says, no more squats, but Kendra takes a big jar out of her backpack.

Diane tells Jordan that she’s more surprised than concerned that her client was called back in for questioning for the second time in less than twelve hours because of hearsay. Jordan says, the nurse heard Sam say that she stopped to consider her actions. She knew what she was doing when she shot Shiloh in the back. It wasn’t self-defense, but payback. Diane asks if she presented this to the DA. Jordan doesn’t say anything, and Diane says, of course not. Robert isn’t going to listen to an unsupported allegation. A nurse who thinks she heard a conversation in a crowded hospital after a long day. It’s nothing that will stand up in court. They’re done there.

Carly holds the baby, and says, so beautiful. This is definitely a real baby, and actually looks like Sonny. Dr. Johannsson says there’s little or no damage to the surgery pathways, and the spine should be fine. Sonny says he loves the baby so much already. He’s going to take care of her. He’s going to give her the world and all the love in it. Carly says she can’t wait to tell everyone the baby’s name. It’s been hard keeping it a secret. Sonny is glad they had a secret together, and says, welcome to the world, Donna.

Kristina joins the others at the hospital, saying she was on a run, and her phone was off. She asks how the baby is, and Michael says Carly had a C-section a while ago. She was in good spirits when he talked to her. Josslyn feels like they should have heard something by now, but Michael says, they’re taking extra precautions. Josslyn asks, why? Is something wrong? Kristina asks, what is it? and Jason says, tell them. Michael says, the baby has spina bifida. It’s serious, but they’ll get through it together.

Martin tells Nelle that he hasn’t decided to take the case yet. He wanted to meet her first. She says now that they’ve met, is there something she can do to help or convince him to take the case? He suggests she pump the breaks a little. He doesn’t like rushing. She says her parole hearing is coming up fast. Did he look over her records? He laughs, and says, it’s pretty damning stuff. She tried to murder her baby’s father with her ex-boyfriend, who’s a cop. And they have the whole thing on tape. Nelle says she was under enormous pressure. She was pregnant, alone, and felt ganged up on. Her hormones were making the decisions for her; she wasn’t in control. Now she is. She knows he can help her. He represented someone in a similar situation, and got an acquittal for a case more difficult than hers. Her childhood was abusive, and she’s struggled her whole life. She got pregnant, and thought she was happy. She thought the baby’s father loved her. Then the baby died, and she went to a prison she’ll never escape. Hasn’t she paid her debt for life?

Kendra tells Alexis, this is a brand new product, and Alexis says, yay! Protein powder. Kendra says it’s a supplement that gives the nutrients we don’t get in food. It’s made in small batches with only the purest ingredients. Alexis looks at the container, and says it’s in Italian. She wants to translate it, and make sure it’s something she wants to take. Kendra wants her to take it in confidence, and wishes all her clients were so meticulous about what they put in their bodies. Kendra’s phone dings, and she says she has to make a quick call to a client. She steps away, and we see she’s gotten a photo captioned Kiefer in the summer of nineteen-whatever.

Sonny is glad he and Carly had time with the baby. She’s so perfect, it’s hard to imagine there’s anything wrong. She’s so tiny. Carly says, tiny, but fierce. She can handle it, and so can they. They tell Donna that they love her, and the nurse takes her. She’s wheeled out on a tiny gurney for babies.

Martin tells Nelle, sorry she lost her child, but truthfully, he doesn’t know if it will have any bearing on her parole hearing. She says she’s not looking for sympathy. She’s been a model prisoner from the moment she came in. She has special privileges. Martin says he knows. The warden sang her praises. She says, he’s a kind man. She’s had time to reflect on the decisions that led her there, and she’d never sink to those lows again. It makes her sick to think about how much pain she caused. She wants to make it up to them, but she can’t do that in there, can she?

