Yesterday, I went into the future and recapped the episode that was aired in most places today. Magic! However, it’s my understanding that it was again preempted in some areas today. There are no words, except to say, if you missed it altogether, you can catch up here:
Hopefully, Friday’s episode will be on Friday, but who knows what’s going to happen in this topsy-turvy world we now live in, where low-rated hearings are forced on us and Franco is a nobody. Or is it Drew?

Elizabeth tells Franco, it’s not a good time; she’s working. He asks her to get someone to cover. It’s important. She tells him, he already said goodbye. What’s left to say?
Kim opens the door, and Hayden is there. Hayden says she was supposed to meet the agent for a walkthrough. She just rented the apartment.
Anna fiddles with setting the table, and tells Finn that she’s almost done. He says, it looks great, and gives her a huge vase of flowers. She tells him, they’re beautiful, and he says, like her. He asks if she cooked, and she says, Pizzulo’s cooked; she plated. Some things never change. Finn says, some things do, and she nods.
At Charlie’s, Julian tells Brook Lyn to hit the road, but she says he hasn’t told her what the fight was about. He asks why she cares, and she says, it must have been juicy for him to close up shop before the dinner rush. He says maybe he doesn’t need the business. She asks what he does need, and he says, time to think. If that’s okay with her. She says, bartenders are always listening to other people’s problems. It sounds like he needs someone to listen to his. And she needs a refill. How about if they make each other happy?
Lucas tells Brad, all he has to do is tell the truth. Is Obrecht holding something else over him? If he loves Lucas, it shouldn’t be this hard to tell the truth. Brad says he does love Lucas, and Lucas says, then trust him. What did Obrecht mean when she said she knew the cold hard facts about Brad and Wiley’s father? What else is Brad hiding from him?
Olivia hopes Ned doesn’t mind, but she asked Sonny to come over. Ned asks, why? and she says she’ll let him know when Sonny gets there. In perfect soap timing, Sonny walks in. She thanks him for coming, and he asks, what’s going on? She shows him a big manila envelope, and says she got it from the WSB.
Judge Madrigal says, after careful consideration of the evidence and testimony, both oral and sworn affidavit, she’s prepared to make her ruling. She asks the defendant to rise. She says, for the charge of murder in the first degree, she finds Sam not guilty. Sam hugs Diane, and Jason smiles.
Elizabeth tells Franco, don’t make it harder than it already is. Franco says he had an intense conversation with Scotty. She says she knows; Scotty told her. He asks if she knows what it was about, and she says, yes. He asks why he had to hear it from Scotty. If she knew that Franco had saved him when they were kids, why not tell him?
Kim tells Hayden, she didn’t realize there was already a renter. Hayden introduces herself, and asks if Kim owns it. Kim says she does. She was going to sell it, but Lucy told her it’s a buyer’s market, so she went back to making it a rental. Hayden says she got the same speech. She hopes she didn’t come too soon, and Kim asks if she’s moving in today. Hayden says, no. She’s just measuring, but she’s glad she caught Kim. Is there anything she should know? Kim says, it’s a great apartment. It’s spacious, and has beautiful views. She hopes Hayden will be as happy there as she was.
While they eat dinner, Anna says, another medical mystery solved thanks to Finn, but Finn tells her, it was a team effort. TJ first thought of rat poison, but they still have to figure out how Alexis ingested it. He congratulates Anna on rescuing Charlotte, but Anna says that was also a team effort. Jason arrived in a timely manner, and Charlotte was impressive. Most children would be too frightened to make a move, but she saw her chance, and didn’t hesitate. It was a thing of beauty. Cassandra was distracted, and Charlotte bit her. She thought Cassandra would have a stroke, she’s so worried about infection. She admits she shouldn’t take satisfaction in it, since Cassandra is most certainly dead. Finn says they can’t pretend they’re not relieved. Anna says she’d like to know who arranged it, and Finn asks if it wouldn’t be Valentin.
Olivia tells Sonny that she’s been writing to Dante. He asks, where? The WSB won’t tell them where Dante was sent. She says she sent the letters to the WSB office in Manhattan, then out of the blue, she got this back. Ned says, through some back channels, he contacted some old school friends who work in defense and intelligence. Maybe the WSB is ready to give them some answers. Sonny wonders if the WSB is giving Dante treatment for his PTSD. Maybe he’s recovered enough to tell them what’s going on. Olivia says that’s why she asked him over. They’re Dante’s parents. She thought they should open it together.
Sam takes Jason’s hand, and the judge tells Diane to advise her client that court is not adjourned. The defense made a compelling case for extenuating circumstances. Shiloh’s history of violence against Sam and her family is undeniable. The court finds her act wasn’t premeditated, however, the court isn’t persuaded that she acted solely in self-defense, nor that she exhausted her duty to retreat. Evidence and testimony indicate that Jason is more than capable of fending for himself, and his life wasn’t in jeopardy. Had Sam not chosen to fire the flare gun, Jason could have subdued Shiloh alone. For those reasons, on the charge of manslaughter and negligent homicide, the court finds Sam guilty. Please. Is she kidding me?
Gabriel says a bench trial was requested to expedite the proceedings, and he’s prepared to accommodate that by asking for immediate sentencing. Diane says they intend to appeal, and thinks it’s premature. The judge says they have the right to appeal, but the prosecution’s point is well-made, and she’s prepared to hear their arguments.
Julian tells Brook Lynn, what he says goes no further. He and his associate had a disagreement. Brook Lynn says Julian was staring daggers at the guy. Julian says, maybe he deserved it. They were involved in a high stakes situation. Reputations were at stake; familial loyalties. Things money can’t buy. She says she knows all about family. She spent many years making sure her paths didn’t cross her nearest and dearest. Like a black cat. One of them is bad luck for the other. Julian says, that would be an understatement. His associate can’t be trusted to hold up his end of the deal, and she says, why risk it?Terminate the partnership. He says she took the words out of his mouth.
Brad asks Lucas if they can go somewhere more private. Everyone already assumes he’s in the wrong. Lucas says he’s Brad’s husband; the man who loves him. Talk to him. What does Obrecht have on him? Brad says, nothing, but that doesn’t stop her from inventing more lies and messing with them. She’s a miserable woman. Her own daughter prefers him over her. Lucas asks if it’s about Britt, but Brad says, no. Obrecht just wants to make him look bad, like Julian did. Lucas asks why everyone is after him, and Brad says, they’re jealous. Julian’s relationship history is a minefield, and Obrecht has been alone forever. He and Lucas are happy, and they’re not. Right? They’re happy, aren’t they?
Elizabeth asks what Scotty told Franco, and Franco says that he and Franco shared a part of his childhood. Jim Harvey sexually abused Franco, and Franco pushed him down the stairs, trying to protect him. He was injured and sent to a state home. At the time, it was assumed Franco was disturbed because no one had any idea what was going on. She says she considered telling him, but didn’t think it was her place. If she’d told him about Jim, she would have felt like she was betraying Franco’s trust. She hopes he understands. He says, after all she did, all her fighting to get Franco back, there was a line she wouldn’t cross because she loved him that much. She says she still does, and always will.
Gabriel tells the judge that Sam shot Shiloh in the back. She fired no warning shot, didn’t ask him to stand down, and gave him no chance to surrender. By her words and actions, she considered herself judge, jury, and executioner. She has an extensive criminal record of fraud and larceny. She was a grifter. That way of life first put her in the path of Shiloh. She has ties to the criminal underworld to this day, and the people request the maximum sentence.
Diane says, several weeks ago, a fellow prisoner, a vicious woman named Cassandra Pierce, injured a guard in an attempt to escape. When Sam had the chance to escape, she chose to stay with the guard until the police and paramedics arrived. That’s not the action of a criminal or a con. Sam fired the gun to save Jason, her ex-husband and the father of her son. She has two young children waiting for her at home, and strong ties to the community. Incarcerating her accomplishes nothing, but allowing her to return to her place as a productive member of society, benefits them all.
😱 Sidebar: Just as Franco begins to talk, ABC interrupts with the hearings again. No warning; no nothing. I momentarily freak. I can’t believe they’re busting in on the moment I’ve been waiting for. Then I get a grip, and go to my trusted secret site.
Franco tells Elizabeth, ever since he came to Port Charles, people have been weighing in on Franco; the good, the bad, and everything in between. He didn’t think it affected him. It was like hearing stories about a stranger. He doesn’t remember much about his life before he was sent to the state home. Names and faces; Bobby was one of them. To find out Bobby saved him, and made it possible for him to have a life… He was a SEAL, and he loved being a SEAL. Bobby made it possible for him to meet Kim, and he loves her. They had a child. There’s a lot about his life to love, but it’s not his life, is it? This life belongs to Franco, and it’s time for him to give it back.
Hayden tells Kim, she’s been staying with her sister. It will be nice to have her own space again. Kim says she lucked out with the neighbors. Hayden says give her the dirt, and Kim says the lady upstairs is hard of hearing, and the man next door keeps to himself. Hayden asks how he is with noise, and Kim says, he’s tolerant. Just don’t play any metal. Hayden says she has a little girl. She’s a single mom, and thought the apartment would be the right size for the two of them. Kim says it’s cozy, but big enough that they won’t be on top of each other. Hayden can tell this place meant a lot to Kim, and Kim says, it did. It was home, and now it’s Hayden’s. If she has any questions, just have Lucy reach out to her. Kim takes her bag, and Oscar’s stuffed toy falls out. Hayden says, she’s a mom.
Finn asks about Anna’s travels. Any closer to finding Alex? She says she went through Alex’s records in Hungary, and followed her trail form Paris to Singapore to Dubai. She’s convinced Alex is more of a dilettante than a spy. She goes wherever the wind takes her or the money beckons. She guesses she’s been looking for answers, but she only has more questions. Finn asks why she came back. She says she hit a dead end, and had nowhere else to go. He says, he was the default, but she says her life is with him. She came back to be with him.
Ned says Olivia and Sonny probably want to read what’s in the envelope in private, and he has to call the probate lawyer anyway. He leaves, and Olivia says she’s afraid to open it. Sonny takes it, and opens it. He says he’s sorry; they sent them back. She spills her letters out on the table, saying, they never sent them. Sonny pulls a single sheet of paper out, and Olivia asks if it’s a form letter. They regret to inform her that her son no longer cares about her. Sonny says, it’s not a form letter. It’s for her. She looks at it, and says, it’s from Dante. She reads; mom, stop sending me letters. Sonny holds her while she cries.
Judge Madrigal thanks Diane and Gabriel for their well-considered arguments. She sentences Sam to two years in prison. Diane gets up, but the judge says she’s not finished. Diane apologizes, and the judge says, the sentence is neither the minimum or maximum. She took into consideration the threat posed by Shiloh, and Sam’s heroic actions during Cassandra’s escape. Accordingly, the court will ask that Sam be allowed early release, and to finish her sentence on probation or parole. Until that time, she’s remanded to Pentenville immediately. Court is adjourned.
Diane tells Sam and Jason that she’ll do everything in her power to persuade the parole board to release Sam. Jason asks, what about an appeal? Diane says she was under the impression that Judge Madrigal was fair and impartial. She doubts there will be any grounds for appeal, but she’ll do her best. Sam says she’s actually going to prison, but Diane says there are many avenues she can pursue. Jason asks for a moment, and Diane steps away. Sam whines that she’s going to be in prison for two years, but Jason tells her to just focus on what’s in front of her. That’s how they’ll get through this. One day at a time.
Julian says Brook Lynn is a good listener, and she says, it’s a gift. He says it helped to get it off his chest and clarify things. He puts some money on the bar, saying, time is money. She could have earned more elsewhere. She says he’s paying her for her time? He thinks she’s a hooker? He says he’s not judging. He heard her on the phone with her boss, saying he doesn’t own her. She says, that’s right; no one owns her. And no one pays her. He can keep his money. She hopes his partner screws him royally. She walks out. Outside she takes out her phone, saying, it can’t wait any longer.
Lucas asks if Brad thinks he’s unhappy in their relationship. Brad doesn’t know; is he? Lucas says all he’s ever wanted is Brad and Wiley. If anyone seems unhappy, it’s Brad. He doesn’t remember the last time Brad went a full week without being stressed out or snapping about something. Brad says he’s sorry, and Lucas says, what they had has grown into something bigger. They’re a family now. That’s why it hurts so much to think Brad is keeping things from him. Brad says Lucas has no idea what he’s done for their family. The choices he’s made; the prices he’s paid. Lucas says, obviously not, so clue him in. What has Brad done for their family that he couldn’t do with Lucas?
Elizabeth says she doesn’t understand, and Franco says he’s volunteering for the procedure reversal. He hopes it brings Franco back to her. She says, what about him? He was leaving town, and starting over with Kim. He says, Kim has to heal. He’s not someone who can help her with that. She asks if he told her, and he flashes back to his conversation with Kim. He says he told Kim that he owed it to Franco to do everything he could to get him his life back. Kim said, no matter what, she was leaving Port Charles, so he guesses he is too. Just in a different way. Elizabeth wipes a few tears away.
Anna says she missed Finn; she missed them. He says, he did too, but can’t help wondering if something else with Alex comes up, will she take off again? Anna admits she wants closure. She worries about Alex blowing back into town, and claiming Peter as her own. Finn understands. She’s gotten close to Peter. She’s been good to him, and shown him there’s a life after Faison. She says Alex could undo all that. If she comes back, and tells Peter that she’s his mother, whether she has proof or not, she could ruin everything. Finn says, it’s just a thought, but maybe if Anna spent more time with Peter, and had more influence in his life, it would lessen the impact. Instead of chasing after Alex, maybe Anna should commit to spending more time with Peter. Anna says things have changed a lot since she left. Now Finn has a daughter.
Finn thinks they could put off the discussion about Violet for tonight, but Anna doesn’t think they’ll do themselves any favors by avoiding it. Violet is going to change Finn’s life. He says, she already has. It all happened so fast. He knows he’ll need her help to figure things out, and he wants Violet to know her.
Kim tells Hayden that it will be a great apartment for her. Hayden apologizes for holding Kim up, but Kim says, it’s fine. Hayden wants to give her a proper sendoff. She takes out a bottle of champagne, and suggests they have a toast. From one mom to another.
Franco tells Elizabeth if she can put him in touch with Andre. Hopefully, they can start the procedure sooner rather than later. She asks, what about him? Does he want to take time for himself? He smiles, and says, after months of fighting, and insisting he have this procedure, taking him to court to have him committed, she’s trying to talk him out of it? She says, no. She wants him to have the procedure, but realizes it wasn’t her choice to make. It’s his. He asks what Franco told Cameron to tell her, and she says that he loves her and he’ll be back. He says, because that was Franco’s intention. Because Franco wants to come back to her, to his life with her. Franco has already decided and made his choice to have the procedure. He’s choosing to get out of Franco’s way.
Lucas says Brad doesn’t have to go it alone; they’re a team. Brad says, that’s the idea, but not the reality. The truth is, he’s been the one making the sacrifices and taking the hits. Lucas asks what he’s talking about, and Brad says Lucas doesn’t even see it. Lucas says he doesn’t, so let him in. Brad says he’s telling Lucas how he feels. Why isn’t that good enough? Lucas says because Brad isn’t being fully transparent. He’s clearly keeping secrets. Brad says he’s keeping their family together. If Lucas can’t accept that, and keeps looking for problems, he’s going to break them up. Is that what he wants? Lucas tries to grab Brad as he starts to walk out, but Brad brushes him off.
Ned asks, what’s going on? and Olivia tells him, don’t worry. Dante’s not dead. Sonny says, they’re dead to him. Ned looks at the paper, and says he’s so sorry. Olivia says, he’s ashamed of breaking. He feels that he has to protect his family, so he’s pushing them away. She gets that, but he can’t get better if they can’t reach him, and he’s refusing to let that happen.
Sam is cuffed, and she tells Jason to let the kids know she loves them and will call as soon as she can. Don’t bring them to see her. He says they’ll figure it out. They exchange I love yous, and she leaves with the guard.
Anna wishes she could see into the future, and Finn says he thought she was all about the unexpected. She says not where her children are concerned. He’s about to find that out for himself. He says he’s already there. Now that Violet is a part of his life, he’s obsessed with finding out what comes next. She says, whatever it is, she’ll be there for him. His phone dings, and he says, it’s Chase. He says it’s really important. Anna tells him, go. She’ll be there when he gets back. She promises. He kisses her, and says he’ll be quick.
Kim tells Hayden that she has a plane to catch, but save it, and share it with someone special. Hayden says she’ll take good care of the place, and tells Kim, good luck. She’s glad to have met her. Kim says, her too, and leaves. Outside, she looks a little stunned.
Franco asks if Elizabeth is all right. She says there are a million things she wants to say, but all she can come up with is thank you. He’s making a big sacrifice. He says, however it turns out, he’s ready. She says she’ll call Andre for him, and he says he’ll talk to her soon. She watches as he leaves.
Lucas looks at picture of Wiley and Brad on his phone.
Brad goes to Charlie’s and sees it’s closed. He bangs on the door, and asks Julian to open up. He knows Julian is in there. Julian turns the lights out, and Brad says he needs Julian. They can help each other. They need to stick together. Julian disappears into the back, and the cheese Brad stands alone.
Olivia grabs the letters, saying she’ll shred them or burn them. There’s no need to keep them. Sonny tells her, hold on. Don’t do that. Someday Dante will come back to them, and she’ll want them. She asks what she’s supposed to do. Say more prayers? Write more letters? For how long? Sonny says, for as long as it takes. Dante is protecting them, which means he still loves them, and he’s coming back. Ned tells her, you know what they say. Home is where they have to take you in, no matter what.
On cue, Brook Lynn breezes in, saying she almost broke her ankle getting back there. Ned says, Brook Lynn, and she says, hi daddy. I’m home.
Tomorrow, Chase confronts Finn about Violet, Valentin says Ava has Helena’s portrait, and Jason says he should have killed Shiloh from the start.
The Real Housewives of Orange County
Vicki and, Tamra meet for lunch. Tamra asks if Vicki has seen what Kelly is doing on social media. She’s been blocked. Vicki says Kelly blocked her too. Tamra says that Kelly claims she said Kelly pushed her mother down the stairs, but she’s taking the conversation out of context. Someone secretly recorded her conversation with Shannon, and posted it on the internet. She was telling Shannon about the terrible things that were said at the tea party – we flash back to that – but she was supporting Kelly, not spreading rumors. Tamra must think we’re all blind, deaf, and really, really stupid, along with having short term memory loss. Emily joins them, and Tamra says it’s been a crazy morning. Kelly’s gone to a level that’s psychotic.
While waiting for Shannon at a restaurant, Kelly calls brother Eric and mom Bobbi. In her interview, Kelly says, not having a relationship with her mother for the past two years has been hard on her. She tells Bobbi that she loves her, and she’s sorry for everything. She doesn’t like this. In Kelly’s interview, she says it takes a big person to say they’re sorry, but it feels good in her heart and conscience. She tells them that she misses them, and Eric says he misses her too. Bobbi says they’re good. She has no problem with Kelly. Kelly says she’s being attacked by everyone. Tamra said she threw Bobbi down the stairs. Bobbi says, you can get sued for defamation of character. She doesn’t know where Tamra is coming from, saying hateful things like that. In Kelly’s interview, she thanks Tamra, and says getting her mother back was the silver lining. She didn’t throw her mom down the stairs, she put her outside the door. She tells Bobbi and Eric that she’s meeting with Shannon. Shannon arrives, and Kelly says she just got off the phone with her mom and brother. Shannon tells Kelly that she looks pretty , and it’s possibly the first time she and I have agreed. I’m loving Kelly’s blue and white striped top. It’s tailored like a waistcoat. Shannon says she was up until three. She woke up saw Kelly’s text. Tamra told her that she was defending Kelly. She was repeating what was said, but she told Shannon that she felt like the others were bashing Kelly. Kelly says, they were, and Tamra is the culprit of all of it.
Tamra asks if they’ve seen what Kelly is doing. She’s been tagging Jim Bellino, when Tamra and Shannon are in a lawsuit with him. In her interview, Tamra says, she and Shannon are in a lawsuit together, and they’ve spent a half million dollars on legal fees. It’s been financially devastating. In Emily’s interview, she says she’s good friends with Alexis. We flash back to Alexis and Jim, being his usual a-hole self. Emily says Shannon and Tamra went on a podcast, said negative things about Jim’s personal life and business, and Jim sued them for defamation. She tells Tamra, it has nothing to do with Kelly. You can’t talk about someone publicly; there are repercussions for that. Tamra says Kelly knows what it’s cost her financially. Her kid’s college fund is being taken away.
Shannon says Kelly’s low blows cloud her good points. In Shannon’s interview, she says even though she won the case Jim had against her, they’re moving to the court of appeals. It’s like starting over again. She says Kelly knows the damage it can do. Kelly says Tamra did damage to her sick mother, and Shannon always sticks up for her. In Kelly’s interview, she says Shannon is of high intellect, but she’s getting manipulated by trailer trash Tamra. She thinks Tamra was probably Patty Heart’s captor. Look up Stockholm Syndrome in the dictionary, and there’s Tamra’s face. She tells Shannon that she can’t be a part of it. She says, Tamra is telling everyone that Shannon is a drunk, and Shannon says, give her a break. Kelly says she has the text, but she’s not stooping to Tamra’s level. In Shannon’s interview, she says she believes Tamra. They’ve reached a point in their friendship where they tell each other the truth. Shannon must be delusional.
Vicki says, Kelly needs psychological help. Emily says Kelly lashes out from a place of hurt, and Vicki tells her, they’ve all been through sh*t. Emily says she’s not giving Kelly a hall pass; it’s not right what happened with Shane. We flash back to Kelly calling him a little bitch, which I totally agree with. Vicki says, Kelly is an effing victim all the time. In Emily’s interview, she thinks a line has been drawn between Tamra and Kelly, and they’re only allowed to choose one side. It’s difficult, because she has no issue with either one of them, but if she has to pick a side, she’s going with the person she trusts, and that’s Kelly. Tamra says Kelly crossed a line.
Kelly tells Shannon that Tamra can do what she wants. Shannon doesn’t see her point-of-view, and Kelly is tired of it. Tamra has knocked her down, and she’s not putting up with it. Shannon is sorry Kelly feels that way, and Kelly says if Shannon wants to be a part of it, she’ll have to remove herself from the tres amigas. She gets up, and says, the good news is, she got back with her mother. Her mother hates Tamra. She told Kelly that Tamra is an evil person, and to stay away. She’s right. Kelly leaves Shannon sitting by herself.
In the car, Braunwyn tells Sean that her apartment will be perfect for her weaning party. In her interview, she says it’s something she invented. After 18 years of breastfeeding, she wants a celebration. She tells Sean that she told everyone to bring only inappropriate gifts. She’s excited to see what she ends up with. She hopes everyone embraces the spirit. Sean says she’ll have as much fun as she wants to, and Braunwyn says, it’s going to be epic. She and Sean stop at a gift store, and Braunwyn wants to get a humorous tea towel for Kelly. She wonders why Tamra wants to fight. Kelly said Tamra called her a drunk. Sean doesn’t understand why, since Tamra says nice things to her face. That’s not a good friend. She has to ask Tamra why. In Braunwyn’s interview, she says she’s shocked that Tamra said this. (I’m not.) They hit it off quickly. We flash back to them making out. Braunwyn says, if it’s true, it hurts, Sean asks if Tamra is coming to the party, and Braunwyn says when she invited Tamra, she thought Tamra was a friend. Sean says she’ll have to reach out. I suggest she do a freeze out. I’m so sick of Tamra. She does all the things she accuses others of doing. She’s not a Christian, she’s a freaking Pharisee.
On the way to a sex accessory store, Emily tells Gina that Shane thought she said Braunwyn was having a weenie party. In Gina’s interview, she says she’s never been to a weaning party unless you consider drinking an entire bottle of wine by herself when she was done breastfeeding, a party. Emily asks about Gina’s date, and Gina says, on one hand, meeting Dr. Hottie is the best thing that could happen to her, but Matt was so upset, he cried. It’s the first time she’s seen him cry in twelve years. In her interview, Gina says, seeing him cry for the first time, she feels he gets it; the family was impacted. And she believes he’s committed to wanting to repair it. Emily says, on the other hand, Matt hurt her deeply. In Gina’s interview, she says, on one hand (phrase of the night), she’s moving on, but on the other side, it feels good to be wanted and loved. It’s confusing. I’m not confused. He’s a dog with a bone, shedding crocodile tears. Stay away. They go into the store, and Emily asks if Gina is ready for some inappropriate gifts for the party. Emily explains to the clerk what they need, and the clerk says there’s no shortage of inappropriate items there. In Gina’s interview, she says, it sounds like it’s going to be a crazy orgy. She’s going to chuck dildos and run. In Emily’s interview, she says, anytime you get to be someone different is fun. She asks Gina if she thinks Braunwyn would like a swing, and asks the clerk if it’s good for three people or only two.
Shannon irons. Lots of ironing going on in reality TV this week. She gets ready to go to her first deposition. David’s attorney is going to ask her questions about the marriage. The divorce has been completely contentious. David’s attorney is Tamra’s old attorney, and she hears he’s a bulldog, so who knows how it will go? She calls her business manager, and says it needs to be up and running at the latest mid-July. In her interview, she says she created a low calorie food line, and she’s launching a website. She doesn’t want to rely David financially, but she’s uneasy not knowing what the final settlement will be. Her manager tells her to breathe. In Shannon’s interview, she says she still gets emotional, and a pit in her stomach, when she sees David. There’s so much anger when she sees him, but she feels stronger, both mentally and physically. She’s not very organized though. She’s trying to balance all of these folders and books, and I’m wondering why she didn’t use a tote bag.
Braunwyn meets Tamra at a bar. In Braunwyn’s interview, she says normally, if she’s uncomfortable, she doesn’t pick up the phone, but she hasn’t seen Tamra since the tea party, and wants to find out what made Tamra call her a liar Braunwyn says she doesn’t know where to start. Tamra called her a liar, but she didn’t bring up Kelly’s boyfriend. Emily asked how they’re doing. We flash back to the tea party, and Tamra says she wasn’t talking about that. Braunwyn says she thought Tamra meant she brought it up, and she owns her sh*t. Tamra says, as she does, and I choke on my coffee. Braunwyn says, the next night at dinner, Kelly said Tamra thinks she’s a drunk and didn’t like her tea party outfit. Tamra says Kelly asked what Braunwyn was wearing, and she said it was cute. Kelly takes a little information, and twists it. Braunwyn says she’d love it if Tamra would come to her if there’s a problem. Tamra asks if she looks like the type who wouldn’t. In her interview, Braunwyn says she was conflicted. She believed Kelly, but now she believes Tamra. She’s sure the truth is somewhere in the middle, but it doesn’t involve her. She’s taking a step back. She’s good with both of them, and it’s not her problem. Tamra says Kelly is going dirty, and she thinks it’s best if she doesn’t go to the party. Kelly’s temper scares her. Braunwyn suggests she come early and hang out beforehand. Tamra says, okay, but if Kelly comes at her, she’s leaving. Braunwyn says, fair enough. They hug, and Braunwyn says she was nervous because she really likes Tamra. Tamra says, what’s not to like?
Tamra gets her hair done, and Vicki joins her. Tamra shows her the cake, a pair of boobies with a bikini top double nip slip. Vicki says someone told her they’re lactating tonight; the party is about boobs. Tamra says, it’s weaning, and Vicki says, it sounds like a puppy. Shannon FaceTimes Tamra, and Tamra asks if she’s been crying. What happened? Shannon says she just got back from the deposition. She made the most money she ever has last year, but less this year, and they won’t look at that. Tamra says, no way Shannon is walking away with nothing, but Shannon says, it’s a possibility if they can find a case to support it. In Shannon’s interview, she says, even though it was common property, David started the business before they were married. The bulk of it grew after they were married, but if that’s not applied to her, she’s screwed. Shannon tells Tamra, seventeen years count for nothing. Tamra says all she can do is move forward. It’s just money. They hang up, and Tamra tells Vicki that Braunwyn just sent a picture of her boob. Vicki says, Braunwyn likes herself. Tamra is the one who invited her; she never heard from Braunwyn. Tamra says, Braunwyn has loyalty to Kelly, and Vicki says she’s going to drug test Kelly. We flash back to the reunion where Kelly said go ahead and test her.
At Braunwyn’s love shack, the bartenders take their shirts off, and the DJ sets up. The guests arrive, and it gets crowded pretty quickly. Vicki says she doesn’t need a swing. She has jungle gym with Steve at home. I find this really hard to believe. Tamra tells Braunwyn, Vicki thought it was a lactating party. Braunwyn says, that would be less fun. She’s done, but instead of being sad about having no more babies, she’s celebrating. She tells them that Kelly isn’t going to be there. She didn’t want the focus on her, since it’s about Braunwyn. Tamra breathes a sigh of relief.
Kelly goes out with friends to a restaurant. She thanks them for coming and supporting her. Drama free night. In her interview, she says she knows if she goes to the party, the sh*t will hit the fan. She wants to disengage, and be a stronger person. They toast to loyalty.
Gina is impressed be Braunwyn’s apartment. She asks about Kelly, and Tamra says she’s not coming. Gina asks if it’s a kind gesture, and Tamra shrugs, telling Gina, she has no words.
Kelly says Tamra told everyone she did a train, and threw her mother down the stairs. Pump the breaks, Becky. She admits to going off the handle, and she’s tried drugs, but doesn’t do them. Her brother put some things out there on the internet, and her mom took Eric’s side. Kelly says they’ve made amends, but any information Tamra knows about, she twists it. She’s dumber than a box of rocks.
Shannon shows up at Braunwyn’s party, and Braunwyn asks how it’s going. Shannon says her divorce trial starts on Monday. Gina asks what she means, and Shannon says David’s lawyer found a case that would support her getting nothing. In Braunwyn’s interview, she says, a stay-at-home mom raising three daughters is a job. If she and Sean got a divorce after she raised seven children, she’d expect to get everything. Vicki tells Shannon that Kelly isn’t coming, and Braunwyn says Kelly decided it’s her night, and didn’t want to be a distraction. Braunwyn knows they got into it a little at the tea party, and she bores Vicki, but she loves them all. She wants them to come with her to Miami, where she’s from. She and Sean are checking on some places they own. In her interview, Braunwyn feels that her personality will make more sense to them when they see her in Miami. They say she’s too loud, but everyone is like that there. She’s not crazy, she’s just from another city. Well, maybe a little crazy. She passes out gift bags that contain little blackboards inviting them to a party in Key West. Shannon says she’s not going; it’s where David started his affair, but Tamra says she’ll stay with Shannon. In Shannon’s interview, she says David went on a trip with an organization that included one woman. She believes David started his affair with her on one of the group retreats, and it was in Key West. She remembers him calling her. We flash back, and Shannon says David called her at midnight last night. He’s up until midnight when he’s in Florida. Why is he up late with other people, and not her? He says they’ll have to change that, and she tells him she’s going to hold him to it. She thinks that’s the night the affair started.
Emily spanks one of the bartenders. A pseudo cop comes in, with a woman in a low-cut shirt that says SWAT. He says there have been complaints of loud noises and lewd behavior. He looks at Vicki’s butt, and says it’s as he suspected. They have crack. Okay, I laughed. Vicki wonders if it’s a bachelorette party. Braunwyn gets lap dances, and tells Tamra that she’s not cheating on her. Tamra says that’s why she didn’t get a blonde. In Emily’s interview, she says she was thinking breasts, not shirtless guys, and not strippers. In Vicki’s interview, she says, here we go again. It reminds her of Mexico. She tells Emily, it’s not her jam, and Emily asks if Vicki wants to paddle her with the bitch paddle. Vicki leaves, and Tamra says, that’s the way to get Vicki to go; hire a stripper. Emily rides on a dude who motorboats her, and in her interview, Tamra says she thinks that’s the most action Emily has gotten in a long time. Braunwyn shouts, no more babies! Gina wonders if this is the way everyone does it when they stop breastfeeding. Braunwyn nearly falls, and flashes everyone. Gina says she didn’t have this sh*t at her bachelorette party.
Braunwyn asks if Shannon is okay. Shannon says she’ll go to Miami, but Key West is on her no fly list. She believes David started his affair there. Emily asks if he was there for work, and Shannon says, it was a work retreat, and there was one woman on the trip. Emily suggests it might help her heal to go, but Shannon says she’s not that kind of person. She doesn’t want to think about it. Emily says if she conquered it, she might feel empowered. Gina tries to interrupt, telling Emily that Shannon said she’d conquered it. In her interview, Gina says she remembers when she found out about the affair with Matt. She couldn’t function or breathe. If Key West is a trigger, she doesn’t know if Shannon should go there. Shannon say she’s not emotional about the demise of her marriage, but she doesn’t want to bring up the memories. Braunwyn says Shannon has a legit girl gang with her.
Shan visits lawyer Ben, and says she’s been emotional since the deposition. Ben says he doesn’t blame her. Shannon says she was told no facial expressions; not a peep. It was hard watching David burst into laughter and smirk. In her interview, she says, it’s as nasty as it can be. A part of her wants to be amicable because she wants to be the best co-parent she can be. Shannon says she knew if she said anything, she’d start to cry, so she stayed silent. Ben doesn’t think she lost it; she kept it together admirably. He wanted to orient her as to where they’re going when the trial concludes. It’s common for permanent support to be less than temporary support, and her income has increased since the end of the marriage. Shannon says, it’s declining now, and Ben says it’s not the ideal time for her to go to trial, but he doesn’t know where it’s going to crack up. She says when David started his business, it was out of his rented place. He didn’t get his first million dollar job until after they were married. Shannon says, there’s no way they can argue it was a separate property. She helped him grow the business. They were married seventeen years, and she’s the mother of his kids. In her interview, Shannon believes she can support herself, but never thought it was a possibility that she was entitled to nothing. She guesses being at home with the kids adds up to nothing. She tells Ben that she’s emotionally and physically exhausted, but she’s not going to let David get the best of her.
Next time, Gina and Mett get a hotel room in Laguna, Shannon can’t wait clean her hands of the marriage and move on, the Miami trip, and Vicki gets engaged.
🙈 I’m being forced into watching Blind Date because it’s wedged into the half hour between two other shows. The second episode was as bad as the first. Worse, because it was the same. It’s like they took the worst people, put them in the worst show, and sent them on the most boring date. The name of it should be, Two Jerks in a Hot Tub, since that’s what it seems to amount to. It’s like watching the worst Tinder date ever. Maybe not the worst, but pretty bad. Tonight, one guy went on about how he had to take a pee, and then when in the hot tub, remarked that the water was warmer. Eww! Please, Bravo, get rid of this show yesterday.
🍵 Bravo had repeats of Below Deck again, so I watched a documentary about Preppy Killer Robert Chambers, and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?Edward Albee never gets old. In lieu of any new TV, here are some cups of tea I’ve collected.