Sonny tells the kids he has good news. Carly had the baby. Kristina asks if it’s a boy or girl, but he says he’ll let Carly tell them all at the same time. Josslyn asks how Carly is, and he says, tired, but happy. Kristina asks how the baby is, and Sonny says, everything is going according to plan. The baby is in surgery. He got to hold his baby, who’s a heartbreaker even now. He can’t wait for them to see for themselves.

Kendra comes back, and Alexis says, everything checks out. Kendra believes it will help with Alexis’s workout, and help her sleep. It has double the electrolytes to help her well-being. She’ll be hydrated, and ready to go. Kendra suggests Alexis try it; she’ll join her. She puts a scoop in Alexis’s water, and Alexis shakes it up. Kendra puts a scoop in her own water, and Alexis says, bottoms up. Kendra barely touches it with her lips, but Alexis takes a couple of swigs. I’m wondering what the blip it is, and what Kendra has to do with Kiefer. As no doubt, we all are.

The guard tells Harmony, time’s up. Harmony thanks Willow for telling her in person. Willow says, it’s going to be okay. Wiley is safe, and that’s all that matters. Harmony says it’s nice seeing Willow without that weight on her shoulders. She looks at peace. Willow says they’re all free now, and Harmony says, speak for herself. Willow says, free from Shiloh. Harmony says at least Willow and Wiley are. He can’t hurt them anymore. She takes a lot of satisfaction in that. Willow is happy that Harmony stood up to Shiloh. She’s proud of her. Harmony says she just followed Willow’s example. They touch hands against the glass between them.

Nelle asks what Martin is thinking, and he says he’ll represent her at her hearing. He thinks she’ll make a compelling impression on the parole board. She says, that’s fantastic news, and thanks him. She asks, what’s next? and he says his office will be in touch.

While Nelle is being led back to her cell, she passes Harmony, who’s wiping tears from he face. Nelle asks, what’s wrong? and Harmony says she just got difficult news. Nelle says, not about her grandson? and Harmony says, Wiley is fine. It’s about his father. Shiloh is dead. Nelle says she’s so sorry. Harmony is led away, and Nelle says, this day keeps getting better and better.

The kids go in to see Carly. Josslyn says they heard she did a great job with the delivery. How is she feeling? Carly says she feels fine, and can’t wait to see the baby again. Sonny says the know the baby has spina bifida, and Josslyn says, it will be okay, whatever happens. Carly says she knows. What else do they know about the baby? Sonny says they don’t know whether it’s a boy or girl. He thought she’d want to tell them. Carly says they have a new baby sister. Josslyn says Avery will be so excited, and Michael asks what her name is. Sonny says, Donna, and Josslyn asks how they came up with the name, and Kristina says, Donna from the old neighborhood. Sonny is surprised she remembers, and says, Donna was a great lady in the old neighborhood. People loved and hated her, sometimes both. Josslyn asks, why? and he says, because she was kind and loyal, and could keep a secret. You could talk about your problems, who you loved, your fears, and she’d just listen, not judge. She wouldn’t tell a soul. She was tough as nail, and had no patience for fools. If you were annoying, she’d get in your face. She hated bullies, young or old, and she was fearless about that. Most of all, she was kind, loyal, and generous. One of the greatest things about her was that she could always make you smile, no matter how you felt. It’s just the way she was. Carly says, it’s how their Donna is going to be, and they group hug.

Sam tells Jason that she should have been more careful, but Jason says, the nurse was out of the room. How would Sam know she was eavesdropping? Sam says when she saw Sheri last night, she was nice, but then a few hours ago, she seemed unfriendly. Diane says she’d do research on Sheri, but it’s hearsay, and inadmissible in court. Sam says, Jordan doesn’t seem to think so, but Diane says, Jordan is doing her job. They should be prepared for more questions. Fortunately, they have her on retainer. Json says, Michael just texted, and Carly had the baby. He didn’t say whether it was a boy or girl. Sam says they have to go and find out. Diane says she has to text Max. He’s been on pins and needles.

As Jason and Sam are about to leave, Jordan comes back. She tells Sam that she’s under arrest for the murder of David Henry Archer, aka Shiloh.

Tomorrow, Franco says what he and Kim have is real, Kim tells Terry that Drew is real, Laura says she has one night to search Windymere, and Sam says Shiloh found a way to hurt them even from his grave.

Below Deck Mediterranean – The Finale

Villafranche. We slide back a little, with the captain telling Hannah about the importance of having the table set before the guests get up. Hannah says that she had two people up while the guests were up the night before, and Captain Sandy says the deckhands were up, and washed Hannah’s effing dishes. Anastasia told the captain she was too busy to set the table. Not one thing is set up. There’s no fresh orange juice. Hannah says the plan was to set up for brunch at 10:30, but the captain says she wants it now. She wants all of the interior on deck. Hannah tells Ben, two hours until service. In Captain Sandy’s interview, she says she was making a point that it’s a nice touch to wake up to a set breakfast table.

Captain Sandy compliments João on his management, and having it together when the guests wake up. She says, this is why they charter a yacht, and not a cruise ship. She thinks the table should be set at 5:30-6:00. She talks to João about finding him a boat. In her interview, she says, it’s all about helping people ascend in the industry who want to. It’s her passion, and she’s investing in him. Ben makes muffins. Jack asks Aesha if she had a nice sleep. Hannah tells the stews it’s time to set up for brunch. She tells Anastasia that Captain Sandy told her that they have different views about service. She thought it was important that two people were up when the guests were awake. The deck crew puts out the slide.

The table looks fabulous. It’s a nautical theme, with a life preserver as the centerpiece, and messages in bottles for the guests using the parchment paper Anastasia made. Captain Sandy thinks it’s cool. In her interview, she says it’s amazing, but she doesn’t want to come down on Hannah to get that result. She tells Hannah the table is amazing, and thanks the deck crew. Colin thinks they did well. Anastasia tells Ben that she’s on edge, and he says, four more hours. Hannah pours coffee. Jack asks how João has put up with him all season. João says he asks himself that every day.

The guests wake up, and start coming to the table. Hannah gets coffee, and they haul anchor. In the captain’s interview, she says the anchor was her Achille’s heel. We flash back to all the anchor problems over the season. She says, the Sirocco became her bitch. Hannah tells Captain Sandy the guests love the table. Anastasia asks if they’ve read the messages in the bottles, but Hannah says they’re waiting until they’re done eating. Captain Sandy says, the port is closed. She saw smoke, and apparently, a boat caught fire. She tells João about the change in plans. In her interview, the captain says it’s the final day, they have beautiful weather, and there’s a freaking fire that closed the port. She’s not sure where they’re going to go.

The captain tells Hannah they’re going to do a drive-by in Antibes. In her interview, she says thankfully, the weather is good because they’re going to have to find another port. The guests sit down for brunch. The dude that Hannah was talking to the night before, barely says good morning, and in her interview, she thinks someone has guilt over chatting with her. The guests admire the table, and in her interview, Anastasia says, of course they love it. It’s beautiful. Ben asks Hannah for some help, and the food is served. More eggs benedict. I’m dying here. In Ben’s interview, he says he has a lot of respect for Hannah as a friend. Professionally, not so much. He’s driven by the challenge of the job, and she’s not. For that, he feels sorry for her. Colin tells João, they made it. He thought the captain had been sh*tting on them the whole time, and now they’re ballers. Hannah tells the guests there was an explosion on a yacht, so they can’t use the port, but she’ll let them know what’s going on when they know. I’m sure talk of an explosion on a yacht is a comforting thought to guests on a yacht. Ben checks on the guests, and asks what Randy’s favorite bite was on the entire trip. Randy says dinner the first night was very detailed. In Ben’s interview, he says his catering business isn’t as grueling. He was afraid to get on the boat, wondering if he still had it in him. We flash back to the guests sending food back, and Ben saying it’s enough to get him to give up cooking. He thinks he overcame it. A guest calls Ben an artist. They look at their messages, which are corny/funny. One guest is impressed with the paper.