What can I say? Like Shannon Beador, I love a costume. And yes, I looked at all of them. How many Halloween parties can the Kardashians possibly go to?
🐣 I’ve also been watching Welcome to Plathville – Tuesdays, 10 pm on TLC, my second favorite channel. It’s about a family that lives somewhat off the grid. While they’re not like the Amish – although the Amish aren’t even like the Amish anymore, so many have cell phones – Kim and Barry Plath have raised their children minus a lot of the media that most kids are joined at the hip to today. They don’t know who Justin Bieber is or have ever had soda; IMO not bad things. The Plaths aren’t tyrants, however, and it looks like we’ll be watching some new experiences for the kids in this limited run series. I can identify somewhat, at least in their surroundings, since I grew up on a pseudo farm, and being in the great outdoors is still a passion of mine. (I know, you wouldn’t think so, since I watch so much TV.) I wonder if the parents fear, as I do, that the exposure from the series will drastically affect the family, and not in a good way. Hopefully, these kids will never lose their core values.

General Hospital
Carly thanks Jax for coming by. She just got off the phone with Michael, and Josslyn is okay. Michael thinks going back to school was tougher than she realized. Jax says that doesn’t excuse her walking off campus and not returning their texts. She asks what he wants to do about it.
Dev finds Josslyn in Charlie’s. He says Carly has been texting, as well as Trina. Josslyn says, her dad has too. He suggests they get going, but she tells him there’s no law that says they have to leave together. He can leave now, and she’ll catch up. She’s not sure how long it will take for her to finish her latte, or she might go to the library. Whatever she decides to do, she’ll be fine. He asks why she’s afraid of going home, but she says she’s not. Sonny has come in, and says, maybe she should be. She knows how her mom gets when she’s worried, and she’s worried about Josslyn.
At Charlie’s, Ava wonders how much she could get for her penthouse. Julian asks if she’s moving, and she says she wouldn’t if she could get a guarantee of no more letters from Ryan. She should have killed Ryan while she had the chance. Lucas texts Julian a picture of him, Brad, and Wiley.
Obrecht helps Sasha with walking, and tells her, baby steps. Sasha says Obrecht doesn’t have to babysit her. Obrecht says, nonsense. They’re family, and in this together now. if only Sasha had met Britt. The resemblance is striking. They could be sisters instead of cousins.
Valentin tells Nina, Sasha is on her way to recovery. Nina can spend the night with him. Nina says she can’t relax about Sasha as long as Cassandra is on the loose.
Curtis and Laura meet in the café. She says it’s quieter than Charlie’s, and if they’re seen in public, people might wonder why she’s talking to him about an international criminal. Curtis says he’s sorry for bringing up bad memories. Helena passed away before he moved to Port Charles. Laura says, dead and gone, but not forgotten. In her experience, Helena’s reach can extend from beyond the grave.
Josslyn tells Sonny, in the beginning, it was fine, but it got to be too much; the combination of everything ordinary, but Oscar not being there, and he never would be. So she left. Sonny says the issue isn’t that she left, but she didn’t tell her mom. She says she’ll try to explain when she gets home. Dev tells Sonny that his day was pretty good. He thinks he did the Corbin name proud.
Ava tells Julian, it’s ironic. Sonny has how many kids, and another on the way. He makes their lives miserable, but they adore him. Kiki wouldn’t speak to her when she died, and they keep Avery away from her every chance they get. Julian is planning to move away from his kids. They’re a fine pair.
Carly tells Jax that she wants to be on the same page before Sonny gets home. Jax thought they were on the same page for their daughter, and Carly says she’d like to avoid a clash. He says his sole interest is Josslyn, and also Carly. She’s in her third trimester, and isn’t supposed to have stress. Josslyn shouldn’t cut school for any reason or not answer their texts. Carly says she’d like to cut the stress, and focus on Josslyn, instead of being a buffer for him and Sonny. He asks if he’s just supposed to suck it up, and she says, yeah. He asks when it’s his turn to make outrageous demands, and Carly says she’s trying to see it from his perspective, but Sonny is doing the best he can. Jax says he’ll have to take her word for it. Carly says Josslyn ran into Michael, he texted that she was fine, and just confirmed it with a phone call. He thinks Josslyn is afraid to come home because of the trouble she’ll be in. Jax thinks they should see how she feels about splitting her time between their homes.
Laura suggests they start with what Curtis already knows. He says he knows Helena was a big bad somebody who hurt a lot of people. He’s surprised at her reach; he wasn’t aware she cast such a long shadow. Laura guesses Helena is the worst of the Cassadines, and that’s saying a lot. He says, presumably, there’s no love lost, and Laura says she loathes Helena, and the feeling was more than mutual. Helena blamed her for the death of her eldest son. Stavros was obsessed with Laura, and also happen to be Spencer’s grandfather. For his sake, she doesn’t dwell on the detail. Let’s just say he was insane, and Helena did everything she could to enable him. Curtis says, one could say Laura’s knowledge of Helena is up close and personal. If anyone wanted to know the ins and outs, she’s the person to ask. She says, Alexis might beg to differ, but she’d say she has the most experience. She wants him to tell her more before she talks. She’d like to know why he needs the information.
Valentin says he wants to put Cassandra behind them as much as she does. Nina wishes Sonny had said he’d deal with her, and Valentin says, he still might. He’s controlled all criminal activity in Port Charles for the last twenty-five years – allegedly. He says allegedly, because most of the time, any charges didn’t stick. That’s because Sonny is careful and a planner. He wouldn’t tell them about it if has a plan. Cassandra made an error in targeting their family, and it went from bad to worse when Michael came into her crosshairs. One thing Sonny does, is protect his family. Whoever targets his children, disappears, and he hopes Cassandra does.
Carly tells Jax, one bad first day doesn’t require new living arrangements. He says they’re just talking options, but she says he doesn’t even have a place. Why is he pushing it? He says, Josslyn didn’t have to ditch school. All she had to do was call, but she didn’t; she disappeared. Carly says, she’s grieving. She needs space and reassurance. She should be able to come home, and get support and limits. Jax says, the home she comes to could also be his. He’s not trying to take her away, but with Sonny’s cousin living there, and a baby on the way, it’s getting crowded. Josslyn, and Dev come in.
Ava is sorry her grief is cramping Julian’s style. Julian says, in a few days, he’ll be turning the place over to Olivia, packing up the car, and driving to Manhattan with Kim. He needs to make sure Ava will be okay. Doesn’t she think he cares? Ava says, not enough to stay and look out for her. That’s okay; she’s not his responsibility. He’s moving on to the next chapter in his life. She has herself.
Obrecht says, she thinks it’s time she and Sasha discuss who Sasha is to Nina, who Nina thinks she is, and how they can preserve the illusion for all concerned. Sasha would like to says they’re on the same side, and Obrecht says, they are. Nina’s side. Her niece gave her heart to Sasha and Valentin, and they need to guard her happiness. She can never learn the truth about either of them. Michael joins them, and asks why Obrecht is there. Obrecht says she’s more qualified to oversee Sasha’s recovery. Sasha says, maybe better qualified, but not better built. She’ll be back at Windymere tomorrow, and Obrecht can put her through her paces. Obrecht says it will be a good chance for them to get to know each other better, and share their secrets. Until then, don’t overtax herself. She must be at her best for the wedding, lest she disappoint Obrecht’s niece. Sasha has fast become Nina’s whole world. Obrecht leaves.
Valentin tells Nina, try not to worry. They’re safe; Cassandra is a fugitive. Nina says, it didn’t stop her before, but Valentin says they didn’t have this level of protection. The authorities are looking for her too. He suggests they put their energies somewhere else. She says, like their wedding? He says, unless she wants to postpone again. She says they’re doing this. She’s not waiting anymore. She messes with her phone, and says she posted it. Once it’s posted, there are no take backs. Is he ready for this? Because there’s no getting off this ride. He says he doesn’t want to get off this ride, and they kiss.
Carly asks Josslyn if she’s okay, and Josslyn says she’s fine. She’s sorry to make Carly worry. Jax says it’s not okay to ignore their texts. Josslyn says, Michael texted, and they knew she was okay. Carly says she was relieved, but what if she hadn’t run into Michael? She can’t disappear like that. Josslyn says, by third period, she lost it. It was like nothing had changed, but at the same time, everything was different because Oscar wasn’t there; life was going on without him. She had to get out, so she left. Jax says, leaving her pregnant mother worrying. Josslyn says Jax told her it was fine if she left, but he says he didn’t say to just leave and disappear all day. It was irresponsible and selfish. Josslyn tells him, she said she was sorry. She doesn’t know what else she’s supposed to tell them. She runs upstairs, and Carly says she’ll talk to her. Jax says he’d like to be part of the conversation, and she says he’s welcome to join her, but she doesn’t want Josslyn to feel like they’re ganging up on her. Jax sees her point, and asks her to tell Josslyn that he loves her, and to call him tonight. He suggests the three of them have breakfast this weekend, alone, so they can talk. Carly says it works for her. Sonny comes in, and Jax asks how Dev’s first day was. Dev says, fine, and Jax asks if he found his way around. PC High is pretty big. He asks how it compares to Dev’s previous school, and Dev says, it was a bit of an adjustment, but nothing he couldn’t handle. Jax says, he’s not familiar with Bridgetown schools. Sonny says, Bridgeport, and suggests Jax can go now.
Curtis tells Laura, he’s not at liberty to discuss the nature of his inquiry. She asks who hired him. She needs to know what’s going on. He says he needs information on Helena, and Laura says, she was deranged; a throwback to the dark ages. Helena blamed her and Luke for the death of her true love Mikkos. She put a curse on them on their wedding day, and spent the next thirty years making sure it came true. She failed miserably. Laura survived, and Helena is dead. She’s earned that break, and needs a good reason to dredge up the memories. He says, word on the street is, prior to her death, Helena concealed a valuable artifact on a Cassadine property. She asks, what kind? and he says, the kind that could turn the tables on Valentin.
Nina tells Sasha that Valentin is insisting she sleep in her own bed tonight, and Sasha says, he’s right. Nina needs a break from the chair. Are you kidding me? They couldn’t even bring in a cot for her? Nina tells her if she needs anything, call. She’ll come back tomorrow to take Sasha home. Sasha likes the sound of that. Nina says she loves Sasha, and Sasha says she loves Nina too. Nina and Valentin leave, and Michael says he should probably get going, but Sasha asks him to stay. He says, Epiphany won’t like it, and she asks if he’s still afraid of her. Michael says, yes, adding, Epiphany isn’t afraid of anybody, even Obrecht. Sasha thinks that’s a lesson she could use a tutor for. Michael says, you can’t choose your relatives, but if you’re lucky, you can choose how much time you spend with them. He admits Obrecht is a lunatic, but she seems devoted to Nina, and by extension, Sasha. Why does Obrecht intimidate her?
Julian tells Ava, if he thought she meant that, he’d have left long ago. Ava asks if he wants her to beg. It won’t make a difference. He’ll be off to heal his wounded girlfriend. He says, Kim can’t do it herself. She’s not as strong as Ava. He asks how much Ava had to drink before she came, and she says, enough to tell him the truth. You can’t leave yourself. Kim is going to grieve no matter where she is, and he’ll still be him. What about the energy and effort he’s put in to become the friendly neighborhood barkeep? Julian says he wants a fresh start, and Ava says, she’s tried; over and over again. The world doesn’t let you forget who you are, and they’re Jeromes. You think you’ve put it behind you, but then circumstances will change. You find yourself backed into a corner, an learn how quickly you can maneuver into the person you’ve always been. Obrecht walks in.
On the terrace, Carly tells Josslyn, the weather is going to change soon. She’ll miss the nice nights. Josslyn says, that’s it? and Carly says, fall is nice; the nip in the air, and sweaters are great. Josslyn says Carly’s not letting her have it? Carly tells her, her dad said what needed to be said. Josslyn says she knows he’s right, and Carly says Josslyn scared her. Josslyn says, sorry, but Carly says, let her finish. She can handle Josslyn skipping school, but being unavailable and not returning texts can’t happen. She needs to know where Josslyn is. When most parents don’t hear from their kid, they assume their kid is afraid to come home because they’ll be punished. Theirs is not a typical family. When she doesn’t hear from Josslyn, and she disappears from school, Carly’s mind goes to a different place.
Dev tells Sonny, classes were okay, and the kids were nice. They didn’t ask too many questions. He still thinks it’s a waste, and he’d do better working in Sonny’s warehouse. Sonny says Dev won’t get anywhere in life without an education, and if he’s not in school, people will ask questions. And the same people will figure out who he is. Dev says, like Josslyn’s father.
Nina sees Jax in his office, and says he’s there late. He says he was looking for papers he wants to take home, and she says, her too. He asks how Sasha is, and Nina says, she’s doing so much better. Her recovery is on track, she’s walking and talking, and Finn thinks she can be discharged tomorrow. Jax says he’s relieved. He would hug her… Nina says she’d let him if she didn’t know he was out to destroy Valentin.
Obrecht orders a vodka and tonic. Ava says, no karaoke at The Floating Rib? Obrecht says she was banned, but it’s only temporary. There was an unfortunate incident during Drag Bingo involving a feather boa and her cards. Words were exchanged. She tells Ava she’s buying, and Ava asks what they’re drinking to. Obrecht says her grandniece’s long life. Her prognosis turned for the better. Julian says he’s glad. Happiness is hard to argue with. Julian feels the same way when he sees Lucas with Wiley. Obrecht says, even at the expense of his real parent. Ava asks what she means, and Obrecht says, bad choice of words. She meant his biological parent; a little slip. She knows how powerful a mother’s love is for her children. Julian mixes their drinks, and slips something into Obrecht’s.
Sasha tells Michael that she and Obrecht are still getting to know each other. Michael says, so are they. What struck him is that he’s never seen Sasha intimidated. Maybe he’s reading it wrong. But if there was any time to be intimidated, it was Wiley’s birthday party when she was surrounded by his crazy family. She says, they were nice, and Michael says, she took it in stride. With Obrecht, it seems different. She says he’s right. Obrecht does make her nervous. She puts Sasha on edge because she knows Sasha’s not the person Nina wants her to be.
Laura tells Curtis, she was at the reading of Helena’s will. If there was a valuable artifact or something that would bring Valentin down, she thinks she would know. There was nothing mentioned in the will. How does Curtis know it exists? He says his employer is convinced it does. Laura says, and it can bring down Valentin? He assumes that appeals to her, and she says, it does. He has to remember Valentin is Charlotte’s father. Whatever happens to him, also happens to Charlotte. He says, right, but she also has to think about her grandson. If the job gets done, there will be no need to keep an ocean between Spencer and Valentin. Spencer can return home permanently.
Sonny says Dev figured out Jax. Impressive. They can’t stand each other. Jax wants to take Sonny down, but not at Dev’s expense. Dev doesn’t think Jax likes him, but Sonny says, what Jax doesn’t like is a teenage boy living under the same roof as his daughter. Dev asks if him being there is causing trouble for Josslyn, but Sonny says, Josslyn is going through a lot. She’s going to go through the same thing, with or without Dev.
Carly tells Josslyn, it’s not a conversation she wants to have, but the reality is that Sonny is her husband and Josslyn’s stepfather. A lot of people want what they have, hate them for having it, and will hurt them to get it. So when Josslyn disappeared and didn’t return her texts, Carly’s mind went to a dark place. Josslyn says she’s really sorry. She didn’t want make Carly worry. Carly knows that, and she’ll get over it, but she needs Josslyn to promise to talk to her. She knows she’s asking a lot of her. She has a lot of stuff going on at home and school, and if it’s too much, Josslyn has to tell her or her dad. She can’t keep it bottled up. The more you hold back, it turns to poison. She takes Josslyn’s hand, and says it will hurt her more in the long run than if she just tells them how she’s feeling. Let them help her. Josslyn nods.
Jax tells Nina that she’s gone through hell, and he has his own daughter’s drama. Can they do this tomorrow? She says she’s just stating a fact. He has files on Valentin and Cassandra. It’s no accident, and he’s up to something. She doesn’t know what his agenda is, but thinks Aurora is a cover for it. She’s going to make sure Drew knows. He says, that’s not possible, and she says, what the hell does that mean? Valentin pops in, and says he thought they were leaving. Nina says they are, but Jax doesn’t want her to share her suspicions with Drew. Jax says, Drew is missing, and presumed dead. He’s the sole remaining CEO of Aurora.
Sasha tells Michael, she’s not the person Nina wants, and Obrecht knows it. She sees through to who Sasha really is. Michael says Obrecht is no one’s idea of a good judge of character. She’s made Sasha question her calls, when she’s come to trust her instincts She asks, what do his instincts tell him? He says, that she has a story to tell, and there’s an ugly part. So does his story. If she doesn’t turn away from his, he won’t from hers.
Obrecht is passed out on the bar, and Ava says, who knew she was such a lightweight? Julian tells Ava that her ride is there, and she says he can’t wait to be rid of her. He wants to get away because she reminds him of the things he wants to forget. Like happiness is fleeting for people like them. Regret like a slow poison. You don’t know where it came from, but you wake up and can’t breathe. She doesn’t blame him for trying to get away, but he can’t escape himself. He walks her to the door, saying he loves her, but she’s had a little too much. She asks if he’ll be mad at her in the morning, but he says, absolutely not. She’s given him a lot to think about. Ava says he’s still her brother, always and forever. She toddles off, and Julian goes back to the bar and an unconscious Obrecht. He picks up his paring knife. Great weapon of choice.
Dev says, maybe it would be easier if Josslyn didn’t have to keep the truth from her dad. Sonny says, it’s not an option to tell the truth. Josslyn and Carly come back in, and Sonny asks if everything is okay. Carly says, it’s good, and Josslyn says, sorry to worry them. Sonny is just happy she’s okay. Carly suggests Josslyn and Dev get cleaned up for dinner. Josslyn goes upstairs, but Dev says he has to get a book out of the car. Sonny asks Carly if everything is really okay. She says, tonight it’s okay. What did Dev say? Sonny says he’s just concerned about Josslyn lying for him. She says, he’s perceptive. They do need to discuss what they’re going to do with him. Sonny says he’s not looking forward to it, but Carly says, it’s not working. They have to send Dev away for everyone’s good, including Josslyn’s. Dev listens from outside the door.
Laura says Curtis makes a good case. He asks her to tell him what she knows, and she says she’ll do better. She can think of a couple of places Helena may have hid the artifact, and she’s going to help him find it. He laughs, and says, she’s mayor. She doesn’t have the time. She says he made a case to bring her grandson home; she can make the time. Congratulations. He has a partner again. They high-five.
Julian raises the knife… and stabs the cutting board. He tells Obrecht, time to get up and get a cab to go home. She’s drunk.
Michael says he’s going to go; Sasha needs her rest. Sasha says she promised him answers, and he says, when she’s fully recovered. Still being in the hospital is just getting there. That comes after she’s discharged. She can tell him what she wants, or not. He’s got the only answer he needs. Finn told him that she’d be okay. He kisses her, and tells her, get some rest.
Nina ask if there’s no chance of finding Drew alive. Jax says he’s hired crews to help search, but the plane went down in the Gulf of Aden, and the wreckage was confirmed. He’s sorry to tell her like this. Nina says she can’t remember the last time she saw Drew. His poor family. He’s been so supportive; it doesn’t make sense. Valentin tells her, let’s go, and they leave. In the hallway, Nina says she was so happy. Her daughter pulled through, and she’s going to marry Valentin. She was on top of the world. He says she will be again, with him, and sooner than she thinks.
The index finger of a manicured hand taps on the table. The other hand holds a phone showing Valentin and Nina’s wedding announcement. The woman smashes the phone down, and we see the announcement through a cracked screen.