The captain wonders where their berth will be, and tells the deck crew to prepare to stand by. Jack jokes that he’s kicking Aesha out of their cabin; he’s had enough. Captain Sandy call João to get the deck crew. They’re docking in Antibes. The guests take pictures. Anastasia pretends to interview Jack, and asks if he’s excited to be docking the boat, and he tells her to get away from him, calling her a feminist. In her interview, the captain says fortunately, they got a dock in Antibes. Unfortunately she has to back all the way in, but she’s had experience at this. We flash back to some tight squeezes. The guests watch, and declare her a parking genius. Captain tells them, well done. She tells Anastasia it’s been an absolute pleasure working with her; she’s amazing. They hug. Hannah hears them, and looks bummed. Anastasia says she needs to be off the boat. She has anxiety.

It’s the last line up, and everyone says goodbye to the guests. Randy compliments everyone, and tells Ben that he’s an artist. he thanks Captain Sandy for making the yacht home for a couple of days. He says, this is for her, and gives her an envelope. The captain asks if the crew heard; it’s for her. Everyone laughs, and they go back inside. Aesha says she feels energetic and suggests they do another one. Anastasia says, eff you. Hannah tells Anastasia that she had so much to prove to Captain Sandy this season, she’s disappointed. She said they expect different levels of service, when she was just saying how happy she was. It was like a backhand. She would have preferred a backhand. She says she can’t do it any more than this. She tried to be perfect all season, and feels like a failure, when she’s been doing her best. Anastasia says Hannah has to tell the captain, and hugs her.

Aesha doesn’t want to pack João asks how Jack feels, and Jack says, sad. He wants to keep going. João appreciates that Jack respected his position. This is his career; his passion. He might even call Jack for a job. Jack says he’s pushing it now. In Jack’s interview, he says they went from hates to mates. He’d definitely work with João in the future, but only if he was the boss. João says Jack met his challenge, and Jack says he can’t wait for that phone call. It’s time for the final tip meeting.

Captain Sandy says they actually made it. From charter one to seven, they never had a full crew. With charter eight, it was the first full crew, then Ben came. That he could produce a lunch like he did that day, was amazing. She feels like he brought something to the crew that was lacking, and would love to work with him again. Ben thanks her for having him. In Captain Sandy’s interview, she says she’s at the level where she wants an A team that has that passion. She says on charter nine, João got sick, but overall, they did an amazing job. Her expectations of service are, however you worked on the last boat stays on the last boat. In Aesha’s interview, she wonders what the bloody hell the captain wants. They were doing their job, and doing it well. The tip is $15,000 USD, or $1185 a person. She tells them their season total was $155K, or $14,420 a person. She says, that’s pretty freaking good. In her interview, Aesha says it makes trips to London seem more feasible. The captain asks to see Hannah on the bridge. Ben tells Hannah that she’s a fantastic girl. He can’t drink enough in her name.

The captain tells Hannah that she’s amazing with the guests. She doesn’t want to take away from what they have, but wants to share this. She loves being a captain. When Ben came on, she could see Ben loves being a chef. The guests are Hannah’s passion, and she killed it with them, but that wasn’t what was behind her concerns. The table setting took a while, and it irritated her. She knows Hannah tries, but doesn’t think yachting is her passion, and Hannah should follow her dreams. This industry needs a passionate chief stew. Hannah gets teary. In Captain Sandy’s interview, she says, you want to finish better than you started. That’s called passion. She tells Hannah not to be sad. Everyone watches as Hannah walks past, and sits on the dock.

João says, what a trip. They have one more night out. Aesha tells Hannah, well done. She’s proud of them. Anastasia tells the deckhands, the captain was ripping Hannah for no reason. The criticism isn’t fair. João decides to have a beer. Aesha says, cheers to Hannah. Anastasia joins them, and Hannah says, sorry she’s been ugh. Whatever that means. Hannah tends to use sound effects to express her thoughts. Anastasia says Hannah is holding it together better than she would. They clink glasses. Anastasia says they know what they did.

João calls a friend of Sandy’s named Skip, and asks about an interview. Skip says Sandy talked to him about the potential of them working together. In João’s interview, he says he’s sitting at the same port he started at. He came with three things; a backpack, some gold coins, and hope. Now he’s having a conversation about a possible captain position. He worked hard to get to this point, and it’s somewhat emotional. João tears up. Skip asks what João envisions next, and  João says, in one to three years, he wants to be a captain, and manage his own team. Skip says he’ll have to talk to Sandy about it.

Jack and Aesha goof around. Everyone gets ready to go out. In her interview, Aesha thinks tonight everyone is going to get loose, and go out with a bang. She gets an extra one. Even Captain Sandy dresses up. They go to Le Plongeoir, which is on the water (see below for a pic). Aesha says she loves this place. Going there is a big treat. They order, and in his interview, Travis says he doesn’t want to end on a low. He’s going to curb his drinking tonight. He also doesn’t want to get super drunk in front of his sober captain. Captain Sandy thanks them for being amazing. They went through a lot, and came out the other side. Every one of them added to the guest’s experience. She’s proud of them. In her interview, she says the dinner is a celebration of them completing the charter season together. She wanted to show them that they’re a team. Ben toasts to Sandy, and Anastasia toasts to their fabulous chief stew, who looks absolutely stunning tonight. Aesha says, cheers to herself, and Anastasia seconds that, saying, cheers for getting a man. Captain Sandy wants to know what their greatest moment was, versus their hardest moment. She says it’s a learning curve for her, and she can take her knowledge to the next boat. João says, on a professional level, it was amazing when Travis stepped up to the plate when he was sick. He can’t think of a lowest moment. Travis says the greatest thing was his friendship with Jack, and the hardest, having it taken away by Aesha. Hannah says her girls were the highlight of her season. She loves them. Her lowest point was probably her horrible tables. Ben says his lowest point was getting in the galley and seeing it, and his highest point was leaving the galley. Aesha says her high point was the extra romantic gestures from Jack, and we flash back to those. She says her low point was the interior not getting as much praise as they should have.

I’m honestly starting to feel sad about the season ending, even though I’m so looking forward to the original Deck. That will be premiering next Monday, October 7th, at 9 pm. So at least no withdrawal.

In her interview, the captain says, Aesha is a good forgetter. We flash back to Captain Sandy encouraging Aesha, and giving her some praise. The captain says, it’s because the team took it personally, and that’s not the case. Aesha says she knows Hannah works hard and does a good job. She hates that Hannah isn’t getting the praise she deserves. Captain Sandy says she’s going to go and let them have some fun. They have one last cheers. Hannah high-fives Aesha. João sarcastically says, Aesha is an effing hero. What a legend. Aesha says she was being honest, and João says, so was Sandy. Aesha tells him, eff off.  Hannah asks Aesha to step away from the table with her. Hannah says it looked like Aesha needed space. Aesha wonders what’s João’s effing problem? Everyone goes back to the boat.

The captain knocks on Hannah’s door. She tells Hannah that she’s thrilled with what their has become. She hopes Hannah knows that. Hannah tears up, and says she understands where Captain Sandy is coming from with her belief about passion. She is passionate about the guest’s experience, She’s not as passionate about cleaning toilets, but the captain says, it’s not about that. Hannah is great at interacting with the guests, but what’s not all it is. It’s also about when the guests sit around the table. Yesterday, Hannah did an amazing table, but she wants amazing constantly. It’s what she asked for, but she didn’t want to ask. Hannah says she felt like she tried her best, and her best wasn’t good enough. Captain Sandy says that’s not the case. She’s grateful. Hannah did an amazing job. She doesn’t want Hannah to think she’s disappointed; she’s not. She’s not easy, but she’s fair. In Captain Sandy’s interview, she says she’d work with Hannah again, but Hannah would need to perform at the level she needs. Hannah tells the captain that she understands, and they hug.