🗽 On Million Dollar Listing New York…
Ryan interviewed agents for a new rental team to deal with the building he’s obligated to broker. Amelia’s mom came to stay for a while, and when Ryan brought a baby outfit home, he got schooled in Greek superstition. Not only is it bad luck to buy gifts for the baby before it’s born, you can’t walk over a pregnant woman’s legs. This can cause the umbilical cord to wrap around the baby’s neck. It’s also necessary to give in to every demand the pregnant woman makes, or the baby could be born with a birthmark in the shape of what’s been requested. A rule obviously made up by a smart, but demanding, pregnant woman. Ryan didn’t want his baby coming out shaped like ice cream, so he said he’d take the outfit back. He built a rental team from his interviews, but developer David wanted to put things on hold, since the apartments were still under construction. Ryan explained to us that he’d named several buildings to make the apartments more recognizable, rather than just listing them by number address, and it helped with sales. David nixed the name the Smile, but I would have too. It’s not exactly the Gibraltar or the Jacqueline. Later, Ryan’s team received a list from David, of twenty-five things they were doing wrong with the property in the Great Jones building. It sounded absolutely bogus. For example, one thing was not playing up the history, when Ryan went so far as to dress in costume for an open house. He found out David had gotten the information from other brokers, and said they were just trying to get the listing, but he decided to take it seriously. The complaints went after what he’s about; his commitment and work ethic. He told his team to get to work. He met with David, who was about to fire him. Ryan told David that the accusations were false, and drummed up by jealous agents, trying to get the property. What Ryan really thought the problem was, was the market, so his team came up with several new ideas in seven hours, including informational booklets. He also suggested the penthouse be sold first, and the others, one by one. He said buyers were tired of new developments. He offered to split the cost 50/50 with David, of the $150K it would take to do what was needed. David was impressed, and decided to keep Ryan, but told him to save the hug for after he sold the apartment.
Steve was still looking for a rental for childhood friend Phil. Steve told us a common conundrum with people looking for investment properties, was that they start thinking about themselves and their personal taste. Luiza was in London, tying up some loose ends, so Phil and Steve hung out like the old days. They did some boxing, some cryotherapy (Steve did anyway), and shots at a bar. Phil had looked at two units in the same building, one of them being brokered by Fredrik. They made an offer of a million less than the asking price, one of the factors being that it was competing with another apartment in the building. Fredrik felt it was way too low because of the parking spot, and countered at only a hundred thousand less than full ask. While Phil and Steve enjoyed their time at the bar, Steve called Fredrik’s competitor, said they were in active negotiation with Fredrik on the other apartment, and got the apartment at the $6.5 million they’d offered Fredrik. This one was on a lower floor, but also had a terrace, whereas the other apartment did not. Fredrik called while they were in the bar, and Steve gave him the good news that Phil had taken the other apartment for well under seven million. Back from London, Luiza had gotten the baby’s gender in an envelope from the hospital. She wanted to find out together with Steve, so she gave it to a balloon company, and got a balloon. When they popped it open – Steve made Luiza chase a moving target – pink confetti flew out. Steve and Luiza are having a girl.
Tyler’s seller Jillian was in panic mode. She needed to sell quickly because they’d already found their dream home. The other property on his plate was in the Mercantile building, where people were paying $8-$12K a month to rent (my heart). He decided to have a residents’ event, and turn renters into buyers. He recruited friend Oz Pearlman, a mentalist from America’s Got Talent, to come to his open house. He was amazingly accurate, and even explained a little about how he gauges people’s reactions to his questions. Some things were still a mystery though, and I wondered how the blip he did it. Tyler’s brother Zack also paid him a visit. Tyler explained that he and Zack were complete opposites – he being out there energetic and gay, and Zack being lumberjack straight and quiet – but somehow their relationship works. Zack was getting ready to drive a van through South America with his wife for the next year. He showed Tyler the van, and described how he was going to revamp it for travel. That there would be the lack of a toilet, caused Tyler to wonder how they came out of the same woman. Not getting any offers yet for the Mercantile, Tyler also did private showings for non-residents. He found the problem to be that there were competing properties that were more of a blank canvas or a turnkey property – something immediately available to move in to. The apartment had been very specifically renovated, with a little girl’s room and a walk-in closet turned nursery, and the owners were still living there. When he found out the time frame had changed, and Jillian’s family couldn’t move for another few months, he suggested getting a temporary rental for them, and re-renovating the apartment to be more attractive to buyers. They could put off selling, and do it when the time was right, getting a better price. Since the sellers owned the apartment outright, they could afford to wait. He told us moving was the second most stressful thing (death and divorce being number one and three, respectively), and he wanted to show his buyers that he cared about the transition they were going through, including being patient. I have to confess, I thought he might be a d-bag from the previews, but that’s very selfless. He’s tipping the scales toward good guy.
Most of Fredrik’s story was with Steve, but he did have an open house on what turned out to be the coldest day of the year. Steve was supposed to be there, but was forty-five minutes late. By then, a lot of the people had left. Fredrik wanted Steve to come up with Phil’s offer, but Steve held firm, reiterated that it was a buyer’s market, and you know the rest. Fredrik met with broker Younghee, and Pomeranian, Hendrix the Dog, and told her about Phil buying the other apartment. He said a comp was established, and affected everything. She called her seller, and spoke in an Asian tongue, so Fredrik couldn’t listen in and kibbutz. He said the only solution was for him to learn every language in the world. The seller wanted another $100K, and Fredrik’s buyer took it.
Next time, Ryan competes with Tyler for a listing, and Fredrik and Ryan dress up like Tony in Saturday Night Fever.
💬 Along with Southern Charm and Below Deck (I prefer the original, but the Med ain’t bad), IMO, Million Dollar Listing New York is one of the best reality shows. While I don’t mind a good catfight, many of the Housewives shows have deteriorated, while these shows have grown. Below Deck is a different animal, with the crew changing over frequently, and the guests ever-changing, but I include it because the focus is less on the fighting, and more on the job and the vacation. Unless the fighting is among the guests, and we get to laugh along with the crew members. I miss Josiah who gave me one of my favorite quotes when guest Crystal drunkenly refused to leave the deck to go to bed, and swatted at anyone who tried to encourage that. She’s wrapped herself in a sort of shame cocoon. Many of the cast members in SC and MDLNY have grown from basically bratty young adults to contributing members of society. Well, Fredrik is still a little bratty. Many of them have kids and serous careers now, which I’m sure accounts for a lot of the change. All three have one major thing in common – the cast seems to genuinely care about one another. While they might be at odds at times, deep down they feel affection for each other. They make me smile and laugh more than I’m shocked at the stupidity and/or obnoxiousness. Proof positive that reality TV is more than table flipping and wig pulling.
To end my mini diatribe, I include another quote, this time from Captain Sandy (Below Deck Mediterranean) who I was recently watching in Captain Sandy’s Yachtrageous Moments, a compilation of scenes from seasons past. When I wake up thinking about you, it’s not a good day for you, because it’s probably your last day.