Jack and Travis decide to snooze on the sundeck. Travis thinks Jack owes him some quality time. Jack says, they’re going to be friends for the rest of their lives, but he’s in a relationship with Aesha, so he’s stuck with her. Aesha joins them, and asks why Jack isn’t in bed, and Jack tells her that he’s sleeping under the stars. She wants to sleep inside, and kisses him goodnight. In Travis’s interview, he says they wanted to do this little kid campout, and it’s nice Jack didn’t ditch him for Aesha.

Everyone starts getting up by 8:30. Colin bangs on a pan, so they’re all awake now. In Colin’s interview, he says he’s more excited than sad. He couldn’t be happier going home to his parents, and sleeping in his own bed. Everyone packs. Ben tells Anastasia that he literally couldn’t have done it without her. In Anastasia’s interview, she says she’s capable of more than she thought. Looking back, she accomplished a lot. Even if she couldn’t carry it for the whole season, she rocked it. Ben gifts her with a chef’s knife, and they say goodbye. Anastasia tells Hannah that she’s been there for her more than anyone else. Captain Sandy says Anastasia is an amazing human being. Anastasia leaves the boat.

In his interview, Colin says, a couple of falls, a broken anchor, almost leaving the boat mid-season; the boat is trying to kick him off, but he persevered. The captain says she’s grateful. He thanks her for believing in him; it meant a lot. João says he’s grateful for Colin’s friendship. He makes you feel like you want to be a better person. Colin waves goodbye, saying, smell you guys later.

Skip calls, and says João has a job if he wants it. João says, it’s a dream come true. In his interview, Travis says, it’s been a long season. He’s been working for two years straight, with no holiday or time off to relax. He wants to see his loved ones in Australia, and just try and chill TF out. Aesha thanks Hannah for being amazing. In his interview, Jack says, it’s been fun pushing boundaries. He and Aesha go to the bridge to see Captain Sandy. The captain says they met on the boat, and their leaving together. She tells Jack that he’s special. He laughs, and she says he knows what she’s talking about. In the captain’s interview, she says she’d work with Jack again… maybe. She says, Aesha told her that she didn’t get enough praise. She did a fabulous job. She has a certain energy that makes people feel comfortable. She’s incredible. In Aesha’s interview, she says she did her job well, met lifelong friends, and she’s leaving with a dude who has a big d*ck. She asks Jack if babysitting him is her life now.

In Hannah’s interview, she says she and Ben have the relationship of an old married couple. They bicker, but have each other’s backs 95% of the time. She’s glad she didn’t do the whole charter season with him. Ben thanks the captain. In Ben’s interview, he says he overcame every obstacle he was in control of, and he’s walking off a stronger person. He enjoyed the challenge. It was a joy, but he’s glad to be walking off the boat, and back to a normal life.

In João’s interview, he says he and Hannah have come a long way in regard to respecting each other’s opinions. They can work with each other. He goes to the bridge to say goodbye, and Captain Sandy says she’s going to cry. They hug, and he says he learned so much. He tells her that he got the job, and thanks her. She says he has a bright future. In João’s interview, he says he came in thinking he wanted to be a captain. He wouldn’t be where is in his career except for Captain Sandy. She says she can say it and mean it. He’s the captain now.

Captain Sandy tells Hannah, it’s been amazing. In her interview, Hannah says she’s not letting one charter ruin what she and the captain have built. She tells the captain that she is passionate about giving the guests a great experience, but she has to do research on table décor. Captain Sandy says Hannah is a phenomenal human being. In Hannah’s interview, she says, next season, she’ll do dinner service in a mermaid outfit, and bring all the passion she can muster.

Captain Sandy stands on deck, and says, finité.