General Hospital
Jordan tells Curtis she’s clear. She’s gotten the go ahead to work full time. His baby is ready to roll. She asks, what’s wrong? and he wonders why she can’t work part time. She says she could, if she didn’t mind losing her sanity. She can only delegate so much for so long. She needs to get back to work.
Michael tells Sonny that he just came from the hospital. Sasha is sicker than they thought.
Monica thanks Jax for coming to the hospital. She’s called anyone who worked in close proximity to Sasha. They’ve identified her illness. It’s the Avian flu, a strain they haven’t even seen before. In the meantime, anyone who’s had contact with Sasha has to be tested, and have a round of anti-virals. He asks if the symptoms wouldn’t have shown up by now. She says, in all likelihood, but it’s a precautionary measure. They’re using an abundance of caution. He asks about the prognosis, but she says she can’t even speculate. They don’t even know if they caught it in time.
Valentin talks on the phone to Charlotte, who’s in the park with Lulu and Rocco. Charlotte tells him about her softball game. He says he’s sorry he can’t be there today, but she says her mom took a video. She gives Lulu the phone, and she asks how things are going. Valentin says, it’s all wait and see. She tells him, please give Nina her best, and tell her that she’s praying for Sasha. Don’t worry about Charlotte; she’s totally fine. He thanks her, and says he’ll be in touch. Valentin tells Nina that Charlotte successfully stole two bases. She gets it from her father. Nina says she needs something else from him. He says, anything, and she tells him that she wants Cassandra – alive or dead. Can he arrange it for her?
Jason sees Cameron at the hospital, and asks if he’s waiting for his mom. He says he’s here on his own. He wants to talk to Franco’s doctors.
Elizabeth says, hi, and Franco says if she’s on her way out, he can come back. She says, that’s okay. She was going out to look for him. He asks if she’s there by herself, and she says the boys aren’t there; just her. He says he figured that he owed them both a conversation. He can tell her a little bit about himself, and she can tell him about the man he used to be. She invites him in, and says, welcome home.
Robert shuffles through files, looking for one on Shiloh, and another on Cabot. Mac finds them for him, and asks why he won’t use the software. Robert says he likes the feel of paper, and he’d also have to learn it. He thanks Mac, even if he alluded to Robert being some kind of dinosaur. Mac says he didn’t, and Robert says they work well together. Where else can he kick his little brother around? Mac says his days as Commissioner are over.
Jordan tells Curtis that congratulations would do. He congratulates her, and she thanks him. He says he’s really concerned that she’s pushing it, but she says she got clearance to work full time. She’ll be drawing full pay, and he can ditch his job with Valentin, or Jax, or both. He asks why he’d do that, and she says he’s bordering on corporate espionage. He says it’s helping them making bank, and they can knock out the medical bills and put away some for TJ’s college fund. She asks what he’s going to do if Jax finds out he’s taking money from Valentin? He says he’ll handle his business. She says, and she’ll handle hers, but he can escort her to the station first.
Elizabeth shows Franco a drawing Jake did. She says Jake is her middle child. He’s an artist like the both of them. He was instrumental in promoting Jake’s talent. She asks if it looks familiar. He just looks at her, and she says she knows he needs time. She ask if he’s hungry. Her youngest, Aiden, baked cookies. He’s the one who discovered Aiden was a gifted baker, and he’s Aiden’s sous chef. He says he already ate, but she says she’ll bring some out anyway. He must still have the same taste buds, and he loved Aiden’s cookies. He says he thinks it would make things easier if she didn’t refer to him as Franco. He’s Drew. Elizabeth says, sure. She didn’t mean to offend him. He says, nobody does. Except maybe that German woman, the doctor. Elizabeth says Obrecht considers herself a good friend of his… of Franco’s. She’s direct and intense. He says she also slapped him. She actually tried to slap some sense into him. Elizabeth says, sounds like her. What did she have to say? He says she told him the life he’s living doesn’t belong to him, and to get out of Franco’s way. He doesn’t understand. Why would anyone want that? Why would they want to be around a killer?
Cameron tells Jason that he tried to register for a class with a philosophy professor, but it was too early. He read that Descartes said, I think, therefore I am. If Franco started to think he was Franco, and really believe it, it might help. He thought he’d run it by Franco’s doctors. He asks if Jason thinks it’s dumb, but Jason says he can talk to Monica, and arrange it. Cameron thanks him, and says it’s just hard to understand how everyone is going along with this. How could Franco forget his family and loved ones? Jason knows what it’s like, doesn’t he?
Jax tells Monica, the flu is contagious. It’s strange how only one person contracted it. Monica says, especially since Sasha has never been to Asia. It’s a matter for law enforcement now. It’s no accident that Sasha came down with the flu.
Nina asks Valentin how they can make it happen. He says they do nothing. He’ll take care of it. Nina needs to know there are no more threats to her family. She can’t do this again. She feels helpless and out of control. Valentin says, those days are over, but she says that person is still inside of her. She knows the signs. He says he knows she’s a strong woman, and knows he loves her. He has those protective feelings too. He tells her to take care of Sasha, and he’ll take care of the rest.
Michael tells Sonny, as a precaution, he’s getting a round of anti-virals. Sonny asks what about Sasha? and Michael says they’re afraid they took too long to diagnose her. They’ve never even seen the strain in this hemisphere. Sonny wonders how Sasha contracted it, and Michael says it was on purpose by someone on the island – Sandy Lance. Sonny knows her by Cassandra Pierce.
Charlotte asks Lulu when they’re going home, but Lulu says Rocco’s game isn’t over. Charlotte wants to go to Windymere. It’s been forever, and she left her doll in the trophy room. Lulu knows Charlotte misses Nina and her papa, but they’re taking care of Sasha. Charlotte asks if Sasha will be better soon. Rocco runs over, and says he hates this game. He wants to go home. Lulu says he can’t quit, and Rocco says, it’s okay for his dad to quit, but not him? He asks if his dad is ever coming home. Dustin appears, and asks if someone lost their glove.
Mac tells Robert that he thinks Jordan is returning tomorrow; end of mission. Robert says, what if it doesn’t happen? What if Jordan gets kidnapped by pirates, and the mayor gives Mac the job? Mac says he’s not out to steal Jordan’s job. Robert says he’d rather sling drinks and keep cleaning up after drunks than admit he likes police work? Jordan comes in, and says she just got clearance to work. From the sound of it, it’s not a moment too soon.
Sonny tells Michael that Cassandra wanted him to help her import something, but he told her he wasn’t importing it into Port Charles. Maybe Sasha is collateral damage, and Cassandra was trying to get to him? Michael says, no. She sent a picture to Nina as a message. She wanted Nina to know it was payback. Sonny says, for what?
Elizabeth says, Franco’s not a killer. Franco says, kidnapping, assault, arson, murder. She asks where he got this, and he says, the internet. She tells him, Franco did bad things while he was sick. He found out he had a brain tumor, and when it was removed, he was cured. Franco says now he knows he’s not sick, but Elizabeth disagrees. He says she’s not the only one objecting, She says she’s lost a husband, and her children love him, and want him back. He says, wanting doesn’t make it so. She says if anyone can undo what happened it’s Andre, the man who perfected the procedure. Drew is bringing him back from Ethiopia.
Cameron says Jason used to be a Quartermaine until the accident; that’s what his mom told him. Jason says, that’s right. Cameron says he didn’t remember his old family, changed his name, and found a new one. Jason says it wasn’t as easy for him as it seemed. The Quartermaines wanted him to be someone he wasn’t. Cameron says, that’s what’s happening to Franco. Jason says he used to feel that way about the Quartermaines, but time passed, and he eventually found a new relationship with them. They got to know him as he is now. Cameron asks how long it took, and Jason says, years. Cameron says his mom and brothers don’t have years for Franco to figure out that they matter to him.
Curtis gets a text from Valentin – Must see you asap at GH. He tells Jordan that he has to go. Jordan tells Mac and Robert that she doesn’t officially return to full time until tomorrow. Sonny comes in with Michael, and says he’s there about Cassandra Pierce. Robert says they’re aware of the situation, and Mac says they’ve been pulling files. Sonny wants her found before someone else gets hurt, and Mac says, odds are, she’s not in Port Charles. Robert says they were on to her after she escaped. Mac says they know she’s flying under the radar. Sonny knows all about that.
Jax asks Nina how Sasha is, and she says she’s waiting. He says, alone? and she tells him that Valentin just left to take care of business. Jax says Monica filled him in a little; how can he help? Nina laughs, and says, him? He says he knows Finn has a good reputation, but he has connections. She says he can drop the phony concern. She knows he doesn’t care about Sasha or her. He says, that’s not true, and she says he wouldn’t know truth if he was shot up with the bird flu. He’s been lying to her since he came into her office. She knows about his secret file on Cassandra Pierce. That woman is the reason her daughter is sick. That psycho almost killed her daughter.
Jason tells Cameron, there’s no way to predict what will happen with Franco. They don’t even know if it’s reversable. Cameron asks what he should do, and Jason says, try not to pressure Franco. Cameron has to accept Franco is as confused as he is. Jason didn’t make allowance for how other people felt, and he regrets that. Cameron says Jason’s loved ones were older, and had perspective. His brothers are still young, and look up to Franco. Jason admires that Cameron wants to fix it, but he’ll have to wait. Cameron says his brothers need Franco. The more time he’s away, the more screwed up they are, and they’ve been through so much already. Franco needs to suck it up, and come home.
Franco tells Elizabeth that Drew was going to Afghanistan for him, but never mentioned Ethiopia. She says he just found out where Andre was yesterday, and diverted the plane. Franco says Drew didn’t mention it to him, and Elizabeth is sure Drew was in a hurry. Franco thinks it’s part of a larger plan to keep him there, but Elizabeth says, Drew wouldn’t do that. Franco says, he’s wasting a trip. He’s not talking to any doctor. As soon as this bracelet is off, he’s gone. Elizabeth tells him not to do that to the people who love him. They can help him. He asks why he’d want help. Help means the end of him.
Monica asks Jason for a favor. He says, anything, but she tells him, don’t say that until he’s heard her out. Jason was with Franco when he got arrested; how did he seem? Jason says, angry and confused. He insists he’s Drew. Monica is afraid he might bolt. This might be her only chance to find out what Drew was like growing up; the son she and Alan never got to raise. She doesn’t want to let the opportunity slip through her fingers. Jason says she may have to. It might already be too late. I’m surprised at Monica being so selfish. She already went through this with Jason, and should know better than to push. I could understand if she wanted it for Drew, but for her own personal interest? Really?
Franco says the doctor will screw with his head, and chances are, it might not work. Or even worse, it does. She knows it’s incredibly selfish, but she’s asking anyway. The boys want her to fight for him. He says he doesn’t know them, and they don’t know who he is and who he loves. It’s his chance to get back the life he was robbed of. She says, that Drew was robbed of. He’s robbing her of her husband. He says, it’s not him. He doesn’t remember marrying her. The ring he’s wearing, a symbol of vows he doesn’t recall making. Wearing it is dishonest. He tries to hand it to her, but she doesn’t take it. He says he’s not trying to hurt her or her children, but he wants to get on with his life. He puts it on the table, and Cameron walks in.
Lulu introduces Dustin, saying, he’s a teacher. Rocco asks what he teaches, and Dustin says, including and not limited to, snake wrangling, jumping out of planes, a bunch of other crazy stuff, and baseball fielding. Lulu tells Rocco, if he’s nice, Dustin will give him some tips. Dustin says, only in exchange for a signed game ball, and gives a ball to Rocco.
Jordan tells Sonny, there’s only so much they can do in their jurisdiction. Robert says Michael and Sasha encountered Cassandra on Sonny’s island, and Sonny says he’s made some calls. If anything goes down, he’ll hear about it. Jordan asks if he’s going to share, and Sonny says, share and share alike. Nina said Cassandra is after her. Don’t they think her story might help give them a lead? Jordan says they know how to do their job. Sonny says, then they don’t need him, but Robert wants to ask Michael some questions. He wants to know more about their interaction with Cassandra. Michael tells Sonny to go. Michael goes into the interrogation room, and Jordan asks, what if Sonny finds Cassandra first? Mac says let him look. It will keep him out of their hair… her hair. Jordan says, about that…
Curtis tells Valentin if he wants another update on Jax… Valentin says, forget Jax. He needs help with something more important – protecting his family.
Jax asks Nina, how sick is Sasha? She says, Sasha and Michael crossed paths with Cassandra, and now Sasha has been diagnosed with a strain of bird fly never seen in this hemisphere. She shows him the picture, and says, then she got this text. Does he know where Cassandra is? Jax swears he doesn’t, and Nina says she feels so much better. Never mind about the angle he’s been working against her and Valentin since she caught him in her office unannounced. He has a file on Cassandra. Jax says he has nothing to do with her. She asks if she’s supposed to take his word, and he says he has nothing against her. He admires her. Valentin is another story. Nina says while he avoids answering her questions, her daughter could be dying. Spare her his false concerns and empty promises, and tell her the truth or get out. He says, it is the truth. What’s happening is horrible, and all he wants to do is help. He thinks there’s more to Cassandra’s relationship with Valentin than he’s letting on. She might want to protect herself. No matter what she thinks of him, he’s not her enemy. She says, if this is how he treats his friends, she doesn’t want to be his friend. He leaves, and she sits on the bench and sobs.
Jordan wants to clear the air. She knows Mac enjoyed himself. He says he has, and she says she understands he’s done a terrific job. Word is, her people wouldn’t mind keeping him around. Robert says he knows Mac wants to be in a leadership position, so he can affect change. Mac says he never considered this more than temporary, and Robert says it was his idea. Jordan says it was hers; he just agrees with her. She asks Mac, how does Chief of Detectives sound?
Curtis tells Valentin that protecting his family isn’t a one person job, but he can reach out to his contacts. Valentin says he can hire his own bodyguard. He needs Curtis as a detective. He needs Curtis’s problem solving skills. He needs him to find Cassandra before the WSB does, but Curtis doesn’t think she’ll be easy to find. Jax sees them talking.
Sonny approaches Nina, who tells him, go away. She already had enough with Jax. Sonny says she has a problem with Jax? Been there, done that. Nina says, and he’s overwhelmed with sympathy. He says she’s worried about her daughter, and he may be able to help. He tells her to round up Valentin, and tell him about their history with Cassandra.
Jason tells Monica, Drew knew Alan was his father. He figured it out in high school. He saw Jason’s picture in the paper, and knew Jason had to be his twin. He assumed they just wanted one twin. Monica says, nothing could be farther from the truth. He says, Franco did not want to listen, but she says she has to let him know. He doesn’t think Franco cares. Sorry, but his best advice is to let Franco be.
Cameron says Franco is home, but Franco says, it’s not like that. Elizabeth says, he just came by talk things out. Cameron asks why she looks upset, and she says, it’s been upsetting. Cameron says Franco can make it easier, but Elizabeth says. he’s doing the best he can. Franco says they haven’t met, and Cameron introduces himself. He knows Franco doesn’t remember, but those two freaks, Dr. Cabot and Shiloh, wanted to do a memory transfer on him. He was hooked to the machine, when Franco showed up and took his place. He owes Franco more than he can ever repay. Franco asks if he’s okay, and Elizabeth says they’re all okay. Cameron asks Franco to stay for dinner, but Franco asks if they can just agree to take things slow. He’s had his fill for tonight. He starts to leave, and Cameron stops him, saying, he doesn’t get to leave
Monica says she has to reach out. Drew should have been a Quartermaine from day one. Jason says she won’t get through on the first try, or probably the second or third. She says she’ll try as long as it takes for him tell her his story. So she can tell him hers. Jason is sorry, but she says, don’t be. He says, not for that. For the way he treated her and Alan. It took too long for him to see from their perspective. Monica says, he’s himself, and that’s all that matters to her.
Cameron says Franco has to stay. Franco says he’s not the guy Cameron wants him to be, but Cameron says he just needs Franco there. Franco had a life, and a family, and it’s on him to try and keep it going. Franco says, sorry. He can’t be something he’s not. He walks out, and Cameron slams the door. He asks, how anyone can be that selfish? Elizabeth says, he doesn’t mean to be. Cameron says, his wedding ring, and picks it up. He says, that’s why Franco was there, to return the ring. What’s wrong with him? She says, it’s not his fault, but Cameron says he stole Franco’s life, and there’s nothing they can do to get it back. Elizabeth says, please, Cameron. He starts to cry, and slaps the ring into her hand. He runs upstairs, and Elizabeth looks for her phone. She makes a call, and says she needs a lawyer.
Lulu says she knew Rocco could do it. Dustin says, he just forget to close his glove. He has the same problem. Rocco whispers something to Lulu, and runs off. Dustin asks what he said, and Lulu tells him that he said, Dustin is cool. He says, best review ever.
Mac says Robert knew about this, and was pulling Mac’s chain. Robert says, it was a test, and he passed. Jordan says, her team respects him, and the squad could use his leadership skills. Say yes. He says he has to clear it with his lady, unless they told her in advance. Jordan says, with her approval, welcome back.
On the phone, Michael tells Diane he doesn’t need a lawyer. He tells Robert that Diane wanted him to remind them that it’s voluntary cooperation. Robert says, duly noted and appreciated. He read Michael’s account, but wants to hear it. He might remember something he’s not aware of. Michael says he’s been replaying it over and over, and thinks Robert is right. He may know how to find Cassandra.
Val knows Curtis cares about Nina, and will do what he can to protect her. He’s not asking lightly. Curtis says he’s not taking it lightly. If he finds Cassandra, he’ll turn her in to the WSB. Valentin says that does him no good. Find her, and walk away. And ask no questions.
Sonny tells Nina, something has to be done about Cassandra. The cops can’t find her, and she escaped from the WSB. He doesn’t want to see Nina hurt, and she’s a target. Nina says, please leave, but he says he’s not going anywhere. She says, fine, then she will. Sonny says he’s not through, and Jax says, yes he is. Is there a problem?
Tomorrow, Robert says they have their best lead, Valentin tells Curtis that he’ll get $5 million if he finds Cassandra, and Sasha asks Finn if she’s terminal.
Southern Charm – The Reunion – Part Two
Backstage, Madison is nervous. In another room, Danni says it was personal, and not a good example, especially for a mother to be saying.
Andy welcomes us back like we were the ones who left, and welcomes Danni, who’s joining the reunion. Andy starts with Kathryn’s sobriety. Austen says what she did on Watch What Happens Live was ridiculous. He couldn’t believe the things she said. We flash back to last week, where Austen said he was upset when he tweeted in, and Kathryn said don’t think for an effing second he can come after her sobriety. Back up. Naomie says she got aggressive with Austen just now, but someone saw her drinking when she was on the show. Kathryn asks, who? and Naomie says, a mutual friend. Kathryn says she’d tell them if she drank, because she can. Cameran says, no one is coming at her, but at the same time be honest. Craig says, no one knew if she was allowed to drink, so they just said she wasn’t, and covered for her for the last six months. Andy says there were several reunions where Kathryn felt they were coming against her, and they say the opposite. Shep says, what they’re trying to say is, they protected Kathryn more than she knows.
Andy says Kathryn planned the treehouse trip, and then was MIA for the days before it. A viewer says, Danni isn’t Kathryn’s mom. If she seems testy, maybe it’s because Danni is crowding her. He asks what Danni meant when she said Kathryn was never held accountable? Danni says, Kathryn gets a lot of passes, especially from her. She wanted Kathryn to have valid reasons why she wasn’t responding. It can be perceived as obnoxious or irresponsible. Kathryn thinks she made a bigger deal about it than it was. Andy asks why she was defensive, and Kathryn says she’s used to her phone ringing, and it being Thomas, or her lawyer, or something else not good. Cameran says she can’t alienate other people who don’t have ill intentions. Kathryn says she talks to her actual friends, and Chelsea asks if they shouldn’t expect a response since they’re not real friends? Just tell them she’s busy. Kathryn says just so they know, Thomas can bring this up in court. Danni rolls her eyes. Andy asks if that shouldn’t motivate her to be better, and Kathryn says she’s just trying to focus on her kids. Andy says she knows how that makes people feel, and Kathryn says when it’s more than one person, she gets overwhelmed with being ashamed, and portrayed as a terrible friend. Andy asks if she and Danni think it was an unfair representation of their friendship. Danni says they have a unique friendship. She can depend on Kathryn, but not all the time. She says Kathryn has been hanging out with Madison, and Kathryn says their kids play together. Austen says they didn’t hang out just one time, and Kathryn tells him, she didn’t say that. She needed someone for supervision with the kids. Austen thinks she’s playing both sides, and Kathryn says she has no one else, and Andy explains, Thomas approved Madison to supervise the kids. Kathryn says she thought it was okay with them, and she was being decent. Shep says she shouldn’t have to ask if it’s okay. She knows it’s not, because it bothers her friend. Danni has been there for her. Kathryn says she’s in the middle, and it’s a hard place to be. She loves Danni. Danni is her best friend, but it’s way more complicated in her mind. She doesn’t want Madison to feel like she did when no one talked to her. Cameran says, Madison put herself there. Craig says he thinks Madison is manipulative. It’s hard to see Kathryn with someone who caused problems. Andy says she didn’t realize it would go to that level. Naomie says Madison is manipulating Kathryn to hurt Danni, or Kathryn is afraid of her, and wants to keep her enemies closer. Austen says she’s not just asking Madison to watch the kids. If she likes Madison, admit it. Kathryn says she does. Madison makes her laugh. We take a break. Well, they take a break anyway.
Andy says, fresh off a family scandal, Eliza wasted no time getting back in the saddle of society. He asks if it was the hardest time after her father’s affair, and she says she doesn’t like to talk about it. She starts crying – that didn’t take long – and says they were so close. She felt uncomfortable and unwanted everywhere she went. Andy says he’ll change the subject, but she might not like this one either. After her debut at Patricia’s dinner party, viewers thought she was like a bull in a china shop. We flash back to her talking stupid at the party, ending with her saying Kathryn could be a surrogate. Andy assumes she meant no harm by the comment about Kathryn, and Shep says, Eliza is harmless, sweet, and docile, but her social awareness is lacking. Eliza says she’s only twenty-three; she’ll learn. Cameran says she talks too much, and Eliza says she does when she gets nervous. Andy asks if Eliza feels unfairly judged for her relationship with Thomas. Eliza says she’s used to people not liking her because of her family, but she can’t control that. Connie from Houston asks what she sees in Ashley that the rest of the world doesn’t? Eliza says she sees the good in everyone in her life. Ashley didn’t hurt her, so why be mean? Andy asks why she invited Ashley to the skeet shoot. Did she think Ashley would mend her relationships. Eliza says she knew Ashley said mean things to Kathryn, and she thought it was terrible, but she didn’t know Ashley had offended almost everyone there. We flash back to that fiasco. Chelsea says she’s all for forgiving, but Ashley goes about it all wrong. Eliza says Ashley made her look like an idiot for giving her a second chance. Andy asks if they’re still friends, and Eliza says they talk occasionally. He asks if her family is still friends with Thomas, and she says, absolutely. She can’t speak on his behalf, but she’s not leaving him hang out to dry for something that she has no involvement in.
Andy tells us that Chelsea has a brand new house, and brand new man. Dating a professional sailor means a long distance relationship, and it’s causing some to wonder how they keep it afloat. We find out no one has met Nick, and Chelsea says, when he’s in town, his time is short, and they’re trying to spend time together. A viewer asks why Chelsea is so trusting. For all she knows, he has a girl in every port. Andy says, it’s a fair question, and Chelsea says they communicate often and well. Andy asks how dangerous his job is, and Chelsea says, very. There were two fatalities in the last race. A viewer says Chelsea’s dad seems hesitant about her picking men who aren’t around. Chelsea thinks he’s afraid of her moving away, since she’s done it before. Andy asks what Austen thought about her dad calling him a housecat. Austen says she seems like more of a housecat, since she goes to work and goes straight home, but Chelsea says, a housecat is a gamer who hadn’t gotten out much, and her father shouldn’t have said that. A viewer asks if Chelsea feels like an anomaly among her privileged, trust fund friends. Chelsea says she doesn’t think about that, and Austen says no one has a trust fund except Shep. It’s a silly thing to say. Andy says the perception is that they don’t have jobs. Shep says it’s not like he’s raking in government money. Would he be more liked if he worked in a coal mine? Chelsea says she’s had a job since she was fourteen. Even if she won the lottery she’d have a job. If she wasn’t working, she’d feel worthless.
Andy switches gears. There’s been a new drama with Austen and Chelsea every year, and this year it was the screenshots Madison sent to Chelsea of Austen talking about her. Austen says he was venting to Madison, and guesses he was angry. Chelsea says when she first posted about Nick, there were comments about her finally finding a man, and getting rid of Austen. Austen was tagged, and she’s sure it made him angry. Andy says, it wasn’t flattering. Shep asks if Austen didn’t regret it, and Austen says he ate crow. Andy says Chelsea forgave Austen, and took him under her wing to reform his party ways. We flash back to her saying Shep and Craig are bad influences Shep says it bothered him, and made him angry. Chelsea says Austen asked for her advice, and he can take it or leave it. It won’t hurt her feelings. Kathryn says he respects Chelsea’s opinion; that’s why he asked. Andy says goodbye to Eliza, who we already forgot was there anyway.
Craig says if there was ever a time for him to take Adderall, it would be now. Madison comes out, and Andy asks what the status of her and Austen’s relationship is. Austen says they’re not together, and Andy says they’re not friends with benefits? Austen tells Andy, he didn’t say that. Madison says, they’re not together together. Danni asks when they last slept together, and Madison says, last night. Andy says, it’s complicated is the answer, and he promises not to play the video. He does want to talk about it though. Austen claimed he didn’t hook up with the women, and nothing happened. Austen says he’s as honest as a heart attack. Kathryn shakes her head, and says, he hooked up with the blonde one. Craig seconds that. Austen says he was so drunk, and Madison says he blacked out. Andy asks why the blonde’s panties were off, but Austen honestly doesn’t remember. A viewer doesn’t understand how Austen possibly cheated and it was recorded on video, but Madison hooked up with someone when they were temporarily broken up, and she’s the crazy one. Andy asks if Kathryn thinks it’s a double standard, and Kathryn says, it’s definitely a pattern . It’s typical of the men to blame it on the girl. Shep says they’d tweeted they were together. Austen says he thought things were good between them. Madison says she saw Michelle at a party, and said, woman to woman, did she have sex with Austen? and she said, yes. She told Austen, eff this; she’s done, and they didn’t talk. Cameron says, that’s not a solid relationship. Shep says, it doesn’t matter. You can do anything to Austen. Madison thinks Shep should focus on his own relationships, and leave theirs alone. Craig says Austen calls him crying because she posted a picture, and she tells him to mind his own business. Andy asks what they fight about, and Madison says, mostly Shep and Craig. Craig says she blames them for the DM stuff. They didn’t send it, she did. We flash back to Danni telling Craig about a friend DM’ing Gentry about Madison. Craig says she deflects to everyone else. Austen says, it was made into a big deal, but what mattered is, she didn’t personally send it. Danni says she clearly communicated what happened. She didn’t say Madison sent it. Madison says, after the video, her clients were saying, girl, come on, get out there, and a friend wanted her to meet Gentry. Danni says she heard enough chit chat around town. She didn’t think it was a big deal because she thought Madison was single. She couldn’t keep track of their relationship. Craig knew their status, and did what he wanted with the information. Andy asks if Danny regrets telling Craig, and she says she does. Craig says, it’s Madison’s fault, and no one else’s. Danni says Madison started a bunch of sh*t, and reached out to her boyfriend. Chelsea says thinks it got blown out of proportion, and Madison took her anger out on Danni. Dannie says all she did was try to mitigate it. Madison is a bully and a psycho. Madison asks why she’s so upset, and Danni says, for many reasons. Andy says it’s a great spot to take a break.
Andy says, while the boys whisked Austin away on an RV trip to get over his breakup, Madison divulged to Chelsea that Shep called her white trash. He asks what the definition is, and Madison says, working class, not born into money, and he’s better than she is. Austen says Shep said it to him, and he wasn’t pleased. Shep says Austen told him she’d cheated, and he told Austen, good; get rid of her. He says you have country, who are the best folks, but also have redbacks. I guess those are like rednecks? Cameran tells him not to say white; just say trash. Kathryn says Shep called her white trash at the pillow party. Does he feel that way about her? He says she was acting trashy. It was crazy talk. She thinks it’s harsh to call someone trash. Andy says Shep had to know it was going to get him labeled elitist, which he’s already labeled all the time. Shep says Andy should see his Palm Beach friends, but Andy says it doesn’t sound like he wants to. Shep says it manifests when he sees someone not raised properly. Andy asks what he means? Is it good manners to call someone trash? Shep says, Eleanor Roosevelt said, if you can’t say something good about someone, sit next to me. (Not totally accurate, Shep, but close enough that I’ll let it pass.) The hoity toity aren’t exactly the bastion of being nice to one another. Andy says, EleanorRoosevelt was the First Lady, not BrookeAstor. Shep thinks he means that etiquette lady (I assume he’s referring to Emily Post or Amy Vanderbilt), and Andy has to explain who she is (New York socialite and philanthropist). For Shep claiming to be so well-read, he’s not really. He knows some big words. A viewer thinks Madison turned Shep down at some point, and Shep says he’s never made a secret of that. He was whispering in a cheap blonds ear (ugh. he just can’t not insult people), and she wasn’t having it. We flash back to a barbecue where she told him, don’t even. Andy says, another theory is that,in Shep’s world, the one thing worse than losing a girl, is losing one to Austen. A viewer who works in couples therapy says she’s seen couples who hate each other, and as a professional, doesn’t think Shep hates Madison. In fact, he loves her. She asks if he’ll ever admit it to himself. Shep says, they’re both too strong willed. He would never admit defeat, and neither would she.
Changing topics. To help Cameran get her mojo back, the gang headed to Colorado, and Craig unloaded emotional baggage before they got to the baggage claim. We flash back to Craig losing it at the airport, ending with Chelsea telling him to check his pants for a vagina, because he’s being a p*ssy. Chelsea says she was mortified, and the feminists were on her ass, but she’d had enough. Craig says he was just trying to get them on the bus, but Andy says he was frothing at the mouth. Andy says, the weed dinner was fun to watch, and Shep says, it was awesome. In case everyone forgot, Andy says, Kathryn got upset. BadGuyAndrew tweeted, they’re hypocrites. They attacked Kathryn, treated her like an addict, and said her kids should be taken away, then got high the whole trip like there was nothing wrong. Andy says, Austen knew her history and never checked with her or thought about it? Austen says, she knew for weeks, but Kathryn says, that’s not true. She knew a week before, but don’t be dramatic. Austen says, she was silent until she finally asked who arranged the dinner. Kathryn says, on the after-show, he said she did it for attention. We see a clip of that. Andy says Cameran said she didn’t two f**ks. Kathryn say she thought she’d be fine. It was literally the first time she’d been around it. I have to add, it wasn’t like they just passed a joint either; it was everywhere and in her face. And these dudes are LOUD when they’re high. Andy asks what bothered her more, being around it, or no one asking if it was okay. Kathryn says what bothered her most was the guilt that she wasn’t with her kids for months. Austen genuinely apologizes, and Kathryn says, bullsh*t. He says she’s right, it is, and Danni is like, what? Shep says they’ll do a mushroom dinner next time Andy says, we’ll leave it there.
Andy asks if Madison thought she and Austen would get back together in Colorado. Madison says, yes, and Andy says she was obviously upset after talking to him in the hot springs. We flash back to that, and Andy says, after talking to Shep, it escalated, and she revealed something private. What made her go there? She says, at that point, she had so much rage, she blacked out and said something she shouldn’t have. She felt provoked, and felt like Shep was constantly coming after her. Danni asks why she got brought in. She knew both Madison and Austen had animosity toward her, but didn’t know to what extent. It was hurtful, humiliating, and not true. She starts to cry, and says she doesn’t know how Madison came up with it. Andy asks if Austen made it up. We see a clip from eight hours earlier, where he’s telling Madison that he didn’t make it up. Austen says it could have been misconstrued; maybe he took it wrong. Kathryn asks if he’s sure he didn’t make it up for fun. Austen says he would never make it up for fun. Andy says, so Shep told Austen. Shep says he and Danni dated eight years ago. Practicing to be a future Housewife, Danni says she has her medical records with her. Andy says they called Dr. Jackie from Married to Medicine, who said it’s pretty common. Cameran says, it’s effed up. She would be mortified if someone said that about her. She thinks any of the women would be. Andy brings up Shep saying Austen should tell Madison STFU. Andy asks what Cameran thinks, and she says she kind of agreed. Austen asks if she’d want Jason to tell her STFU, and she says he has told her that when she’s been out of line. So she STFU. Andy asks who thought it was wrong for Shep to bring the girls from the threesome video to Patricia’s party. Austen says, it was a d*ck move. Shep says, it was salacious. See? Big word. Andy says it was messier than any of the Housewives. Andy says Shep has been espousing manners and upbringing; how well people are raised. Is that an example? Shep says he’s not fighting back with fists. It’s his little way of fighting back. Danni says it’s his way of saying Austen and Madison’s relationship is a joke. She says she’s not surprised at anything hateful toward her from them. Andy asks if Shep enjoyed inflicting pain on them, and Shep says they bicker all the time; it was just another night. He and Chelsea have a history. Chelsea asks him to say her last name, so no one thinks it’s her. Shep says he might have taken her anyway. The other girl was manufactured be him, and approved by Craig. Naomie says they could hardly form words, and Kathryn does a Valley girl imitation. Andy asks if Shep has any regrets, and Shep says, not giving the proper amount of respect to Austen’s relationship, despite his protestations. Andy asks Austen and Madison what’s happening in regard to them sleeping together. Austen doubts tonight and Madison says, probably not. Andy is leaving it there.
Outside, Madison tells Danni that she feels sh*tty about what she did. Danni says, it’s a nightmare when the guys get together. Whenever they’ve had bad communication, the guys are involved. They agree to call each other directly from now on, and hug.
Martinis are passed out, with Kathryn opting for water. Andy thanks them for being there, and sharing their lives. He has one final question. Last year, Naomie was a strong voice for female empowerment, but this year, came off less strong. Naomie agrees, but says she was navigating a new relationship. It wasn’t just about her any more, and she was mindful of another person’s feelings. She thinks that’s normal, if not healthy. Andy asks if Craig is ready to put his angry outbursts in the past, and focus on his burgeoning pillow empire. Craig says he’s working toward being happy, enjoying every day, and finding someone. Andy asks what’s happening for Kathryn in the next year, and she says, hopefully, she’ll be settled in the house she’s renovating. Her kids will be happy and safe, and that will make her happy. He asks if Austen and Shep repaired their friendship, and Shep says, never better. Austen says they took time apart, now they’re better than ever. Andy says, even if Austen dates beneath him? and Shep says he’ll be supportive as possible. Andy asks if Cameran is positive she’s one and done, and she says one is all she can handle. He asks if Chelsea has any upcoming adventures with Nick, and she says, New Zealand. He’s going to be there for eight months. Andy wants to see him on the show, but Chelsea says, he’s not about it.
Andy gives Shep the last word of the season. Shep says, it’s been a tough one for a lot of them, but they’re going to keep doing it and have fun. They enjoy each other’s company, and he’s a better person for having known them. They’ll always be connected, for better or worse. They toast to that. Andy says, Patricia sent a toast via Dorothy Parker.I like to have a martini, two at the very most. After three I’m under the table; after four I’m under my host. Shep says he had a toast, and Andy tells him, go ahead. He says, there are good ships and wood ships, ships that sail the sea, but the best ships are friendships, may they always be. Shep tells them, they earned this, and they drink.
Even though Shep infuriates me, I’ll miss them. <sniff>

🎭 During an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Betty Gilpin (GLOW) suggested a remake of Streetcar Named Desire using the Vanderpump Rules cast. Jax as Stanley, Lala as Stella, and Stassi as Blanche. I thought about this for a hot second, and it actually might not be a bad idea, but I’d switch it to Stassi as Stella and Lala as Blanche. After all, Lala has always depended on the kindness of strangers. The ones with private jets.

General Hospital
Puerto Rico. Sasha wonders why she and Michael are so good together. Maybe it’s the island. Michael thinks it’s more because of her. The more he more knows her, the more he cares about her. She says, that must be it. She feels the same way about him. They kiss.
On the phone, Cassandra says it’s lovely there, but time for her to move on. She thanks them for making the arrangements, and asks what time she needs to be at the air strip. She says, perfect. She’s having breakfast with some very important guests.
Finn starts to go into Kelly’s, and sees Hayden pop out. He asks if she’s leaving. She says she’s decided to go someplace else. He says if he didn’t know better, he’d think she’s trying to avoid him. Maybe she regrets something she said last night.
At Kelly’s with Jason and Elizabeth, Jake wants to celebrate. The game was rained out, but Jason caught a ball. Elizabeth says maybe they’ll have a make-up game, and Jake says the only thing that would make it more perfect is if Franco was with them.
Kim gives Cameron the paperwork for the car, including a death certificate from the DMV, making it official. I don’t think that’s how it works, but okay.
At Rice Plaza, Sam thanks Willow for meeting her. Willow thanks Sam again for her help with nailing Shiloh. Sam says that’s why she asked to meet. She needs more information about Shiloh’s time in Afghanistan.
Chase knocks on Drew’s office door. Curtis answers, and says he’s glad Chase could make it. Chase knows the flashdrive is missing, and Drew says it holds all of Andre’s notes, and Drew’s memories prior to 2012. Chase says, assuming that’s what Shiloh was after, what does Drew think he could do with it on his own? Drew doubts Shiloh could anything without help.
At a cheap hotel. Shiloh thanks Cabot for meeting him. It’s less conspicuous than the MetroCourt. Cabot says he prefers five-star accommodations when possible, but to each his own. Shiloh is facing multiple felony charges, and he’s broke. Shiloh says he has reserves in Afghanistan. Drew knows where they are, and it’s why he needs to access Drew’s memories. Cabot asks if he’s still planning on transferring the memories to Drew’s twin.
Jason tells Jake, the Chucks are having a great season. Jake says, too bad Franco isn’t into sports. He’s a little artsy, but Jake thinks he’d like them if he tried watching. Elizabeth points out Jake’s friend Blain is at the counter, and Jake goes over to show him the ball. Elizabeth asks Jason, what just happened? She thought he’d made peace with Franco. Jason tells her that he didn’t say anything, but she says his silence speaks volumes. Jason sighs, and she says he’s still doing it. Doesn’t it make a difference that Franco is her husband and Jake’s stepdad? Jason says he respects her choices, but doesn’t have to agree with them. She asks if he doesn’t see that what he’s doing will affect Jake. He was trying to sell Jason on Franco, and when Jason diverted the conversation, Jake tried harder. Jason says he’s not saying anything negative, but he’s not going to lie either. Elizabeth says Jason still doesn’t forgive Franco for what he did when he was sick. It was a long time ago, and Franco’s not the same man. What will it take for Jason to accept that?
Cameron says he didn’t know cars were this complicated. Kim says, the policy is paid until the end of the year, and gives him the extra key. Cameron says, great, he guesses. Kim says, it’s okay, and Cameron says, of course (🍷) he’s excited. It’s a car, but it was Oscar’s car, and he’s not here anymore. Cameron leaves, and Franco says, sorry. He can’t imagine what Kim is going through. If there’s anything he can do, let him know. It might sound silly or strange, but if she wants to try art therapy… She says she’s trying to work things out in traditional therapy, but since he asked, there is something she’d like from him.
Sam asks if Willow knows any details about Shiloh’s time in Afghanistan. Willow says he told them basically the same story that’s in the book. Money motivated him until he saw the dawn; blah-blah-blah. Sam asks if he mentioned anyone who was there besides Drew. Like a Charles Owens, nicknamed Tex.
Curtis says the theft was perfect timing. He was having cameras installed next week. Drew asks if Chase got the MetroCourt footage, and Chase says, it’s being reviewed now. They brought Shiloh in for questioning, and while he was there, sent a team to gather evidence. Shiloh has an alibi for the time frame. Drew says, of course (🍷). Chase says he denied hiring anyone, but they’re focusing on any remaining followers. They know Shiloh’s pattern of getting them to take the fall. Drew says Shiloh wouldn’t stop asking about the flashdrive, and Chase wonders how he knew where it was. Drew says he never discussed it with Shiloh, and Chase asks if he ever talked in public about it. Drew says, several times, and Chase says if a Dawnie heard, they could have passed the information to Shiloh.
Shiloh tells Cabot that he wants the memories transferred by any means necessary, but Cabot suggests he exercise caution. They don’t need the subject in a diminished state. Shiloh says, what if they’re injected with something? What if something goes wrong? Is there a back-up plan? Cabot says, if one twin is ineffective, the other twin might serve.
Chase asks why Shiloh would want the flashdrive with Drew’s memories on it? Drew says they were in Afghanistan together. He served as a SEAL, and Shiloh was a contractor. He thinks it has something to do with their association. Chase says, Shiloh is desperate, and Curtis says, the more desperate Shiloh becomes, the more dangerous he is. Chase says, Shiloh is staying at the Midwood Hotel. He’s going to get a warrant to have the room searched before Shiloh has a chance to do anything with the flashdrive. He’ll be in touch.
Shiloh tells Cabot that Drew is already suspicious, since the flashdrive was stolen from his office. How soon will Cabot be ready? Cabot says he needs a few essential supplies for the procedure. He asks Shiloh for the flashdrive, and Shiloh asks, why now? Cabot says Shiloh just told him that Drew suspects. If Shiloh is on the police’s radar, doesn’t he think it will be safer? Shiloh says Cabot was just released from the WSB, and Cabot says he was given an outright release. He has no charges pending in this or any other country. It’s a pity Shiloh can’t say the same.
Willow tells Sam that she doesn’t remember Shiloh ever mentioning Tex. He always made it all about himself. How he used to do anything for money. He did the contracts looking for a payoff, and came close until fate stepped in, in the form of an EID. Sam repeats, he said payoff, and Willow says, before he was hurt, he was planning on cashing out and leaving the next day.
Kim tells Franco, it’s pretty simple. Just keep being a good friend to Drew. He puts on a great façade, but he’s hurting. He keeps his feelings tight, and he’s not letting them out. He needs to let them out. Franco says he’s there for Drew. She is too, right? She’s not going anywhere? She says she has to check on a patient. Tell Cameron, enjoy the car. She’s glad he has it.
Elizabeth tells Jason that she gets it. Time stopped for him, but not for the rest of them. Franco isn’t the same man. Jason says it doesn’t matter what he feels. Elizabeth says, like it or not, Franco has been more of a constant in Jake’s life than he has. If he disapproves, Jake will have divided loyalties. Does he want to be that kind of dad who turns a kid against his stepfather? Jason says he wants to be the kind of dad who doesn’t lie. When Jake is old enough to understand who Franco is, he’ll know Jason has been honest. He’s not pretending acceptance he doesn’t feel.
Franco asks Cameron, what’s up? Cameron says he didn’t realize how much of a pain a car is. Gas, plates, inspections. Franco says he can handle it, but Cameron says his mom is going to take the keys for safekeeping, and there’s the parking. Franco says he’s taking care of the parking problem.
Hayden tells Finn that she had too much drink. She doesn’t remember what she said. He says he can’t remember either. It must not have been important. She says, what a coincidence, him being there. Finn says he had no idea she’d be there, and Hayden says, but he just crashed the party? Who was the woman he was talking about? Cassandra. Is she another ex?
Michael says Sasha is amazing, and she says he is too. After all that exercise, she’s starving. He says, him too, and she says they should shower – only shower – and meet Sandy. Michael suggests they stay, and order room service, but Sasha says, Sandy is obviously lonely. Why would she near-invite strangers to breakfast? It will only take an hour. Consider it a random act of kindness. Michael says, how bad can it be?
Still on the phone, Cassandra says she’s meeting the friend she mentioned for breakfast. She thanks them for getting the perfect gift to enhance their breakfast. We see a syringe in her purse.
Cameron says there’s no more parking on their street, and Franco tells him that his dad’s office isn’t far. He’s giving Cameron a dedicated parking spot. Cameron says, for real? His own parking spot? How is he going to pay for it? Franco says his pop will take care of that too. He’s had a rough time lately, losing his father and stepmom. He could use some family. He gives Cameron a parking pass to hang on the mirror. Kim comes by, and says she just called the insurance company, and put the policy in Cameron’s name. They’ll send it to him, along with an ID to put in the glovebox. Cameron promises to do everything right. He tells Franco to thank Scotty too. He leaves, and Kim says, it looks like Oscar’s gift is doing some good.
Elizabeth tells Jason that she doesn’t care if he wants to disrespect Franco, but he’s disrespecting her. She’d never put the kids in danger. Jason says, that doesn’t erase the pain Franco inflicted on Sam. She carries it every day, along with everyone else he hurt. Aiden has no idea what happened, but what happens when he’s old enough to look it up for himself? Elizabeth asks if he can never factor in the good things that Franco did after his tumor was removed. He bailed out the hospital, helped Jason break Carly out of Ferncliff, and helped catch Ryan. She has to go to work, but maybe he can try to give her credit for knowing the man she married. She tells Jake they have to go, but Jake wants to hang out with his dad. Elizabeth asks Jason if it’s okay, and he says, of course (🍷). Jake asks if Jason was hurt, catching the ball with no glove. He says, it stung a little, but there’s nothing he could do for Jake or Danny that would ever hurt.
Willow asks if Sam thinks Shiloh has money stashed somewhere. Sam says it’s totally possible. He probably would have run, except for the explosion. Willow tells her that he said it was a fortune. Shiloh sees them, and says his two favorite ladies in one spot. He’s staying at the Midwood motel, which is less than luxurious. They’re just what he needed to make his day.
Drew tells Curtis that he’s still waiting for information on Charles Tex Owens. He was married stateside when he was on leave. He had a few weeks to go before the explosion. Drew wonders if it was a coincidence Tex was there, or did he and Shiloh have a prior connection?
Finn tells Hayden, Cassandra isn’t an ex. She was part of a drug cartel, and tried to kill him, Anna, and Valentin. He wanted to warn them in person that Cassandra had been spotted. Hayden asks how he got mixed up in a drug cartel. Did Cassandra try to kill him because of Anna? It doesn’t sound like a safe or healthy choice. He says, when love is put on the line – unconditional love – you give up your life for someone else. They had that once, a long time ago. He was angry that she destroyed it, but she was really right; he should thank her.
In a private cabana, Cassandra injects a grapefruit half. Michael and Sasha arrive, and she thanks them for joining her. She says she took the liberty of ordering. She asks about Sasha’s dress designer, but Sasha doesn’t know anything about it. She says her mother insists on giving her samples, but she doesn’t keep up with the trends. Cassandra tells Michael, it must be a relief to be with someone not concerned about image. Michael says, Sasha doesn’t have to worry about image. She’s uniquely herself. He’s lucky she chose him. Sasha says she’s the lucky one, and digs into the grapefruit.
Cassandra tells Sasha that she loved the article on Ava. It took her emotions in different directions. Not many editors could pull that off. It was a huge success; one of many. Nina has so much talent; a successful career, an adoring daughter, beautiful and brilliant. Sasha thinks the grapefruit is a little bitter, and Michael offers her his, but she declines. Cassandra says she’d love a selfie with her two new beautiful friends, so she can remember their time there. Michael gets in the middle, and Cassandra takes the picture.
Finn tells Hayden, she was right to run out. She says, a lot went down. She got scared. He says she was smart; smarter than him. She saw through them. They never would have made it. She says, no. They weren’t meant for each other. In time, they would have fallen apart. He thanks her for her honesty, and Hayden says, if she thinks about it, he’s better off with who he’s with now. He says, so is she, and she says she hopes she never sees him again, and leaves. He says, same.
Willow can’t believe Shiloh is out on bail. He says it’s the first step to his exoneration. He’s on the way to his attorney’s office. Chase appears, and says he’ll save Shiloh a trip. He stopped by Shiloh’s motel room – how the mighty have fallen. Shiloh says, it’s a place to stay, not a state of mind, which is actually a pretty good one. Sam tells Willow that she has an excellent plastic surgeon, if she wants her tattoo removed, and Sam will take care of the cost. Sam leaves, and Shiloh says Willow can erase the tattoo, but not the constant reminder of what they shared. Chase tells him to step away from Willow, or he’ll arrest Shiloh for violating the terms of his bail.
Elizabeth tells Jason, everything worked out. He’s back with Sam, and Danny is happy. Is he? Jason says, it’s all good. Cameron comes in, and asks if Jake caught the ball. Jake says his dad did, and Cameron says, cool. He asks if Jake is ready to go to camp. Jake says he’s bringing donuts, and goes to the counter. Cameron says, Jake loves baseball almost as much art. He’s always drawing, and Franco encourages him. He says, sorry. He knows Jason isn’t really into Franco. Jason asks what Cameron thinks.
Elizabeth goes to the hospital and sees Kim at the reception desk. She gives Kim a giftbag, telling her, it’s a swag bag from the reception. She’s glad Kim could make it, but sorry they didn’t spend time together. She had a lot going on. Kim says, tell her about it. Elizabeth says she remembers Kim said she wanted to get pregnant again. Kim says she did something at the party that crossed the line. She had to take a look at how she’s dealing – or not dealing – with her grief, and get back to a semblance of normalcy. Elizabeth says she’s been through a major ordeal. Kim says she thought work would, but being around babies is harder than she thought. Everything is. Elizabeth says, there’s no right way to grieve. You just learn to cope, and take the time you need to heal. Kim says she’s starting to realize she might need distance too. She doesn’t think she can stay in Port Charles.
Curtis says Tex was on his superior’s radar. Something tells him that Drew was Tex’s superior. Drew says, there was something in the paperwork that wasn’t redacted and stood out. It said he had an appointment to meet with NCIS, but he was snatched before the meeting happened. Curtis says, it had to be serious, and Drew says he’ll check his email and see if the Navy got back to him.
Cassandra asks which picture Sasha likes better. Sasha picks one, and Cassandra agrees. She says, sadly, she’s leaving the island to get back to business. She tells them, stay and enjoy their meal. They’re a delightful couple, and she hopes to see them again someday. She tells Sasha to give Nina her compliments. Sasha says it was nice meeting her, but Cassandra says the pleasure was all hers. She leaves, and Michael says he’s glad she’s gone. Sasha says, her too. She’s exhausting. Michael says he can think of better ways to be exhausted. Sasha says that’s why they’re simpatico, and they kiss. Geez, get a room.
Elizabeth asks if Kim is sure she wants to leave, but Kim says she’s not sure of anything. What she’s doing isn’t working. Maybe it’s time for a change. She wants Elizabeth to know how much she appreciates her, and how glad she is they became friends. Elizabeth says, her too. She asks, what about Julian? He cares about her. Is she ready to leave him? Kim says he’s been wonderful, her rock, but she keeps spiraling. Elizabeth says she owes it to herself to take whatever time she needs to grieve. Kim says she’s no good for Julian or anyone right now. Elizabeth asks if Julian shouldn’t be the one to decide that. She thinks Julian would like Kim to stay, and for the record, so would she.
Drew tells Curtis that he called NCIS, and got a sympathetic agent who knew who he was, and remembered his disappearance. Drew told him that he needed to find any records of his deployment, and the agent said he’d get back to him this morning. Drew gets on his laptop, and says he’s a man of his word. He reads, and tells Curtis that he did ask for a meeting. He suspected one of his men was conspiring with a military contractor to sell fuel on the black market. Curtis asks what Drew wants to bet the contractor was David Henry Archer, aka Shiloh.
Shiloh tells Chase, easy. He’s just taking a stroll like any law abiding citizen, and ran into the mother of his child. He was saying hello, not breaking any laws. Chase says he’d arranged to meet Willow there, and her order of protection against Shiloh has been approved. He hands Shiloh a paper, saying, he’s been duly served. He’s required to stay 300 feet away from Willow at all times. He’s also to refrain from contacting Brad, Lucas, or Wiley. Shiloh smirks, and Chase tells Shiloh, if he sees any of them, he should cross the street. Or better yet, go in the opposite direction. Chase gives Willow her copy, and Shiloh asks if this is really necessary. Chase tells him, it is, and to stay away from her. If he violates bail, it will be revoked, and he’ll be remanded to Pentonville. Chase says, that’s his cue, and Shiloh says he was just leaving. When he’s gone, Chase hugs Willow, and asks if she’s okay. She says she’ll feel better when they finally put Shiloh away. Chase thinks it will be sooner rather than later. If his warrant goes through, he’ll have additional evidence.
Finn is shocked to see Cabot at the hospital. He asks what Cabot doing there when he’s supposed to be in custody? Cabot says congratulate him. He’s been released. Finn asks how he managed that, and Cabot says he cooperated with the WSB. He told them everything he knew about memory transfer. Finn can feel free to confirm it with his contacts. Finn asks if there’s any complications with his original study, and if he should be concerned for Anna. Cabot says, no, and Finn asks what he’s doing there then.
Cameron tells Jason that he and Franco don’t always get along, but Franco has always been good to them. He thinks Franco is pretty okay. He goes to get Jake, and Jason’s phone rings. It’s Sam, who says she broke into Shiloh’s motel room. She’s looking for the flashdrive. Jason asks where Shiloh is, and she says, he has a meeting with his lawyer. She should have time. He tells her, please be careful, and call when she’s done. She says, of course (🍷), and starts going through the drawers
Michael asks Sasha, gambling or sailing? and she asks if they can do both. He says he likes her style. She says, how lucky is she? She’s in an extraordinary place with an extraordinary guy. it’s her dream. He says he feels the same, and they kiss. We see the empty grapefruit rind.
Sam continues to search, rifling through drawers. She looks underneath one of them, and finds the flashdrive. She takes it, and jets, but opens the door to Shiloh. I say, oh! out loud, even though I suspected that would happen.
Willow thanks Chase. She wishes it was as easy to get rid of Shiloh for good. He says, the DA is confident he’ll get a conviction, and Shiloh will go to prison. She’ll never have to see him again. It’s not easy on anyone, especially her, but it’s almost over.
Drew says they were selling fuel on the black market, but he was kidnapped before he had a chance to make a report. Curtis says, Shiloh has had a year. Why is he hot to trot now? Drew says he clearly wants to uncover something. Maybe he stole something he needs to get to, and only Drew knows about it.
Elizabeth suggests she and Franco take Kim and Julian out for dinner. Kim says she’ll ask Julian. She leaves, and Franco tells Elizabeth that almost everything is taken care of with the car. She thanks him, and says Cameron just needs to get his license back, and one of them will have to be in the car with him. Franco says not him. He remembers what the psychic said. She says that he won’t be feeling himself? but he says, not that one; the other one. He doesn’t want to worry her, but the psychic said, don’t take that drive. She asks if he thinks it’s in Cameron’s car, and he asks, what else could it be?
Finn says Cabot is the last person he expected to see picking up a prescription. Cabot says, no worries. He shan’t be staying.
Jason tells Blain and Jake to have fun at Lila’s Kids. His phone rings. It’s Shiloh. Jason asks what the hell he wants, and how did he get Jason’s number? Shiloh says Sam gave it to him. More or less. If Jason wants to see her alive, he’ll do what Shiloh tells him. The clock is ticking.
On Monday, Finn tells Drew that they have a potential situation, Obrecht confronts Brad about trying to kill her, and Jason attacks Shiloh.
🔥 Eterna Lives On…
One Life to Live was always my favorite soap. They had a wicked sense of humor, and although it didn’t always work out, they weren’t afraid to take chances. Like the time Vicki went to the Old West. Or heaven. They also gave us Roger Howarth, the best soap actor out there IMO. It’s attached to so many good memories too. I was blessed to visit the set once, and everyone was warm and inviting. And Bo winked at me.
I think the two key points are, with the help of so many powerful people, including Lisa, I now have the opportunity to lead my own projects that you will see in 2020, [Billie] wrote, and Radar reported Lee is working on creating her own show after ditching VPR.
It looks like her gripes have been rewarded with bigger and better things. By no means am I discounting the issues that go along with being trans, but she did make a big deal about some things that were not what she made them out to be. Like being left out of the Girls Night planning. The only people who were involved were show cast members who have been a tight group (well, off and on) for a long time. News flash: she was never in the opening credits. And in a moment that was glossed over, Katie even said they were still pissed at her for something else that had happened, so they didn’t invite her. If that’s not treating her like one of the girls, I don’t know what is.

General Hospital
In Puerto Rico. Michael says he has seen Cassandra before, in Port Charles at the MetroCourt restaurant. His mom is the owner, and he’s there all the time. She says he has a good memory for faces. It was a couple of years ago. She’d been there for a meeting, hoping to interest Michael’s father in a business proposal. Sasha says she must not be in the fashion industry, and Cassandra says she likes to keep up with the trends, but no. Michael asks what business she’s in, and she says, nothing nearly as exciting. Import/export.
Nina downs her drink, and on the side, Valentin tells her to pace herself. One of the drinks has the truth serum in it. She asks, which one? but he says, it’s hard tell now, since everyone has their glasses. She tells him to stay near her, and if she rambles, stop her. Jax tells Finn that he wants to be clear, he and Hayden are business associates; nothing more. Any indication that she’s given Finn that they’re together isn’t true.
In a hallway upstairs, Hayden says, if Valentin is following Nikolas’s footsteps, this should be the office. She starts to open a door, and is startled by someone behind her. A housekeeper asks what she thinks she’s doing.
Lulu drinks to true love; something Peter knows nothing about. Her doorbell rings, and she says, goaway. Laura says, let her in. Lulu opens the door, and Laura tells her, it’s nasty out there. Lulu is lucky she has no place to be. Lulu says, no place to be; no one to be with. She’s so lucky. She drinks some more.
Carly calls Enrique in Puerto Rico. She’s wondering how Michael is doing, and if he’s having a good time. She wants to send them some champagne. Sonny takes the phone from her hand, and talks to Enrique in Spanish, including Carly’s name. Carly asks if Sonny just told him not to accept her calls. He says, his island, his rules.
Alexis and Neil are in the elevator, when it stops. Neil says, it must be the storm. The power is out, Alexis says, excellent, and Neil says it looks like they’re stuck.
Cassandra says she almost feels guilty; it’s storming back home. Sasha hopes Nina’s dinner party wasn’t rained out. She tells Cassandra that Jasper Jax and Hayden Barnes are the dinner guests. Why she would tell a total stranger this, I have no idea. Cassandra says, the names sound familiar. Maybe their paths crossed in Italy. She excuses herself to make a phone call. Sasha says, she seems nice. Michael says he knows who’s nicer, and Sasha says it had better be her. He says, definitely her, and they kiss.
Carly tells the MetroCourt patrons that she’s sure they came out for a nice, relaxing dinner, but the storm had other plans. The MetroCourt is going to take care of them though; the night is on them. If they haven’t received an entrée yet, they can’t cook with no electricity, but there are cold items and a generous wine list. She tells them, enjoy their evening. Sonny says, that’s pricey, but she says everyone will talk about how fabulous they are. Besides, her hotel, her rules.
Neil pushes the elevator buttons. Alexis says he was right about Kristina going to group therapy. Kristina thinks it’s helpful to talk to other cult survivors. He continues pressing all the buttons, and she tells him, stop doing that. They’re going to be in there until the power comes back, or someone comes to get them. He says he has no phone service. He’s got to get out. She says she has places to be too, but they’re there for the foreseeable future. Why doesn’t he bill her? They can do a session, and make good use of the time. He says he’s serious; he has to get out. She asks, what’s wrong? Is he claustrophobic? He says, no, but she says he’s clearly upset. It can’t just be because he’s stuck with her, could it? It’s a little extreme for that. He repeats that he has someplace he needs to be.
Hayden says she must have gotten turned around. The housekeeper wonders who she is, and Hayden introduces herself. The housekeeper asks if Valentin knows she’s there, and Hayden says she’s an invited dinner guest. She was looking for the restroom. The housekeeper says, that’s not it, and Hayden says she used to live there. She thought she could find her way, and was over-confident. The housekeeper asks if Hayden would like her to show the way back, and Hayden says, please.
Jax tells Nina that he was thinking about the idea she pitched, in the light of the favorable response to the Ava issue. Valentin thinks he’s downplaying that, and Nina says, it was a home run. Jax says he’s concerned about a continuing series on dangerous women. Nina suggests calling them complex or mysterious. She can think up a fabulous title. Jax says he doesn’t want their magazine to be the one that glorifies murder. The Ava issue was a one-off. Nina says, creativity is a bad idea that leads to a good one. There are a lot of interesting women. Helena Cassadine. Valentin says, no, and Jax agrees. Nina says, what about Cassandra Pierce? Finn nearly chokes on his drink. The woman comes in with Hayden, saying, she lost her way – or so she says.
Alexis asks Neil if she’s allowed to ask where, or is it a violation of their boundaries? Neil says his daughter died five years ago tonight. Alexis says she’s sorry. She doesn’t know what to say. He says, it’s almost cliché. A therapist who can help everyone, but those closest to him. He doesn’t know where or how, but somewhere, his daughter became a lost soul. Every time he tried to reach out… He says she knows how it is.
Laura gives Lulu some coffee. Lulu asks if Laura is sure she doesn’t want to open another bottle of wine. Laura is sure, and Lulu says, party pooper. Laura asks if that’s what this is; a party? Talk to her. Lulu says she’s trying to understand why Dante left. She’s put herself in his shoes. What would she have done? On one hand, as an objective outsider, she can see his perspective. But as his wife and the mother of his children… Laura says she’s sorry. She hates that this is happening to Lulu. Lulu says, that’s it exactly. It’s happening to her. She has no say and no choice. Not when Dante left, and certainly not when the divorce papers were delivered. Now she has to decide whether to let her marriage end or fight. No discussion, just an enormous decision she has to make completely alone. Laura says she knows it’s very hard, frustrating, and scary, but Lulu’s not alone.
The housekeeper says she found Hayden trying get in Valentin’s office. Jax says she must be mistaken. Windymere is a bit of a maze. She says, Hayden lived there, but Jax says, it was years ago, and Hayden has a notoriously bad sense of direction. She probably couldn’t find the powder room. Hayden says, no. She was snooping, and this lady busted her.
Carly tells Sonny that she’s calling the company who makes the generator. They’re going to fix it, and give her restitution, or she’ll sic Diane on them.
Alexis says that explains why Neil dedicated his life to helping others get out. He says he’s sorry. This is supposed to be her session, not his. Alexis sits on the floor. She says she’s had her share of AA meetings. She’s become an expert listener. Neil sits, and says, there were all the tell-tale patterns. She cut off her family, turned from her friends, and sold all of her possessions. Alexis says, and gave them the money, like Kristina did. He says, partly. This cult was into drugs. Alexis says, it must have been terrifying. He says he tried the tactics he used on others, but none of them worked on his own daughter. She took her own life. She was found in a bathtub, an empty bottle of pills on the floor, and pronounced dead right about now, at 9:47.
Alexis says now she knows why this night means something to him. She’s truly sorry he’s not getting to have a memorial for his daughter. Hopefully, it was postponed because of the storm. He says, it’s notthat kind of memorial. Every year on the anniversary, he goes to a karaoke bar and sings a song from her childhood. She had trouble sleeping some nights, and the song put her out. He says, it’s a strange way to celebrate his daughter’s life, but Alexis says, not at all; it’s beautiful. She has trouble imagining him singing karaoke though. He says, it’s not pretty, but Joanna loved it.Until she joined the cult. She was fearless like that. Him, not so much. It’s a test every year to see if he can get through the song. Alexis says, but he does, and he says, yeah. A tribute to his daughter and an act of penance all in one. She asks, what song? and he says, Hush Little Baby (apparently, the only song ever sung to a child). Since they’re stuck in there, the guys will be spared this year. She says she’s not. She’s a captive audience; so sing.
Laura tells Lulu, Dante is a good man, who loves her and the kids more than anything. Lulu says, that’swhat makes it so insane. Laura says, if he considers himself so broken that he’s willing to give them up, Lulu might not agree, but she can respect where the decision came from. Sometimes things can’t be fixed, and more damage is done by hanging on, and not accepting the loss. Lulu says she doesn’t want this. Laura says, if Lulu wants to fight it, she’s behind her 100%. All she can say is that she believes Dante made the choice out of love, and she doesn’t think he took it lightly. If he considers himself this far gone, maybe he is.
Sasha asks Michael what it was like, growing up with his own island. He says he was a holy terror as a kid, and she says, no way. He says, there were some rocky times. Times when it was really dangerous, or his parents were fighting and at odds, and they’d send the kids there. it was a safe haven. They could put away the crap hanging over them in Port Charles. It was still there when they came back, but while they were at the island, they didn’t think about it. A lot of people had troubles with their childhoods, but never had a refuge like this. (How insightful. Really, Michael?) He says he relaxes when he’s there. Sasha says, that’s what different.
Jax tells Hayden that she’s funny. She says, no. She went looking for Valentin’s office, knowing what she was doing. She was looking for the diamonds. Nina says, what diamonds? and Jax says they were something she left behind, and was hoping to locate them. Fleur says she needs to get back to Charlotte. She’s in the taxidermy room naming all the animals. Jax says, not every little girl likes taxidermy, and Fleur says, Charlotte isn’t every little girl. Nina says, if Hayden wanted access, why didn’t she just ask? Jax says she didn’t want them to think she had an ulterior motive. She just wanted to reclaim what’s hers. Hayden walks over to Finn, and asks if he ever thinks about her. She can’t stop thinking about him. I guess we know who got the truth serum.
Michael says, so Sasha thinks he’s guarded and stiff. She says she didn’t say stiff. He’s warm and charming, and a million other wonderful things when they’re at home. People respect him, and the companies he runs. She starts listing his assets and the charities he’s involved with, and he says he gets it. There, he’s loosey goosey. Sasha finds a $25 chip on the floor, and gets all excited. Michael asks if she wants to skip sailing and go gambling. She says, that would be awesome, and he asks if she wants to gamble with real money or the house’s’ money. She asks what he means. He says the dealers are let known that the guest is going to win, and they have the best luck. Sasha says, that’s cheating, and he says, basically. She wants no part of that. She’s limiting herself to $100. If she wins, great; if she loses, so be it. He says she’ll only have to cough up $75. Cassandra returns, and asks if they’d like to join her for breakfast tomorrow at 8:30. They agree to be there, and she watches them leave.
Jax tells Hayden that she looks flushed. He’s getting her some water. He tries to drag her away from Finn, but she says she needs a moment alone with him. She brings Finn into another room. Valentin asks Jax if he thinks she’s all right. Jax says he’s not sure. He’s trying to figure out how she got so drunk on one drink. Nina says, Valentin makes strong martinis, and Jax says maybe she should stick to champagne next time. Nina says that’s his trademark. He brought it to her office to celebrate the magazine. He asks why she’s saying celebrate like it’s in quotes, and she says his own agenda was written all over it. He was trying to butter her up.
Lulu says it sounds like Laura is telling her to give up on her husband. Laura says she wants Lulu to trust her husband. Believe he has their best interests at heart. Laura believes he does. Lulu says she still doesn’t know what to do. Laura says she gets it, but this is life; things change. If she hadn’t been able to let go of Lulu’s father, she never would have found the happiness she has with Doc. It doesn’t happen for everyone, but sometimes life has a second act. She’s grateful she got hers.
Dev brings out a tray with caviar and champagne, and Carly asks what he’s doing. He says he thought she’d be okay with it, and she says, if it’s going to go bad, she is, but who gave him the keys to the champagne closet? He says he picked the lock. If she wants to keep it safe, she needs to up security. He goes back to work, and Carly tells Sonny, on one hand, she appreciates his initiative, but on the other, they won’t be able to afford it. Sonny says he’s got her covered.
Neil tells Alexis that she’s crazy, and she says that’s why she’s seeing a shrink. He says, the whole point is that he goes someplace where no one knows his name. She says, the anti-Cheers. He says, it’s between Joanna and himself. She says she’ll turn away and put her hands over her ears. Don’t let this stop him from doing something he needs to. He thanks her, but no. She says she’s apologizing in advance, but she has no choice. She starts to sing, hush, little baby, don’t say a word…
Hayden tells Finn that he’s stalling. Answer the question. Does he still think of her? He says, it doesn’tmatter. He’s moved on. Hayden asks if he loves Anna, and he says he does. Hayden broke him when she left. It took him a long time to pick up the pieces, but he did. She says she knows he hates her. He says she saved his life, and she says he saved hers first. He says he couldn’t hate her, but she says she doesn’t know that.
Nina says it’s impossible to trust Jax. Valentin says his offer to buy the magazine still stands. No questions asked. Jax says he loves Crimson too, and he loves working with Nina. There’s nothing nefarious. He looks forward to the day he can prove that. Finn comes in, and says Hayden needs water. Hayden says she gets it; he’s moved on. But that doesn’t change the fact… She trails off.
Sasha is just out of the shower, and Michael asks if she’s okay. She says the last thing she feels like doing is putting on makeup and getting dressed. He says, the casino will still be there, and she has a standing invite. She says, and she has a $25 chip. He says, it’s fate. She has to come back. One question though. Since she doesn’t want to go gambling, what does she want to do instead? She kisses him, and they get busy during a song part.
Dev serves champagne. Sonny calls him over. Dev asks if there’s something wrong, and Sonny says, theopposite. Carly says, he’s doing a great job, and Sonny says he wants to give Dev more responsibility – working for him. He has a job if Dev wants it. Dev says he does, and asks if he’s to report to Jason or Sonny. He wants to learn from the best. Sonny says that’s exactly what he’ll be doing. Learning about the coffee business.
Neil and Alexis sing together. When the song is done, they look at each other. The elevator starts to move.
On the phone, Cassandra says, don’t say anything; just listen. She’s been compromised, and needs to relocate again needs to get something. A little gift for a new friend.
During pillow talk, Sasha thanks Michael for bringing her there; it’s special. He says he’s loved the island all his life, but this is the best time he’s had. She asks, why is that? and he says, Manuel’s mojitos, and adds, because of her. She asks if he answers every question with a joke first. He tells her that she’ll get used to it, and she says she plans to. They get busy again.
Carly says, what a night, and tells Sonny, Sasha is a nice girl.It’s nice (WOTD) to see Michael with someone his speed, enjoying life again as an adult. Sonny says, don’t mess things up. She says she’s not getting involved. She just wants to know how things are going. Sonny says, when Michael tells her, she’ll know. She says they should go to the island. He says, yeah, yeah, and steers her out.
Laura says, it looks like the rain stopped. Lulu thanks Laura for riding it out with her. The storm outside and the one that’s her life. Laura says she’ll figure it out. She’s just a phone call or text away. They hug, and Laura says, no more wine. Lulu agrees, and Laura leaves. Lulu looks around at her empty place, and looks at the divorce papers.
Neil tells Alexis, it looks like the power is back on, and Alexis says, that’s good news. They look at each other.
Valentin tells Finn, good news. The storm has passed, and the launch is ready. Finn says, it’s great news. As he leaves, he says, sorry again for interrupting. Have a beautiful evening. Outside, he leans against the door for a moment.
Jax says they’re heading out too. Hayden says, they are? Jax says they don’t know if the weather will take another turn, but thanks Nina and Valentin, saying, it was a lovely evening. They’ll have to do it again. They leave, and Nina says, that was a bust. Valentin doesn’t think so. Jax revealed he has an agenda, and they know he and Hayden were looking for something. They just have to figure out what it was. Nina says, not right now, and they kiss.
Tomorrow, Cassandra makes plans for important guests, Kim wants something from Franco, and Shiloh says it’s what he needed to make his day.
🗽 The new season of Million Dollar Listing New York made its premiere tonight. Those crazy brokers – Fredrik, Ryan, and Steve – are still showing me drool-worthy real estate that makes me want to cry, because I will never, ever be able to afford such fabulousity. Nor have I ever. The best I can say about the apartment I had in Manhattan is, it was in Manhattan, and my apartment in Queens was kind of nice. We found out Ryan and Amelia are expecting a girl, and Ryan had to sell an apartment near the BQE – i.e. near a lot of noise. He tried to distract his potential buyers from that by bringing in his own marching band. Steve has a serious girlfriend – who, since filming, has also revealed a pregnancy – and his property cross to bear was in upstate New York, Hudson Valley. It was quite a property too. He got the listing from a billionaire friend, who bought an agricultural complex built in 1902. Now an historic landmark, the friend had intended on turning it into a hotel, but got too busy with other projects. As the current caretaker said, not in live-in condition. It was in total disrepair, a mess, but oh-so-amazing. Fredrik and Derek’s twins were turning one, and he had a dated apartment to unload. He spent a whole bunch of money into throwing an 80s party there, telling us that he loved the 80s because it was extra, like him. Me too. I love the clothes. It was a costume party, so of course he went all out. and created a totally tubular event. The really sad thing was, his client found a buyer of his own, and per the contract, Fredrik was out a commission. $800,000. I hope the deal falls flat, and the client comes crawling back. It hardly seems fair that Fredrik wouldn’t at least get his expenses back, which certainly had to go into the tens of thousands. I have no clue why he wouldn’t have added that in the contract, but maybe he thought it would never happen. God knows his ego is that big. At the end, Luis crashed a party for the twins. He’s back, and charming as ever. It also looks like there’s going to be a new broker in town next time.
🍊 The other program on Bravo’s menu tonight was a rehashed half-hour called The Real Housewives of Orange County: How They Got Here 2019. No new news there, but their new season begins on Tuesday, August 6th, at 9 pm.
💍 Stassi, We Salute You…
After suffering through the dregs of humanity – I’m talking to you, Jax and Patrick – Stassi has finally found her best beau.
On a television ad for a phone or something (I don’t really pay attention), and over the end credits of A Simple Favor, which was a direct rip-off of Quentin Tarentino‘s DeathProof end credits. That’s where I first heard it, and I loved it. Tarantino’s soundtracks are always impressive.

General Hospital
Franco and Drew have lunch in Drew’s office. Franco says, it’s a little out there, but a psychic at the reception told him that he may not be feeling himself soon. To make it weirder, Ava is trying to communicate with Kiki somehow, and he saw another psychic at the hospital. She told him, whatever you do don’t take that drive. He asks what Drew thinks.
Ava asks if Chelsea would like to sit. Chelsea says they can talk about the article in Crimson, but Ava says that’s another way Sibley failed her. She could have warned Ava that she was walking into a hatchet job. Chelsea doesn’t think it was a hatchet job. It was honest, and didn’t take a side. Ava told her story in her own words. Some readers approved, some didn’t. Such is pleasing the public. Ava says she wasn’t trying to please anyone. She did it to make amends with Kiki, hoping Kiki would maybe forgive her.
Willow goes to Charlie’s to find Julian. She says Michael mentioned that today is Wiley’s birthday, but he’s at work. Julian says he didn’t think he’d be invited. Willow says she’s the reason, and she’d like to change that.
At the hospital, Shiloh approaches Epiphany at the reception desk. He says he called about getting a copy of his medical records, and she asks if he filled out a request form online. He tells her, no, and she says he needs to fill one out in person then. She can’t release them without a request form. She gives him the paperwork. Bobbie comes by, and tells Epiphany that she got her shift covered. Epiphany tells her to have fun at Wiley’s birthday party. Bobbie says, Lucas already left for the MetroCourt, and she doesn’t want to keep the guest of honor waiting. Shiloh listens.
Carly says she’s glad Sasha could be there, and Sasha thinks her for being included. She asks if she can help, but Carly says, no. Just be patient with the family. She promises they mean well. Alexis arrives, followed by Brad and Lucas with Wiley. Brad says Wiley is ready to party, and so are they. Lucas says Wiley has made them the happiest guys on the planet.
Michael tells Nelle that he didn’t come there to talk about them; he came talk about their son. Nelle says that’s what she means. She called him for a different reason, but now it’s all about their son. She knows something he doesn’t about what really happened to Jonah.
Julian tells Willow that he’s tried to keep his distance. Willow says, at the time, she didn’t know he’d put his past aside. She’s seen how people can change. Her mother changed, and she changed when she left DOD. She’d like to clear the way for him to be part of Wiley’s life. She thinks Wiley needs a grandfather like him.
Epiphany tells Shiloh, his medical records are being prepared now. He asks if there’s any way to expedite that. He has somewhere to be. She says, it’s a hospital, not a fast food counter. Paperwork comes second to patient care. She suggests he take a seat.
Bobbie says it’s Wiley’s birthday and gotcha day; the day he was adopted. Carly tells Sasha that the days were so close, they decided to celebrate them together. Brad asks Lucas if everything is okay, and Lucas tells him that Willow has changed her mind about Julian seeing Wiley. Brad says it’s fine with him, but he supposes it’s up to Lucas. Carly introduces Sasha to Bobbie, who says, oh, Michael’s girlfriend. Sasha says, they’re really just… but Bobbie says, nonsense. She asks if Wiley isn’t incredible, and Sasha says, he’s a charmer. She asks if Sasha wants to hold him, and Carly takes a picture of Sasha holding Wiley.
Nelle tells Michael, the night their son was born, she gave birth alone in the woods. She was in deep despair, literally out of her mind. She asks him to please try and understand. His phone dings, and he sees it’s a message from Carly. Nelle asks if Carly knows he’s there. Does she want him to come home and forget about her? He says, it doesn’t matter, but she tells him to open it. He does, and sees the picture of Sasha and Wiley. The text says, look who’s stealing your godson. Michael explains that Wiley is Lucas and Brad’s son, and his godson. She asks if Sasha is his girlfriend, and he says they’re seeing each other. That’s all he’s saying. What does she know about Jonah that he doesn’t?
Julian says he can’t thank Willow enough. She says she’s happy to do it. He says, ironically, he has Wiley’s birthday gift there. He was going to send it by messenger, but now they can take it together. He goes in the back, and Willow gets a message from Lucas, who hopes she can come to Wiley’s big day.
Franco asks what Drew thinks the psychic meant. Does he think it has something to do with the car Oscar left to Cameron? Drew says he had it checked bumper to bumper; it’s the safest car on the road. Franco says clearly, it’s bothering him. He didn’t want to saddle Elizabeth with it, and since Drew has nothing better to do than listen to him… He tells himself to stop babbling, and Drew asks Franco to do him a favor. Stop worrying. The psychic probably wants him to be curious so he’ll pay for a consultation. Drew tells him to enjoy his new life with Elizabeth. Franco says, that’s what’s bothering him; he’s happy. He’s happier than he’s ever been, and now he has something to lose. They both know how easy it is to lose things in this life. Drew tells him don’t do that to himself. Don’t rob himself of joy worrying about what he can’t see coming. Drew’s assistant brings in a package for him from the Department of the Navy.
As they walk, Ava asks Chelsea why they’re in the park. Does she hope to reach Kiki there? Chelsea says it’s a spot Kiki enjoyed. Ava says, Kiki loved it; she loved running there. She especially liked when the sunflowers were in bloom. They reminded her aliens visiting for a while. She had a quirky sense of humor. She was sweet, but not a pushover. She was so beautiful. Chelsea says, like her mother. It’s remarkable considering the fire she went through. Her surgeon must be in great demand. Ava tells her, the less said about the fire, the better. The only good thing was that Kiki forgave her. Chelsea says, for tampering with Morgan’s medication? and Ava says she’s not paying Chelsea to judge her. Chelsea says she’s not judging; she’s stating facts. Ava entered Morgan’s room under false pretenses, and switched his lithium with a placebo. It’s just like how she shot Connie. Ava says Chelsea is dredging up things best left forgotten. Why doesn’t she contact Ava’s daughter?
Nelle says she sees Michael has moved on from the loss of their son. Michael says he thinks of Jonah every day, and she asks if he dreams about Jonah every night. She does. He says he’s supposed to be at a party, but came there to honor Jonah’s memory. Whatever she has to say, say it now, or he’s leaving. She says she wanted to tell him about a dream she had. It was so real. Jonah was surrounded by angels. They were singing to him, and he was smiling. He was at peace, and so beautiful. She wanted to share it with Michael. Michael says they’re never going to see each other again after this. He calls for the guard, saying he’s done. He leaves, and Nelle cries a little. She says, this is not goodbye. She’s not done with him or their baby.
Sasha tells Lucas that his son is a charmer. Lucas says they like to think so. Bobbie asks Carly if Michael and Sasha are serious, and Carly says, we’ll see. She asks if Bobbie can have champagne, and Bobbie says, a little. It’s a special occasion in more ways than one. It’s the first time Carly has liked, or even approved, of Michael’s girlfriend. Carly says she likes Sasha, and the contrast is like night and day. Michael seems light and happy. She adds, until today. Nelle called, and Michael is on his way to see her.
Alexis tells Brad and Lucas that she has no idea how Shiloh made bail, but it doesn’t change anything regarding Wiley. Shiloh is banned from making any claim in family court until his criminal charges are adjudicated. Brad can’t wait, and Lucas says, today is about Wiley and family. Julian comes in with Willow, and Carly asks what the hell he’s doing there. Lucas says Willow gave him permission, and Brad says he’s been a lifesaver. Willow says she’ll contact Diane and make it official. Bobbie says, anything for her grandson.
Drew asks his assistant if she has any idea what this is about. She says Oscar wanted him to have his military medals. He filled out the paperwork, and she got Drew to sign it. He thought he was signing a contract. He says his son co-opted her into getting his signature without his knowledge? She says it was back in February, and asks if she’s getting fired. Drew says she’s getting a raise and an extra week’s vacation. She asks if that means they’re okay, and he says they’re great. After she leaves, he says, thatkid. Franco says, Oscar probably went to a lot of trouble. Drew should take a look.
Drew opens the box, and it’s filled with jewelry-type boxes. He opens one, and says, the Silver Star. Franco says, wow, and asks if he can open the envelope that came with it. Drew tells him, go ahead, and Franco reads that it’s from the Secretary of the Navy for his gallantry in actions against the enemy. Some of it is redacted, but Drew saved lives, and whatever he did was impressive. He should check them out. Drew wonders what made Oscar want to request them. Franco says Oscar was curious about Drew’s past. Maybe he thought these would help explain it. Or maybe he was proud of his old man, and wanted Drew to have them. And he should. He earned them. Drew just wishes Oscar could see them.
Carly asks if they’re ready to toast the birthday boy. Michael runs in, telling Sasha that he’s sorry he’s late. Sasha tells him, don’t apologize. It’s been great, and his godson is darling. Michael says, Wileydefinitely has a way of bringing people together. Lucas toasts to their son, Wiley. He’s only been in the world a year, but his impact on the family is immeasurable. Shiloh strolls in (I’m sure we all saw that coming), and says sorry he’s late. He says his invitation must have gotten lost in the mail, and out-smirks himself.
Ava asks Chelsea, please contact Kiki, and ask what she thinks of the article. Chelsea says she can’t do it on demand, but Ava begs her to try. She’s got to reach Kiki one way or another. Chelsea looks into the distance, and says, my goodness. It’s the Coachella of dead people. It’s a crowded field. Connie is there, and someone named AJ. Ava says she doesn’t want to hear from them; she wants to hear from her daughter. Chelsea says, there’s a very elegant women named Helena who has a message. Ava says, she’sNikolas’s grandmother. Chelsea says, Helena claims Ava knew Nikolas killed her, but didn’t tell anyone. Ava says she didn’t bring Chelsea there to contact Helena. Where’s Kiki? Chelsea says, sorry. She hears an infant crying. Ava says she didn’t kill a baby, and Chelsea says, so she knows nothing about a dead baby boy and his mother?
Carly tells Shiloh, it’s her hotel; get the hell out before she calls security. He says, no one is looking for a physical confrontation, and it would only upset Wiley. Willow tells him, get out, but he says he only wanted to wish love and light to their baby boy. She says he’s nothing to Wiley. Shiloh says he should have known when he saw Wiley’s smile; it’s her smile. Wiley is the miracle they created. Michael tells him, leave now, but Shiloh says not until he gives his son a present, reminding me of Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty.
Franco tells Drew, in 2012 he saved a civilian contractor. He should let them know, so they can send him a fruitcake every Christmas. Drew says, he already knows. He goes by the name of Shiloh.
Shiloh says they can’t object to a gift, but Lucas says they don’t need or want anything from him. Shiloh says it’s important that Wiley has the medical records of his biological parents. Lucas says they already know about the heart condition, and Brad takes the envelope from Shiloh, hustling Lucas away. Alexis tells Shiloh not to make a scene or she’ll have his bail revoked. Brad tells Shiloh, just stop, but Shiloh says Wiley is his son, forever and always, and one day, Wiley will be his. Michael asks Sasha to call for the elevator. Shiloh says they can’t force him to leave. I’d like to know how he figures that, since it’s a private party, but Michael says he wouldn’t dream of it. The elevator doors open, and Michael gives Shiloh the bum’s rush into it. Everyone is like, wow, and Michael suggests they get back to the celebration, and what’s important; Wiley’s birthday. Wiley smiles like he knows what just happened.
Harmony ask Nelle how the visit with her baby’s father was, and Nelle says, disappointing. Harmony says she’s sorry, and Nelle says, her too. She was going to tell him something important that would have changed everything. Instead, she realized he doesn’t deserve to know. Harmony thought Nell had said she still loved him, and his mother was responsible for sabotaging the relationship. Nelle says, she did, but he let her. He didn’t need to, and could have fought for them. He could have committed himself to them, but he let his mother ruin it, and convince him that she was trash. He’s as much blame as Carly is. He doesn’t deserve their son.
Ava tells Chelsea that she had nothing to do with the death of Nelle’s baby; they were in a car accident. Chelsea says it’s something to do with a baby blanket; yellow and green. Ava says she can see that? and Chelsea says there’s no telling what pops up. She senses a hidden secret. Ava is a magnet for restless souls and psychic turbulence. Ava asks where Kiki is. She must be seeking closure. Make her listen. Chelsea says she can’t make Kiki do anything, and Ava asks if she can locate Kiki. Chelsea says, she’s there. Ava wishes she could see her, and asks what she’s doing. Chelsea says she’s refusing to come any closer. Ava says she’s so sorry. She loves Kiki so much, and wants them to have closure. Not just for her, but for Kiki, so she can rest in peace. She asks if Kiki understands, but Chelsea says, no; sorry.
Drew thinks he should send that medal back, but Franco says, who knew Shiloh would come back to the US and start a cult? Drew says, to hear Shiloh tell it, they were best buddies, but it doesn’t sit right with him. How could he be friends with someone he doesn’t trust? All the times Shiloh was fishing around, hoping Drew would remember, or hoping he didn’t. He may or may not remember Shiloh is a total sleazeball, or know something that might have legal ramifications. He’s been trying to get Drew to open up and find out what Drew knows to reassure himself. The gap in his memory is one thing, explaining it to his son was another. Shiloh convinced Oscar that he and Drew were friends. So much so, Oscar left his ELQ shares to Shiloh. Fortunately, he made a second bequest to use them to endow a foundation for deserving children to climb Mr. Kilimanjaro. Franco says, it sounds more like Oscar wanted to neutralize Shiloh’s claim, so he had no leverage. Drew wishes he knew what happened.
Shiloh meets with a lawyer, who tells him that she’s been assigned as his public defender. He’s entitled to a defense. Shiloh says, even if he’s broke? He has no home, and his accounts have been frozen. She says he still has the right to an attorney. The charges are formidable. It’s her job to handle that, and they have a lot of work to do. The evidence is extensive. Multiple women have come forward, saying he drugged and assaulted them at the DOD house here, and in Beecher’s Corners. He says, those poor,deluded women. She says there’s also a prescription for whatever that drug is, under his name. (I keep trying to figure it out. I thought she said carfentanil, but that’s illegal in the US). Harmony also confessed her complicity in drugging the women. She produced concrete evidence of fraud and blackmail with personal, privileged information about his followers that was used as leverage. He asks if it isn’t her job to discredit that, but she tells him to be realistic and assess the situation. He’s not going to beat the charges. He says, so that’s it? She’s not even trying? She tells him, she’s saying he has a choice. He can go to trial, be convicted, and spend the rest of his life in prison, or take a plea. Twenty years, and he’ll be out in fourteen. The only question is how long he wants to stay in prison. Twenty years is a gift. Take the plea, or spend his life behind bars.
Alexis says, at least they have Shiloh’s medical records, but Lucas says they already knew about the heart condition. It probably came from Shiloh. Brad tells Julian that Lucas can’t see the records, but Julian says, he’s a doctor and will eventually. Michael tells Lucas that his trip to Pentonville wasn’t a total waste. Nelle is manipulative as ever, and the next time she calls, he’s refusing the charge. Lucas is glad Willow came, but Brad says he’s sorry she had to witness Shiloh. She says she also witnessed how the family stepped up to protect Wiley. Lucas says she’s at the top of that list. She trusted them to have Wiley in the first place, and then continued to protect him. Being thrown jail was heroic. She says, allthat matters is Wiley is safe now. Lucas says they’d love for her to be part of Wiley’s life, and Brad adds, if she’d like to be. Willow says she would, more than anything. Sasha tells Michael that Wiley is one lucky baby with him as a godfather. Michael says he loves Wiley like his own.
Ava asks Chelsea, if Kiki won’t forgive her, even after the article, is there anything else she can do? Chelsea says, Kiki seems to think so. Ava says she’ll do anything. Chelsea says Ava is a truly haunted soul. The afterlife clings to her like cat hair on a black suit. Kiki is angry that Ava fell in love with a serial killer. He won her over by validating her worst impulses. Kiki hates that Ava gave him her soul when he doesn’t have one. She was so desperate for attention and admiration, Ava was blinded to the danger. Ava says she knows that, but how can she fix it now? Chelsea says Ryan has no soul, but he still has a heart, and it belongs to Ava. Ava asks what the hell that means, but Chelsea says she’s just the messenger. Suddenly, Ava says, oh my God. She has to go, and runs out of the park.
Shiloh tells the lawyer that he needs time to consider his options. She says, it’s not difficult. Twenty years or forever. He says not if he’s a ghost, but she tells him, don’t think of trying to run. He says he’s not running. His son lives there, and he has the utmost faith that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to. He’ll get back to her. She says he has her number. She leaves, and he says, resources. He flashes back to Drew telling him not to take it personally, and asking Drew if there’s any chance his memory might return. Again, he says, resources.
Wiley unwraps presents wrapped in very LOUD wrapping paper. Lucas tells Brad that their son is opening presents. He doesn’t want to miss any of this day. Everyone gets excited over a toy car.
Nelle tells Harmony it’s too late for her to undo what’s done. She needs to think about what to do. She says Harmony needs to keep Shiloh away. Do anything she can to affect the outcome. Harmony says she’s fully cooperated with the prosecution, and she’s going to testify. Nelle asks if Harmony is sure the prosecution has enough evidence. Harmony thinks so. Shiloh has run out of people to do him favors. Nelle hopes she’s right. Whatever it takes, it’s worth it to keep the baby safe.
Ava waits in the prison visiting area. Ryan sits down on the other side of the glass. I gotta say, the MiamiVice unshaven look suits him.
Franco asks Drew if he didn’t say there was a procedure to help recover his memories, but he decided not to pursue it. Drew says nothing is more important than his memories of Oscar and Scout. He’d never jeopardize that. His memories are on a flashdrive, safe and sound in his office, and that’s where they’re staying. Drew looks at his credenza.
Shiloh wanders around outside, and finds a dollar. He remembers Drew saying that there’s supposedly a procedure that could possibly undo what’s been done. Shiloh makes a call. He says he’s glad they picked up. He was afraid they’d duck his call. It’s been a while. He says he’s got a job for them.
Tomorrow, Jordan tells Stella that the mystery relative is closer than they realized, Sasha asks Valentin how he proposes they handle Obrecht, Jason tells Shiloh not to approach his family again, and Ryan asks Ava how he can help her.
Below Deck Mediterranean
When we last left, new stew June had left the table during the crew’s night out to get sick in the bathroom. Hannah asks if she’s crying, but Anastasia says, no. In June’s interview, she says she doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her personal life, but it’s no one’s business. Colin says he’s been in her shoes, and it can be intimidating. June returns to the table, and asks where they’re going next. They head out to a club. Jack suggests he and Travis not party too hard, since their big double date is tomorrow. João tries to be Colin’s wingman, but Colin isn’t into it. He’d rather talk to June than randoes. Jack wants to kiss Aesha, but he’s too wasted. In Hannah’s interview, she says, Travis is easy on the eyes, but there will be no feelings involved this season. The producer asks what about making out with him, and Hannah says, that’s not a feeling. I think she’s confusing the word feeling with emotion here.
In the taxi going back, Hannah says she thinks Jack and Aesha are cute. Jack licks Aesha’s foot, and asks for a little nibble of her bellybutton. Jack says she looks like she’s been raped. Aesha says she has been, and it’s not funny. Can they not talk about it? In Aesha’s interview, she says there are few things she won’t joke about, and rape isn’t funny at all. Jack asks if she’s okay. He feels badly about it. The crew gets back to the boat. In her interview, Aesha says, you don’t know what people have been through, so you should watch what you say. Amen to that. The crew sleeps.
The producer asks if Aesha is normally this open. Aesha cries, saying she remembers she kept apologizing to her mother, thinking it was her fault. Her mom said they all get wasted, and they have the right to feel safe. She thinks it’s important for women not to blame themselves. You should be able to party and not worry about it. João gives Jack a priority checklist. In Jack’s interview, with tears in his eyes, he tells us that he said something stupid. He jokes about sex all the time, and he’s a d*ckhead. He wants to talk to Aesha. They almost have me crying here. They’re both very sweet, and it’s unfortunate he made that mistake. I don’t think she’s holding it against him though.
Jack finds Aesha, and hugs her. He says how sorry he is. She says she knows Jack isn’t malicious. She’s just making people aware. He feels bad for her. In her interview, Aesha says she doesn’t want to be a gilded survivor. That’s not her. She’s just her, and it happened to her. It’s not who she is. She tells him that he’s the sweetest man.
The crew cleans up. In her interview, Hannah says Travis is adorable, but she’s not emotionally invested. Jack and Aesha will be there, so it will be easier to swallow. Not in a sexual way. June asks Anastasia where some glasses are, and Anastasia says she doesn’t really know. In her interview, June says, Anastasia gets a little crabby. You’d think she would have more sympathy and help her out. It’sconfusing. Anastasia says she has other things to worry about, and June says she’ll figure it out. In João’s interview, he’s surprised Hannah is going out with Travis. He feels protective of the people he likes, and he likes her. He thinks she deserves more.
Jack and Travis are technically off the clock, and begin drinking beer. It’s time for the preference sheet meeting, so the captain gets together with Hannah, João, and Anastasia. The primary is Johnny Damon, a two-time World Series winner, once with the Red Sox, and again with the Yankees. He’s coming with his wife Michelle, and a bunch of other people. One of their requests is to visit Monaco. Hannah says they have a long preference sheet. She says they want local food, and anything with truffles. In Anastasia’s interview, she says she’s feeling confident. If she can please the Queen of Versailles, she can please this guy.
An alarm goes off, and black water system flashes on the computer screens. Travis and Jack continue to goof off. Even though he’s being radioed by everyone, engineer Mike doesn’t miss a beat in doing his strength training. João says it means no toilets or water. The captain tells Jack and Travis, stop drinking,and find the engineer. If they can’t fix it, they have to cancel the charter. Captain Sandy mumbles about them being drunk, and says, it’s ridiculous. It’s not cool. Travis looks for the engineer, while Jack has a smoke. Travis says it’s not their job.
In his interview, João says it’s not against the rules drink after work hours, but it is against the rules to ignore alarms. It’s the lowest level of respect being shown to him and the captain. Captain Sandy continues to look for Mike. Water is backed up in one of the work rooms. Hannah doesn’t want to go on a date with someone who’s wasted. Travis says it’s not his job to check the alarms, and Jack finds Mike. Mike goes to deal with the problem, and Captain Sandy asks Jack if he’s been standing there the whole time. She tells him, today’s not the day not to hustle. He’ll be off the boat so fast. When she sees him next time, he’d better be moving. She tells him, get the room cleaned up. Mike says, it’s clogged. Jack mops. The captain says she’s going to strangle Jack. In her interview, Captain Sandy says, the clog was related to the pump. They repaired the pump, and got the toilets working. Jack tells Travis, hide the beer.
Travis and Jack step off the boat. Travis says they have no connection to the problems happening. Jack says they can have a beer after work. Hannah approaches, and asks Jack if they can do the date another day. She doesn’t want to go after he’s been drinking beer all day. He says it was a stupid move on his part, but he’s going with or without her. She tells him, have fun. In his interview, he says he feels bad. He’s not actually drunk. He tells her, just come, but she goes back to the boat. Jack says, she’s playing hard to get. João joins them, and says they’re pissing the captain off. Travis tells João, it’s five o’clock. In João’s interview, he says he realizes he can’t come out guns blazing with these guys. He has to be diplomatic. Travis says, no beer before five.
Hannah finds Captain Sandy in the crew mess. She says she wanted to make sure the captain isn’t stressed, and tells her they’ll be fine. The captain gives her a hug. In Hannah’s interview, she says she’s felt Captain Sandy’s wrath before, and doesn’t want to again. The captain says, it means a lot, and Hannah says the captain doesn’t have anyone above her to tell her that. Anastasia goes over the menu. In her interview, Anastasia says, people who excel have raw passion and raw skill. June does laundry. In Colin’s interview, he says he finds it hard to talk to June. He’s working on his game.
Aesha asks Jack where they’re going on the date. Travis says he and Hannah aren’t coming. Jack feels badly, but just wants to have a good time tonight. Aesha chooses her outfit. Jack gets dressed up. Aesha is excited. She says with other boyfriends, she’d get drunk, and barely remember their first kiss. She wants to remember all the nice things. She deserves it. Jack puts on in his suit. In his interview, João says he can’t control people’s personal lives. He’s happy Jack is going on a date, but if it was him, he’d lay low because of the mistake he made.
Colin listens to music. Travis gets in his suit, and approaches Hannah, who’s sitting on the bow of the ship. In Jack’s interview, he says he likes Hannah, and hopes this isn’t too awkward. He scares hell out of her when he suddenly appears, and she asks what he’s wearing. He says he decided to make himself look pretty to sit with her. In his interview, he says his parents don’t drink, and wouldn’t appreciate his pinhead antics. Hannah asks why today, when he knew they had a date? In his interview, he says with any job that’s physically demanding, you feel like you’re entitled at the end of the day, and it’s the start of bad habits. She hugs him.
Jack asks for little kiss, but Aesha says, later. She wants the right timing this evening.
João says, oh the irony. Last season he had to worry about his job and two girls. This season he’s in a good place if he can just fix the sh*t show of a deck team. Hannah takes a selfie with Travis. He asks if he should get some rosé.
Aesha toasts to their first night. She says Jack isn’t her type. In her interview, she says she likes the alpha male, who can be an a-hole. Jack is a bit softer. She tells him they can be the most disgusting version of themselves with each other. In his interview, Jack says he’s witnessed true love, and wants it. A guitar player serenades them. On the boat, Hannah and Jack make out
Aesha tells Jack, this could be his moment, and they kiss. In Aesha’s interview, she says she thinks a kiss changes the dynamic of a relationship, bringing in an intimate side. She’s exited to have that with Jack. She likes him, and has no idea where it’s going, but just wants to have fun, and take day by day. They make out in the taxi, and she tells Jack he’s getting greedy. Hannah snacks in her bunk. Back on the boat, Aesha jumps in bed with Travis, while Jack takes a pee. Aesha takes a peek, and tells Jack that he has a nice willy.
The next morning, Colin asks Jack how the date went, and if he and Aesha are Facebook official. The boat is readied. Aesha thanks Jack for last night, saying, it was the nicest thing ever. Hannah cuts lemons and limes. In her interview, she says she’s concerned about June. She’s not answering the radio, she’s struggling with cabins, and the beds haven’t been turned down. Hannah isn’t sure what’s happening, but she was clearly a bit of a twat in her last life. It’s like the last three seasons all over again. Captain Sandy announces the guests are arriving at noon. Colin burps. The crew lines up.
The captain welcomes the guests. Colin shakes Johnny’s hand, and in his interview, says he’s not washing his hand again. Captain Sandy tells João that he’s taking them off the dock. Hannah does the tour, while the captain walks João through the steps. In her interview, she says she’s not rewarding him for last night, but he needs to feel responsibility. She wants to show him how he needs to teach his crew. In João’s interview, he’s thrilled that the captain is giving him the opportunity after what’s gone wrong. It proves she has his back, but anything can go wrong at any time. Aesha gives champagne to the guests, one of whom is a GYN, who’s already talking loudly about vaginas. Hannah is like, oh my God. Captain Sandy points out a boat at the bow that Jack missed. In her interview, the captain says, coming up as a woman in the industry wasn’t easy. She had to constantly work harder than her male counterparts. If a crew member has the willingness to learn, she wants to give them the opportunity. She tells João, good job. In his interview, he says there are few moments in his life he’ll talk about forever, and this is one of them.
In June’s interview, she says, Aesha is patient and kind. You don’t meet many people like that, but she’s not used to scowls. They put fresh flowers in the napkin rings. Anastasia thinks simplicity is key with these guests. She wants to make it fancy, but more low key than sea urchin and caviar. Hannah tries to get June on the radio. June finally comes upstairs, and Hannah tells her to keep her earpiece in. Aesha tells June, it’s all good, and let it go over her head. Johnny says he’ll bang everyone. In her interview, Hannah says somehow she doubts it. Me too.
Aesha asks if she can get the guests anything. Johnny says they’re fabulous. Lunch is Caesar salad, and in her interview, Hanna says, it’s like a meal you can get from your local Chili’s. I dunno about that, unless her local Chili’s is a lot more sophisticated than mine. As much as she wants Anastasia to succeed, she wants her back because she’s selfish. Johnny continues bragging about his sexual prowess. In Jack’s interview, he says he’s over doing double duty. The guests play in the water. June tends bar, and has a problem opening the wine. Clouds come, and the guests get nervous, especially when the boat starts rocking. Captain Sandy says the sea is rough there, but when they go around the corner, it will be calm. That sounds like the weather in my area. Colin and João try to get the jet skis back onto the boat. Colin wonders where the rest of the deck crew is. Johnny steps in to help, and pulls the jet ski back on deck with his teeth. Not really, but he’s pretty jacked, and gets the jet ski in. In Colin’s interview, he says it’s embarrassing when two deckhands can’t get the jet ski back because of a swell, and they have a two time World Series champion helping them.
Anastasia calls Travis to the galley. In Hannah’s interview, she says she’s gotten closer to Travis since he’s been in the galley. He has depth to him, but uses alcohol to suppress his emotions, which a lot of people are guilty of. Captain Sandy radios the deck crew, saying the slide is still on the side of the boat. She needs it brought in now. Travis seems annoyed at helping, and she asks, why the attitude? June irons. Aesha tells Hannah that June is doing well. Colin tells João that Travis is helping in the galley, and in his interview, João says he’s going to have to put a stop to that. Pointing to another yacht, João says, that’s fifty meters, right? and Colin says he doesn’t know what a meter is, but sure. I literally lol. Colin is a funny guy.
For some reason, Hannah isn’t thrilled with the food. The guests are talking about circumcision, and ask Hannah’s opinion. She says she’s never had to worry about it. In the galley, Anastasia asks the other crew members to lower the volume while she’s plating. In Aesha’s interview, she says, Anastasia does two charters and all of a sudden, she’s an artist who needs quiet time. The entrée is filet mignon. A few of the guests want it cooked a little more, and Hannah brings their dishes back to the galley. In Anastasia’s interview, she says it’s annoying to her that the steaks aren’t cooked properly. She’s a perfectionist, and thinks it comes from her mother. She thinks you have to be a perfectionist in the industry, and adds she’d rather undercook something than overcook it. Good point. You can’t exactly take it back. The guests proclaim it’s all good. June tells Colin about Anastasia being annoyed with too many people in the galley. He suggests she call Anastasia out on it, but she doesn’t want an issue. She tells him that she doesn’t feel welcome. In her interview, she says she dropped her life because they needed her. She treats people with respect, and expects to be treated the same way. She tells Colin not to say anything.
João calls Jack to the bridge. He goes over some navigational things, and gives Jack some seafaring hints. In João’s interview, he says he wants to motivate the crew, and teach them what he knows. He wants it to work out for all of them. Hannah cleans up dinner, and the guests act stupid in the lounge, wrestling each other. Johnny announces bedtime, and flips his wife over his shoulder.
Hannah tells June not to have her phone with her all the time. Colin tries to get the anchor up, but it’s stuck. He says, it’s getting caught on something. Captain Sandy says, there’s definitely something on the chain. She calls Travis to get on the tender. João says at 17 meters, he can scuba. They need see what’s going on. Colin tells João, the best thing about yachting is that nothing ever goes well. Sandy tells João to go in, and radios Travis to go with him. The captain tells the guests the goal is to get them to Monaco, and they’ll meet them there. Hannah tells Aesha and June that they need to distract the guests. In Jack’s interview, he wonders, for the wages they get, what’s the point of doing the scuba dive? He wouldn’t want to risk his neck. In Travis’s interview, he says if you get pinned down by the chain at 40 meters, you’re dead. Hannah radios June. Sandy watches as João gets in the water. Hannah decides to look for June. In her interview, Hannah says she doesn’t care if you make a mistake, take too long, or even sleep on your break. Just keep your earpiece in when she radios. Sandy continues watching out for Travis and João. In her interview, she says, if they don’t communicate, one slip could be the end of their life. Hannah tells June that she’s been radioing her.
Travis and João start to go down the chain, and the guests leave for Monaco.
Later in the season, partying, putt-putt, a guest is king of the world, Colin gets another injury, Captain Sandy says yachting isn’t Hannah’s passion, Hannah says Anastasia has gotten too big for her britches, Travis is called out for his drinking, a storm comes up, and Ben is back.

I was more surprised than Jason Momoa, when I saw two of his guests were Neil and Lucas from General Hospital.
While I rarely watch RHOAanymore, I think Cynthia deserves all good things. But poor Peter. He’s really going to have to give up now. Or step up his game.

Um… That’s what I said when I was hoping for some Shiloh scenes, and instead saw Robert Mueller on my TV.

It’s morning in Colorado. The group trickles downstairs (or up, in Shep’s case) for breakfast. Austen says Madison is already out skiing. Chelsea wears a hat inside because she’s a wimp cold. Craig is making breakfast, and Shep thinks Craig is in the early lead for the MVP of the trip. Craig tells Cameran it’s strange with Austen and Madison. Austen says they have lessons set up for those who don’t ski or snowboard. Eliza says she just knows how to ride a horse. Kathryn comes in wearing some kind of undereye mask things. Craig asks Austen if he and Madison hooked up. That’s a no, but Kathryn asks if he was thinking about it. In his interview, Austen says it’s clear he can’t help himself around Madison. If the opportunity presents itself, he’s jumping at the chance.
Cameron is concerned she’s not on the rest of the group’s level with skiing, and she’s accident prone. In her interview, she says the trip was planned for her to get her mojo back, but she’s a mother now. She drives at the speed limit and doesn’t partake in dangerous activities. God forbid she won’t be there for her child, and she doesn’t want Jason to remarry. She FaceTimes with Palmer. As much as a baby can FaceTime anyway. Shep has to sit things out because of his injury. Whitney says he broke an ankle skiing once. Just one wrong angle and… Cameran doesn’t want to do it now.
Shep wonders why he’s always the first one ready. Even though Madison is already out there, and Austen is sitting there waiting. Craig joins them, bringing along his own snowboard. Shep asks why Eliza takes so long, and she says this is high maintenance, indicating herself. Either accept her or don’t. Kathryn comes in wearing a red ski outfit, with giant furry red earmuffs. Shep asks what planet she’s from, and she says, not this one. I hear that. The bus arrives, and they head out. When they get to the ski resort, Craig says, Kathryn looks like a Teletubby. Austen say he’s getting excited, and Craig says this is his Hallmark dream.
Everyone gets equipped, and those taking lessons go with the instructor. Cameran says she knows how to ski, but she’s sticking with the students. Whitney and Shep decide to get something to eat. Whitney shows Shep how to get oxygen out of something that looks like an airhorn. He tells Shep it helps you get acclimated, but Shep thinks it might be the biggest scam in the world. Clearly, he knows little about scams. They watch Eliza, Danni, Cameran, and Kathryn take a lesson. Madison meets the others, wondering what they’ve been doing. She’s been out since eight. The instructor tells the girls, the number one rule is don’t fall off, as he puts them on a conveyer belt, where they try to balance themselves.
The others take a lift to the hilltop. Shep takes pictures of the lesson. Cameran says she’s too old for this. Chelsea does great, until she falls. Don starts going too fast, and falls, but says, it was amazing. Cameran says they’re all pros now. Don sees a sign that says Happy Hour, and says that’s his next stop. Cameran suggests getting food. Shep, Austen, Madison, and Craig snowboard. Austen asks Madison for a hug, and asks if she missed him. Craig tells them to stop making out, and Austen says he wishes they were.
Danni and Kathryn take the gondola to meet the others. Kathryn freaks a little because she’s going backward. Danni asks what the plans are for dinner, and Kathryn says there’s a chef preparing a marijuana infused dinner at the house. She’s the white elephant [sic] in the room. In her interview, Kathryn says at her lowest point in life, she smoked weed, and her life turned upside down. We see a clip of her saying it was her drug of choice. She says it was the reason she lost her children for a while. She tells Danni, it’s like a big slap in the face – and rude. She also feels awkward about Whitney, and tells Danni that she still has the message in her phone. He asked her to come over, and she said she was with her mom. We read the text of him telling her not to say where she’s going. She tells Danni he wanted to have a quiet night. Danni reads the whole exchange, and says she feels like she watched them have sex. She tells Kathryn that men confuse her sometimes. I don’t know if I believe it, but see below for something I saw on twitter as to a possible reason for Whitney being a jerk. Besides him just being a jerk in general.
Naomie is in the car when Ashley calls. Ashley wonders if she’d be up for grabbing a drink. In Naomie’s interview, she says she’s never gotten a colonoscopy, but sounds better. A bikini wax, a severed arm, her foot run over by a car. She tells Ashley that she’s heading back to her office in Mt. Pleasant. Ashley knows a bar there, and promises to make it quick. Naomie groans. In her interview, she says, everyone deserves a second chance, even if it’s her 27th chance.
The group meets for lunch. Shep says they have a weed dinner tonight, and have more grams than they effing know what to do with. Whitney says they’re like Cheech and Chong. Kathryn and Danni join them, saying the ride was beautiful. Austen says, it’s pretty, but too freakin’ cold. A bell rings in the bar, and they hear a chant, ring that bell. Austen rings it like a maniac, and Shep finds out, when someone rings it, they have to buy a round for the bar. Shep says, Austen is going bankrupt. The total is $250. Austen goofs around with Madison, and Madison tells him, Shep is getting mad. Austen says Shep wants him to be single. Shep says Austen thinks he’s king of the bar. Austen suggests putting it on Shep’s tab. I really get the feeling that Shep is jealous of those he puts down, but I can’t figure out why, or what exactly he’s jealous of. He’s insecure in some way.
Naomie goes to the bar, and orders an extra-large glass of rosé. She downs it before Ashely comes in. Ashley arrives, and Naomie asks for another. Ashley says, maybe make it a bottle. Naomie says, so..? Ashley says she appreciates Naomie meeting her. Naomie is straight shooter, like herself, and their convictions are strong. It’s obvious Naomie wishes she’d get to the point, and Ashley admits she made it uncomfortable for everyone when they last met. We flash back to her appearance at Eliza’s brunch. Ashley was hoping to get a second chance. She knows it’s wishful thinking, but she doesn’t want to hold a grudge. Naomie says Ashley’s behavior is erratic, and she doesn’t know what she’s going to get; is Ashley going to be nice or call her a bitch? Ashley says, it was just one time, and Naomie asks if it needs to be more. Ashley says she had a lapse in judgement, and besides, she said it in a nice way. Naomie is a bad bitch. In Naomie’s interview, she wonders why she does this to herself. She feels tired. Yep. There are some people who drain me just by hearing their voice. Ashley says she also wants Naomie’s advice on her relationship with Kathryn. Looking back, she’s had no chance to apologize, and wonders how she goes about that. If she runs into Kathryn, should she approach her? Naomie wisely says, no. She doesn’t think so. She doesn’t think Kathryn would be receptive. Ashley wonders, what if she just says, hello, and Naomie says, no. She called Kathryn an egg donor. Ashley says people put things in her head. She owns her actions, and wishes she could go back and fix it, but it’s too late. She’s actually on Kathryn’s side. Naomie asks for more wine. Ashley says she’s done, but doesn’t want to be enemies.
Shep and Austen split a gummy. Shep admits he’s been stoned all day. In Austen’s interview, he says, weed is legal there, and he thinks hiring a skilled chef is a fun thing to do. Get that man a thesaurus. Chef Roilty arrives. The chef explains there will be four courses. He uses a small amount, and it builds. Shep asks if it will make anyone wild, but Chef Roilty assures him, he knows how to do this.
Craig tells Madison, it’s nice she and Austen are getting along, and asks what’s going on with them. Madison asks what he means, and he says they were being cutesy. Be honest. She says Craig and Shep seem to have something to say about her and Austen’s relationship. They’re a couple of hypocrites, giving advice on a relationship they know nothing about. Craig doesn’t think they should be together, and Madison says, if Austen isn’t asking his opinion, don’t give it. That’s all she asks.
Chelsea says, it smells delicious. The chef explains that he has infused olive oil and infused butter for the meal. Chelsea asks why Austen’s eyes look jacked up. The chef brings out some CBD wine. Chelsea asks if Austen is stoned, and he says he just took a gummy. She can’t believe he did that just before the dinner. Cameran comes in and says, it smells like ganja. She doesn’t want any weed in her food, but takes a sip of the wine. She tells Austen that his eyes are barely open. Chelsea offers Whitney some of the CBD wine, and he asks what that means. I find it hard to believe he’s never heard of it. I’m sure he goes on the internet.
Next door, Kathryn teases her hair. Madison shows up next, dressed in black. Shep says she looks like a femme fatale, and looks extra special tonight. She asks why he’s being nice to her, and he says he’s nice all the time. She asks for a gummy, and they go into the other room. He tells her not to have a whole one, since she’s probably only half his weight, but she says. let her be the judge, and pops one in her mouth. He says he’s starting to think she’s cool, but she should admit she’s toying with Austen’s emotions. She says Shep called her white trash, and she’s not tolerating that kind of behavior from him. He’s making a comment without even knowing her. Shep says it kept coming up, and he’s going to take his friend’s side. She says she thinks he’s a bad influence, and he says, free will’s a MF-er. She asks why he’s getting involved, and he says Austen doesn’t behave like his normal, fun-loving self, and he thinks she brings out the downer in him. She says it’s probably because Shep is breathing down his neck. He says she doesn’t like them hanging out, but she says she’s not controlling; she doesn’t care. In the living room, Austen wonders what tale Shep is weaving. Madison tells Shep she’s not saying she and Austen are going to live happily ever after, or that they’ll even be together, but they do feel some kind of way. Shep says they’re both attracted, but that seems to be the only thing they have in common. He then admits, maybe he’s wrong. She says, 100%, and he says he was angry, and said things he shouldn’t have. It was rude, and he apologizes. Does she accept? She says she’ll think about it. Madison comes back past the kitchen. She says, it smells weird. She sees the chef, and says, sorry. She’s sure he’s doing a great job.
Madison tells Austen that Shep apologized, but she doesn’t care enough to really focus on it. He tells her not to concern herself with it. Chef Roilty says, dinner is ready. He’s decorated the table with leaves he brought from home. He tells them nothing is infused unless they want it to be. He puts the salad dressing and melted butter for the pasta on the table. Eliza thinks they should say a blessing. Cameran is like, not over weed, and Shep thanks God for this leaf. Eliza says they’ll go to church when they get back. Craig asks about the strength, and the chef says it’s five to ten milligrams per serving. Nothing crazy. Craig asks what it tastes like, and Shep says, it tastes like victory. Cameran sniffs the butter. Shep says, drink it, but she says she’d be toasted, and call 911. He tells her, just go to bed if that happens, and she says, ya’ll are peer pressure. Shep and Austen laugh over nothing. In Cameran’s interview, she says it’s entertaining to watching her friends get high on the wacky weed, but she’s realizing there’s no getting her mojo back. Her mojo is retired.
Kathryn wants to let Austen know that it’s okay for her to be around this. It’s not awkward. He doesn’t get what she’s saying, so she says, it would have been nice if he’d asked if she was cool. He says he just assumed, and she says she’s not worried about wanting to do it, but she went to rehab for it. She couldn’t see the kids because of it. He says he’s sorry, but she says, don’t be sorry. She’s just glad it’s not an awkward situation. In Austen’s interview, he says he should have thought about it. He definitely doesn’t want her to feel isolated. Don wonders who will take care of Austen and Shep later on when they can’t speak English. Kathryn says, not her. Shep swallows a spoonful of the butter, and pretends to be all weird. Kathryn shows Craig and Danni something on her phone, and says Whitney said she was a drug addict sociopath. We see a 2016 clip from Watch What Happens Live with Whitney, Landon, and Cameran as guests. Whitney says Kathryn seems like this poor single mother, but she’s a drug addict, violent sociopath. Kathryn say she was just recalling when she had trouble; reminding herself. She says she has to go to the bathroom. It gets quiet as she leaves. Outside, she says she can’t do this.
Madison says these are Austen’s friends. Austen says they have fun together, and Madison says she sees why he doesn’t go home. Craig goes looking for Kathryn. He finds her in the other house, and asks if she’s all right. She says she just needed a minute. She thought she’d be cooler about it, but it’s bringing up memories of a traumatic time in her life. She says she doesn’t want to make a big deal, but Austen never said anything. In her interview, Kathryn says he planned it ahead of time, but never thought it might bother her in any way. It just shows where their focus is – on themselves. Kathryn just wanted him to ask if she’d be cool with it. Back at the table, Chelsea wonders where Kathryn and Craig are. Kathryn says they talked so much sh*t about her. Whitney has given her a million eff yous. He looked her in the eye, and said they didn’t have sex, but he’s flattered. She gets that he doesn’t want his personal sh*t out there, but it’s already out there. She tells Craig that she’s just processing so she can get over it. I’m so with her on this. They’ve been flaunting legal weed in her face since they got there. Not on purpose, but they’re being thoughtless. It’s not like she just stop smoking either. That was a big deal.
Danni films Shep eating infused potatoes. He demands more weed butter. Craig comes back, and Austen asks if Kathryn is okay. Craig says, she’s not, because of him and Shep. She’s taking a breather because she got a blast from the past. Shep and Chelsea can’t stop laughing. Craig says Austen didn’t ask Kathryn about the weed dinner before throwing it in front of her. Cameran says, didn’t Austen ask her? and he says, no. Austen thanks Craig for saying something, and he says it’s not as much about him as Whitney. Cameran asks, what’s wrong? and Whitney is oblivious, and says goodnight. Craig asks if Whitney isn’t going to make sure Kathryn is okay. Whitney wonders what’s going on, and Craig says he denied hooking up with her, and made her feel like sh*t. He made her cry. They know he and Kathryn had sex. Shep asks how Craig knows. Did he smell Whitney’s junk? Craig says, the person he claims is his friend is upset, and he could care less. Shep says, couldn’t, and Craig corrects it to, couldn’t care less. He says, years ago, Whitney said she shouldn’t have her kids because of what she’s doing, and now they’re celebrating it. What would it cost him to make sure she’s okay? Whitney says Craig is a busybody, and should focus on himself. Craig says he should talk to her. In Craig’s interview, he says if someone denied having sex with him, it would hurt his feelings. He’d be like, he wasn’t that bad. Kathryn doesn’t fit on Whitney’s level of society, and it’s a dirty little secret for him.
Whitney goes to the other house, and looks for Kathryn. He doesn’t see her anywhere, but finds her outside on the porch swing in the dark. He asks if everything is all right. Someone said she was upset with him. She say she doesn’t want talk about it. Please let her be. He leaves.
Next time, the group goes swimming, Shep says he has nothing to hide, Austen doesn’t want to lsoe Madison, Danni wonders what’s wrong with Shep and Austen, and Shep wants ot know why Austen lets Madison walk on him.

In other words, Whitney is pretending nothing happened so his ass doesn’t get dragged into court. Apparently, in a desperate move, Thomas is saying Kathryn shouldn’t have the kids because she’s a sex addict. I think at this point, the court will probably laugh at him. He’s done. Regardless, Whitney is still being a wuss.

She still soldiers on though. Project Angel Food is the best. When we were more broke than we are now, some friends got together and had food sent to us through them. The name fits. It was heavenly.
Reality TV isn’t a job for the faint of heart. It’s too bad. I have to admit, although I wanted to like Billie, she was becoming more and more like just one more drama queen. We already have Scheana for that.

Nina welcomes Drew back. She asks if he’s got a second. She wants to tell him what’s going on around there. He asks her to be specific, and she says she would have appreciated a heads up that he was selling Aurora. He tells her not to take it personally. He didn’t consult any employees. She says he knows how much Crimson means to her. When she was introduced to Jax, she thought he was a great guy, and someone she could work with. Jax stands in the doorway, but her back is to him. She tells Drew, he sabotaged her with the first project. Maybe not he’s not such a great guy, and just pretending. He said he wanted to build Crimson up, but maybe what he really wanted was a tax write-off. She’s asking why he sold her beloved magazine to a playboy who buys and sells companies like vintage handbags. Jax says that’s the first time he’s heard that metaphor.
At the MetroCourt, Curtis tells Valentin that his background check cleared. He’s starting today. Valentin wants to know everything, and says, no detail is too small. Curtis says Jax pleaded nolo contendere to an FCC violation, and it cost him millions. He took a plea so his brother and father could walk. He had to take a loss, but after five years, ended up back on top. Valentin wonders what corners he cut.
Sasha leaves Michael a message. She guesses his project is keeping him busy. She hopes he can make it tonight.
Michael meets Sonny and Carly at the hospital. He apologizes for being late, and says, it’s been a wild 24 hours. Carly asks what he and Jason got into in Beecher’s Corners. He says, it’s a long story. Jason got arrested, and he helped break him out. Carly says, he helped break Jason out of jail? Michael says he looked like an innocent bystander. Don’t worry. Carly says she is, and Sonny says, what the hell? Michael says it was bad timing, but they did find a witness. Carol Lockhart confirmed that Shiloh is a murderer.
Shiloh tells Kim that Oscar spoke often about her. What kind of woman she is; strong, fierce, and loving. Kim says Oscar was angry at her when he was living at the DOD house. Shiloh says, love and anger are different sides of the same coin. It shows how much he loved her that it was shining through in the midst of their difficulties. He knows her loss is immeasurable, and he’s sorry. She says, Oscar’s not lost. She feels him, but it’s not enough. She wants him back for real, and she knows how, but nobody wants to help her. Will he help bring Oscar back? He takes her hands, and says, of course (🍷). He’d do anything to help her. She says she needs to be mother. She tried to explain to Drew, but he didn’t understand. She can’t do it alone, and wants help. He says he needs her to say the words. She wants him to father a child with her?
In the interrogation room, Willow doubts any prisoner get chamomile tea before lights out, and Chase says she’s a special case. The judge might be completely misguided, but he thinks he’s doing the right thing. She asks if Chase thinks she should cooperate, and he says he thinks there’s a better way to protect Wiley than sitting in a jail cell.
Lucas tells Brad that Bobbie thanks them for giving her Wiley this evening. It gives her incentive to manage her treatment. Brad says, it’s the magic touch. Lucas says Alexis called, and asks why Brad didn’t tell him that he’d talked to her. Brad says Lucas had so much going on with his mom’s diagnosis, and he didn’t know how to tell him that her strategy is to reveal Wiley is Shiloh’s son. Lucas says it makes sense, but Brad says as soon as they admit it, Shiloh can claim him. Lucas says, then the case will be judged on their merits. Getting out in front of it is their best chance of retaining Wiley. Brad says, Alexis is wrong, and thinks they should take Wiley and run. Pack the car, get the hell out of Port Charles, and never look back.
Michael tells Sonny and Carly, when Shiloh was arrested, he had Carol brought to him, and convinced her to make a false confession. She had nothing to do with his death. Michael’s phone dings, and he says, dammit. He had dinner plans with Sasha. Carly says, go. It sounds like he could use a night out. He tells them, good luck, and leaves. Sonny says he’s texting Brick about following up on his plans for Dev. Some steps need to be taken before he can become a citizen. Carly wants to know what’s going on, but Dr. Navarro is ready. They go into the examining room.
Kim says she’s giving Shiloh the wrong idea. She appreciates his support, and that he’d be willing to go that far, but she wants a baby that’s part her and part Drew, like Oscar. Shiloh says obviously he can’t help her on that front. She says she could use some guidance. After Oscar died, she read all his DOD literature, and the notes he took. Some of the classes caught her attention. He asks which classes? and she says the ones on persuasive arguments, and how to get through on a spiritual level. Can he teach her how to get through to Drew? He asks if she wants him to teach her how to persuade Drew to have another child with her. She wants Drew to understand the importance of it. She already suggested it, but he doesn’t remember loving her. What they had is lost. It’s on the flashdrive with Drew’s other memories. Shiloh says she and Drew don’t have a relationship. Is she in a relationship with anyone else? She says she’s seeing Julian, but he turned her down before she realized Drew has to be the father. Julian has a lot on his mind anyway. He has some custody issue going on with his son.
Brad says, Seattle, Nashville, Chicago; it’s up to Lucas. Lucas says, no. This is crazy. Running isn’t an option. Brad says they have every right to move, and no obligation to stay. Lucas says, so they pack up and move to North Dakota. The suit will still proceed, and when the truth comes out, it will be assumed they knew Shiloh didn’t give his permission. They’ll be culpable. They’ll be fugitives, and if they’re caught, there’s no way they’ll keep their son. Brad says Lucas’s brother-in-law is an expert at making people disappear. Sonny can help. Lucas says, if they disappear, they and Wiley can never contact their family again. Is that what he wants for their child?
Willow asks if Chase thinks the only way to protect Wiley is to tell Shiloh the baby is his. Chase says she has more agency than she realizes. She can convince the judge that Shiloh is a threat to Wiley’s well-being. She says it will give Shiloh legal claim to Wiley. The only way to protect him is to not disclose Shiloh is his father. Chase says she’ll be in contempt of court. She says she is already, and he asks how much longer she thinks she can keep this up. She says as long as she has to, even if it’s the rest of her life.
Nina says it’s convenient Jax is there, and he asks, how’s that? She says instead of expressing her concerns to Drew, she should be expressing her concerns to the source. He asks if that’s what she was doing, expressing her concerns? It sounded a bit disparaging. Maybe something was lost in the translation. Drew says he’d like to help, but whatever dispute they have, it’s not his business. The terms of the sale are clear. Jax says he’s the sole owner of the print division, and Drew is the sole owner of the TV, radio, and streaming platforms. While they’re under the same umbrella, they operate independently. Drew says, sorry. Nina doesn’t work for him. She works for Jax.
Curtis says he still has paperwork to fill out, and Valentin doesn’t want to keep him. Next time, he wants something viable. Curtis says he can’t give him anything if nothing is there, but Valentin is sure he’ll find plenty. Curtis leaves, and Valentin approaches Sasha’s table. He asks if the seat is taken, and she says, itwill be soon. He says he’ll warm it up. He’s been wanting to connect. Sasha says, about…? He tells her, the wedding is in September in Verona, and she says, like Romeo and Juliet. He says after the wedding, she’s free to go home to Chappaqua. She says, there’s been a change of plans. She’s decided to make Port Charles her home for good.
Michael comes to the interrogation room, and says he’s glad both Willow and Chase are there. He’s not glad Willow is in custody, but he wanted to talk to them both. He asks Willow how much she told Chase about her father, and she says, he knows everything. Her father intentionally OD’s because she chose her initiation ceremony over him. Michael says, that’s not what happened. She says she knows he’s being kind, but takes full responsibility. She came to terms with it a long time ago. Michael says her father didn’t commit suicide. He’s sorry tell her, but her father was murdered.
Dr. Navarro comes into the examining room, and asks if Carly or Sonny have any questions or concerns. Carly says they’re just ready to see how the baby is doing. Sonny asks if she thinks there are any complications. She says the protein levels can signify a number of things, but most are benign or manageable. She does a sonogram, and says, the baby is approximately twelve inches long, and… Sonny asks if everything is all right. She says she needs to consult with a colleague. She tells Carly to get dressed, and she’ll be back. Carly asks if something is wrong with the baby, but the doctor says she can’t give Carly a prognosis until she has a consult.
Jax says Nina was a major factor in his decision to buy Aurora. Nina says she thought he wanted to stay in Port Charles because of his daughter. He says she’ll always be his first consideration, but when he assesses a potential investment property, he looks at both the property and the personnel, and he wanted to keep her. He respects her opinion, but wants to make it clear, it’s his magazine. Nina says if he wants his magazine to be better, he needs to give her plenty of room. He says she’s putting Ava on the cover. How much room does she need? Nina says she hates Ava, but it will give the magazine a profile boost. He agrees, and says they’re on the same side. Drew wonders if it’s too much to ask that they shake hands and go about their day. Curtis comes to the door, and asks if it’s a good time. Drew says, it’s a great time. Nina asks why Curtis didn’t tell her that he was in the running for head of security. He says he didn’t want to jinx it, but she says she could have put in a good word. Jax says, hisbackground speaks for itself. Drew says he could have pulled some strings for him, but Curtis says he wanted to get the job on his own without anyone clearing the way.
Willow says her father wasn’t murdered, and Michael says, it’s a lot to process. He and Jason went to see Carol in Beecher’s Corners. Willow says Carol is the one her father got the drugs from, but Michael says, she was brought before Shiloh, who convinced her to confess so he could be exonerated. He’d been arrested, and told her he’d been scapegoated. He said DOD would fall apart unless someone sacrificed themselves to exonerate him, so she went to the police and lied. Willow asks why Shiloh would kill her father. Michael says her father wanted her out of DOD, and Shiloh couldn’t let that happen.
Shiloh tells Kim that he wasn’t aware Julian had a son young enough be in a custody battle. She says, it’s actually his grandson. His son Lucas has a baby boy. Shiloh says, Brad is his husband. Odd that he hasn’t seen Brad lately. Kim says, a baby can hijack your life. Everything else takes a backseat. He asks her to tell him more, but she doesn’t know the specifics. She was focused on Oscar, and didn’t ask. She knows it’s a source of stress for Julian. He’s concerned the biological father will make a bid for custody, and Julian thinks he’s a dangerous man. I ask Kim, why? Why are you telling him this?
Lucas tells Brad, if they skip town, they’ll have to change their identities. They can never tell Wiley who he is, and he’ll grow up in a lie, thinking he’s someone else. Is that the kind of life Brad wants for their son? Lucas doesn’t, or for them. Brad says, if it keeps Shiloh away from Wiley, it will be worth it. Lucas says he’s right. Keeping Wiley from Shiloh is the most important thing. They can’t break the law, and have to be smart about it. He thinks Alexis is right. He thinks they have to be honest about who Wiley’s father is. Well this is going to be interesting when the DNA doesn’t match.
Nina and Curtis say they’ll catch up soon. Nina leaves, but in the hallway, Jax asks her to wait. He tells her, congratulations on the early ad sales. It’s quite a feat.Ava is creating a buzz. Well done. She says she wanted to talk to him about Josslyn interning at Crimson. He says sometimes he forgets he has a teenage daughter, and can’t make her decisions for her. Nina says she tripped over the same stone with her daughter Sasha. When they met, she tried way too hard, and had to remind herself that Sasha is an adult, and doesn’t need her input on everything. She’s glad she and Valentin have a few years left before Charlotte is independent. Jax says they have common ground. The most important thing to them is their daughters.
Valentin says the time for Sasha to return is after the wedding. She says she doesn’t have much going on in Chappaqua since he recruited her to be Nina’s daughter. He says, timing is everything, and they agreed. She says she didn’t expect it to pan out the way it did. She cares about Nina, and Port Charles feels like home. She has a stake in this too. He says not much of one compared to him, and she says, it’s not about him. She has other reasons. He says, Michael?
Chase asks Michael if there’s any corroborating evidence. Michael says Carol is willing to go on record with her story, but a cop stopped her and Jason before they could leave. Willow asks if it was Billy Price, and Michael says it was. She asks how they got away, but Chase says he’s cutting Michael off here for his own good. Willow wonders if her mother knew Shiloh was planning on killing her father. Michael says, if she didn’t, this might open her eyes. It would help a lot if she’d stop protecting Shiloh. Willow doesn’t believe her mom could do that. Shiloh must have lied to her too. Michael promises it will all work out, and she thanks him. Michael leaves, and she says she can’t believe this. Shiloh timed her initiation so that she’d be busy, and her dad would be alone. She says, oh, God. She slept with him after he killed he father. Chase holds her as she quietly freaks about that.
Kim thanks Shiloh for coming by, and he says he’s glad to be of service. She opens the door, and Julian is there. He asks what the hell Shiloh is doing there? and Shiloh says he was just leaving. When he’s gone, Julian asks Kim why he was there. She says she was just asking for advice, but Julian says he doesn’t trust Shiloh around women. There’s a lot she doesn’t know about him.
Carly tells Sonny, it feels like hours. He says the doctor has a procedure, and she’s playing it safe. Dr. Navarro comes back, and Carly asks her to please tell them what’s wrong with their baby. The doctor explains that there’s a pocket of fluid preventing part of the spinal cord from protection. The bones haven’t fused. She says it’s spina bifida, and Sonny asks how serious it is. She says they won’t know until after the birth. Many babies with spina bifida go on to lead thriving lives. Carly says, but not all, and the doctor says in some cases it can lead to developmental impairment.
Brad runs into Charlie’s, looking for Julian. The bartender says he took off, and to try his cell. Shiloh comes in, and says he’s glad he caught Brad.
Kim says Julian is telling her the man her son went to for spiritual guidance has been drugging women and coercing them to have sex? Why didn’t he tell her sooner? She even read Shiloh’s book, so she would feel closer to Oscar. Julian says all he knew was Alexis had reservations. He didn’t know Shiloh was a sexual predator until Sam told him that Kristina had gotten involved with DOD. She’s lucky she got out before Shiloh hurt her. Kim says she’s in shock. She was hanging on his every word. Julian asks why Shiloh was there, and she says she wanted some help from somebody. He says that’s why he’s there. He’s worried about her, and so is Drew. Kim asks if Drew told him what happened; that she wanted to have a baby with him.
Valentin asks Sasha how much she knows about Michael. She says he’s got a huge, complicated family, and he’s genuinely kind, a rare quality. Valentin says, he also heads a major corporation, and has a significant amount of the Quartermaine fortune. She says she’s not after his money, but Valentin says, if Michael hasn’t investigated her yet, someone from his huge, complicated family will. He vetted her, and knows she’ll stand up to scrutiny, but if they go sniffing around, they’ll find out she’s not Nina’s daughter. She promises Michael’s family has no reason to go digging into her background. They’re not serious. He’s just a nice guy she enjoys spending time with. Valentin says he speaks from experience; lying to someone you love is a special kind of pain. You wonder every day if you’ll get discovered and lose everything. If she has any sense at all, she’ll get out now. He leaves, and Michael arrives.
Dr. Navarro tells Carly that they’ll monitor the situation, and determine the severity as it gets closer to the birth. She’ll need to have a C-section. Sonny asks if Carly is at higher risk, but the doctor says, no. Any surgery is a risk, but it’s relatively low. Carly asks if it’s anything she did or didn’t do that contributed, but Dr. Navarro says she did nothing to cause the condition. She leaves to give them some privacy, telling them to contact her anytime if they have questions. Sonny holds Carly, and she cries a little.
Sasha tells Michael that she was worried he stood her up. He says, sorry for being off the grid. Things with his family are kind of crazy. She asks if everything is okay, and he says, it’s headed in that direction. He hopes she wasn’t too bored, and she says, not at all. Valentin looks at them, and Nina joins him. She says, aren’t they adorable? and he says, they’re an attractive couple. She says, they’re perfect for each other. Just like them.
Jax goes back into Drew’s office, and asks what he missed. Curtis says he was sharing his security analysis, and pitching some changes that are easy to implement. Drew says the unknown factor is Jax.
Julian tells Kim that Drew didn’t say anything. He didn’t have to. Julian put it together; that’s why he’s there. She asks if he’s breaking up with her, and he says, not at all (phrase of the day). He says he’s not going to lie and say it didn’t hurt that she went to Drew, but he understands her going to Oscar’s father. If she’s going to have a child, she wants it to be a full sibling, and he can never give that to her. She thanks him for understanding, and he says he just wants her to be okay. She wonders how that’s going to happen, and he says she needs help. She asks if he means a psychiatrist or a grief counselor, and he says they can guide her. She says she doesn’t need guidance. He says he wants her to be better. She says there’s no getting better. Oscar is gone, and she’s never going to see him again.
Shiloh asks if Brad is all right. He seems stressed. Brad says he’s not, but Shiloh says, clearly something is troubling him. They can talk. Brad says he was just looking for his father-in-law, but he’s not there. Shiloh says, the offer stands, and hopes Brad comes back to DOD when they’re in a new location. Brad tells Shiloh to stay the hell away from him, and jets.
Willow says Chase probably has to take her back to her cell. She knows he thinks she should cooperate, but she’s not changing her mind. Chase says he’s the one changing his mind. He never doubted Shiloh is a dangerous criminal. Now they have a witness. They’ll reopen the investigation into her father’s death, and prove Shiloh killed him. He tells her, stay stubborn. Don’t cooperate. It will buy them time to get a statement. It might be enough, but they’ll keep learning the truth.
Shiloh sits at Charlie’s bar. He flashes back to Brad telling him, the birth mother insisted the adoption be closed. She said the birth father was never in the picture. She picked him and Lucas as parents, but now she wants to change the terms. She lives in Port Charles, and keeps finding ways to insert herself in their lives. Shiloh smirks.
Sonny asks if Carly is okay. She doesn’t know. It’s a lot. The worst case, their child will have a difficult life. Sonny says any baby they have will have their love, no matter what, and that’s all that matters. He hugs her.
On Monday, Maxie says this is terrible, Chase talks to Mac about Willow, and Shiloh says he knows who his son is.
🍹 In case you’re still interested, Southern Charm New Orleans is back on Sunday nights at 9 pm. While the original Southern Charm is one of my favorites, I just never got drawn in by its sister show. Sadly, the couple with the little dogs divorced, and they were the only ones I was marginally interested in. I also liked that girl who was on the periphery and liked to stir the pot. I don’t remember her name, but she seems to be gone now anyway. It’s always been one of those shows where, if there’s nothing else on, it’s better than sitcom reruns.
🍗 On the other hand, MasterChef is as good as ever. I finally got a chance to see an episode from the current season, where the cooks were barbecuing for 100 guests, including some former finalists. They were divided into two teams, and the winners (blue) also made the biggest blunder, with team member Subah forgetting to turn on the grill. That’s kind of important. There were still eighteen contestants, so I didn’t even bother taking names, but I did note the captain of the red team, Sarah, could have been the sister of Teddi from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not only do they look similar, it was eerie to watch Sarah having the same speech inflections, mannerisms, and taking of responsibility – aka owning it. It was a bit of a cliffhanger, since the elimination challenge won’t be shown until the next episode. It also gave me a couple of MasterQuotes:

🌎 NeNe Vs the World…
NeNe used to be fun. Even her ongoing feud with Kim Zolciak was fun. Who can forget, close your legs to married men? But it seems like now she has an ongoing feud with everyone. I stopped watching RHOA a while ago because the whole show became all about shade, and NeNe’s behavior has gotten worse as the years have gone on. I caught some of the last reunion, and she didn’t have a kind word for anyone. I feel badly about Greg’s illness, and realize it’s been a difficult road, but she’s just using it for one more excuse to act any way she pleases. She needs to retire her crown. She was dethroned by her own ego long ago.
